My husband bought my ring from them and it is amazing! Only problem I had was with an employee that didn't know the price to get the ring sized and was very rude.

I thought Zales had a great selection of engagement rings and wedding bands. I love the set I have. The staff was very friendly when we went to pick it out!

I love my wedding ring set. Zales associates were pleasant and patient.

Created beautiful bands for my husband and I, my engagement ring was custom made at Hiller in Matairie La.

I was able to get my wedding band and one for my husband at very reasonable prices. We purchased the insurance plans for both rings. We then moved out of state. My ring was damaged (a diamond on the inside of the band fell out!) and I asked to have it replaced, I was treated very poorly by the employees at the Zales in the city where we moved to. I was even told that there had never been a diamond on the inside and that I must have just thought there had been because it was "really shiny"! I actually had to GO on the website, print out a picture of the ring I owned from an angle where you could SEE the diamond on the inside of the band, and then bring it to them before they would acknowledge that there was a problem. I don't know if this was because I had bought the ring at a different store but you would think that with a chain like Zale's, they wouldn't make it so difficult for the customer having a problem.
