My wife and I loved it. They were very attentive and efficient in everything. They were active in every step we took, flexible in helping with some mishaps we had, we can simply say that it was EXCELLENT and the best decision was to have chosen this place for our wedding... Beautiful scenery, excellent service, very good staff, nice building , beautiful decorations. This place has everything for a perfect wedding. Our Master, Assistant and Captain were exceptional with the excellent treatment towards us and guests 10/10 ☆☆☆☆☆

Windows on the Lake provided a wonderful experience for our awards ceremony. Beautiful set up, delicious food, and very accommodating to what we needed. Staff was professional and helpful.

Windows on the Lake hit it out of the park! They made our wedding day even more special then I could have ever imagined. We originally were set to have our big day at Beach Club Estate but was switched over to Windows due to complications at Beach Club. Needless to say we were shocked to hear a week before our big day but they stepped in and went above and beyond to work their magic! The staff was professional and were there every step of the way to make our amazing day even more perfect. I can't thank everyone at Windows on the Lake enough, it was truly magical and I felt like a princess. Special shout out to my bridal attendant Vicky and the Maitre d', Luis for going the extra mile for not only me and my husband but for our family too.

We have attended many weddings. One of the things that stood out was the quality of the food .
Everyone at the table enjoyed everything from the salad to the entrée.
The waiter took very good care with the orders and anything additional that was needed.

The venue was perfect! Can’t say enough about how amazing Danielle, Frank, and our Maitre D (Luis) Bridal Attendant (Vicky), and Captain. They were professional, courteous and attentive. Excellent service. Only recommendation is Do NOT let Bill be your sales person. He dropped the ball so many times, headed us to death about things he didn’t write in the contract, so there were some hiccups because of his lack of attention to detail.

We purchased their venue package (ADA photography, Fourth Generaction DJ/MC/snap photographer, James Cress Florist) amazing vendors only snafu was our flowers came with one of the wrong color roses but they took them
Back fixed the issue and re delivered. In my book, that’s great customer service. Photographer amazing and DJ and Mc kept the crowd going all night.

My fiancé and I recently sat down with Michael from Windows On the Lake/The Beach Club Estate to discuss our future wedding plans. We first looked at Windows on the Lake, but after discussing what we wanted, he suggested we look at The Beach Club Estate, as he felt we might be happier there.  He made space in his schedule the next day for us to view the other venue.  We found it a perfect fit for what we wanted.  Michael was attentive to every detail and his foremost concern was that we find the perfect place to get married and have the celebration to follow.  We couldn’t ask for a better banquet manager and look forward to having our wedding at The Beach Club Estate next year!  Thanks again Michael and team for a wonderful experience!

My wedding (11/08/19) at Windows on the Lake was absolute bliss! Mike and the rest of the team were extremely professional, kind, and made everything so simple! At no time was I stressed at all with wedding planning. All the details were exceptional. All of our family and friends have contacted us letting us know the food and atmosphere was great and it was one of the best weddings they've been to. I would 100% highly recommend this location. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door. Just simply wonderful!

I genuinely don't have enough good things to say about my experience with our wedding at Windows. They were the first and only venue we looked at, because we knew immediately that we wanted our wedding there after seeing the gazebo and the view of the lake. We just had our wedding this past Friday, and people are still raving about the food, the view, the service, and everything they had to offer. Our chocolate fountain was a huge hit, the cocktail hour food was incredible, my bridal attendant Chelsea was absolutely AMAZING and never let me go a minute without water, a drink in my hand, food, she was on top of it all- she even bustled my dress for me!
Michael was a dream to deal with, Danielle was always super thorough with paperwork and got me anything and everything I needed ASAP. I wish I could do it all over again, it was the most magical night of our lives! I wouldn't change a thing!

My family and I had the BEST experience planning our wedding and it’s because of the entire staff at Windows on the Lake! From booking our date with Uncle Frank, to booking our vendors and extras through Michael , and everything in between with the beautiful office manager Danielle, we definitely felt like family! On the day of the wedding the entire staff were so attentive and professional. Our guests loved the beautiful views on the water and enjoyed all of the food Windows had to offer! I highly recommend this venue if you want to be put as a priority, as you should be!

We decided to use the vendors provided by Windows on the lake. We recently got married here and oh my goodness... these people treated us like family and went ABOVE and BEYOND! I had a very unique situation in which we decided to plan a wedding in about three months, and Windows was so helpful throughout the whole experience. The people that work here are genuine and really care about you. When we hit any sort of bump in the road, Windows was right there to help us sort it out. The customer service was top notch with a very open attitude and were willing to accommodate any requests we had. All of our guests keep saying how it was such a great wedding, thanks to WOTL. Also the penne a la vodka is insanely good. You get an incredible amount of food and drinks are well made, your guests will be full and happy if you decide to have your wedding here!

I just had my wedding at WOTL last week and am still speechless at the superb level of service we experienced. From the initial meeting through to the actual wedding day, Michael, Danielle, Anthony, Frank and Maria were an amazing team to work with. The way each one of them went out of their way to provide us with the perfect wedding day brings tears to my eyes. I cannot thank them enough for helping us make our dream wedding come true. There was no problems too big or small. My bridal attendant Sabrina was AMAZING! She was right by my side all night, making sure our day was everything we dreamed of. This venue is very detail oriented and really take great care to give you their very best level of service. Thank you Windows on the Lake staff. We will never forget how you all went above and beyond to make our day perfect!!!

As soon as we arrived to Windows on the Lake we were greeted with smiles and amazing people like Michael and the valet guy Bobby! Walking into this beautiful venue we felt very comfortable and welcome. This venue caught our eyes the second we saw the gorgeous lake through the windows and where the ceremony is by the lake. We can’t wait to have our pictures taken here for our wedding 08/16/19!!! Thank you for this amazing experience!

Me and my fiance are very excited to have our wedding here! We booked our appointment with Frank who was super sweet and helpful on the phone. We then met with Michael who is fantastic! Very sweet, very helpful, to the point, and hilarious I might add! He made us feel so welcome.

We ended up having our appointment on a cloudy day, yet, we were still blown away at the scenery and how beautiful the venue is. The ceremony takes place right next to a beautiful lake with an amazing view. We can't imagine how beautiful the lake view must look during a beautiful sunset! (Fingers crossed that we have a beautiful day on our wedding day no 10/12/18 :) ). The venue itself is so tranquil and pretty and we went during the day. We're excited to see how it'll look with the decorations and pretty lights!

Every venue should welcome people the way Michael and his family greet everyone- by first name basis, with water, a dish of warm, delicious penne a la vodka and garlic bread! After we toured the 1 floor facility (very important if you had seniors in your party that have trouble walking stairs), we went through the menu options and numbers. He provided very reasonable quotes for different dates, since we were more flexible. You can tell he really loved his job and that he really wanted to take care of us. I appreciated all the little extras (lechon, cotton candy machine, and more) and assurance was one of the reasons why WOTL was one of our top choices. The view of the lake was gorgeous + the beautiful main hall + best thing is that he shared that the carpet will be taken out and replaced with new all wooden floors + Michael's hospitality was a great combination and we placed our $1k deposit that day! We ultimately decided on another venue this weekend when I realized how important it was for me to have a more open-space concept/look. Thank you Michael for your time and generous offers!

We are beyond excited for our wedding here. This was only our second venue we looked at and we knew it was the one. Michael was so supportive and helpful, not to mention hysterical! He made us feel so comfortable and answered all our questions. You know he truly cares about you and we cannot wait for 9-2-18! Thank you!!

Definitely book an appointment for a tour. Michael was so very accommodating and personable, and definitely worked with us to get help us get the best value. He took the time out of a very busy Sunday to meet with us a second time, an hour before a wedding and with plates of penne alla vodka, which is really what sold us. We're so excited to have our wedding here, especially for the delicious food, and to be able to work with Michael and the rest of the wonderful people of the venue.

We just booked our wedding reception at Windows on the Lake and we are so excited for our special day! Frank has been wonderful every step of the way and we can already tell that he will go that extra mile to ensure that our day is nothing less than perfect. He is extremely professional and very quick to respond to us with any questions we may have. The venue is beautiful even in the winter, so we can't wait to see it in the summer. We're getting married this July 2017 and I have confidence that we'll be back to write a glowing review.

I got married at Windows on the Lake 3 weeks ago and it was excellent!! Everything went as expected.... Actually not, their staff was better than what i thought we would received.

With the exception of not being happy with Danielle and her methods of billing everything going was amazing. Jonathan and Sabrina were incredible as was Frank who handle things for us.

From the moment we walked in the staff has always welcomed us. Frank and Janet have been most generous and kind to both me and my fiance. They have been patient and helpful during this process. It has been a pleasure working with them thus far and we are excited to have our wedding at windows on the lake!

The minute we walked in we were greated kindly by Michael. His love for what he does showed as he took the time to get to know us before he began to share the beautiful venue. We sat down to look at pictures and discuss the menu options. Next we were pleasantly surprised with a taste of food that the venue can provide. Needless to say it was delicious and it gave us some insight of what to expect for the wedding. Michael continued to impress us with his hospitality and the banquet hall itself. We toured both venues and we were astonished with both views. We decided on their Beach Estate because it will fit our smaller sized wedding. We fell in love with the place!!! Both managers Michael and Frank made us feel like we are family the moment we stepped in. We are so excited to have our wedding at The Beach Estate on Lake Ronkonkoma! So, my fiancé and I went here to get a tour of the venue before we booked our wedding. Michael and frank are too of the friendliest, most generous caterers you could ask for!! Not only did we get a tour of the entire ground but they gave us a delicious dinner, they went over pricing, they offered us a date, and they dropped the pricing on nearly everything! We were definitely impressed with how family oriented and courteous they were. Thank you michael And frank!

We got married at Windows on the Lake 2 weeks ago. I was nervous about the weather but was constantly reassured by the staff that it would work out. Frank was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer our questions. Sabrina and Jonathan were wonderful the day of. They were constantly making sure we were happy and made everything perfect throughout our entire wedding. Sabrina also helped me clean the bottom of my gown when it got dirty during picture taking. The ceremony was lovely! Frank wrote such a beautiful ceremony for us. The only downfall was the microphone broke so the people sitting on the back couldn't hear everything. Our cocktail hour was superb! The reception was fabulous and we had the absolute best time! It was spectacular and we never had to worry about anything, it was all taken care of. The food was great and the staff was excellent!

You really get the bang for your buck at Windows on the Lake. They have an outdoor patio for cocktail hour which is great. On the day of my wedding it started to rain a little before we got there so we weren't able to use the patio. What made me feel so at ease with WOTL is that I knew if it rained, I still have a fabulous room inside that is for cocktail hour. Your guests still overlook the water and it's beautiful. So you have that reassurance if it rains. Right before I got married they actually added some new touches - new chairs in the ballroom, flowers in the main entryway, flowers in other places; it looks really elegant. The main ballroom is spectacular. My SO and I loved the room. the high ceiling over the dance floor makes the room appear bigger and it's painted so beautifully. The chandeliers are so pretty.
The guests commented to my mom how the food was so good. Their penne ala vodka is so delicious! I am gluten free and they were more than accommodating with that. Almost everything at cocktail hour they were able to make gluten free and most of the main dishes they were able to make gluten free. Notice my statement before how the guests all commented the food was so good - they had no idea and couldn't even tell it was mostly gluten free. Job well done on that. As far as my cake, my husband and I don't really like cake so I was a little nontraditional and asked for individual berry parfaits which would be gluten free as well. They hadn't done berry parfaits before so that was new but their baker is gluten free so she was able to understand what I wanted and make it taste good - the berries tasted so fresh. She also made me a little gluten free cake so I could do the traditional cake cutting ceremony - a gluten free cake with cannoli filling tasted amazing.
They also couldn't do enough for me the day of the wedding! As far as the bridal attendant - she was so accommodating, so nice and catered to our needs.

They even corrected the mistakes of other vendors to ensure we were happy and relaxed. Me and my husband just got married here on 9/12/15 and everything from start to finish was great! We booked our wedding with Frank and he was awesome, treated us like family! I am a stressed person to begin with but every time we met with Frank and Anthony and everyone at Windows they always helped calm my nerves. The big day finally came and everything completely came together and even though it rained the wedding was absolutely perfect! Frank was also our officiant and he performed a great ceremony! Our maitre'd Frankie was awesome and our Bridal attendant Sabrina was amazingggg!!!!!! Our guests cannot stop talking about what a great time they had and about how great the food was and how much food there was! The alcoholic drinks were great, all our guests were so happy that the drinks were NOT watered down at all! The lighting for the reception was great as well! Everything was awesome, we are so glad we had our wedding at windows and we hope to attend a wedding here one day as well, as we def plan to go back! Great venue, great view of the lake, great food and GREAT STAFF!

This venue was just what I wanted. It was close to my church, intimate, beautiful, great sunsets over the lake, and all around a great choice for us. I also loved the fact that we were the only wedding that day since we chose a Friday night. It was reasonably priced. Honestly, after booking the venue I was extremely uncomfortable every time we went down there to ask questions and or make a payment. I felt very rushed by the sales team. But the reason I gave this venue a 5 out of 5 was because of Frankie the matire'd. He absolutely made our night a dream. After meeting with him a few days before the wedding I knew this was going to to be great. Well he went above and beyond to make sure everything went just how we wanted. Even though I didn't eat or drink since I was so busy, Stephanie the bridal attendant, was right at my side making sure I had everything I wanted. I can't thank these 2 enough. With all of out DIY ideas, Frankie made sure everything looked amazing. I was beyond amazed on how beautiful the night was and my guests complimented everything the days after. They said it was a gorgeous venue and they all loved the food. Thank you to the Windows teams (servers, cooks, everyone!) for making my wedding night more than I dreamed of and a special thank you to Frankie who was such a pleasure to work with!

Anthony and the staff at Windows on the Lake really made our dream wedding happen. They executed all of our requests and vision perfectly. Anthony was always available to go over our ideas with us. He made us feel like our day really mattered to him as much as it did to us. Our Maitre'D Frankie was so organized it was such a relief, we were able to really enjoy everything without any worry or headache! Everything went so smoothly it was so great! The food we already knew was going to be fantastic we went to the sunday brunch a bunch of times before our wedding.. our family was very happy with the food especially the filet mignon! The dj's from fourth generation were so much fun they made sure everyone was dancing all night. We had a blast

I just had my wedding here this past Saturday and it doesn't get any better than Windows on the Lake. From the first meetings we had with them to the last minute of our wedding, the entire experience was unbelievably perfect.

We met with Bill and Frank several times during the planning, who made the process very easy and stress-free. They were both very professional and helpful and assured us that everything would be great (Frank even gave us his cell number if we had any questions). They were so right. My bridal attendant, Stefanie, attended to every need I could possibly have and our maître d, Frankie, not only made everything sail smoothly, but he anticipated our needs as well. Both so friendly and great energy. These people made the day so easy and worryfree.

The food was top notch. My eating experience with wedding halls tended to be to fill up during cocktail hour because the main course usually was not good, but the food here was so delicious throughout the evening. It is all prepared fresh and in house and A LOT of it. Nobody went home hungry. My guests kept raving about it during the night. The staff even gave us some to take home which we had today and we cleaned the plates.

The venue itself is beautiful. It is on the lake and the landscape is so pretty. We had our ceremony indoors but there is also an area for the ceremony right outside by the lake. We used that area for pictures beforehand and could not have asked for a better backdrop. We had the cocktail hour outside and it was the perfect weather and atmosphere. Everybody was relaxing and it set the mood for a great party. The reception room was the ideal size for our party and tastefully decorated. I am not into ostentatious decoration and this place was all class and good taste.

I've heard so many bad stories about wedding venues and I am so glad I know nothing about that. This place sets the standard for how a wedding should be. Can't say enough great stuff about it. Thank you again.

What initially drew us to Windows on the Lake was the fact that it is located Lake-side! We originally were going to do a destination wedding, but unforseen events made us go local. The scenery from Windows on the Lake was perfect. When we arrived we immediately noticed the Hibiscus in season and that put a big cheesy grin on my face (me & my husband are from the Islands). Then we stepped inside the Venu and noticed the green carpeting which put another big smile on my face (my favorite color is green). Upon meeting our contact, Frank A., I don't think I/we stopped smiling until we said our goodbyes, right after signing our contract on the spot. Frank is personable, easy going, helpful, accommodating, and so humorous. Windows on the Lake itself did not disappoint...we were pleased with everything. The outdoors color and the color of the ceiling in the Reception room was the same as our wedding color...a beautiful BLUE hue. Frank was with us every step of the way until we waved our goodbyes at the end of our wedding night. Everything was PERFECT: the ambiance, the service, the food, the staff and Frank...we were pleased on all aspects of our wedding. They ROCK! We will surely recommend as often as a wedding occasion arises.

My husband and I were very happy with our wedding here. We felt from the time we booked up until our wedding day the staff was very helpful. We had alot of family from the city and had so may compliments on how much fun our wedding was. We loved the ceremony space right on the water, it was breathtaking. My bridal attendant and Matre'd were amazing on our wedding day and the girls in the office were awesome!! The food was delicious, the dj played the best mix of salsa and top 40, everyone was dancing. Could not have picked a better place! Thank you so much!!!!!

Windows on the Lake was absolutely amazing!!! Then venue itself is beautiful and the outside landscape was perfect for pictures! The entire staff was such a pleasure I could go on and on about them. Frank Amantia was our banquet manager and also our ceremony officiant and he was just great from start to finish. He was a true gentleman and very professional and wrote a beautiful ceremony for us, which he also made sure I had the outside ceremony I always dreamed of. He made me feel very confident in all of them to make the day the best day ever and they did. Danielle the manager was so helpful and efficient, she really made the whole process very smooth for me. The day of my wedding was perfect from beginning to end. They all make me you feel like family there. Frankie the maitre d was truly the best! He was so on top of everything and made sure everything was perfect. My bridal attendant was also amazing, I wish I remembered her name because I would love to personally recognize her because she was fantastic!! By my side all night and made sure I was good at all times. The food was great, the décor was great, they really listened to everything I wanted and made it happen. Windows was perfect! My wedding was like a dream!

I had and amazing wedding. The staff there are all amazing. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. It was a real pleasure working with them. I truly would recommend anyone to have a wedding there. The day went on perfect. The only thing I would have changed was that it was very hot the day of my wedding and my guests were sweating so cocktail hour should have been in doors. They accomodated everyone by having everyone sit inside after they go the food.

Perfect place for a wedding reception! The quality of the service was tip-top. They guided us through the whole process. No pressure sales. If you decided to go with someone else for dj or photography, they were glad to help arrange if need be. The value we got was far beyond our expectations. In the two weeks prior to the wedding, you only deal with the owner, Frank. He gives you his phone numbers and tells you to call any time for any reason. We didn't need to, but if was really nice to know if we needed to. Best value for the price! Very professional staff. They took care of everything!

Everyone we worked with was amazing, and answered all of my many questions. They put my mind at ease, which is what everyone needs around the time of their wedding. Everything came out beautiful, and the food was amazing!

Windows on the Lake surpassed our wildest expectations. Frank, our salesman, felt like family and whenever we stopped by or called in he made us feel like we were the most important part of his day. The maitre'd (Frankie) and bridal attendant (Besty) were phenomenal and delivered a flawless evening. Windows on the Lake delivered on EVERYTHING they said they would and even threw in some extras. Here's what really impressed us. All along we planned an outdoor ceremony but of course on the Big Day Mother Nature didn't want to cooperate. Reluctantly, we decided three hours before the event to bring it inside. Then, an HOUR before the ceremony Frankie came and said the weather cleared and ground dried enough to move outside. We jumped at the chance and the Windows crew created an entire outdoor ceremony from scratch. We started on-time and Frankie kept the entire evening moving very smoothly. From beginning to end we felt like we were in great hands. Windows on the Lake offers event services and we used their DJ who did a TERRIFIC job! The food and wedding cake were, hands down, every bit as good as they said it would be. The whole evening featured a parade of food that seemed never ending - complete with complimentary seconds for anyone still hungry after dinner. We went with a strawberry shortcake for the cake and it was delicious.

From start to finish, everything was perfect. They made it a perfect day, and the planning process was easy and stress free. I would recommend Windows on the Lake to everyone.

All I have to say is Everything (and I mean everything) was nothing less than perfect. From our initial appointment with Ron our Banquet Manager to our wedding day where our Maitre d Frankie took care of every detail, our day was perfect. Ron made us feel like family. Our ceremony was perfect, our cocktail hour was spectacular, and our dinner was amazing. Our guests are raving about every aspect of our day. Thank you Ron, and Thank you Windows on the Lake!

Windows on the Lake did an amazing job for our wedding! We had a great time and so did all of our guests. We have been getting non stop compliments on the hall and the food. The cake was phenomenal. The vendors provided by the hall were also great. Frank A, Frankie our maitre'd & Brittany our bridal attendant were very helpful and made our day go by smoothly. We have no complaints. The venue itself is beautiful!

Choosing Windows on the Lake was the best decision I could have made. We did a lot of shopping for a Catering Hall, and had lots of trouble finding one where I would be the only Bride. At Windows on the Lake I was the only bride, and my wedding was right on the water! I used their "Complete Wedding Package", and again it was the best thing that I could have done. All of my Vendors were booked at the same time, and they were the same Vendors that we had seen in many of the other catering halls that we visited. Every Vendor was professional and did an amazing job! We didn't have to spend months shopping and comparing prices etc.

I was dealing with Anthony the owner throughout the entire planning process, and he was great. Without his advice and insight my wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was. Its obvious that the entire staff at Windows is as professional as they get, as every detail of my wedding was attended to with care and perfection.

Where do I begin? Windows on the Lake gave us the most perfect wedding that any bride and groom could hope for. It was truly a fantasy wedding come true. From our ceremony which was held right on the water followed by our amazing cocktail hour, every detail was more than attended to. The food was amazing and all of our guests kept talking about how much food there was and how amazing each dish tasted. Our Bridal Attendant made sure that my husband and I got to taste everything from cocktail hour, and she took care of our parent,s and our entire bridal party while we were taking pictures.

Our Maitre D Frankie was amazing. He made us feel like kings and queens, from the moment we arrived. He went above and beyond, to make sure that everything was beyond our expectations. He even made sure that we sat down to eat, something that brides and grooms rarely get to do. Our dinners were perfect, and our guests are still talking about how good all of the food was.

From start to finish they made our experience nothing less than incredible. We would recommend WIndows on the Lake to anyone who wants their dream wedding to become a reality. Frank, Ron, Anthony and the amazing staff there will make sure of it! They treated us like family and we are so thankful, that we now consider them like family.

We had our wedding at Windows on the Lake, and we had a wonderful time. The outdoor ceremony by the lake was absolutely beautiful, romantic, and picturesque. We heard siren during our ceremony because it was next to a road, but it didn't ruin our ceremony at all. It has a nice small garden for cocktail hour. The Rainbow Room was big enough to comfortably fit 220 people (I wouldn't recommend anything more than that). The décor was a bit old school, but the overall ambience was very nice and cozy. Some of our guests stayed behind for half hour just to take pictures by the lake.
I didn't get to eat much, but our guests said the food was good. There was only one wedding at a time, so we got full attention from the crew. The Maitre'D, Bridal Attendant, and Sales Manager were very helpful. They definitely made our special day go smoothly. We love this place and would definitely recommend it.

First off This venue is absolutely gorgeous! Everything I wanted the staff made happen, They even had fireworks for our grand entrance! The staff handled every aspect of my wedding, which relieved all the stress and probably the reason i didn't turn into a bridezilla lol! The filet mignon was so amazing we had to come back for more the next day at their sunday brunch and i am looking forward to coming back in the holidays! Thank you Windows on the Lake!

I had my wedding here last weekend. The property is unbelievably beautiful. I was really impressed with the panoramic windows in the cocktail room and ballroom. The view of the lake is breathtaking. It was so nice having a view instead of staring at four walls, as had seen at many other venues. The ambiance and food were great. I loved the pasta station. I am actually sorry that I had never been here before!

They really surprised me on the wedding day. Very good service.They made everything so nice. They put together the centerpieces for us in the exact way I wanted them. Food was awesome.The cake looked amazing also tasted amazing. They handed out extra food to the guests. The guests said it was very classy that they did that and it was probably the best wedding they had been to. The bridal attendant always asked if I needed anything. The only inconvenience I experienced was that they couldn't accept the second and third payments by credit card. They allowed personal check for my second payment, and only bank check or cash for the final payment. However, they were very understanding that it was an inconvenience and basically gave us an open timeline to make all of our payments. Overall, I was happy with them, so were all the guests.

Windows on the Lake made our wedding day perfect. They were so easy to work with from the organization of the room to times to set-up. Our day was so special and stress-free because they really took care of everything.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We had some difficulty prior with some details; however, we knew if we talked to Danielle, everything would be fine. They actually still owe us a very small amount of money because we paid for two adults when they were children, but we let it go because everything else that day worked out great. The only other complaints I have is that they weren't very respectful of our ceremony that was faith-based. During the rehearsal, the owner actually joked about us wanting to have communion with our pastor during the ceremony, and they misplaced our communion wine glass that day. Also, the owner forgot about our rehearsal (good thing they didn't have anything else going on). Overall, it was perfect because our day was perfect...and we received amazing compliments about the food, location, scenery, and whole atmosphere of our day wedding.

I was a guest today at a wedding reception held Windows, I was very impressed with the bridal attendant. Toni Anne Baez was such a great attendant and always was around us and the bride. Bride and Groom were very happy with Toni Anne Baez.

Windows on the Lake absolutely blew me away the day of the event. We had talked many times and had some slight hiccups along the way, but the final outcome far exceeded my expectations. The staff was helpful, accommodating and truly helped make the day feel special. They really know what to do and how to make your wedding day a truly wonderful experience. Windows was great to work with and it made planning a million times easier! I dealt the most with Frank and Danielle who were very helpful. My biggest advice for future brides is to know what it is that you want and make Windows adhere to your vision. In the beginning, I was very unsure of myself and that made it harder when talking to Windows. However, once I looked at pictures of events at Windows, went to their showcase and researched on bridal website I found what I liked and didn't like. Once I had a vision, I made sure Windows knew my vision and they really did their best to create that. As I said before they completely blew me away. The final outcome was gorgeous and spectacular.

My wedding at Windows was amazing! The view is breathtaking. The food is delicious. The bridal attendant, Stephanie was wonderful! I am so happy with how my wedding went. Best night of my life.

The only reason there wasn't 5 stars across the board, is because there were a few things promised to us at our original meeting that didn't go as planned. For example, we were promised that the street would be closed during the ceremony but it wasn't. We were told that if we did buffet, people would be dancing the whole time while tables were asked to come up and get food. Instead, the dancing stopped while tables were called.

All in all it was a phenomenal night aside from a few minor issues. I would definitely recommend having your wedding here!

Everyone raved about how much food and how good the food was. They all loved the view of the lake and it was great for taking pictures. Our banquet manager was very organized and had everything in order for us.

Good local venue, never even knew there was an option to get married on the lake!

I had my wedding on 4/30/22. Overall, our wedding turned out wonderful, thanks to Dana! We were so thankful we were able to switch from Bill to her. Bill was not listening to what my fiance (at the time) and I were asking and similar to a used cars salesman just kept saying yes to everything and left everything very ambiguous. When we tried to get clarification through meeting with him he never wrote anything down. We tried texting him and he never wrote back in a text message, he would instead Facetime us to "verbally" agree on certain details to the wedding. When we met with him to go over our wedding reception details that's when those "verbal" agreements were forgotten and as mentioned above the used car salesman tactics came in saying "I never said that", "I would never say that", "in all my years, I would never tell a customer that". This was frustrating because he wouldn't listen to what we were asking and I felt if everything was told to us upfront and with honesty we would've been more accommodating to get us as close to our vision as possible. What drew the line for us was when Bill accidentally texted us talking about us! This was unprofessional and disrespectful. Like most couples, it's our first time getting married so what's supposed to be fun and brin g us closer together it was frustrating. Bill treated us like this is a normal everyday routine. I would highly avoid him. If you do get Bill, I would advise to either get someone else or do not sign anything until everything is written down.

Going back to Dana, she is a true a professional and so genuine. So thankful that I met Dana on the day I had to choose our table cloth and napkin colors. She saw that I was distraught and stressed. Right away, she asked what she could do to make the experience better. The fact she took the time to apologize for Bill's actions was already kind. We ended up switching to Dana, and the experience got so much better. At first, we booked at Beach Club Estate and at the time it was going through construction that Bill said would be done before our wedding and was confident about it. When we walked the venue with Dana, she said it most likely would not be completed by our wedding date. Despite all the hiccups, she was so optimistic in making sure everything would run smoothly. She is amazing with communication through texting, phone calls, and in-person meetings. The day of our wedding, everything was perfect. Dana and her team are so incredibly amazing and detail oriented.

I love windows on the Lake! We had bumps during the planning process regarding exit stations and price cost. However, it was tiny. The day of was absolutely perfect. Charles was perfect and made the day run so smoothly. It was everything I could have dreamed of.

Me and my husband just got married at the end of April!! When we first called to schedule an appointment the women Danielle was super polite and helpful! When we got there and meet with Michael we were sold!! His personality not only made you feel so welcomed but also as though he may be more excited about your wedding then you are!! Our ceremony from start to finish went off with out a hitch. We are so glad we choose windows on the lake!

We had the most amazing wedding!! The venue was beautiful. The servers and attendants were friendly and prompt. We used all of their major vendors except one. The vendors we did use were awesome. Overall, we had an excellent experience and wouldn't change a thing!!

Sabrina and Stephanie were wonderful and knew what we needed before we did. Frank was accommodating and helped out where ever he could.

Windows on the Lake turned out to be an incredible place for us to have our wedding. We had a little back and forth with the owner, Anthony, regarding what we wanted versus what could actually be done on a few matters, but on the actual day, the maitre'd and bridal attendant were both so incredible that any reservations we had were gone completely! They went out of their way to make our wedding "ours" and catered to our every need! We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding and when a monsoon came through Long Island on our big day, they transformed our hall into the most beautiful indoor-wedding setup! I'm still in awe of how special they made our day! Highly recommended, but suggest you contact Frank instead of Anthony to work out any issues that might come up- he's much easier to work with and much more easy-going than his brother, Anthony, who's much more "business."

There were a few hiccups during the planning stages (i didnt care for the invitations that they had but they were happy to take them out of the package and they dont do tastings of the Entree choices) in the end we had a great day! The food was amazing and our guests were having a great time, also we used the in house vendors and they all did a great job! Less than 2 weeks later and we have our proofs from our Photographer.

I do not reccomend the house videographer.
When the wedding was over they got us out of there so quick that people left things there.

The place was great because we got married outside on a great day. Everyone raved about the food. I would recommend Windows on the Lake, but I would definately not advise anyone, not even my worst enemy, to use the package they have for pictures, videographer, etc.!!! They say its cheaper and it is not and the services are horrible. Their photographer lost my wedding pictures, videographer did a horrible job with my video and we had problems with the limo service. So do your research and get your own vendors. But again Windows on the Lake itself was fine. I would reccomend!

My maid of honor made an appointment for us to see Beach Club Estate. I wanted to have a smaller intimate wedding of 100 people and the website claims to accommodate 60 to 150 guests. When we arrived on site, we were seen at Windows on the Lake. We were told that we cant see Beach Club Resort because there was a wedding happening at the time. We were greeted by friendly staff and "uncle Frank" was the friendliest. we were even served a delicious lunch and was able to confirm the food does taste good there.

Although we wanted a date in Oct, I was also considering a winter wedding so my sister from out of town can be in NY all week during winter recess. Despite the folder and the website encouraging to ask about winter specials. I could not get any information on that. Uncle Frank gave me a package for Windows on the Lake that holds a minimum of 125 people. Told us i can hold the date for a monetary amount and i have 3 days to make up my mind.

I spoke to my groom who is in Florida for the week for his grandmothers 50th wedding anniversary. He said it "all sounds great but it is hard for me to commit without seeing it in person." I respected this because it is his day too. I called "uncle Frank" back to tell him, the grooms decision. I told him, he want to see the venue in person but is out of state, u don't have to hold the date for 2 more days. He informed me there was another couple he needs to call back because they want the day. I said thats ok, we also wanted to see the beach resort as initially planned to compare. He said you know its the same price right? i said nothing about price but it accommodates smaller parties which is what we wanted. Instead of saying let me pass you to some one who can see u when he's back in town on a day the beach club resort is available for viewing. "Uncle Frank" became dismissive, brushed me off, rushed me off the phone before i can even ask for a new date to come in with the groom.

Beautiful venue with beautiful views but the staff can be nasty. When we first looked at this place everyone was so nice so we booked here on the spot. When we went back we talked to the event coordinator about all there house services which are very expensive. You can find your own vendors for much cheaper and better deals. We booked with there house vendors but then canceled it. Everytime we go there they say something about us not using there vendors. They even joked about my limo being late the day of my wedding and how my DJ and photographer/videographer isn't going to be as good as there's.Really? That's horrible to say to a paying customer. Since I booked this place its been nothing but stress from them and they never call you back. Its a beautiful place but I would not recommend anyone booking there wedding there.

What a disappointment! This venue was one of the first on our list. Not only because we thought it was an affordable price (ehh...), but the pictures made us believe it was worth booking (ehh...). My fiancé and I had out first meeting in June with Michael. I cannot lie, Michael was a friendly and a joy to meet . He did his best to persuade us Windows was the best venue for us, so my fiancé put down a deposit. Unfortunately, after our second meeting to discuss the services, we later decided to part ways because the cost was too high. In our first meeting we were promised a refund and since July we have been waiting. My fiancé and myself have repeatedly tried to get in contact with anyone from Windows. My fiancé was spoken to rudely over the phone. I have received late responses to my emails or just no response at all. We do not appreciate being jerked around. Think twice, three times before choosing this venue. When you're on the tour get a thorough look at everything. The bathrooms weren't great. I was never shown the Bridal suite.

I could go on and on about this venue and the problems that arose from having our wedding reception there. Prior to our "big day", I went to see the room set-up and all the tableclothes were wrinkled and dirty. I requested new ones and the new ones they brought out were just as bad. The recommended DJ (that came with the wedding package and venue) was busy getting food from our buffet when the music remained off for a good 5 minutes and we had to tell him to turn it back on. At the end of the night when we were leaving, the wait staff trash talked me and my guests while there were still in "ear-shot." Many other things occured but I will not waste any more of my time talking about how horrible this place was. I would never recommend having an event here.

The staff was very rude to my family and they had traveled across the country to attend our wedding. It was a disorganized mess and an overall miserable experience. Certainly not a memory that I want to carry with me for the rest of her life but I do not have a choice at this point. These reviews must be from contracted review companies whom post fake reviews and artificially pump them up because we had a far different experience. Don’t make the same mistake we did. There have to be better options out there because this turned into an absolute nightmare.

HORRIBLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE to say the least. A year of planning and was promised to have my ceremony in front of the lake ( which is the only reason I booked this venue) to only arrive at my wedding venue to be told in the parking lot that everything is moved indoors due to an executive decision of the staff. I was never informed of this ahead of time. Secondly, NONE of my wedding arch decorations were used nor was my wedding cake ribbon or cake topper. The cake topper was placed on while the DJ was announcing we would be cutting the cake in front of everyone. I wasn’t even provided with a fork- all this is on video footage. Thirdly, my place cards weren’t used and my guests sat anywhere to then be asked to move 30 min later. Things would have been worse if my sister-in- law and friend didn’t assist with all the guests. At cocktail hour, my guests were all on top of each other. It was wayyyy too small to hold everyone and I only had 130 guests. The incorrect menu was brought out and then they ran out of salmon and gave my guests tons of shrimp which isn’t what I paid for. This was brought up to Anthony and he said “salmon and shrimp are the same thing”. The guests placed their orders and received the wrong meals over and over. Our isle runner wasn’t taped down to the slippery dance floor which almost made myself and my father fall… also on camera footage. They were short staffed and conducted a staff meeting in front of all my guests on the dance floor while I was changing upstairs in the bridal suite that has a camera in it… which I didn’t know until after I was already undressed. At the end of the night my groom mentioned all these disgusting things that occurred to one of the employees and that employee tried to fight my husband! Outrageous. Anthony kept trying to find excuses for all the terrible things that were happening. His wife was also no better, she only covered for him. Anthony insulted my camera man and approached his face for no reason at all. The rest of the staff (waiters and waitresses) said they hate working there and that they always do this to couples getting married there. I was promised a captain, bridal attendant and maitre’d but received none! My bridesmaids were the only ones that made sure I was served food and helped with literally everything. I only placed one star because zero stars isn’t an option. My family is beyond upset and these memories will unfortunately last a lifetime and can’t be erased. I STRONGLY advise everyone to stay away from this place. The emotional and mental damage is unexplainable. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Dana, Worst sales consultant ever! She promised me a dream then lied to me. She literally told me I needed to add 25 more people the day before she sent me the contract to sign. First of all I told her I had other venues and I only wanted 100 people she said 125 for a Saturday night I said we would do it and honestly it was a stretch for us not monetarily but we moved away so only family live close by. She was super rude to me and spoke to me very disrespectful. She also said she would work on a price for the fireworks and once I said yes to the venue she back tracked everything she promised me. All she did was blame her boss and the 7 day contract after I told her I was on my honeymoon and when I get back we would sit and talk. Unprofessional, rude, nasty and promised the world to get my business. Now I know why this establishment doesn’t accept credit cards- they go back on their word and people cancel their payments to them because they didn’t receive what was promised. Really sad . These are couples best times and most memorable experience and Dana made mine a nightmare! So upsetting! All for a commission check! Dana I hope you read this and I hope your manager reads this, you should be fired for lying to customers, treating them disrespectfully and having a nasty attitude. I will let everyone know not to ever book here you lost more than just my business! Future business as well!

STAY AWAY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Back in September 2019 we meet with Michael and I must say had a great experience ams booked our wedding for November 2020. But due to Covid-19 had to reschedule for November 2021. After not hearing a peep from this place we decided to contact them in April to discuss some questions we had for Michael and this disgusting establishment. We were told Michael no longer works there and their is no reason to speak with them till 3 months prior to our wedding. We demand a face to face meeting and that’s when we sat down with Ron. He listened to all our questions and his only answer to all of them was that he would have to speak to the owner Anthony. We did receive a phone call from this clown. He started off the conversation like he was my best friend and had no idea why he was calling me. So I got straight to the point and asked him the questions we had. He was condescending and rude to the point when I pointed out something about renovations his answer was “WOW I’m surprised you noticed that” then proceeded to tell me I can do work there to offset the price of the wedding. That’s the point when my fiancé and I decided to cancel. Knowing we would have to eat 25% of what we paid already. Then they have the nerve to say that are keeping everything we have paid up and above the 25% along with saying we owe them more. Now the lawyers, Suffolk County Consumer Affairs along with the Attorney Generals office & Anthony’s brother Bart will need to be involved. It will be a long drawn out process but I’m up for the fight and know WE ARE IN THE RIGHT!!!
