We hired Calla for a partial planning package (3 months prior to the wedding) and she was an invaluable asset to me and my husband. She was very helpful with ideas for all kinds of wedding details, from where to order invitations or buy sparklers, to what to write in the wedding program. Calla was responsive to emails throughout the planning process and even tracked down the missing top layer of our wedding cake several days after the wedding! She was extremely professional, nice, and calm, especially during the ceremony, and reception. She is exactly what a stressed out bride needs on her wedding day - a calm, nice person to help with all of the details! I would definitely recommend Calla to any of my friends who are getting married.

Calla was wonderful. We literally could not have had our wedding without her. At first, you're going to think "I can do all of this myself, what do I need a coordinator for." And then about 2 months before your wedding (at least that is when it kicked in for me) you will realize Calla is worth 10 times what you are paying her. From details I would never have thought of to executing crazy ideas that I wanted to do, Calla was wonderful. She was also very flexible with changed venue, and understanding of unique family dynamics. And she stayed up practically all night 2 days before the wedding to finish place cards after I decided I could not hand write them.

Future brides! I know you maybe saying to yourself that you don't need a wedding planner/coordinator, however I would rethink that. Calla was worth every penny and more. She made the months and weeks leading up to wedding the least stressful time for me and my family. She was very professional, extremely responsive and I could count on her for everything! The day of our wedding honestly couldn't have been any perfect. Calla kept everything running smoothly which allowed me to enjoy the most special in my life. Calla was AMAZING in helping me plan my wedding. She had great ideas and advice, and many times solved problems that I would have otherwise freaked out about! One of the best parts about our wedding and reception was the flawless, smooth flow of events. Having Calla behind the scenes the day of the wedding provided for a spectacular evening. The direction and timing of events that Calla was in charge of were run so well, that we continue to receive praises a year later from our guests about how wonderful the wedding was. Our bridal party, family, and guests were able to sense a feeling of control and structure during the night (as opposed to chaos) without ever knowing who was running the show!
