After looking at several other bridal stores with no luck my mother in law suggested going to a trunk show that Volle’s was having. We got to meet Randy Fenoli at our appointment and he also checked in while I tried on different dresses which was an awesome experience. I worked with Gianna for my appointment and she was amazing! After trying on just a few dresses I found the one and got to say yes to the dress with Randy and my family which was such a fun experience. I also went to Volle’s for my alterations which was a great experience. I worked with Letty who is an extremely talented seamstress. She was able to make the alterations that I needed in just two visits which was great. I can’t say enough great things about Volle’s and would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress.

Great Wedding Dress Shopping Experience
Had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Volle’s! I worked with Kimberly, and she was very attentive and patient and really listened to what I liked/didn’t like. Even when I was pretty sure I found my dress, she kept trying to beat it and kept bringing more dresses for me to try, which helped me realize that I had already found the dress! I didn’t even feel pressured to buy the dress that day and took a few days to think about it. Once I was ready, she even made it easy to place the order over the phone and confirm the details via email — and even when I kept calling back with more questions, she was so kind and willing to answer all my questions thoroughly.

Amazing from start to finish!
I bought a Martiana Liana dress from Volle's back in September 2020. I would most definitely recommend Volle's for a dress shopping appointment and for alterations. This was the first and only dress shopping experience that I had. First of all, Volle's was very accommodating for allowing me to try on dresses downstairs in the mother of the bride area instead of upstairs, so my grandma didn't have to walk up and downstairs. My bridal consultant (whose name I cannot remember from two years ago) was very helpful in picking out my dress. They also helped me in purchasing the dress for a discount as they were having a Martina Liana trunk show that upcoming weekend. Due to not having my wedding until October 2022, they stored my dress for a year and a half until my wedding. For alternations, we worked with Teresa. She was so kind and personable in helping my dress fit like an absolute glove. During my last appointment, I couldn't help but dance around at how good my dress fit, that she turned the music up in the room! I had such a great experience with Volle's and highly recommend them.

I said YES to my dress at Volles!!! After trying two other bridal boutiques in area, I was starting to get frustrated that I wouldn’t find my perfect dress. I absolutely loved that Kimberly wanted to know how my fiancé proposed, what my ring looked like, who my guests were and details about our special day. She was such a great help and she was so sweet. She knew so much about wedding dresses and how to safely transport my dress to Sedona as well. I definitely recommend you try shopping for your wedding dress here and make sure you ask for Kimberly!

Every associate at Volle's was a pleasure to work with! Kimberly asked all the right questions to quickly narrow down the right dress style for me. The little extras, like suggesting accessories, taking photos and videos (my family couldn't attend the appointment) places their service far above the other salons I visited. The salon itself is charming, warm and inviting - it's well worth the drive if you're not local to the NW burbs!

My experience with Volle's keeps getting better! I found the perfect dress with Gianna as my stylist- she was patient and picked out beautiful dresses to try on! I had heard great things about other people in the NW suburbs finding their dress at Volles and had to give it a shot. I worked with Samantha who was so responsive and knew what I wanted before I did! She pulled a dress for me and as soon as I put it on, I didn’t want to take it off! It was actually below my budget and I got a discount on my veil for buying them at the same day! They also team up with a tuxedo place across the parking lot and they have discounts too! 10/10 recommend! 💍 👰♀️

I decided to take a little venture to Lake Zurich this past Saturday, after viewing such lovely dresses online and hearing other incredible stories of brides who were jus enamored with this adorable bridal boutique. I live in the city, and while there are so many shops out there, I wanted to see what this was ALL about, and WOW, what an AMAZING experience I had. This was nothing like anywhere else I had been, from the service, the knowledge, all the way to that special feeling you get when you try on THE ONE, Volle's hands down blew everyone else out of the water. Susanne and Kristina were everything, I felt so lucky to be in such good hands. The fact that the owner was right there helping me with suggestions and giving advice made me feel so incredible comfortable, and I felt like they actually read and listened to exactly what I wanted. I am so excited for my wedding, even MORE than I ever was NOW that I found the EXACT dress I had envisioned in my mind. THANK YOU VOLLE'S, you ROCKED my world. I had the BEST experience at Volle's! It was everything I imagined for a dress shopping experience and more. Susanne was able to help me find my dream wedding dress while staying within my budget, and didn't pressure me to try and go over. It didn't feel like she was there with an ulterior motive to "sell, sell, sell" it was apparent she knew what she was doing/what she was talking about and has a passion for helping brides find their dream dress. My group that I came with absolutely adored Susanne and the entire experience, and had wished we could stay longer just so I could try on more dresses. I cannot say more how wonderful of an experience I had at Volle's! Our consultant was Gianna, who was extremely attentive and understood my type-Aness 😊 I never once felt pushed into something I didn't want or liked, and she worked diligently to bring me different styles and types of dresses to help me find the perfect dress. I loved a dress's bottom, and she worked hard to show me the possibilities of what can be done with the top to make it fit my vision. She was supportive of my mom and I wanting to see different things to find out what we didn't like, and what we did like. Ultimately, we ended up going over our appointment time, and she was patient with us and really brought my dream dress to life to make sure I was leaving with purchasing what I wanted, and the possibilities of what we can do when my dress comes in. I cannot wait for it to come in for the customization and alterations!!!

When it came time to make a finally decision, they were super flexible finding a time for my mom and sister to come back with me (and I work very odd hours). I cannot recommend Volle's enough. They have a big selection of dresses and at varying price points. They also host designer trunk shows if you’re interested in a specific designer. I was pretty nervous for dress shopping (I’m picky) and Kim put me at ease from the moment I met her. She brought in so many styles so I could figure out what I liked, spent extra time with me, and even made some design suggestions so I could customize my dress (which I ended up doing and loved!). From purchasing the dress to alterations and final pick-up, I never once doubted my decision to buy from Volle's. By the time I picked-up my dress I was sad knowing I wouldn’t be going back!

My experience at Volles was great! My consultant listened to my desires and the dresses she picked out were exactly what I was looking for. I really liked how they had an alterations department because I have friends who had horror stories with their alterations because they had to find someone to alter their dress because the boutique didn't offer alterations and it didn't turn out good. I however did not have any worries with my alterations because I knew they had been doing alternations for a long time and had a good reputation. I did though have an incident on my last alteration. I live out of state and my flight got cancelled at the last minute, so I missed my last alteration appointment. However, Volles was VERY accommodating with me. Alterations came in on a off day to squeeze me in for my last alterations since my wedding was in a week and a half. Definitely recommend!

I am so thankful and blessed that I went with Volle’s Bridal! My gown is the Sottero and Midgley, Allen! I met Volle’s Bridal a year ago at the Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling, IL for a bridal expo. I saw this dress on the runway and knew it had to be mine. I found them at their booth and set up the appointment. There were so many amazing women that day and continued on. We went to the store in Lake Zurich where they helped accommodate us because my mom is disabled and uses a cane. We met the owner and she was so kind! I said yes to the dress and then fittings came! Letty and Stephanie helped so much and if it wasn’t for Letty coming in on her day off, it wouldn’t have been done. I can’t thank her enough for all the extra beading she did on my dress. My perfect dress
As we know looking, for a wedding dress can be quite an experience. With so much on our minds, we hope that this part of the experience is an easy one. I was referred to Volle's Bridal and was not sure with it being the first place I was heading, what to expect. Tammy was my bridal expert and she was so amazing! It was the best!
It was by far the best bridal store I went to (and I went to 6). It was the only place where the people working there actually listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses for me rather than me having to look through the racks myself. They got me the perfect dress within budget with alterations. They knew so much about each dress, including what could and couldn't be changed and how. I honestly can't say enough good things about them!

Loved my experience at Volle's
My appointment at Volle's was with Tammy. I told her what type of dress I was looking for, and my budget. She listened to me and ONLY brought me dresses that fit my description and budget. The third dress I tried on was the one I bought. All the ladies working there were very helpful and kind.

Made a very vulnerable experience amazing.
Amanda at Volles made me feel extremely comfortable in the most cringey of situations (getting down to nude and wrestling on big gowns). She helped me step out of the box that I *thought* I was in style-wise and found me something I would have never expected to love so much. She gave me that "bridal" moment and yes, I cried. Three times. I would go back to Volles in a nano-second!!

Amanda is Amazing!
My experience with Volles was absolutely wonderful! When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to look for my wedding dress at Volles. I was lucky enough to work with Amanda, who is simply AMAZING! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for but didn't have a concrete visualization of my dream dress. Amanda immediately knew the right questions to ask (i.e. style, wedding plans, what I like/dislike, etc.) and I was so surprised how easily she seemed to understand what I was looking for. I had my mom, sisters, future mother in law, grandma, and one of best friends with me and we all had so much fun at my wedding dress appointment! All of the dresses Amanda brought out were beautiful, with each dress I tried on we would all say "This is my new favorite" and after not even an hour I found my dream dress! I can't thank Amanda enough for her help, she made our experience absolutely amazing!

Amanda was very helpful and professional! I told her what I was looking for. She brought dresses for me to try. Looking at a couple on the hanger I wasn't sure that I would like them, but after trying them on I was glad that I did! Volles has a beautiful selection that you don't find at David's or House of Brides. A little on the expensive side, but worth the quality and experience. I would happily recommend this store to any bride-to-be!

I wasn't aware how long wedding dresses took to ship (oversight in research on my part), so I had somewhat of a limited timeframe to find a dress. I came across Volles Bridal online and saw all the amazing reviews so I requested an appointment for the very next weekend and they were able to fit me in. From the start of our visit, the staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful. I worked with Trish, who is a dress and veil genius! Based on my criteria, the very first dress she picked for me ended up being exactly what I was looking for (designer, style, budget and timeframe)! She pulled a number of beautiful dresses to give me options, but my bridesmaids and I kept circling back to the first dress. Trish also matched it with the perfect veil. I can't say enough good things about this boutique and its staff, and I can't wait to get my dress! Highly highly recommend!!

Wonderful Experience Start to Finish
Volles provided such an amazing experience for finding my perfect dress. My bridesmaids and I had a fun time in our private room where we were catered to by our dress specialist. She listened to our feedback, and brought in dress after amazing dress. There was a no pressure feel, the staff were courteous and professional, and I felt so comfortable with everything that happened. I am so happy that I chose Volle's!!

Incredible, friendly experience!
I came across Volles Bridal online and I started looking through their many designers. I quickly realized that were a lot of dresses that I loved! I made an appointment on Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 just to start looking. I had brought in a bunch of pictures and specific styles that I wanted to try on. I worked with Amanda and I cannot say enough positive things about her! She was friendly, welcoming, informative, honest, and really knew exactly what I was looking for. Amazing experience!
Prior to Volle’s, I had a horrible experience for my first time trying dresses. I told Amanda about my experience and she ensured me that I’d feel welcome and would love Volle’s. She was right! Amanda picked out styles I showed her, as well as items I would’ve never thought of! I had multiple options and had to narrow down what I loved, it wasn’t easy! I had the best experience at Volle’s! It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and they made my group and I feel welcome and at ease right away. Trish and Deanna were both fantastic and very professional. They did not make us feel rushed, in fact we went over our allotted appointment time but they were patient and really listened to my feedback and concerns and helped me find the perfect dress that fit my vision and had every element I wanted in a dress, while being respectful of my budget. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and am so happy I decided to go to Volle’s. I highly recommend them for any bride!

Great and welcoming! Back in the day, this is where I got my prom dress so it was nice to get my wedding dress in the same spot! The staff was friendly and helpful. I noted a few things I knew I absolutely wanted and then from the several I tried on said things I liked/didn't like until we found the perfect one! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I came in the next day to officially buy my dress and they made time for me when it was convenient for me.

Two Generations of Wedding Dresses
My mom got her wedding dress here, and this summer, I will be wearing a wedding dress from Volle's as well! Everyone at Volle's is delightful, and their alterations team is so great, they are customizing my dress to be exactly what I wanted! I also love that I can bring my bridesmaids back to get their dresses, and that Mr. Tux is right there as well! Volle's is reliable flexible, patient... the best!

I showed my consultant pictures from the day before of dress shopping. I fell in love with two and thought I would forsure get one of those. I knew that I wanted to get my dress from Volle’s (it’s kind of a family tradition). The first dress she brought in was spot on and my dream dress. I didn’t even realize what the other two were missing until I saw that first dress. I tried on a few more, but knew it was the first dress. My consultant did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and pulled the most amazing dresses. Thank you!

I went to Volles after it was suggested by 3 separate brides who got their dress from there as well. I was very pleased with their service both from the first appointment through all of the fittings. I can be very self conscious and hard on myself and they always made me feel beautiful and like I was crazy for thinking anything less! I was choosing dresses that I felt "comfortable" in, and the last dress I tried on with them was out of my comfort zone and was the ONE. I instantly fell in love and the waterworks were flowing. They knew exactly what they were doing, and I so appreciate it now after feeling like a princess on my wedding day. Every alterations appointment was great and in the end it fit like a glove. I can't say enough great things about the dress and service I received from Volles!

Had to find a dress within 2 weeks for my son’s wedding. I walked into Volle’s store desparate to find a Mother of the Bride dress after ordering a dress from another bridal store and discovering they ordered it in a size too small. The wedding was in two weeks!! Everyone at Volle’s was so helpful, and kind. I found a new dress that I just loved. The alterations department did an excellent job, dress fit perfectly. Volle’s saved the day and I felt great in my dress.

This is a very popular dress boutique with tons of amazing options! I got my wedding dress here, but you can also get bridesmaids and mother's dresses. The selections are incredible and the staff is top notch- very organized and attentive. They truly are the best in the area. I recommend going during a trunk show to save 10-20%!

Volles was by far the most incredible shopping experience, and I went to four different dress shops. I worked with Amanda to find my beautiful dress! She was so welcoming, easy to work with, and accommodating to my needs. She went back and forth multiple times and really gained an understanding of what I was looking for. She also scheduled a last minute appointment with me so I could go in a second time! She brought in the tailor to show me other ideas that could be done to make my dress perfect- and she succeeded. I love my dress and loved my experience here--highly highly recommend!

My consultant Amanda was awesome! I went to other bridal shops prior to Volles and they did not hold a candle to Volles quality & quanity of dresses. I was looking for a unique gown and my consultant pulled gowns that not only fit my budget but also looked great on. She listened to me and what I was looking for. Amanda was very patient with me and did not rush the process. Deanna, the owner also helped us by making some changes to the Allure gown so that it will be exactly what I want.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Volle's Bridal. 2 weeks before my wedding, my dress was ruined by another bridal studio in McHenry, Illinois. My sister called Volle's, explaining the situation, and they fit us in that afternoon. They were so empathetic to my situation and absolutely bent over backwards to make sure that we were taken care of. We found the most beautiful dress that day and the had the perfect alterations done within a week. The owner has the kindest heart and honestly cares about every bride having a perfect experience. Their seamstress is so talented, a real artist with a dress. I cannot recommend Volle's enough. Don't bother to look anywhere else - Volle's will treat you like family.

This is our second Wedding Dress Selection with Volles. We really didn't even consider looking elsewhere! The customer service is fabulous and both of our daughters live out of the area. One on the East Coast and one out of the country. Start to finish - the staff is very accommodating and understanding of 'out of the box' appointment timing and worked so well with helping to capture what each daughter really wanted. Deanna, Pamela and team are magnificent. Pinning and unpinning and special customizations are handled with smiles and a super attitude. Each of our daughters found the dress of their dreams and for each of them - it was due to the consultant listening with intent and thinking about the full - big picture of the day, the venue, the brides vision and 'of course' the dress. The pricing is really reasonable and we came in under budget on both of our selections. (not the amount listed on this review is for 2 beautiful designer dresses.) Oh - and after you 'say yes to your dress' the customer service continues through delivery, alterations and final pick up. Thank you for being patient and helpful and funny and endearing. Volles really is the best.

I came to Volles after already purchasing a wedding dress at another boutique. I couldn't stop thinking about one of the dresses I tried on prior to purchasing my first gown. I gave Volles a call to see if they had that specific gown in their store and then scheduled an appointment to try it on again. Here's the catch though, my wedding was about 4-5 months away at that point. I spoke with the owner, Deanna, on the phone and she assured me that we could make something work, even if that meant her selling me the store's sample. The next day I got a call from her stating that she called the designer and was able to secure a dress that was already cut. All I had to do was go in, try it on, and make the decision of whether or not it really was my dress. The fact that she took the time to call the designer and even offer the sample from the store was so kind and showed me just how much they care about making sure their customers are happy. I had checked out a store before going to Volles and once I told them my wedding was only 4-5 months away, they were quick to dismiss me. Thank you so much to Deanna and the rest of the staff at Volles for everything! I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day <3

I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about how awesome this place was. Being a plus size bride, trying on dresses was something that I was always dreading. I went to many many bridal boutiques and Volle’s by far has the best customer service and dress selections, plus size and regular sizes as well. They never made me feel uncomfortable or bad about myself like other salons did. I was working closely with Pam and Deanna, who is the wonderful owner. Long story short, I ended up ordering a dress through Volle’s but originally tried it on at House of Brides. Surprise surprise, when my dress arrived, it was not the same dress because HOB altered it in the store before having it out for brides to try. I was devastated but Pam and Deanna assured me everything would be fine and work out, which it did. They went above and beyond to meticulously get the dress to my liking and best fit. They even added beautiful straps that matched my bustline beading and lace exactly. I cannot sing my praises enough for giving me such a wonderful experience. You guys made me feel beautiful and the dress was gorgeous!Everyone was truly wonderful, the alterations department, Pam and Deanna. Thank you!

Hour and a half drive to get here was totally worth it! All the staff was friendly, well mannered and all seemed to love their job. My mother came with and she has a very bad back and has had multiple back surgeries and my consultant cleared off a stool and helped elevate her feet and tried her best to make her comfortable. That just shows how much they care. I found my dream dress (after I bought my first original dress) here and I can’t wait to wear it on my big day! I would highly recommend getting your dress here and they also have a beautiful selection of bridesmaids dresses as well.

I found the perfect gown for me. They made recommendations for type of dress that were exactly what I wanted and their expertise in building up a dress are un-matched. I am not overly girly and have never said I love a piece of clothing to the extent of the dress they found for me. Everyone there was so kind and knowledgeable and they didn't waste any time in ensuring they could do what I wanted.

When you're looking for a formal dress, ladies please visit Volle's. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Patients is VERY important when looking for the perfect dress. One huge difference between the boutiques and the chain stores is that the owner is always around for her valuable opinion. Very worth the visit

I had a wonderful experience at Volle's and with the owner and my consultant, Amanda! Amanda was great at picking out wedding gown styles that fit with what I was looking for, and also styles that I didn't expect to like that she thought would be a great fit with my shape and style. I ended up falling in love with a dress that Amanda picked and I could not be more pleased :) Thank you for a great experience and one that my family and I won't forget!

She was so great! I was really not looking forward to dress shopping because I thought it would be a stressful never ending task.
Not only did I find my dress there (my first stop), I actually started to relax and enjoy the process! She was very patient and seemed to really listen and understand what I was looking for. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference :)

I went to Volle’s in search of my wedding dress for my January 2018, since they came highly recommended from several friends and family members. Going there to find my dress was something I’ll never regret, and here’s why:
I worked with consultant Ellen to find my dress, and she was A-MA-ZING. While I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, the closed stock process let Ellen get me outside the box and I found a GORGEOUS dress that looked much better on my body type than the original silhouette I was considering. She was warm, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and showed me so many beautiful dresses in my budget range. Volle’s was my first appointment AND my last, as we bought the dress and veil on the spot.
Now alterations- a part of the process I was honestly dreading. Lisa in alterations was incredible, and customized the neckline of my dress to be more supportive, added cups in and supervised the alterations process so the dress fit like a glove. It was absolutely perfect.
But the part that made even more of a difference for me- Lisa helped my mom, who is going through chemotherapy, get rushed alterations on her mother-of-the-bride dress. I won’t even go into detail about what that took logistically, but her big heart, positive attitude and overall sunny personality made us feel so happy to work with Volle’s and made my mom confident going into the wedding.
I am truly touched by the professionalism and generosity of the Volle’s staff- they really do treat you like family.

I was only buying a mother of the bride dress — the bridal party shopped in the state where my daughter lives. Yet, I received the same care and attention as if we’d bought 10 dresses there. The selection was wonderful. I’d shopped a lot (and at one point had nine dresses at home) before turning to Volles, where I quickly found an array of stunning options. In no time I had the perfect dress. The prices were great, the staff is great and I genuinely hated to see my final fitting end because I had such a good time going there!

Kim was amazing! She pulled the perfect dresses for me based on the pictures I showed her. The dress I chose was actually the second dress I tried on. Her expert advice was wonderful and helped make sure the experience was not overwhelming, as I heard dress shopping could be. The whole experience was wonderful. She was so nice and helpful and made me feel so beautiful in every dress I tried on. So happy with my decision to get my dress and bridesmaids dresses at volles!

I walked into Volle's for my appointment not really knowing what I wanted, only bringing one picture of a dress well outside my budget. Tammy, my consultant, was fabulous and found the dress of my dreams just like the dress in the picture. The best part - she listened to me and stayed in my budget! I highly suggest Volle's and recommend seeing Tammy if you want a stress-free, fun experience.

My experience at Volles was better than I could have ever dreamed of, they treated me like the most important bride there! They were so patient with me and my big family. Pamela listened to what style I liked but also convinced me to go outside of my comfort zone (which was sooo worth it). This boutique had more dresses than the other 3 boutiques I went to and everyone actually knew what they were talking about! I would not recommend going anywhere else!

Well, my wedding day just passed and I am glad to write this review.. I am so happy we chose Volle's. This was quite the experience!! When my dress finally came in and I tried in on for the first time, there was a huge potential for a disaster. My dress was made by a new designer (don't know the name) and I was actually first one to try the sample and then order it, so no one at the salon had much experience with this designer or knew what to expect. We ordered one size smaller dress than one I tried on, but when I put it on for the first time, it was a foot too short, too small in hips and too big everywhere else. How do you fix that?! And the wedding was only 2 weeks away. To say the least everyone was very concerned. After going over the order form it was obvious that the measurements Pam and the owner did were correct and this was a mistake on the designer's part. I don't know what Pam had to do, but 4 days later there was a new dress that fit me much better, was long enough and over 3 alterations visits, the dress fit me like a glove! Lisa and her alterations team are miracle workers!!! I felt like a princess on my wedding day and the best part is that Volle's made me feel comfortable and almost stress free :)). When the wrong size dress came in, seeing how everything was being handled gave me confidence that everything will be ok. In the end the dress looked more beautiful than I could ever imagine!! I am sure every bride receives a ton of compliments on her wedding day, but I loved hearing that I was the most beautiful bride and my dress was the most gorgeous they have ever seen.

I LOVED my experience at Volle's Bridal! Our consultant, Pamela, was knowledgeable and experienced, friendly, tasteful, efficient, and showed genuine interest in my relationship with my fiancé. She picked out beautiful dresses that were exactly along the lines of what I was looking for, but with enough variety to explore. After she fitted me and I was just admiring or critiquing dresses with my girls, she was off finding new dresses for me to look at, wasting no time! When I finally decided on a dress, other consultants came by to share in my excitement and to look at my ring. Apart from the fabulous consultants, we were given our own private room with 3 giant mirrors for excellent viewing angles, a platform for me to stand on, and comfy chairs for my girls. It was such a special and memorable experience and made me feel like a princess!

Volle’s was wonderful to work with! Pamela and Deanna could not be more accommodating! Pamela took the time to listen to my daughter and found her THE DRESS! They were able to make alterations to make some design changes and truly made it one of a kind to what my daughter envisioned. The dress was ordered and altered on time as well as making the experience pleasant and fun. My daughter was initially between two dresses - said yes to one and later that night changed her mind to the second dress. Pamela handled what could have been an uncomfortable situation with compassion, understanding and humor. I would not hesitate to recommend Volle’s !

I had a very good experience purchasing my wedding dress and getting my alterations done at Volle’s. The staff was always helpful, even though they were usually busy. During my appointments, I felt like they were focused on me and my particular dress. The woman who did my alterations was lovely, and I trusted her expertise. They managed the time well, and I didn’t feel rushed at any point during the alterations process. They were also flexible when I had to change my appointments. I was happy to support a local business and loved my Pronovias gown!

I went to Volles back in October to look at wedding dresses despite not getting married until 2018. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes past my appointment time but was constantly reassured they didn't forget about me and that Pam, my consultant, was worth the wait. I went there because it as the only salon that carried the one dress I fell in love with online (I looked at it daily, if not multiple times a day). Pam was my consultant and she was nothing short of amazing! She brought in the dress I was dying to try on along with others. I first tried on the dress and fell in love but tried on the others to be sure. I ended up not liking anything else and Pam could see it in my face. She told me "your face lit up in that one dress and it hasn't in these others. Trust your gut." And she was right! The minute she put a veil on me I began crying picturing myself getting married in it. Once I said yes the entire staff came to congratulate me and take my measurements; I even got to meet the owner!
I felt welcomed and appreciated from the minute I walked in the door. I am so glad I bought my dress here and would recommend it to any bride! I cannot wait for my dress to arrive this summer so I can try it on again.
