The Windsor Ballroom is amazing! Our guests were so impressed with the food and service, as well as how beautiful the ballroom was. We had many people tell us it was the best wedding they have been to. The staff is extremely knowledgable and accommodating and do whatever they need for your day to be perfect. Tara, the catering director, is the best and will help you plan everything step by step. She is honest and truly wants you to have the best experience you can. The food is also amazing! Everything from the appetizers, to the entree, to dessert was delicious! You will not be disappointed if you choose to have your wedding here!

All I can say is AMAZING AWESOME BEAUTIFUL!! the staff went beyond the call of duty to make this day perfect and they did just that!!

We truly had an amazing time at our wedding! Everything went very smooth, we could not have picked a better location. Tara was great in helping with all the details leading up to the wedding and everyone the night of the wedding was so helpful and amazing. The food was delicious, everyone enjoyed the variety. If we needed anything the staff was there to help up until the very end. The staff even took all of our things to my mothers car at the end of the night so that we did not have to do anything, everything was taken care of. It was simply beautiful and our guests all loved the wedding. We are still hearing from our guests that it was one of the best weddings they have been to. We are so glad we picked Windsor Ballroom and would HIGHLY recommend it to couples looking for a wedding venue. For the service that we received the price was more than reasonable, we couldn't be happier with our choice.

My wedding was at the end on March 2012, everyone in our wedding party spent the night there as well as a majority of our guests. Out of the 100+ guests, we had zero complaints! Everyone was extremely happy with the accommodations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the prices were great. The only criticism would be that people weren't able to make reservations online with the group code and had to call in, but the desk service was very good!

As for the the wedding itself, we held both the ceremony and the reception there and both were fantastic! The room was set up beautifully, the food was delicious, the servers were very kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better head staff that ran the event.

Tara, the coordinator was extremely helpful from the very beginning. I felt so comfortable with her and knew that everything would work out well. She was very patient and accommodating to me and my family's needs and wants answering all of our questions and lending a helping hand at every turn. She went above and beyond with helping our flower crisis 2 days before the event. The flowers we had ordered came wilted and was the wrong order, once Tara heard of this she told us not to worry and took care of everything! She made arrangements with a florist and the flowers were so beautiful! Better than what we originally wanted and done in such short notice. (Thanks again, Tara!)

Michael ran the even the day of and was amazing. I didn't have a rehearsal and I have never been a part of a wedding so I really had no idea what to do, when to walk, where to look, etc so I was very nervous until he stepped in. Everything went so smoothly, he was everywhere he was needed yet no one ever felt overwhelmed with his presence. Very kind, polite, and just knew what he was doing. I wouldn't have known where to turn and when without him!

If you want a hassle-free wedding this is the place to go. Everyone was super nice and so accommodating with those last minute changed I had to make. There are so many options that you can choose to be done for you.... or you can opt to do those little details yourself. Great value for your money as well.

Melissa was absolutely wonderful!! She helped me from day one with every single question and detail and always with a smile. I was so happy with the ambiance of the ballroom and everything was seamless with the ceremony to reception transition. The bartenders were extremely friendly and Michael and Joe were so accomodating to the bridal party. Everyone at the Holiday Inn/Windsor Ballroom really genuinely cares about your happiness and comfort, especially Tara. She made sure I was happy with what I saw as the bride from the second I walked into the room. If we ever have another big party or event, I would do it at the Holiday Inn/Windsor Ballroom, no questions asked.

Very elegant, the staff is amazing. When I walked into the ballroom I was amazed, I didn't imagine it looking that beautiful. The food was soooo good, Anthony is an amazing chef. You will not be disappointed at all!! A special thanks to Jason, Melissa, Tara and Anthony. You are all amazing!!

Tara and her team were the best. They met all our needs prior, during and after the our wedding day. The facility and their entire staff were well organized and met every detail to make sure our day was a special day. My fiance and I contacted the facility made our appointment and met Tara Di Bianco and toured the ballroom. It was our first and last stop. We were hooked. The ballroom was very elegant and we could not go wrong with what their facility was offering. We selected their Grand Package and what a package it was. We had the opportunity to select our meals and had a food tasting prior to our event. We met the chef and sat down with him and he listened to what out needs were. The food was awesome. From March through the day of our wedding which took place on September 23, 2011 Tara made sure everything was in place. The day prior to the wedding we had a change in plans. The ceremony was to take place at a garden, but due to inclement weather we had to change the location to the East Windsor Ballroom. I made contact with her staff member, Melissa, and she informed me the wedding could take place but at a later time. So I contacted everyone and told them there had been a change in time and location. I did not have the opportunity to see what the ceremony room looked like before the ceremony took place. That's how much trust I had in her team. I saw the room filled with flowers, and beautiful white lights and smiles of family and friends while walking down the aisle with my father. I was so moved. Our ceremony was so beautiful and very personable. Our cocktail reception and main reception were so beautifully decorated. We had a theme wedding of Wine, Chocolates and Quotes. Over the course of the summer I made decorations for both receptions and even Tara and her team were impressed with the decor. I had wine bottles from all over the world and decorated it against orange linens and candles and chocolate brown organza bows. Appropriate colors for the first day of Fall. My decorations and the facilty's decorations were outstanding. They both complimented each other very well. My husbancd and I had a great time and during the night Tara and her team made sure every detail was met with great perfection. Thank you Windsor Ballroom at the Holiday Inn and your entire staff. Your honeymoon suite was positively beautiful and very very romantic!!!

We just had our ceremony and reception on Sept 17th. Tara, Melissa and Jason did an absolutely phenomenal job. From the moment of our first meeting to the end of our reception, the entire Ballroom went above and beyond my expectations. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a wedding (or any other occasion) venue, the Windsor Ballroom is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but high praises to the entire staff of the banquet department. Every single employee was pleasant, easy to work with, polite, professional and sincerely helpful. Every single detail was taken care of to our satisfaction and enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Just had the wedding of a lifetime for my daughter at the windsor ballroom on July 23, 2011 The level of attention and care we received from Jason and Tara could not have been equaled by anyone.
the wedding was beautiful, the food excellent the service beyond what anyone could expect. I have never received such attention or a more caring attitude then from this group. if you have your wedding any where else you are missing out on the event of a lifetime. The wedding was beyond all expectations. Tara and Jason thanks for everything I feel like you are family at this point. Again thank you for giving us memories of a life time

Lauren and I first were originally going to go with a banquet hall in freehold which honestly I cannot remember at the moment until I decided to do one more search and came across Windsor Ballroom. I told Lauren that we should check out this last place and honestly it was the best decision we ever made. I’m not great with long stories but everything from the Pricing to the setup to the maître D who ran our wedding we couldn’t have been happier. You know some people say maybe 1 or 2 things went wrong at the wedding but overall it was great. Well from our DJ to the Photographer to the Windsor ballroom we did not have one problem whatsoever literally. It really could not have gone any better and to anyone not sure if this is the place for you then you need to take a tour because you will not get more bang for your buck then this place.

We had an AMAZING, AMAZING wedding at the Windsor Ballroom. From start to finish, the entire staff was so welcoming, accommodating, and truly made everything feel so personable! Jason G. absolutely does his job perfectly! He practically tripped over himself to make everyone, especially my fiance and I, feel sooo welcome! I can't put into words what an amazing job everyone did! All of our guests raved and complimented on what a wonderful experience they all had! Thank you to everyone, especially Jason G., Tara and Anthony, the executive chef, for all that they did for us! I would recommend the Windsor Ballroom to anyone! They truly value and pay great attention to every detail for your event!

The Windsor Ballroom was the reception venue for our wedding. The ballroom has a large dance floor and is beautiful! There are different styles to choose from, we had a cocktail style dinner.
The coordinator, Tara, was very helpful and friendly. She helped to take care of everything! Jason, the maitre d', was amazing! He made sure that I had everything I needed!

Everyone at the Ballroom deserves credit for putting together an incredible event for my daughter’s wedding day. It could not have run any more perfect, down to the tiniest of details. Everything was done professionally, on time, and with so much care and dedication. The entire staff was at all times pleasant and professional to all our guests.

Kudos to the chef for an amazing display of food during the cocktail hour and a wonderful dinner served to every one of our guests at the reception. Also, thank you to the baker for a beautiful wedding cake and the specialty desserts, which were all absolutely delicious.

I know that our guests, all 210 of them, were in awe of the Windsor Ballroom facility and the staff. We cannot thank you enough. I hope this letter of gratitude will encourage others to plan with the Windsor Ballroom. I know first hand that they would not be disappointed.
