You Really Do Need Day of Coordination
A Touch of Bliss made our wedding day completely seamless. Alison was incredibly organized and kind, asking all the right questions to ensure no detail was missed. She stepped in to manage all vendor coordination three months out, and we truly could not have had such a relaxed day without her taking care of every behind-the-scenes detail. She and her assistant, Abigail, were absolute pros. They handled everything: transporting our decor to the venue, full setup, and total teardown. At the end of the night, they even packed everything into our car so we could head out worry-free. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, to preserve your sanity hire the team at A Touch of Bliss!

The Definition of Bliss!
While all of my vendors contributed to the success of my wedding, I really don't think it would have gone as perfectly as it did without Kimë and a Touch of Bliss. I wasn't even originally going to get a day of coordinator until I chatted with a friend of mine, and she told me that your day of coordinator will help you enjoy every inch of your wedding day. She could not have been more correct, because I feel like Kimë and her assistant Byers took such good care of me and my husband the entire day. Leading up to the wedding, Kimë was warm and kind, but was also organized, direct, and knew how to get things done. She made it so easy for us to know exactly what she needed during the planning process. The feeling of having that weight lifted from your shoulders as a bride is priceless, and my husband and I were able to go into our wedding day with a clear head. I would recommend A Touch of Bliss and Kimë a million times over. -

Kime is amazing!
Kime is extremely talented! I am a Catering Coordinator from Three Leaf Catering, and had the honor of working with Kime on a wedding in August of 2025. From the initial planning discussions, to the execution on the event day, Kime was amazing to work with. She is an extraordinary wedding planner, with her incredible attention to detail, meticulous communication, and ability to solve problems as they come. Her calm, confident nature allowed the day to run as seamless as possible, even with a downpour of rain that led to last-minute timeline and floorplan changes. Her care for her clients truly shows her sincere passion for the event industry! Kime is extremely professional, passionate about her career, and genuinely invested in making events unforgettable. Amazing!
I can’t say enough amazing things about how Kimë was. From the very first meeting, she was organized, calm, creative, and truly cared about every single detail of our wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly — from coordinating vendors, to handling last-minute changes, to making sure my husband and I actually enjoyed the day instead of stressing.
Her communication was flawless, her eye for design was spot-on, and her kindness made the whole planning process so much smoother (and more fun!). Every guest commented on how seamless and beautiful the day felt, and that’s 100% thanks to her.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do and treats your day like it’s their own, Kimë is the one. Hiring her was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Im very type A she handled that perfectly and is truly so sweet- I wish I could be her friend!! -

We were planning our Colorado wedding from Philadelphia, and Touch of Bliss made it easy! From the start Adrienne went out of her way to answer our questions, provide resources, and guide us in the right direction. Then, 3 months out, Kimë was assigned as our day of coordinator, and she ensured everything went smoothly! She was detail oriented, making sure everything was just right. Our best wedding gift to ourselves
A Touch of Bliss was the perfect choice for our wedding day, and ended up being a gift to ourselves to ease any worries and stress we might have had. Our coordinator Kime is professional and communicative, and truly made us feel like we were the only couple they were planning for even though we know that wasn’t true. Kime went above and beyond, calling and texting us after her work hours when the venue changed our set up time to ensure everything was kept on track and the way that we envisioned it. The quality of service that you get for the price is unmatched, and it was so nice to not have to set up or take down decor on the day. Kime was so organized, meeting with us, with vendors, emailing all parties about details, and running our rehearsal and our wedding day seamlessly. The attention to detail we got is unmatched. We are so grateful to Kime for all of her hard work. Also, having the timeline drafted and rewritten multiple times based on our preferences and changing requirements was so nice, as well as having a detailed floor layout helped coordinate our family and friends on the day. Thank you Kime and Andy!!! -

AMAZED Mother-of-the-Bride
If I could give someone 100 stars - I would give them all to Touch of Bliss and Stacy Diamond. When we were budgeting for my daughter's wedding - I really thought we didn't need a Day-of-Coordinator...I WAS 100% WRONG! The truth is - everyone needs Stacy. She communicated with vendors, fielded questions, solved problems, helped problems not even occur (!!) and SMOOTHLY ran the entire day all with a clipboard, an amazing assistant and a SMILE...down to the second the last car was loaded and we drove away. Stacy Diamond and Touch of Bliss saved our sanity, gave us a perfectly smooth wedding day and a bride that was happy, not stressed and guests who were stunned by how perfect the day was. -

Her organization skills were top-notch, and she made the entire planning process feel smooth and stress-free. There are a lot of options out there for wedding planners in the Denver area, but I am so glad we chose Touch of Bliss. I worked with Cassie as my day of planner and she made me feel very comfortable. I trusted her with everything. Cassie made sure everything went smoothly and was set up the way we had discussed. Not only was she professional, she was so easy to talk to and made me feel very calm. I can honestly say I had zero issues working with Touch of Bliss and Cassie, and would recommend them to anyone! -

Literally amazing!! So helpful!
We had the most amazing experience using a touch of bliss! We used them as our day of coordinator, and could not have been more happy that we chose them! The day of coordination option allows them to begin working with you about 3ish months before your wedding day, and I cannot rave enough about how amazing our coordinator Kacey was. She thought out every single detail. After our first meeting, she sent us an entire excel spreadsheet of everything (i mean, everything!) we needed to do leading up to the wedding, created our day of timelines and our seating chart, took over complete communication with our vendors and kept them in the loop about timeline changes, ran our rehearsal and even provided our wedding party with a timeline for the actual wedding day. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! She let us give our decor to her the day before the wedding so we didn’t have to stress about it on the day of, which was such a relief. And then with literally little to no direction, she and Kassandra (who came as the second day of coordinator to help) made our vision come to life and everything was set up so beautifully and perfect! It was literally the wedding of our dreams. They also packed everything up at the end of the night and put it in our cars to pick up next day, so we were able to just enjoy the rest of our evening celebrating. Overall, she was just absolutely amazing and made our day run sooooooo smoothly! I cannot recommend this company enough, and especially cannot recommend Kacey enough!! -

A Touch of Bliss and Lauren are Truly the BEST!
I cannot say enough good things about A Touch of Bliss and Lauren, our wedding planner. From Day 1, everyone at Touch of Bliss made my wife and I feel heard and they did not try to push any particular packages on us, but suggested the best package based on the progress we had made on our own and the needs we would have going forward.
Once we started working with Lauren, she was so incredibly helpful in every way. She gave us the option of being more hands on or hands off and asked how much we do or do not want to be included in vendor communication, meetings, etc. Lauren was just the right amount of communicative and even went out of her way to connect with us on weekends and off-hours even though she definitely did not need to. We are so appreciative of her expertise and she became more of a friend to us than just our wedding planner.
Flash forward to the week of the wedding, one of our biggest goals was to have everything buttoned up so we could truly be present with our friends and family throughout the week and the day of. My wife and I were able to relax, be present and create (and remember) moments and memories that will last a lifetime. Lauren covered every single detail, was so helpful herding our families and bridal parties and truly made sure that the day of was perfect (which it was!!). I'll never forget the end of the night where the three of us stood together before boarding the buses back to Denver and we all chatted, hugged and shed a few tears because everything was truly perfect and beautiful.
It goes without saying that I would recommend working with A Touch of Bliss and ESPECIALLY Lauren. She's a pro and she was a HUGE reason for our wedding week running so smoothly.

I was beyond pleased to find A Touch of Bliss! I was planning my wedding in Denver from California and the support, communication and suggestions for vendors by A Touch of Bliss made all the difference! I had some last minute changes and through their service they found me an awesome hair/makeup artist as well as a babysitting service which was so helpful! Jennifer Bevis, my planner was amazing. She plays attention to details, listens so well, brings w calm and positive energy the day of the wedding and throughout the process and she always made sure to check in to see how I was doing and if I was having fun! Couldn’t ask for a better planner! Oh and a total coincidence, I found A Touch of Bliss doing a Google search and they just so happens to also plan weddings for my venue, The Kirk of Highland. This made things even easier, especially since I was an out of town wedding!! -

Claire was amazing!
We had a great experience working with A Touch of Bliss and specifically with Claire. Claire was impeccably organized, thorough in all planning and prep, and had everything running perfectly smoothly the day of. Who to use when you want the most special day? TOUCH OF BLISSS
Touch of bliss exceeded all of our expectations, we were planning a destination wedding and during the pandemic. This was not an easy task but Natalie made sure we were going to have the best day. She was responsive, helpful, and educated on what decisions would be best based off of my husband and i’s liking. We are extremely grateful for her being able to turn our vision into reality. She exceeded each and every expectation and would recommend them over and over again.

Hiring A Touch of Bliss was the best decision we made for our wedding! Hannah and Rebecca were a dream to work with. Natalie was wonderful!
I had the pleasure of having Natalie by my side at my very recent wedding on August 22nd 2020. Although we planned an intimate micro wedding of about 35 people, I knew I wanted someone to help me a few months beforehand with putting some details together and handling logistics. Natalie went above and beyond for me and my husband. From stopping by at my house to do a run through of our tablescape ideas with mini champagne shooters and mini cupcakes to always being available every time I texted her, she was incredible. She handled bringing all glassware and decor down to the garden of the gods resort for me and made sure everything was set up perfectly. She sent me the cutest cards for the month of and week of my wedding and gave us the cutest towel set for our kitchen. Perhaps most importantly, I can honestly say that I not only had an amazing planner but I also gained a true friend. Natalie is someone you want by your side to plan your special day. -

Kerri Butler is a Godsend! When I got engaged, although I was thrilled, there was this deep fear in the pit of my stomach that came from the thought of planning a wedding. Every time someone would ask me when the wedding was, what I was wearing, etc I broke out in a cold sweat. Enter Touch of Bliss. My Dad found Kerri and her team in the newspaper (of all places!) where upon he scheduled a meeting with them because he knew we would never actually have a wedding unless I had someone holding my hand the entire time. When I met Kerri, it was love at first sight (strictly platonic!) and we hired her on the spot. Although I was still pretty clammy for our first couple of meetings, slowly my anxiety became less prominent and I started having fun! Before I knew it I was drinking champagne and chatting up people about plate chargers like it was my job. I could have NEVER survived without Kerri and her team. Not only do they hold your sweaty had throughout the process but on the actually wedding day they are machines. I don't remember much about the day itself (it is such a whirlwind!) but I know that it went off without a hitch because Kerri and her team did such a fabulous job. By far, the worst thing that happened on my wedding day was that once it was all said and done I wouldn't be seeing as much of Kerri and her team. When looking for a planner, look no further, Touch of Bliss is the best there is! -

From a frugal (read: cheap) groom’s point of view, hiring a company to do what we could do ourselves seemed a hefty waste of money. In the internet age—even planning a destination wedding from halfway across the nation though we were—I couldn’t see spending money on a wedding planner. In hindsight, I’m so glad we did. To those gentlemen who may be of the same opinion, ask yourself how much your bride’s sanity (and likely your own, by extension) is really worth. A wedding is stressful enough; ours much more than most due to other huge life changes. Thanks mostly to ATOB, our wedding day went off without a hitch, and more importantly, my bride was relaxed, stress-free and able to enjoy the day. That, to me, was priceless. -

My daughter and I went round and round as to whether or not we needed a wedding planner. Since the wedding reception was booked at the Westin Hotel in Beaver Creek, CO, we learned that they provide a "planner" to help with the day of activities. We had chosen all our vendors so we didn't think we would need a wedding planner… but I am so happy I listened to my daughter. I CANNOT begin to tell you how ELATED we were by Jazmine and Laura, team members from Touch of Bliss. They were incredible. We had a really BIG wedding party (23 in all) with a lot of moving parts. I just couldn't get over how they set up everything so perfectly, taking care of every little detail… then taking command of the rehearsal and then the BIG DAY. When my husband and I got back to our room that night, EVERY single thing and I mean EVERY LITTLE THING was all boxed up very neatly and well organized. It was just so wonderful to have them there to make us feel like it was all under control at all times and IT WAS!!! Of all the decisions we made for the wedding, having a Touch of Bliss be a part of our plans was THE BEST DECISION of all. We would highly recommend both Jazmine and Laura to any future brides. We just couldn't be happier - everything was PERFECT!

We were married on August 28, 2010 up in Keystone. Kerri and Bridgett were absolutely amazing! Wedding planning can be so much fun when you have someone so knowledgeable, upbeat and ready to take the stress off your hands worry free! Keith and I had the best day of our life and for anniversaries or any other special event she will be the first I call! -

"A Touch of Bliss Events" - and in particular owner Kerri Butler - was essential in making our wedding day an amazing success! We hired Kerri about 6 months before our big day, and although our venue was already secured, she gave us great recommendations on vendors, decor, linens, lighting, itinerary, and so on. She was always available to answer my questions and had some great ideas for centerpieces, room set up, and finding items that worked great within my budget. She is very organized and kept us on task with securing and coordinating our vendors with the venue, and making key decisions regarding the flow of our wedding. On the day of, Kerri was invaluable! Her and her staff were present to help with any issue that arouse and kept everything running smoothly. As a result, the event was a huge success. Our guests are still talking about our wedding and how perfect it was! Thank you Kerri! -

Thank you Kerri and a Touch of Bliss for making our wedding day the best it could be! From shipping in plywood to lay down under the runner at the ceremony to block the water that rained the night before to having our whole day planned from top to bottom with no complications, a Touch of Bliss certainly was just that.
My wife and I could not have been happier with your services and thoroughness in planning all the little details and coordinating the vendors. Everyone in the wedding party new exactly their duties for the special day and the most of important thing of all, everyone in attendance thought it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too!

I got married just recently, and hired A Touch of Bliss about a couple of months before the big day. I mainly needed assistance putting everything together and a day-of wedding coordinator, so got the package of 10 hours of planning plus day-of help. Kerri and her assistant were fun to work with, and very responsive! This was the probably the most valuable vendor selection I made--trying to plan even a modest wedding on top of a full time job, and with some unexpected happenings in our lives, was overwhelming. With Kerri's help I was able to enjoy the process. She had some awesome ideas and communicated with my vendors every step of the way. The day before our wedding she even ran out to get something that we needed the next day! It turned out to be a beautiful day and I was so happy!!! Thanks Kerri and Annie! -

I would definitely recommend A Touch of Bliss! Kerri helped me with vendors, gave me expert advice and provided me with a ton of ideas and suggestions to make my wedding a fairytale with a castle in France included! I purchased her touch of pink package and couldnt have been happier with the results! She took over the coordination of the wedding day activities so I could focus on enjoying my big day. She took care of every detail and it was beautiful. The only thing that went wrong is that my bustle wouldnt stay put as my train was so heavy, and Kerri literally got on her hands and knees about every twenty minutes to bustle me back up each and every time it came undone! She was amazing! I hope that every bride has as magical a wedding day as A Touch of Bliss made mine! -

Kerri was my day of coordinator for our wedding in October 2009. It was a destination wdding that required a lot of email and phone communication. She was amazing, and totally on top of all the vendors etc that made the day run perfectly. I would highly reccommend her for everything from wedding planning, to day of services. She will be your easiest of the many decisions envolved in a wedding. -

I would highly recommend Kerri! She helped me with every little detail of the wedding from the littlest details to our most important requirements. My wedding day felt complete
It meant the world to have the support of McKayla, our Day Of Coordinator, to keep things running smoothly on our wedding day. I was able to take a backseat after all the time I had spent planning and know that she understood my vision for the day. A Touch of Bliss was thoughtful in our first planning conversation to ask questions that ensured my husband and I were paired with a coordinator who most closely matched our style. Whenever anyone asks what I can't imagine my wedding day without I always mention a day-of coordinator and for local folks share my positive experience with A Touch of Bliss! -

A Touch of Bliss was gave me sound advice in what to look for in other vendors. The representative treated every question I had with patience and courtesy. She helped during my wedding and reception by taking care of all the other vendors and details so I could enjoy myself instead of feeling stressed about logistics. -

My husband was really skeptical in spending the money to hire a wedding planner. I was stressed out of my mind in attempting to plan a wedding with such a high guest count and not that high of a budget. We hired ATOB because they basically said they'd pay for themselves with the discount they'd get from other vendors. They also boasted about their ability to keep us on budget. In the end, we were over budget and a large chunk of being over was ATOB's fee. I think we could have successfully negotiated the contracts without them. We did with one of the vendors. We also found a cheaper liquor distributor despite ATOB telling us the one they used was 25% cheaper than Argonaught. They were not, and I was disappointed that they weren't constantly checking prices to back up what they said. This led me to believe we we could have found cheaper vendors without them overall. I didn't really have the time to do it, so I was thankful I had them to offer vendors and set up meetings. That took some of the stress off of me to organize schedules. Ultimately though, I wonder how much they helped. I still spent a considerable amount of time at work dealing with wedding planning, which was what I was trying to avoid. Many of the style ideas and DIY projects I did on my own. I tried to farm out a task to their interns, but it didn't get done, and then I stopped trusting that anything would get done unless I did it myself. That could be saying more about my A type personality then their service, though. I will say the Day of Coordinator was invaluable, and I would DEFINITELY hire them again to coordinate day of. I did not worry about a single detail on our wedding day, and it was perfect. However, that package is significantly cheaper than having them plan the whole thing. They're super professional and courteous, and maybe my expectations were too high. Two months later, I just don't think it was worth it. -

Inadequate Resourcing
We went through A Touch of Bliss for our month of coordination for our wedding in Beaver Creek and were paired with Kylie as our MoC. Our experience wasn't all bad, but execution left things to be desired.
Leading up to the event was generally positive.
- Ahead of event Kylie was prompt with communication and always friendly and polite
- We appreciated the templates provided by ToB and Google Docs
- Kylie was willing to answer ad hoc questions and seemed to understand general event planning protocols
During the event, the wheels came off. Despite being assured ahead of the event that we were in great shape and that there were no concerns, execution showed that the team did not adequately plan resources to properly service our event. We tried to be transparent in the lead up by providing itemized lists of decor, reviewing timelines multiple times, and doing pre-work ourselves to set the team up for success (Eg: all boxes were labeled and had an itemized manifest, staging area was mapped prior to load in, and details like napkin folds and arrangements were predone ahead of time by us), but the team was not prepared.
As a result, we lost over $200 in floral decor that was not delivered to the right parties or used, multiple family members and bridal party members had to donate their time (and sleep) to ensure the event proceeded. The rings even got forgotten prior to the ceremony (although we do give Kylie props for sprinting to find them at altitude). Despite started the event late, I had to pinch hit right before the reception started to help set up as the groom. At the end of the night the crew started striking during the event, and the mother and father of the bride felt compelled to help in frigid weather to ensure strike completed at all.
I did reach out to ToB with this feedback to try and make amends as well as ensure that they could use it as a learning opportunity, but the feedback was not received and amends were not made, despite the shortfalls identified being within the control of ToB (root cause being improper resourcing).
We hope that the team sees this as an opportunity to improve their planning protocols, and changes heart on considering making amends. -

Manipulated
I originally loved working with Touch of Bliss for my wedding day. I booked them in the middle of the pandemic a year out from my wedding date. They were recommended to us by our venue and at first everything was wonderful. However, once we got assignment our coordinator, a bunch of things started to fall through the cracks. Our coordinator was wonderful but seemed fairly new at her job. This made us worried so my mother made sure to confirm multiple times on email, text and meetings of what we needed the coordinator to do. One of these things that we were super picky about was our flowers. The flowers were rented through Compass Rose and they were unable to deliver/pick up due to multiple weddings in the mountains on the same date as our wedding. Before confirming that we could grab them, we sent out multiple emails and meetings with our TOB coordinator to have her grab it and drop them back off afterwards. With email proof, we were confirmed plenty of times of this. My mother being a type A personality, got nervous about the situation so decided to rent a car to pick up the flowers and just have our coordinator return them the Sunday after the wedding. Two days later we get an invoice from Compass Rose saying we over nearly $200+ because of missing items and broken pieces. My mother and I were confused because we saw everything inside the bridal suite so not sure how items went missing. Nevertheless, we sent it over to Adrianne (the owner) to let her know how upset we were about the charge, knowing we would have to pay it regardless of the situation. We get a response back from Adrianne to have her lie to us and say they don't do pick up and drop off. If this was the case, your employees should be aware of the policy and let the clients know. And although this could be the case, it is still the coordinators job to make sure all items are in place as expected when clients ask multiple times.
Overall really bummed because I loved this company and working with them. It wasn't until this situation did it make this a hassle. When it comes to wedding stuff, it is clear that once companies get paid, they often don't care about you after (or so it felt to us). -

Planners to avoid
We hired ATOB in early January 2019 for our Memorial Day 2019 wedding (5/27/19) in Estes Park, CO. We had already secured our venue and contracted our vendors. As I told the owner during our first phone call, I was more than capable of planning the event, but I didn't want to be the only one with all of the answers to the many questions that could (and did) arise the day of the event. Adrienne was very pleasant on the phone and lead me to believe I would be in good hands. As a result of our phone conversations, we were assigned to Rebecca Newton as our wedding planner.
For our first meeting, Rebecca chose a coffee shop which she had never visited. As a result, my fiance and I sat on stools in a line with Rebecca, as this was the only seating option at the tiny cafe in Lodo. We spent 2 hours reviewing the questions Rebecca had on her form, and she did not show any interest in reviewing the binder full of information or samples of decor and favors that we brought with us to CO. My fiance and I were not impressed, but we continued the relationship because ATOB had been recommended by another one of our vendors and was on the list of vendors provided by the venue.
Three weeks prior to our wedding, my fiance fell and broke his hip. What had been a well-planned wedding weekend in the mountains quickly became an exercise in revision and simplification. Unfortunately, from the first time we notified Rebecca of my fiance's accident, she never seemed to be on the same page as us, my family, our vendors, or the wedding staff at the venue. She contacted vendors without sharing the information that she learned with us, resulting in some costly last minute changes.
The day of the wedding, Rebecca made some "executive decisions" (the term used by her boss, when we filed a complaint) that resulted in family members with hurt feelings, a handmade guestbook never getting signed, our greeters being moved out of position, extra meals being prepared by the caterer and never eaten, personal property disappearing, and at the end of the night my own mother went home in tears after an unpleasant interaction with Rebecca.
Rebecca was good about reminding me to drink water at altitude, but other than that she was way out of her depth in terms of logistical coordination, customer service, follow through, and professionalism. She may have been an adequate assistant at one point, but she wreaked havoc on our wedding and I hope others will be able to avoid a similar outcome.
