I but All my expensive jewelry from Zales. They are wonderful and it is Great Quality! Plus if it all comes from the same place its Super easy to just drop it all off and get it all inspected and cleaned at the same time. they take great care of everything!
We bought our rings online and used Zales to size them. They took great care of our jewelry (and returned it well polished) and did so in a timely manner. I have since brought other jewelry to them to repair. They are good to their word; they always have had the rings ready when they said they would be.
Zales had the best customer service I've seen in long time . They took the time to ask me what I was looking meet my needs and provided me with what I wanted
