I had reserved their top of the line Bentley. When I walked out of our reception, a completely different car was sitting on the street. Apparently, there was a break down "twenty minutes earlier" and therefore they were not able to notify anyone of the change. It was a disappointment at the time and my correspondence with them has been a complete disappointment ever since and has consisted of their copying and pasting my contract terms into emails. Regardless of what the contract state, it was a let down and not something I would recommend to anyone looking for a vintage getaway car. I wish I could say better things about the company, but will only be telling people to stay away.

Most formal services have a reputation of simply not showing up, if they encounter a breakdown. With only one breakdown in the last eight years, Vintage Auto Rental has the reputation of being the most reliable formal transportation company throughout West Tennessee.
You failed to mention our company’s commitment to customer service, by issuing you a refund in less than 24 hours; arranging another showcar on extremely short notice (Which arrived on-time, as not to delay your departure); not to mention that we added an extra leg to your journey, without charge, to accommodate your wishes to “continue partying”
Although you have unfairly blamed us for circumstances beyond our control, We thank you, none the less, in helping us make a difference in the Mid-South by fighting catastrophic diseases through our continued support of local children’s charities.
