They were able to get me in within a reasonable amount of time, and the staff were all accommodating and very professional. I have gone back a number of times to try my dress on - choose accessories, veil, try different heel heights, etc. - and they have been wonderful! It was a great wedding dress shopping experience from start to finish.

User2093521 Sent on 04/10/2015I had an amazing experience at The Bridal House! I went for a walk-in appointment on a busy Saturday and was seen right away. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. There's a large selection of dresses in every price range. My entire wedding party have purchased & rented their attire from here as well and it has been an exceptional experience all around. -

User1592393 Sent on 04/21/2014I bought my wedding dress at the Bridal and Tuxedo House in Edmonton. Great variety of dresses, and as far as I know, good variety of prices. They were very attentive to me during my appointment and listened to what I wanted. Alterations have been quick and painless. Highly recommend this place for your dress. -

User1223065 Sent on 07/01/2013I booked an appointment for my sister's fitting, and suggest informing the rest of the group that the appointment is 30 min prior to the actual time as I did! They ended up 15 minutes 'early' so they were treated to beverages and an orientation around the salon. I set her up with 2 smaller salon appointments prior to this one as the finale, and she could only rave about the comparison: 10x more selection, all the gowns were updated and new, much larger 'destination' section- including the tommy bahama area of the store for the guys. The consultants were great at picking out the right dresses per the body type- my sister's idea of what she wanted and what would look good was quite opposite, so she had the perfect dress for her pulled by the girl bang-on. I was also pretty impressed with the pricing, I was expecting a bit higher for the quality of the dresses compared to other salons that were charging the same for tacky/older dresses. All the staff were very friendly, and there is a selection of bridal accessories there that is also current to the magazines. I would recommend the same- try out the smaller salons, then come here so when you have the comparison, you don't need to wonder if you need to try somewhere else before saying 'yes'!!

Each time I have gone into the store she remembers me and everything we have talked about in other appointments. Each time I call to book fittings or ask questions they are more the accommodating. The store has amazing selection in all price ranges. the entire experience was perfect, I truly felt like I got the "Bridal Experience" I recommend that all brides looking for a gown go to The Bridal House in Edmonton Alberta. I can't wait to wear my gown!!!

Brittany Sent on 08/31/2016I found my dream dress here! It's a very nice clean store. The front end staff are very nice. The first girl at the gown-purchasing level was great, the second one when I purchased my gown was very fake and annoying. But it didn't matter because I found my dress. It came in earlier than expected which was nice. A crappy thing that I discovered was that no matter if you're a size 2 or a size 22 the dress manufacturers only use the exact amount of appliqué on every size, so in my larger size the appliqués were spaced out a lot more than the size 12 I tried on in store and it didn't look the same. The girl Natalie upstairs in fittings was awesome! She promised to add in appliqués to make it how it should be. It took many fittings to get the dress right and they did an amazing job on the bust!! Unfortunately the day I went to pick up my dress I found a handful of appliqués were not sewn down (the final finishing they say they do last) and we waited about 30 minutes for them to finish. When I pulled my dress out at the hotel there were 5 appliqués I had to sew myself as they were forgotten/missed. They really did do a good job at filling in the missing appliqués though. The alterations were a decent price also. I wasn't happy with how my waist ribbon was tacked on, sadly I didnt notice it was pulling at the two tacks on the front (I'm not sure why those were needed, should have been on sides and back) until I saw pictures later and that detail is going to bother me. All in all you can't expect everything to be 100% perfect and I have heard many horror stories from other brides so I am happy with my experience at The Bridal House and I definitely recommend Natalie as she was kind, knowledgable, calmed my nerves, and was a good friend through the process. -

User1343739 Sent on 09/23/2013Was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great selection of gowns. Was able to meet all of my alteration needs. Dress came in very fast! Would definitely recommend The Bridal House! Also got my maid of honour and flower girl dress here!
