    The Most Beautiful Ballroom in Dallas

    My wife and I held our wedding reception in the Turtle Creek Ballroom at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas. There is no more beautiful ballroom in all of Dallas. Hold your wedding reception here!

    Wonderful Wedding!

    I got married at the Warwick Melrose a few weeks ago and this was our 3rd date due to the pandemic. Cedric and his team have been amazing throughout the pandemic and the entire process. The team was always available to me during the planning process and the weekend of the wedding. I highly recommend this venue!

    Superb on all levels

    The Warwick/Melrose team, led by Cedric Frazier couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with! The food was fabulous and we had chefs as part of our party and they all complimented the food, especially the starters! The team from front office, to wait staff to bartenders were professional, courteous and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of the Warwick!

    Exceeded Expectations

    My daughter’s wedding was held at the Warwick Melrose. Selecting this venue was the best decision we made! Kristin and the entire staff were professional, capable and truly anticipated every request before it could be made! The hotel itself is a historic beauty! The food is amazing. So many of our guest commented on the unbelievably delicious food! I have recommend me them to everyone I know with events coming up! I would not hesitate to engage their services again. The planning process with Covid-19 striking could have been incredibly stressful. However, Kristin and Francisco were so on top of the most minute details that all the stress was lifted from my shoulders! Excellent facility! Excellent staff! Excellent food!

    Very accommodating and beautiful hotel!

    The Warwick made us feel so special and made the entire weekend unforgettable. We worked with Kristin mostly and she was very accommodating. The food at the reception was amazing and people still talk about it. Not to mention the hotel is absolutely stunning -- people have told us over and over again how beautiful the reception was because of the hotel. The Warwick made our dream wedding a reality!!

    Perfect Wedding

    From our first visit to the day of, everyone at the Warwick was helpful. We had a vision but not a completed vision. They provided us with suggestions, vendor list, guidance, what to expect, experience, everything we needed and stuck with our budget. From the event planner to the waiters, everyone was wonderful. I will and have recommend the Warwick for any event. They helped my daughter and son in law have the most perfect unforgettable wedding. Thank you.

    Classic Venue and Great Food

    We chose the Warwick for our wedding because the hotel is so elegant and has an old world charm. We felt taken care of every step of the way and they also catered the wedding. Everyone told us how great the food was and I happen to agree- it was delicious. Our wedding was absolutely magical and I'd do it again here if I could!

    I was married and had my reception here on April 29th and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and the venue itself had the perfect blend of modern amenities along with an "old school" vibe--our guests particularly loved the Library bar! But the day wouldn't have been possible without the help of Abby Rodriguez. She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special wedding. From the very beginning, she made sure everything ran smoothly and helped us with food and beverage selections (the food was delicious), coordinated with outside vendors and even made sure I walked down the aisle on time. No request was too big and we felt like Abby, plus the entire hotel staff, worked tirelessly to make sure we had the wedding we dreamed of. Everyone at the hotel had a such a welcoming and positive attitude that our guests felt taken care of and I think it helped set the tone for a fantastic night. I can't thank them enough for giving myself, my husband and my family a great day to remember!

    When I began my wedding reception venue search, I didn't think I was going to be able to find what I was envisioning in Dallas, TX. I wanted a hotel, but not just any hotel. I wanted a hotel with character - something that gave off an old-school, classic New Orleans vibe. The second I stepped foot into the Melrose lobby, I was sold. It's warm and vintage boutique atmosphere almost transports you back in time to the 1920's. And the library bar is so comfortable that hours go by and you don't even notice.

    Now, this hotel could be the most beautiful place I'd ever seen, but if it didn't have good hospitality and service, then it was crossed off my list. Well, let me say this: The staff at Warwick went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy. When my mom and I walked in to tour the venue, Abby was standing in the lobby WAITING for US. This was such a nice change of pace compared to the previous two boutique hotels we visited that day which made US wait for THEM for 15 minutes before they were ready to give us our tour. The guest service did not taper off one bit after this first meeting. Four months before our wedding, we revisited the hotel when it was set up for another wedding. As we walked through the ballroom before the guests arrived, we were greeted and given two complimentary glasses of champagne. The point is, every time I stepped foot into the Melrose before, and even after my big day, they made me feel like a princess... and isn't that what every bride wants through this process?

    The wedding weekend was flawless, from my husband and I's point of view, and from the family and friends that we talked to afterwards. Everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about the hotel and its staff.

    Abby and this hotel will hold a dear place in my and my husband's hearts for the rest of our lives. It was the perfect fairytale venue for the start of OUR perfect fairytale. If I could rate 10 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

    Just perfect! I fell in love with this venue when I first found it whilst going through millions of other venues, this venue stuck with me and I couldn't be happier! They go above and beyond for you! The food is amazing!Our wedding and reception went so smoothly and its because of this incredible team especially (Kelly -the coordinator)Sorry if i cant remember everyone's name,i corresponded with kelly several times . The venue is cosy and so beautiful. We have had complements from guests saying the food is the best they ever had at any wedding! Your wedding here will make it that extra bit special. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

    Kelley G. and everyone at The Melrose made our special day all that we dreamed of and more! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue, the 2nd floor terrace, and they absolutely transformed the ballroom into a fairy tale reception with candles everywhere, our beautiful flowers, lighting and decor. We loved the ability to hang out with our guests after the part ended in The Library Bar and continued to the festivities well past our bedtime! We can't wait to go back, even just for a weekend stay-cation and can't recommend this venue enough to anyone looking for an all-in-one venue for their magical day!

    Loved having our wedding reception at the Melrose in Dallas a few weeks ago. Kelley is by far the best wedding coordinator and will help you each step along the way. The whole atmosphere of the hotel represented exactly what I wanted my wedding to be; elegant charm with their beautiful chandeliers and gold chiavari chairs. Was in love with this venue and so glad we chose this one.

    We LOVED working with the Melrose! We worked with Kelley Grosskopf, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, organized, and professional. She made it a stress-free event, and it was everything we wanted it to be. She helped us meet our price points too and made recommendations based on what she had seen work well for other weddings (while ultimately still enthusiastically supporting what we decided!). We would host any event here and feel confident they would do well without much guidance/supervision. And having the Library Bar there and open late is an excellent bonus for guests following the reception!

    The Hotel was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. Staff was genuinely kind and professional and the food is all my guest are talking about. Pricing was right upfront and within reason. Our Event Coordinator Kelley was Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was one of those particular brides who wanted everything perfect and Kelley made it happen.
    We are so happy we chose the Warwick Melrose, it truly was our Dream Wedding!

    The Melrose was the perfect location for our wedding reception. Everything was coordinated perfectly and happened flawlessly. Guests raved about the food and those who stayed at the hotel very much enjoyed it. Would highly recommend the facilities and the staff.

    My husband and I got married on Sept 21, 2013, at the Warwick Melrose Hotel and we LOVED it. We could not have had a better experience. Kelley Grosskopf was so wonderful to work with, and I cannot imagine planning my wedding without her. She was always so helpful, responsive, and sweet! I did not have a wedding planner, and honestly, I didn't need one since I had Kelley. She helped us plan our 115 person wedding in 6 months, and it was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and charming, the food was great, and the Library makes the perfect place for an after-party. Our guests loved staying at the hotel, and we loved being able to have everything—ceremony, reception, after party, and guests rooms--all in one location. Our friends even worked with Kelley to have Aubree Anna, an AMAZING singer at the Library, surprise us during our first dance. We could not believe it when she walked through the door and sang At Last to us! It truly was a perfect day, and I am so glad we decided to have our wedding at the Warwick Melrose Hotel.

    I had my wedding reception at the Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas. They exceeded my expectations. The Social Catering Manager, Kelley Grosskopf, was amazing. To sum up, the Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas, helped make my dream wedding reception come true!

    The Melrose Hotel provided an elegant and beautiful wedding reception for my daughter. Everything looked stunning. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Kelley Grosskopf did an extraordinary job in taking care of every detail. She accommodated every request we made, even when it was at the last minute. We were very proud to entertain our family and friends here, our guests were very impressed, and our daughter felt that her wedding was everything she dreamed it would be!

    The Warwick was the perfect venue for our wedding! Working with Kelley and the Warwick team, they made my wedding truly the most magical day I could have imagined. The guests raved about the food, the cocktails, and the setup. I could go on and on. It is the perfect location for out of town guests to enjoy the hotel and the area. The front desk staff was so easy to work with and went above and beyond for our guests.

    Having our wedding at the Warwick was the best decision that we made. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful and our guests are still telling us about the "BEST.WEDDING.EVER"!!! Kelley and her team covered every detail and took away a lot of the stress from planning our wedding.

    I absolutely LOVED working with Bethany Bustin for our wedding reception at the Warwick Melrose Hotel! Bethany was extremely professional, responsive, very helpful and accommodating. It was the perfect venue for our small wedding, we had about 93 guests attend our reception. The tasting that Bethany hosted for us was so much fun and the food we selected was delectable, our guests raved about how wonderful our food selections were. The service we received was exactly what I hoped it would be. The team at the Warwick really took good care of us and our guests, if we had to do it all over again I would still choose the Warwick Melrose Hotel.     We experienced no surprises throughout the whole process of working with the Warwick Melrose except that they exceeded our expectations! The social catering manager, Bethany Bustin, went above and beyond her duties. We felt as though we received royal treatment and all our needs were met.

    We just had our daughter's wedding at the Warkwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas. It was beautiful and beyond our expectations. The entire hotel staff went above any service expectations we ever had no matter what hotel we've ever stayed at. Bethany Bustin, our wedding coordinator was a dream come true. No detail was left out, we were treated with such care and love that it just could not have been a better experience. There was not one single thing I would change. It was just perfect, perfect, perfect.Thank you Bethany and thank you to the entire staff who made the day/night/weekend so special.

    Bethany was a dream to work with. She was so friendly and helpful and never missed a beat in answering the millions of questions I had for her. She was the reason I booked the Warwick and my wedding night went perfectly! The ceremony and reception rooms were decorated to a T... Exactly how we discussed everything and the rooms were absolutely stunning. The Warwick Melrose Hotel was definitely my best choice of all of my vendors... and I will be recommending it to my friends and family in the future!

    All involving the rehearsal dinner for 80 guests from excellent food and food choice recommendations, full bar, table wine service, table and room decor, AV services, special rentals, music, etc. were handled professionally and promptly. Calls and emails were ansered very promptly.
    No question I asked was too small. Requests, even last minute day or or night of dinner, were taken care of immediately! All guests were complimentary and no negative comments on ANY aspect.
    Bethany was a joy to work with on our families rehearsal dinner. I have worked on planning many dinner events/parties for many organizations and Bethany is the best!

    These people will bend over backwards to make you happy and really don't need to considering they have one of the top restaurants nestled in their hotel. The hotel is breathtaking and historic in quality. It will make you feel like royalty!

    Vintage elegance. Tradition. From the moment you arrive, you are treated like royalty - and that's before they know you're the prospective bride. The Warwick Melrose prides itself on service and tradition for good reason, they excel at both. We held our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all at the Warwick Melrose, all under the thoughtful supervision of Miss Kelley Grosskopf - who is, without a doubt, one of the most talented individuals I've ever met. Every curve-ball I threw at her, she promptly turned into a home run without breaking a sweat. We had a little over 100 guests, were married on the terrace and held the reception downstairs - we had plenty of room. The food for both events were absolutely outstanding, had impeccable service, open bar (the Library Bar was also available to our guests), and we had an amazing party into the night. I received many compliments on the venue, from the staff to the details, all were very appreciated - even my other vendors complimented my choice! I highly recommend the Melrose for any occasion you might host - especially for the chance to work with Kelley, she will bend over backwards to make your vision come to life!

    The Warwick Melrose Hotel and Kelley provided my husband and me with our dream wedding. Our hotel/wedding coordinator, Kelley, bent over backwards to help us in our planning and was so quick in providing answers to our questions throughout the process. The facility is beautiful on its own, and we were able to make it even more beautiful with the flexibility that was allowed in decorating (the updates/renovations that took place before our wedding made the ball room even MORE beautiful, by the way!). Since the wedding, we have had multiple friends rave about the event and how good the food was. We look forward to making the Warwick our hotel of choice for all future special events...we just loved it, and while we went over our planned budget, it was worth every penny to know that we were in great hands!

    We were recently married at the Warwick Melrose Hotel in Dallas. It was absolutely perfect! If you are looking to get married in a hotel that has charm, class, good food and a wonderful staff, this is the place!

    Perfect wedding venue

    Ashley at The Warwick gave us the best customer service. She was always available, was so accommodating and made the wedding planning experience so easy. All of the staff at The Warwick were professional, gave great customer service and all with a smile on their face. The Turtle Creek Ballroom is a lovely, new, and a great place to host a wedding. We had the best experience. 10 out of 10

    I swore I would never do my wedding in a hotel--but when we walked into the Warwick, it just felt like us. It has a grand, elegant feel, yet seems cozy and intimate. The space in the ballroom is unusual, not your typical big open ballroom, but for us it added to the ambiance of the day. Kelley G is absolutely first rate, so amazing to work with. She was extremely patient with us (my hubby always had LOTS of questions) and very quick to get back to us whenever we had an issue. The service throughout our stay with the hotel was incredible, everyone was very responsive and helpful. And the food was absolutely fantastic! We were blown away. If you want elegance at a reasonable price, this is the place for you!

    Kelley was WONDERFUL to work with. Everything was lovely, the food was great and the hotel staff was very nice. My guests also really enjoyed the Library Bar. I would definitely recommend the venue if you have less than 175 people.

    We had our wedding at the Warwick. We live in Dallas but are not from here so a hotel was the ideal choice since we would have a lot of out of town guests. We wanted a venue that was beautiful on it's own and allow some of our guests to see some Dallas history and be close to uptown and shopping. It was the perfect location and we loved it. Kelley is so professional, sweet and a pleasure to work with. She was so attentive and helpful throughout our engagement. My mom and I always felt so special after meeting with her after any appointment. She is wonderful. I highly recommend the Warwick Melrose.

    The hotel was acquired by another, larger hotel chain after we had booked the location. The hotel stayed true to our plans and contracted prices. They also promised that they would not do any renovations until after our wedding. This potentially stressful situation ended up being seemless. We loved the food (we did a Mexican buffet) and had really good luck with the catering manager/wedding coordinator. The hotel ordered table coverings and bows for us. They were set up on the wedding day and we didn't have to do a thing. The hotel also allowed my florist to use an empty room to "build" centerpieces. It was very helpful for me. The hotel was a great value and was just beautiful the day of the wedding. The hotel provides little votives in the windows (we loved having a ballroom that actually had windows). Our wedding was for about 120 people and we fit perfectly. I highly recommend this venue.

    I had the perfect wedding at The Warwick Melrose Hotel! Bethany Bustin was amazing! We planned the wedding from a distance (I live in CT and visit with Bethany just once in May) and everything worked out pretty well. The food was amazing, the service great. My guests were delighted!

    Bethany, the wedding coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She did an amazing job of making the wedding process easy. The reception was beautiful and the food was great. Our guests also enjoyed the hotel accommodations.

    It was perfect from every side.

    We rented the wedding room on second floor. It's perfect for a small number of people. We had 21 total and the space was perfectly enough. Food was amazing. I couldn't believe how beautiful and delicious everything was. The stuff was always there helping and supporting so that everything went smooth without us even practicing anything. We are super happy with our choice and our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen. We are very greatful! BTW, the hotel also gave us a suite on a very discounted rate. It was an awesome and very special room with separate bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Highly recommending this vendor.

    We used The Warwick for our rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Right accross the street from the church.Everything was wonderful. Room had a historical/ intimate feel and fit our party size perfect(close to 40 people). I highly recommend. Thanks!

    I got married on Christmas eve. The main reason I booked at this venue was because of the venues I was looking at, they were the only ones available for Christmas eve. I love this hotel and love their food.
    I booked my small wedding (24 guests) in the Bridewell Room and Sunset Terrace in February. All throughout the planning process the event planner was excellent. She assured me the small details that I would think of at 3am would be taken care of, personally, by her. She also said she would be with me every step of the way on my big day. Needless to say, this did not happen.
    When we entered the room the night before the wedding, the tree she promised that would be decorated by her and only in red and silver, had over half of the lights out, huge gaping holes with no decorations, and decorations that were a variety of colors and mismatched. Also she told me that the terrace would be available for my smoking guests and there would be cocktail tables set up - this was not done (and I later found out they weren't supposed to smoke under the tent). The table was also not set, so it was difficult laying in centerpieces that were fragile and all the table setting details. There were also chair covers that had stains in very inappropriate places. I sent a frantic email late in the evening (around 10pm) and never received a response.
    The next morning, having not received a response by 9:30 am we went down to the front desk and found the flower people. Obviously, they were looking for the event planner because she told me she would be their point person. And since she wasn't there, the front desk people told them to just take it upstairs. Thankfully, the flower guy has had some experience and set it up well. In my distress, my husband took over and told me to get ready and enjoy myself and try to relax. He directed traffic with the tree mishap, chair cover mishap and the arranging of the place settings around what we had laid out the night before. I never heard from her. My husband called when she showed up around 11:30am. Supposedly she called my room, but with makeup and photography people I guess we never heard it. When we got down to room it was beautiful, the tree had been fixed, the centerpieces were not damaged and everything went smoothly. I realized sometime around 3:30pm (my wedding started at 2pm and the reception at 2:30pm) that the planner was no where to be found. According to the waitstaff she had left. I was beyond disappointed.
    Beyond the day-of communication errors and tiny snafus (like the napkins not being folded in a pocket fold like we had discussed in email 2 days prior) it was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The scenery out the window is beautiful. The food is beautiful (to all the senses). The cake was wonderful. The service staff went way beyond what was expected and couldn't have been more professional. Especially this older Hispanic lady who kind of took over when I realized the event planner wasn't there. I would recommend this as a venue to anyone, so long as they have an independent planner.
    As an addendum: In an email I sent after the wedding (that evening), the event planner didn't think it was necessary to come find me before the wedding because my husband had told me she was there. She also never gave me a reason as to why she left without even saying good-bye. Like I said, have your own planner.

    We had our ceremony, reception and morning after brunch at the Warwick Hotel, one of mine and my husband's favorite hotels. Although the wedding was beautiful, the decor fabulous, the rooms lovely, and the food very good, we did have problems with the venue event planner and management. Communication during planning was less than smooth to say the least with contract details wrong, etc. Two months before my wedding, they abruptly told me that my ceremony space (the second story terrace) would be covered instead of the open air terrace I had been planning on for months. In the end, it was probably better that the terrace was covered for my November wedding, but the issue was handled very badly by the event planner and management.

    On the day of my wedding, the event planner--who had assured me the night before she would be with me every step of the wedding day--was impossible to find and nervous and frantic at every turn. She made small mistakes in the decor--things that were of no consequence but were still irritating at the time. She was not present at our reveal, although she said she would be, so our officiant suddenly shows up in the middle of the reveal on the terrace smiling and waving. There was not enough ceremony seating even though both my husband and I asked her about this repeatedly--such a basic detail should not even need to be addressed. She made no attempt to make sure we were on time, people were where they needed to be and ready, etc. And to top it all off, she left early before our exit with the excuse of returning early for the brunch the next day, but never showed up.

    Because of her, I had to rely heavily on my other wonderful vendors and had I not chosen them carefully, I am afraid my wedding day would have ended up to be a very stressful and disappointing day instead of the wonderful event that it was.

    We have since learned that the event planner had at least 3 appointments to show the Melrose the day of my wedding which I find inexcusable and I put the blame not only the planner but management as well.

    Customer service elsewhere was wonderful. The two main women who helped during the reception and brunch were wonderful. The decor was fabulous. The food was good although we heard some complaints about the buffet stations. We loved all the rooms, the bar, the ceremony space, and the beautiful ballroom. From a decor and service standpoint, the Melrose is an excellent choice, however, I have no faith in the event planner or management and would recommend hiring your own DOC, which is a shame since one is supposedly provided for you as a strong selling point.

    Additionally, I would not recommend this venue for a wedding over 120 people, although the Melrose represents the space as accommodating far more than that.

    Make sure they don't give you false information. The previous wedding planner made promises that she wouldn't keep. However, Bethany was honest from the beginning of what could be done and can't be done.
