I truly can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Jessica and her entire staff at the Bridal Boutique of Naperville! I came to Jessica THREE WEEKS before my wedding because my original dress was not fitting properly and I needed a change of plans-fast. Her wonderful staff showed me several gowns that were available for immediate purchase and really nailed my style with their selections! As someone who went to many...many...sooooo many...dress shops, I can truly say that my experience here was the best one of them all. They were so patient with me, and I found the MOST amazing dress. Like a literal fairy godmother, Jessica fit that dress to within an inch of my life TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING. What an angel. She even had me come back one more time just to make sure it was perfect, and of course, it was. OH WAIT, she also added buttons all the way down the back for an added design detail. Thank you Jessica for the most magical dress shopping experience, and not to mention saving the day! I love my dress so much and I've had several people tell me it looks like the dress was DESIGNED TO FIT MY BODY. That's how good she is!
Please please please make this the first stop of your dress shopping experience! It was a beautiful shop with wonderful women and I can't say enough great things about it! I wish I could wear it again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are very responsive and kept me informed of when appointments were upcoming, and when my dress was in etc. They have a Wonderful selection of beautiful gowns. I found one I loved and the alterations were done very well. The back of the gown was sheer with buttons in the middle and I asked if they could add lace appliqué. The seamstress replied that she could have the gown-maker to send extra lace that had been used on the rest of the dress. When it came in she called to tell me and I was able to look at it. There were different patterns in the lace in different areas of the dress so, they provided three pieces for me to choose from.
The seamstress did a beautiful job of applying the lace. I couldn’t have been happier with my dress, or with the service at this shop. Highly recommend!

I said yes to the dress
Going to wedding design studio for my dress was the best decision I could have made! I had gone to one dress shop prior and had a terrible experience so I was nervous every dress shop would be that way but thankfully, I was wrong. As soon as I stepped into the shop I knew my dress shopping experience was going to be the best! Everyone is super friendly and the store and dresses are beautiful. The very first dress I tried on, I had that feeling every girl wants when trying on a wedding dress. I had my alterations done at wedding design studio as well and I can’t say enough great things about how great my whole experience was. Dress pricing and alterations pricing was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend shopping here for your perfect dress.

Best Bridal Experience
I think almost every girl dreams of the perfect dress shopping experience, and mine was nothing short of that! I felt welcomed, not rushed, and praised. I was nervous going in as I am not a size 2 bride, that dresses wouldn’t look right on me or they wouldn’t fit, but my stylist assured me that there were plenty and that if it didn’t fit, then it just wouldn’t be meant to be. My sisters, mom and I all felt heard, as well as appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and I said yes to the dress!

Exactly what I needed!
The ladies at BBON are amazing! They made me feel super comfortable and not pressured whatsoever. I loved this place because they actually let you browse the racks yourself and take your time. Mostly everything is off-the-rack sales of old sample dresses so the prices are great. I got a Maggie Sottero dress from 2016 so I also know no one else would be wearing the same dress as me that season!! I went prior to them opening the new location, but from the pics I've seen, it is beautiful!! It was exactly the laid-back, fun experience I needed without the stress and pressure of the other super fancy bridal shops. My dress was absolutely perfect and I wish I could wear it all the time. Can't say enough about how lovely and encouraging the staff were. Please make this a stop on your dress-hunting list!

To preface this, I haven't bought a dress yet, but I had to come share my experience with BBON. My visit to the boutique was my very first wedding dress shopping experience and they made it so wonderful. The employees were kind and incredibly helpful. I was nervous going in because I didn't know what to expect, but they guided me, helped pull dresses once they picked up on my preferred style, and most importantly, did not pressure me at all. This was so important to me. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but the woman helping me let my appointment go longer than the typical 75 minutes since I was her last appointment of the day! I honestly had no idea what time it was because I was so caught up trying on the gorgeous dresses. BBON really gave me a personalized and fantastic experience and I'm so appreciative of that! First off, the staff is as friendly and wonderful as you could ever hope for. They were all amazing, and you could tell that they really cared about what they were doing.
My original plan was to get my mom's wedding dress altered. I decided against that because it would have just been a lot of altering, but I wanted to use a part of it still.
Kellie found a dress that fit everything I wanted like she plucked it from my brain. It was just missing straps and lace. As soon as I talked to the store owner, Jessica, she couldn't stop telling me how excited she was to do the alterations on my dress! And because she was taking from my mom's dress, Jessica would show me exactly what she wanted to cut from it and ask before she did anything. My mom's dress is still in great condition.
Jessica was also able to remove the headpiece from my mom's veil and turned it into a very simple veil for me to wear.
I could not recommend this place enough. I got the perfect dress, exactly what I wanted or even better, and it was exactly what I wanted to spend even with alterations (which were not expensive at all).
Oh, and not to mention the great last minute alterations for my flower girl's dress, that she did just by me bringing in the dress pre-pinned and did it without ever actually seeing my flower girl. And she altered my mom's new dress.

Family friendly shop with an amazing team
This was the first time my family and I shopped for a dress and it was honestly the greatest experience. Kellie and Tina, an amazing daughter and mother duo, were so kind to welcome us into the store, listened to what I was looking for and encouraged my family to also look for what they'd like to see me in. They were patient with us through every gown we tried on, gave us wonderful feedback, and never made me feel anything less than ecstatic about this experience, even during COVID. Kellie and Tina learned my style pretty early through my try ons, and helped me select relevant dresses based off my taste. They were never pushy, even when I felt the one I tried on was "the one". They told me it's a big decision and they wanted me to be sure, so they made note of the one I wanted. I decided to say yes to the dress later that night and received a warm and cheerful phone call the next day from the shop owner, Jessica, congratulating me and wishing me well for the next steps of planning. I'm so grateful for The Bridal Boutique of Naperville and I am so thankful for such an amazing team of ladies that helped me in the process!

From the moment I walked into Jessica’s beautiful boutique I knew I wouldn’t go anywhere else to find my dress, both because of her wonderful energy & the stunning variety of dresses she has. She listened to what I wanted and took my budget seriously. She allowed me to browse the vast selection of dresses but in the end she ended up pulling the perfect dress based off what I told her I wanted. It is obvious from every appointment I had with her that she truly values her clients. I love the intimate setting the private appointments provide and I love that she allows you privacy as you are changing while still being right outside the dressing room to step in and assist as soon as you are comfortable. I wish I could give this boutique ten stars because that is what Jessica deserves! I can’t wait to bring my daughter here for her dress someday!

I had an amazing experience here! I had gone to several bridal stores before visiting here, and compared to the others, this experience was my favorite. Kellie and her mom were incredible in helping me try things on, and they did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision. They were incredibly professional and made my experience so easy and memorable! They have more styles than any store I tried - some of the stores only carried one specific type of dress or at specific price points, but Bridal Boutique of Naperville had a variety of styles and many price points, which made shopping easy and fun. I am so grateful I chose to visit Bridal Boutique of Naperville! Working with Kellie was a dream. From my first communication with Kellie I was put at ease. Unlike many brides I was dreading trying on dresses due to personal insecurities. Kellie was understanding and encouraging and made me feel so comfortable!
The store itself is well organized with a beautiful selection of gowns, and is not at all overwhelming. Prices are very reasonable as well! Brides are made to feel no pressure and are encouraged to take as long as necessary to make the right decision. One of a kind dresses!
The Bridal Boutique of Naperville is truly a one stop shop. This is the first and only bridal shop I visited. Upon arrival I was paired up with Kellie. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. My Bridesmaids, Mom, Mother and Law and myself were set free to pick out some preliminary dresses to try on to get a feel for what I liked and didn't like. I had it set in my mind that I did not want a strapless dress, but about 45 minutes in to trying dresses Kellie brought out the most gorgeous Strapless dress that fit everything else I was looking for and I ended up taking it home on the spot. The owner, who does alterations, was there as well and herself and Kellie offered suggestions for adding on straps if I wanted to as well.
I really like that they offer off the rack dresses as well as an option for custom ordered dresses. I ended up only looking at the ones available same day and found my Wedding Dress in less than 2 hours. I am so happy and can't wait to bring my dress back to them closer to the wedding date for fittings and alterations. I can't recommend them enough and Kellie was awesome!

Perfect wedding gown experience ever.
This was the best experience. Kellie greeted me right away when I arrived and while we were waiting for her other appointment to finish up, she showed us the dresses in my size. There was a whole rack of nice secondhand 14-16 dresses and then another rack of 18s if I needed it. They also had a large rack of inexpensive gowns that you could purchase new, sized to fit. The prices were about $700-$3000 but the majority seemed to be around $1100. They also do alterations for about $300-600. She had me pick out 5-6 dresses that I liked to get started, then once I was settled in my dressing room, she brought a couple more in based on my original choices. They had water and coffee there available for my family and me. She let me get into and out of the dresses on my own, but was ready when I I called her over to help cinch them up with the clasps. I was able to come out and stand on my own pedestal in front of my family and a set of mirrors. The lighting was nice so I felt like I could see everything well. She offered to let me put on veils and they had a Frankenstein box of mismatched dress parts (sleeves, lace, illusion necklines, etc) that you could use to see if you wanted something altered. I tried on maybe 6 dresses until I tried on The One, which I had saved for last. I never felt pressured to put something on that I knew I wouldn’t like. My dress is beautiful and not at all what I thought I would buy, but the experience and price were great. She even let me stay and twirl around for another 45 mins or so because her later appointment didn’t show AND gave me 10% off. Be prepared for an awesome, warm experience with BBON!
We had hit it off with Jessica so well during the appointment, and learned so much about the purchase journey we were about to go down. We had FUN! I did not buy THE dress there but, fortunately for me the one dress I fell in love with there would morph into a tea length dress (courtesy of Jessica’s wicked awesome alterations skills) for my engagement photos and rehearsal dinner attire!! I was lucky to be part of her journey officially transitioning to store owner – awesome lady and entrepreneur! She has an unflagging passion for her brides and I wish her all the luck.
And she kindly participated in my wedding journey with not only the rehearsal dress, but sewing my something old and new in the form a handkerchief with all the wedding dress materials from my grandmother, mother, and my own!

I spent so much time at multiple bridal shops looking for my perfect dress. Places that made me try on dresses I specifically said no to, places that would steer me away from dresses I was interested in. I finally found Bridal Boutique of Naperville. I made my appointment and when I walked in I was greeted by Kellie like we were lifelong friends. They allowed me to look through the racks at my own pace and then they picked dresses they thought I would like. The last dress I tried on was the dress I picked. My dress originally had long sleeves which I hated so before I walked out of my dressing room I asked if they could be taken off and I was told absolutely! Jessica did my alterations and she was and absolute joy to work with. I apologized so many times for being so picky to which she replied STOP! Its your day, your dress, I want you to be picky! My dress came out absolutely perfect and I couldnt have had a better experience. She worked so closely with me and did everything I asked and more. I am so happy I came across this boutique and had the best experience making my dress mine.

After exhausted search, finally found the dress!
Best experience out of 9 different bridal shops between Chicagoland and Washington, D.C. Jessie was amazing and let me take the lead with my dress choices. I appreciated the space to think and try the dresses on by myself. I also never felt like I was being "sold" something as she never tried to influence my decision. This truly was a wonderful experience and I will be telling everyone to get their wedding dresses here.

Owner Jessica was an absolute gem in both my hunt for a dress and with fun alterations! The shop itself has stunning gowns that anyone who has expensive taste but likes a bargain will appreciate. Rack after rack of both trendy and classic wedding dresses you can walk right out with, it was hard to choose just one! One stop- perfect experience
I went with my mom and mother in law just to check it out and get an idea. I ended up finding a perfect dress! They were fun and friendly and made our experience so amazing. A husband and wife own the store, it has such a family feel.

I loved my experience at The Bridal Boutique of Naperville. I originally purchased my wedding dress online and it was a nightmare, I experienced such a terrible stressed out experience. The dress came ripped, dirty and with missing sequins and upon making a claim with the seller I was recommended To The Bridal Boutique of Naperville for alternations. Long story short I received a full refund and returned to The Bridal Boutique of Naperville and purchased my wedding dress. They had exactly the dress that was perfect for me and for a better price then what I expected. The customer service is exceptional. Jessica was absolutely amazing and sweet. Kelly and Jessica were absolutely wonderful!
There is a good variety of dresses to choose from without being overwhelming & it is super organized (By size). It was really fun and I felt good about being able to try on different styles and shapes and see what looked best since I went into the appointment with an open mind. Huge fitting room- can have more than one dress in there at a time. I didn't realize how nice that is until we went shopping at Davids Bridal for a friends dress and could barely fit her and a dress in one fitting room.
Kelly was really patient with me and a great listener! She knew what I wanted and she ended up picking the dress I bought! Would recommend bringing 2-3 people, there's enough space for more but I liked it better with two. Had the pleasure of meeting Jessica at the end, she is is the owner and does all the alterations. She is so nice and has such a passion for her business!
I highly recommend coming here for wedding dresses and they have bridesmaids dresses too!

BBON is the perfect store to find your dress for the big day. I was nervous going into it, because I didn't think I would find a dress. Jessica and her husband immediately greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, gave me the run-down of the store and their awesome new dresses they had just got in that day, and let me walk around and pick a few that I loved to try on. Every single dress I picked out, I loved! Jessica helped me relax and helped me narrow down my choices and I found my dress at my first ever appointment!! She even let me try on a handful of veils and assured me how my bustle would be once fittings begin. My friend got married last year and found her dress here. I was with her at the appointment, and she had absolutely no worries with them through the process, so when it was my turn to shop for a wedding dress, I knew I had to look here! Of course, they did not disappoint! I actually had found a dress I liked at another shop, but still went to my BBON appointment, and they had the absolute best selection of dresses in my style preference. After shopping at 5 stores in SC (where my mom lives) and 3 in Chicagoland, BBON has such a variety, all at wonderful prices. My dress is unique, delicate, and exactly what I wanted! My experience at The Bridal Boutique of Naperville was amazing! It only took me an hour to find the perfect dress for me. I can't believe it only took me one day, this was the first and only place I went wedding dress shopping. Also, pick Bonnie to help you. She was perfect! Very professional and helpful. After shopping around at some of the bigger shops, I was unsatisfied with the quality of the dresses, so I decided to come to the bridal boutique of Naperville. I was so impressed that during my appointment, I was the only bride scheduled, and the seamstress was even present so she was able to tell me what alterations would be possible while also giving her expert opinion on the style. I am so happy I got my dress from here and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere!

My experience at The Bridal Boutique of Naperville was everything Bridal TV has built my expectations to be. Bonnie clearly has years of experience which made my appointment beyond successful. She had me pull a few dresses and when I put each one on and pointed out what I didn't like, she was able to pull ONE dress from the rack. Before it was zipped up I knew it was mine. She listened to me and responded with my perfect dress. I can't thank Bonnie enough. She made the dress appointment so relaxed and not a tiny bit stressful. She gave her undivided attention and that will take this business a long way. She also gave great referrals for alterations for my dress that I wouldn't have found without her!

The Bridal Boutique of Naperville was the place where I found my dream dress! I had been looking for my wedding dress for awhile and when I walked into this boutique it only took a few minutes before I spotted the one I knew I would walk down the aisle in! It was so reasonable priced and I got to leave with my dress! It was perfect!

I love my dress from The Bridal Boutique of Naperville. I was referred there by a friend and it was a wonderful experience. I love that it is a individual experience, meaning you are the only bride in the store. So you feel comfortable and special. Bonnie will help you find a dress that fits your budget and your style/body and personality of your wedding. You leave with your dress the day you select it and she works with the best for alterations. Everyone at my wedding thought my gown was beautiful and said it was made for me. Thank you Bonnie for helping me feel like a princess on my special day.

I purchased my wedding gown from Bonnie 18 months before my wedding! I love that when you are in her boutique shopping for wedding gowns, no one else is in the store. It's just you, your friends and family, and Bonnie. It makes the experience of purchasing your wedding gown even that more special! I was recommended to the boutique by a friend who recently bought her wedding dress here. The boutique was an hour and a half drive for me, but after reading the reviews and getting the recommendation, I figured I would check it out. There was originally no appointment availability for the day I was in town, but Bonnie was great and put me on a wait list in case there were any cancellations. It just so happens that I got lucky and there was a cancellation, so I was able to get an appointment! I had been to 2 bridal stores previously, and had found one dress that I really liked, but didn't feel right purchasing until I had checked out my options with the appointments I had scheduled for the day. I am so happy I didn't purchase at the other bridal shop, as the dresses at The Bridal Boutique of Naperville were amazing. I had selected about 6 dresses from the rack, and the first dress I tried on made me completely forget the other dress I liked at the other bridal shop. I ended up loving the first 3 dresses that I tried on here and didn't realize it would be so hard to just pick one! In the end, I was able to decide and Bonnie was great about helping me stay within my $500 budget. The dress fit almost perfectly and will only need a few alterations. I definitely recommend this boutique!

The store owner, Bonnie is the best! As soon as I walked in with a party of 5, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. She also really worked with my budget and got me a dress that I fell in love with. She gives great suggestions when it comes to any "extras." Her shop is very cute and conveniently located with ample parking.

The Bridal Boutique was the first and only place I went to for my wedding dress. I think I tried on 2 or 3 dresses and then I found the one for me. Even though I had about a year and a half until the actual wedding, I knew I didn't need to look anymore. Bonnie was so real and friendly. She gave feedback, and never pressured me. There aren't multiples of each dress, so if you find one, you should decide quickly or it could be gone. I emailed Bonnie over a year later to get a recommendation for seamstress & she was amazing as well. Bonnie was just so helpful in every way. I'm so happy I found my dress there.

I tried a few other stores before The Bridal Boutique of Naperville. Bonnie had to reschedule with me once and because of that she offered me a free veil if I decided to purchase a dress (which was SO nice of her). I went not expecting to find anything there because I know the selection is small due to the type of store it is. I tried on about 7 dresses and then Bonnie suggested I tried one on that was already hanging in the dressing room when I got there (it was Blush and she knew that's what I really wanted). I tried it on and immediately said yes to the dress! I love how personable and intimate the store and appointment feels. My family and I loved our experience here and I found the dress I've always wanted..as an added bonus..for an AMAZING price! I would definitely recommend this store. What you find may surprise you :)

I got an amazing off the rack sample dress for such a good price! I am a size 0, so finding a dress off the rack in my size is actually quite difficult. But, I found exactly what I was looking for, and was able to walk out of the shop that day with my dress in hand! No waiting for 6-8 months! The shop owner was a delight, and offered insight from her expertise. Thank you so much for your business, because living in Seattle, WA and walking out with a dress in my hands, relieved more stress than you know!

I loved everything about this place. Bonnie was so genuine and caring, she really wanted to help me find the perfect dress... And I did! Such a unique experience needs someone like Bonnie involved and I had a great one here! It was also so helpful to have the seamstress on site to answer questions about alterations. Great place!

Bonnie was extremely helpful in showing me all my options for my wedding dress. She had shown me a separate lace piece for the dress back in August and was devastated when my seamstress had issues trying to replicate it. I emailed Bonnie and asked her if there was any way to purchase that piece (with 3 weeks to go until the wedding) and she offered me a great price and great service to make my dream dress come true! I can't thank her enough for her help!

I just went to the bridal boutique over the weekend and found my dress! It was such a pleasant experience. I went to a couple other bridal stores earlier in the day and everyone told me I was limiting myself significantly by only trying on dressed that had some sort of strap, but that's what I wanted. The ladies at BB didn't make me feel in any way like I was crazy for doing this. I am a size 10 and they had so many dresses to try on in my price range. I was hoping to stay around $800. The shop only sees about 1-2 brides at a time since everything there is off the rack and they don't want another bride to take a dress you'd potentially like. Another grea thing was that since everything was off the rack they had their alterations lady there that was able to let you know how a dress could be adjusted if you needed it to be. I would recommend this place to anyone. I wound up finding a beautiful dress for $766 with tax and a bag to keep the dress protected and the best part is I TOOK MY DRESS HOME THAT DAY!!! Since my experience was so positive I will probably go back there for alterations as well.

Readers may remember a story of another bridal store burning down on a Wednesday, and my daughter's wedding was Friday. One of her bridesmaids told us about Bridal Boutique so Thursday morning, drove out to meet Bonnie. We wish we went here first. Not only did my daughter find a dress and veil she loved, but Mary worked on alterations all afternoon. She left her rehearsal dinner for her final fitting, and their cleaner got the dress pressed overnight and delivered to our home the next morning. Bonnie went beyond the call of service to arrange everything, and it worked perfectly.

Just as Yelp says- this is as good as it gets. The individual attention, the beautiful store, the relaxed yet classy vibe, the gorgeous dresses- everything about my experience was wonderful. Bonnie is amazing at determining what each bride is dreaming of and making that dream come true. To say that they sell samples is a disservice, because they are gorgeous dresses (and only 1 of the many that I tried on was in any way damaged) in excellent condition. I only mention that so brides will be aware when it comes to sizing. Unique selection, personal service, and great prices. There is no pressure and total honesty when it came to alterations and fit.
I cannot recommend this experience enough!

I was so happy my mom dragged in into one last dress store - Bridal Boutique of Naperville. Bonnie, the owner was wonderful and the one on one approach was alot less stressful than the other shops we visited. I got honest pros and cons about the dresses I tried on, Bonnie was not sales-pitchy in the least. My dress is amazing and the selection in the store was great, I was really surprised at the variety of options. I will (and have already) recommend it to my friends.

Sarah at the Bridal Boutique was so helpful and friendly! She helped pull dresses that I was looking for and let me take my time. I didn't feel rushed and enjoyed every minute shopping here. They have such a huge selection of beautiful bridal gowns to look through that are discounted to fit the budget.

This shop sells dresses off the rack. I believe they all previously have been samples. I bought my dress here and was very satisfied. The best part about getting a dress from here is that you get to leave with the dress, avoiding all the horror stories of brides not getting their dress on time!The owner ran the shop and spent time with me. She worked with my budget & even gave me an extra discount.

The day before my daughters wedding we had a veil emergency! We showed up at The Bridal Boutique of Naperville unannounced and they saved the day! I needed a veil that I could take then and there and we found the perfect one and the price was more than perfect! We paid cash and were on our way in under 30 min. To say that we were relieve to not have to spend the whole day looking and tons of $$ is an understatement! Thank you to The Bridal Boutique!

It was a great experience getting a dress from the Bridal Boutique of Naperville. Bonnie was just great. It was the first place I looked and she was fine about us going to look at other places - she even encouraged it! That made me feel like she really cared and was just not trying to sell me something. The consultants at other (bigger) stores were much more pushy. After a disappointing second appointment, Bonnie was so sweet and waited for my group to get back down to her shop to try on what ended up being "the dress" again. My mom and sister were in town for the weekend - I was so glad she was willing to accommodate our whirlwind schedule. Also, the dress was gorgeous - at a wonderful price! I would totally recommend trying the Bridal Boutique of Naperville!

We went to many places and saw lovely gowns, but the unusual selections that Bonnie is able to acquire fit the bill perfectly. She knows her business and the savings she passes on are phenomenal. Very savvy on assessing style choices, especially when there is a gaggle of women hemming and hawing. Still gives the freedom to explore various options and allows photographs so we could oooh and ahhh later too. (Some bridal salons refuse to allow photographs.) Bonnie wisely guides you in managing your options, so things don't get crazy. Once she honed in on a style, she produced a dress with a unique twist, and everyone knew it was "the dress" -- especially the bride! The designer isn't commonly seen in the Chicago area, so my daughter had something special. A perfect veil selection set off the dress and we were done! Her seamstress was local and Mary couldn't have been more accommodating or reasonably priced. Thank you Bonnie. I'd highly recommend Bonnie's shop and now know samples are definitely the way to go.

Bonnie at the boutique is amazing and her gowns are breath taking. She has a wonderful sense for style and goes beyond any bridal store that I ave been to for my wedding and others, you receive her personal touch and 100% of her attention to your needs and taste. My dress was a dream come true i recieved so many compliments on it and it was so original. Bonnie thank you for making my day, and my girls dresses looked amazing as well. Oh and the new veil what a classical statement, Thanks again sweetie. Brides you cant go wrong here, make an appointment.
