We had the wedding of our dreams, and it was all thanks to Yaska. From the beginning she was keen in understanding our vision and what we wanted. She took the time to explain and answer all of our questions. Our communication was always clear and effortless. It was easy to pick from the vendors she recommended, because they brought her same level of expertise and professionalism. Due to Yaska’s assistance, we were able to enjoy not just the wedding itself, but the entire process. We were so reassured having her by our side, that we didn’t even stress when it rained on our wedding day. We knew Yaska would take care of everything! We will always be eternally grateful for the beautiful memories she helped us create! -

From the moment we had the first meeting till the end of our wedding day, Yaska was there through everything. Yaska and her team were excellent.
Our wedding was just perfect, a dream come true. Everything in our wedding went according to plan. We didn’t have to worry about anything !

Yaska es la mejor wedding planner
Conocí a Yaska en 2013, mientras planificaba mi primera boda, que por razones fuera de nuestro control no pudo realizarse. Yaska estuvo allí para consolarme y ayudarme a manejar esa situación tan difícil. Diez años más tarde, al planificar mi boda con mi actual esposo, no había duda de que mi wedding planner tenía que ser Yaska.
Yaska me vio reír, pero también me vio llorar. Siempre respetó mi proceso y entendió que, mientras sanaba una herida, también celebraba el día más feliz de mi vida. Los proveedores que ella me recomendó fueron igual de especiales.
Algo que aprecio mucho de Yaska es su honestidad, y cómo sus recomendaciones siempre se ajustaron a mi presupuesto. Yaska tiene muchísimas conexiones, lo que fue crucial para conseguir los proveedores que deseaba para mi boda. En una ocasión, uno de los proveedores que quería me había dicho que no estaba disponible. Bastó una sola llamada de Yaska, y así de fácil logré contratarlo. Esto sucedió dos o tres veces.
Por eso, es fundamental tener a Yaska a tu lado el día de tu boda. Mi boda fué perfecta y me la gozé muchísimo gracias a Yaska. -

La boda de mi hija !
Cuando estaba buscando la Wedding Planner en Puerto Rico sabía que lo más importante era que hiciera “Click”con mi hija Pamela, pues ella es tranquila, pausada y perfeccionista. Mi hija quería específicamente un suplidor para la decoración, lo tuvo gracias a Yaska.
Viajé a Puerto Rico para conocer a Yaska , desde que nos saludamos sabía que ella era la persona que Pamela necesitaba para su gran día. Todo lo que Pamela soñaba para su boda, Yaska lo logró !!
El día de la boda tuvimos un día maravillosamente tranquilo en la habitación, disfrutando mientras nos maquillaban y peinaban. Yaska junto a su gran equipo se encargaron de todo.
Creo que nunca le dije a Yaska que todos los suplidores en privado nos dijeron que teníamos a la mejor Wedding Planner!!
Nos sentimos muy afortunados!!
Tener a Yaska fué la mejor inversión!
Al día siguiente mi esposo me dijo ; Sí tengo que pagar la boda otra vez, sin duda alguna lo hago !! -

Yaska and her team are a top of the line professional team. Bringing forward all the latest trends and ideas as fas as deciration, invites, entertainment and technology for the bride to decide. Also, always present and available taking care of wven thw smallest details. Super easy to get along. Its as if your best frend is your coordinator. I would love to get married again with Yaska as ny wedding coordinator because of how gorgeous and how nuch fun my wedding was -

Yaska Crespo es una coordinadora sumamente profesional. Desde el principio la comunicación fue excelente. Su personalidad aporta a que el proceso de planificación sea llevadero y agradable. Yaska was key in finding the correct vendors for the ideas I had. She was also very honest letting me know what could work or not. Her professionalism is outstanding. I did not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding; Yaska and her team handled everything seamlessly. If you’re looking for an event coordinator, don’t look any further! -

I know for sure that I would not have been able to relax and enjoy my wedding day if it wasn't for Yaska. Less than 6 weeks after hiring her, she helped me select and contract with the best vendors for our wedding. All the vendors were people that she had worked with previously and trusted. She assisted me during the RSVP process, even calling my guests to confirm that they were coming. She was responsive to my emails, phone calls, and text messages that I would send prior to the wedding day. I would mail her packages of decorations. She prepared my wedding favors for my guests. The day of wedding, I only had to think about getting ready and being where I needed to be with the assistance of her nice and awesome assistants telling me where to go. I didn't have to worry about any of the vendors doing what they were supposed to do. I knew that she was on top of it all. Words cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Yaska and her team. I was able to enjoy this day and it will be a beautiful day to remember. My guests all tell me that it was a fun and beautiful wedding, and even the best wedding that they have ever gone to. I now consider Yaska a friend. -

Where to begin!? Without a doubt Yaska is a MASTER in the art of wedding planning. Because of COVID, we ended up working with Yaska for 2.5 years in what resulted to be 2 different events to celebrate our wedding, part 1 Ceremony/Small Reception and Part 2 the reception that took place a year later.
Yaska diligently supported us to create a "dream team" and build our dream wedding three different times - original plan, COVID reschedule #1, and final version.
Here some highlights that were extremely special for us and made a great difference to us in working with Yaska.
1. From Day 1, Yaska was always focused in our priorities and that those were met.
2. A smooth and relax process all the way through, SPECIALLY on the big day.
3. She recommended vendors aligned with our style and budget. Certainly pulling from her network of trusted service providers.
4. She was always sincere and thoughtful when offering feedback, taking into account her vast experience, which was very helpful for decision making during the planning phase.
5. Her energy throughout every interaction and positive attitude created a very pleasant environment to work in. Always accessible and responsive.
Yaska took amazing care of us during this whole experience and we will forever be grateful to her.

There is no shortage of words to describe how amazing Yaska is as a person, friend and coordinator. We assured her that we will forever be thankful and love her for all her professionalism, support, aid, and attitude even during the harshest most uncertain times. We started planning our wedding around April 2019 and my mom had been following Yaska since years before, so she was our pick right off the bat. We had originally planned it all for June 2020, and it was pretty much all set in motion. Yaska had helped us schedule meetings with all vendors, she was very on top of everything, was super organized and full of ideas, which are all things I came to appreciate a lot, because you’re making such a big investment and knowing it’s all in the hands of a diligent person was reassuring. When I told every single vendor that our coordinator was Yaska, they were all happy to work with her because they knew that they would be dealing with the best there is. She has built a reputation for being reliable, punctual and for coordinating beautiful, carefully catered, memorable events.
Along came the pandemic and the decision to postpone given that the executive orders barely allowed for events to happen, and we would not be having the wedding we envisioned. It was a tough decision to make, but we chose to prioritize our health amidst the hardships of the pandemic. Yaska was our champion in this process. She helped me reach out to all the vendors and in a matter of less than a week, we had a new date.
Unbeknownst to her, she even helped me, as a bride, to overcome the mental burden that the pandemic was causing. She kept being super communicative, active on social media, staying at the forefront of all new news and kept a really great balanced attitude of being both realistic and positive and was able to transmit that sense to me.
Along came 2021, and we decided to move forward with the date we had selected and activate the vendors. At this point, I thought I already knew what how everything was going to go down, but there were so many curve balls left! The government executive orders kept changing and presenting really complicated onerous tasks for us, and Yaska was always ready, always welcoming, always listening to our ideas and giving us sensible, rational and sometimes no-nonsense feedback. She's the kind of person you need on your corner. I was entirely confident that she wanted our wedding to be as much a success as we did.
On the day of, I had this feeling in the back of my mind that the whole day was as close to a military operation as I’ll ever engage in, but I trusted her entirely. I went through my wedding as only a bride and really got to enjoy my day from start to finish. I laughed, cried, danced, hugged my loved ones and had the wedding of my dreams. My now husband was so impressed with her too, she even got him a piece of cake. Never did I worry about something logistical. It was all transparent to me. We felt like guests at our own party and as the type A planner that I am, this was priceless. I would dare say that everything went according to plan, or even better.
I can’t stress this enough: Yaska’s the right choice. She’s lovely, kind, smart, super knowledgeable in her field and an amazing person!
Pd. She even got us doves, which is an unorthodox request nowadays, but my parents released doves at their wedding and I wanted to do sort of an homage to that. So after the ceremony, she handed us the doves, and one of the doves, actually went #2 on my dress. When we arrived at the reception, Yaska went all Jennifer Lopez on Wedding Planner and took out a magic kit and cleaned my dress. It went from having this really weird poop stain, to looking like new in a matter of 2 minutes. She literally works wonders. -

All you could ever wish for
All you could ever ask for in a wedding planner. Yaska is so hardworking, responsible, organized, makes sure everything is flawless and the bride and groom have an amazing experience. She is a master wedding planner, knows all types of vendors! She basically planned and replanned our wedding in less than two months and I just cant say enough good things about her. I am amazed with all she did in such a short time and in the middle of a pandemic all with a smile and so much love. I Absolutely loved every minute of working with her! -
