I was referred to this jewelry store in order to repair some antique (costume) jewelry that my grandmother had passed down to me - this was not cheap jewelry, but was still considered costume. I have tried for years to find someone to repair this necklace for me and when it came down to the wire, I was not hopeful that I would be able to wear this family heirloom during my wedding. When I contacted Hayes I was hopeful that they would be able to restore my necklace - they went above and beyond. Their price was reasonable, they were very friendly and helpful, and they were able to complete my repair within a week! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service!
