The Rental Company was a delight to work with for our recent wedding in South Haven, MI. From my first conversation with Robyn, I knew they were the one and only rental vendor for me! However, The Rental Company's services extended well beyond providing the items we needed. Aside from conducting a detailed walkthrough with me to establish our unique needs, we were provided with a very helpful CAD mock-up to help me picture the best layout for our space. Robyn had fantastic ideas for making the most of our budget and venue (a private residence). I felt I had so many factors to consider doing this outdoors and I was so relieved each time I called and e-mailed with more questions and worries about weather or accomodations for my varying guest count. I felt so comforted by the knowledge and expertise of The Rental Company, which provided a solution for each question I had! They also have an extensive selection of beautiful linens and decor, which matched my dream wedding vision perfectly. (We used a tent, chairs, tables, ceremony decor, hurricane glasses, paper lanterns with matched my linens beautifully, etc.)

I always received responses right away, which helped immensely during the planning process. Even my last minute requests for weather didn't phase The Rental Company! The set-up and tear-down team was very efficient and professional.

I highly recommend The Rental Company for your wedding or special event of any size. We received so many compliments on our wedding - many saying it was the most beautiful they had attended.

We hired Robyn and her crew to provide tent, tables and chairs for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding at a beautiful county park. They were helpful to us at every point and provided exactly what we needed. These rentals were of course very important to the reception and they came off without a hitch. It was wonderful to not have to worry about this large part of the day. Great service!

The Rental Company is amazing and SOO easy to communicate with. I actually ordered over the phone and was emailed our invoice. It was a beautiful streamlined process of picking up our rentals, and here's the best part: since we were having a bit of a destination wedding (none of us were from the Holland area), no one would be able to return the chairs Monday. Even though their business was closed Saturday evening, we were allowed to drop the chairs off in a pre-arranged van!! They were so flexible, and so so kind. They were very accommodating of us out-of-towners.

We rented chairs and glassware from the rental company. They dropped off and picked up the chairs and picked up the glassware from a second location for a small extra fee. Everything arrived and was picked up on time. No problems. I would recommend this company.

The Rental Company did a great job with our wedding. Prices are ok, but they have a pretty nice selection and can get you basically any linens you need. Robyn is very creative and worked with our budget. Overall, a good vendor.

Great stuff but it seems like everything was a little on the Pricy side.
