My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and informative. The hotel itself was clean and well kept. Our room was neat and well kept as well. We did sit by the pool, which was also nice. We utilized the shuttle service that was provided to the parks. The shuttle service was not bad - it is free and you make a reservation. The only issue with it is that it takes a while (45 min to 60 min) to get to the drop off for Epcot. I want to highlight that checking in and out of the hotel was hassle free! The hotel staff made checking in very easy. We were up in our rooms very fast. The hotel provided very good breakfast. We had very few issues or problems. The walls were very thin so any noise from other rooms on our floor could be heard (including loud children). The food served by the pool was very good but there is no table side service outside and food was served in to-go containers. Other than that, this hotel was very affordable, very nice, and in a good location close to Universal Studios and good restaurants. Catching an Uber was very easy at this hotel as well. I would recommend this for couples honeymooning in Orlando that want quality service, nice amenities, no fuss checking in or out, for a good price and a good location without having to stay in a theme park hotel on grounds. Nice honeymoon spot.
