We had Vanessa take our photos for our wedding on October 10, 2009. I never imagined that I would receive such amazing photos. Between her and her husband they were an absolute hit with our wedding party. I had given Vanessa some ideas on pictures that I had wanted and she delivered them and so much more. She has an amazing eye for detail, direction and creativity. Her ability to catch people in their most natural states is what I enjoyed the most. I have had so many of my friends who were recently married comment on how they wished their photos turned out like mine. I wish her the best of luck and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will not be disappointed.

Vanessa brought a perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt on our day. She was kind, considerate and incredibly talented. I would recommend her in a heart beat.

What makes Vanessa so incredible is she fully understands that a bride wil have this crazy beautiful day and will ultimate miss the birds eye view we so desperatly want of what we put together. She takes the shots that we forget or neglect to ask for. She ensures that you and your partner are the most important aspect of the day and takes sensational photos.

I feel so blessed to have worked with her and plan on using her services again and again with my family.

I don't know where to start when describing my experience with Vanessa Day photography, I have so many great things to say! I first fell in love with her work from looking at her website. After meeting her for coffee and getting to know her a little, I knew hands down that she was my girl! Vanessa was very responsive to my emails and telephone calls. She was very flexible and so easy to work with. I will admit, I was nervous about our engagment session since my other half hates getting his photo taken. Vanessa assured me it would be a 'walk in the park' and she made our first photo session a breeze! Vanessa was on time during my wedding day and managed to capture some great candid moments while the bride was not so punctual! Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I didn't even notice Vanessa or her assistant throughout the ceremony. They fought the bitter cold and ventured outside in Alberta March weather to capture some great wedding party photos...it was so natural and fun! Vanessa has many options and some great album ideas to offer. She truly loves her work and puts her soul into everything she does. I look forward to using Vanessa in the near future take our pregnancy photos and newborn photos...I would trust no one else!
