  Magic, smooth running details and the greatest gift of all: peace of mind!

  Kendra was the glue that made all of the bits of magic of our wedding come together to run fluidly and seamlessly! Kendra and her team made all of our wedding dreams come true, and it's the part of our wedding budget we would happily spend again and again. She built an AMAZING installation throughout our site that was such a reflection of the mood we were looking for. She listened to our hopes and dreams, supported us along the way, and helped us put it all together in a way that was better than we could have imagined. In the days leading up to the wedding and the day of, she made sure every moving piece ran perfectly, which gave us complete peace of mind to focus on the most important things: being together, present and with our people. We are forever grateful for Kendra's role in our day and the way she helped us create a day that was so "us" and freed up our minds to enjoy every moment of our favorite day ever!

  The Best in Denver

  It truly doesn't get better than Kendra and her team at KCIDY. Kendra did the month-of coordination for my sister's wedding and everything was PERFECT. Then she comes along and plans my whole wedding and everything was EVEN MORE PERFECT. Kendra is kind and funny and relaxed, but so on top of everything. She anticipates any and all issues and solves them before you even knew anything went wrong. On top of that, she's wildly creative and can make the plainest of rooms look insanely gorgeous. It's like she can see inside your mind to plan the perfect day. And, the most important thing - she's realistic. I came to her with my guest count and budget and she immediately said that we'd have some tough decisions to make. I appreciated so much that she keeps your budget a top priority all while working her tail off to make your dreams come true. Stop researching planners - you've found her in KCIDY. I actively miss wedding planning with Kendra because she kept it fun and stress-free!

  As the Mother of two Brides this past year, I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it was to work with Kendra. We loved all of her suggestions and completely trusted all of her decisions. I felt like we were Kendra's only clients - she made us feel so special.

  Kendra clicked immediately at their first go round with our daughter, the bride to be which was such a blessing! They "understood" each other and saw the same big picture for Jenny and Jake's special day. Jenny and Jake both are CSU alum and so it was a green and gold (with a little pink) Ram wedding! Kendra is also CSU alum so she knew exactly what they wanted. Kendra operated under the radar leaving both the bride and MOB to enjoy the journey without stress. Kendra listens but also can make "diplomatic" suggestions guiding the bride in planning without the over planning. Kendra worked with all the vendors coordinating the details, so we could step away and enjoy the journey . At the reception itself; Kendra kept the evening flowing so we could enjoy the evening and our guests. Both our families are most grateful for her patience, knowledge and expertise to give us all the perfect day!

  Kendra and Amy were absolutely the best. Kendra's attention to detail, listening to what our daughter's visions were and implementing them is what she does best. Even last minute changes, went flawlessly. The time that I was able to spend with our daughter, not having to worry about things was ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS!!!! Thank you Kendra for that gift of stress free time! Our guests are still talking about how much fun and how beautiful everything was even 7 months after the fact. You truly are a blessing to brides and their mothers!

  Kendra and Amy did an amazing job with our wedding. They made sure everything ran smoothly the day of, and did their homework beforehand in preparation of our big day! Kendra helped us put up a display in front of our backdrop of over 30 giant golden triangles, and took care to make it look just right. Any issues that may have come up must have been quickly dealt with, since I didn't hear about them!

  Best place in town! All the other vendors loved working with them as well. You would be lucky to have them work with you at your wedding. Ours wouldn't have been the same without them.

  Tandem Events was the best decision! Kendra is so sweet and great at what she does. Her style is amazing and she really listened to what I wanted. She was always two steps ahead of me and our Wedding ran so smoothly! My Bridal party and family loved her as well! Have no doubts when thinking about booking with Tandem Events..Just do it!!!!

  Having a planner is "optional" and shouldn't be. We met with Kendra and Amy and immediately knew they would make our day seamless. They had to plan our wedding with indoor and outdoor seating, a 14 person wedding party and 7 different venders. Without them, we would have been lost. They smile through all the chaos and provide calm. I love these girls. Make a good decision and hire them.

  What an absolute joy it was to have Tandem Events be apart of our wedding!!!! Kendra and her team are so kind and patient and organized and our wedding wouldn't have been possible without them. From helping me think of all the little details, helping us find our magical venue, driving up to the mountains where there was no cell service, keeping the day of absolutely stress free for me, to simply bringing so much joy to the entire planning experience, Tandem Events was worth every single penny and I highly recommend their services! I would give 10 stars if I could and can't say enough about how lovely this team is! THANK YOU again for everything!

  Kendra and Amy were amazing! We had a bit of a challenging wedding in that we used 3 separate venues for the ceremony, the dinner and the reception. They were ahead of us every step of the way, making sure that each venue was set up and prepared us just as we envisioned it before we got there. Leading up to the wedding, Kendra was super communicative and helped us plan the day with attention to detail and thoroughness. Most importantly, Kendra and Amy were sweet, calm and made everyone including the bride and groom, the guests and all of the vendors feel very comfortable and confident while ensuring that our wishes were met. They even went above and beyond by helping us to FaceTime our grandparents who couldn't make the trip but wanted to see some of the reception festivities.   Picking Tandem Events for my day of co-ordination was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. Kendra and Amy were both amazing to work with and they did an incredible job on the day of my reception. I had a hindu wedding ceremony the day before and the reception the next day and Kendra was my day of co-ordinator for the reception. Even though Kendra was only my day of co-ordinator she began working with me months ahead of the actual day and made sure that everything for that day was lined up perfectly. She communicated with all of my vendors in advance to make sure that everything went smoothly. It was not easy to work with the restaurant providing the food and I was very frustrated with the communication with them but Kendra made sure that the restaurant provided everything we needed on a timely manner. The set up for the reception totally blew me away and it went beyond my expectations. Kendra even provided me with a large cute frame to hang my pictures for display when I was having a difficult time coming up with something myself. She had made it herself for a different wedding but let me use it and it seemed perfect for what I had wanted. I am sure the flow of the reception was different from her previous experiences but she and Amy made sure that everything went very smooth. Every time I met with Kendra during the planning process she always made me feel at ease and I knew that I could trust her. She was always very positive and had great ideas. She is very professional and she will make sure that your special day goes as planned. If there were any problems during the reception we never knew about it! Kendra is very easy to communicate with and she always responded to my emails very quickly. I would recommended Kendra and her team to any body planning a wedding! Hiring her was the best decision I made during the wedding planning. I cannot thank you enough Kendra!

  Kendra and Amy were amazing throughout the whole process of planning my wedding. They were very responsive to my emails and phone calls and helped make sure I stayed on budget. They also assisted with contacting vendors and making sure everyone was on the same page. It took so much stress off of my hands and I was just able to enjoy my planning. For the day of my wedding, Amy was our coordinator for the day and she did AMAZING!!! Actually, amazing doesn't even begin to explain how grateful I am for her that day. She was able to ease my stress and take care of all the "behind the scenes" problems we ended up facing. She was able to think on her feet and make sure that any problems were handled without having to bother me or my husband. We were able to just enjoy our day with each other and with our friends and family. I gave her full run to make decisions and she did it beautifully; from changing small items on the time schedule, to deciding to move tables and decors to best fit the setting and mood we were going for. Again, she did all this so I didn't have to stress about anything. I would recommend Tandem Events over and over again to everyone I know. These ladies have such a great spirit and spunk to them. They light up a whole room and know how to enjoy what they do!

  Kendra has been the wedding coordinator for several of the weddings I've done flowers for this past year and I can't say enough about how professional and organized she is, not to mention a bright smile in the room. She is passionate about what she does and helps to make the bride, groom and their families at ease through the entire process and especially the wedding day.

  Kendra did a bomb job, even when things were stressful with other coordinators. I was impressed by the work she did (even though a lot of it was behind-the-scenes), and our wedding day was perfect.

  If you are looking for someone who is passionate, creative, flexible, professional, and elegant for your wedding services definitely meet with Kendra Kimball. Meet with Kendra ONE time, and you'll get it. She may look young and cute, but she has years of amazing wedding coordination experience and is extremely well connected in the wedding business. She helped our wedding go *exactly* the way we had dreamed it would, all with a giving, loving, and energetic spirit. She's one of those people who makes bad days better, and good days great.
  
  Kendra and I met several times to discuss wedding vision, dreams, and ideas; she truly helped us through every step of the process. She helped with vendor exploration, communication, and coordination. She helped with the rehearsal event, as well as the ceremony and the reception. Oh! This is key. Wherever you get married, you will probably be given a "wedding coordinator" at that venue... And they are helpful, don't get me wrong. But Kendra does way more than they ever will.
  
  She will advocate on your and your spouses behalf to make sure that you get the wedding of your dreams. She is available beyond normal business hours. Kendra was a lifesaver during our engagement season, and everytime I texted her about a problem or concern or freak out, she always responded immediately... definitely within a 12 hour period. Lastly, Kendra has an amazing creative touch- and knows how to plan a phenomenal party.

  Kendra is an exceptional individual in many ways - she helped me plan my wedding in two months. There is nothing I could have done without her. She adds joy and rest to the planning process; she is creative; she is organized and detailed; she is great at coming up with ideas that are affordable, yet lovely; she is patient; and she has a disposition that is kind, comforting, and loving. I know, without a doubt, that if she is hired, everything she does for you will be far beyond her best because that is what she did for me - in two months! She has many years of experience in the wedding business, therefore, you cannot go wrong hiring this woman as your wedding coordinator.

  The "Abigail and Dylan" photos are from my daughter's wedding. I have to say, I am really glad I wasn't let loose with the wedding planning. My planning would never have compared to the wedding Kendra put together. It was absolutely beautiful and totally Abigail. I wish all of those reading this review could have been there. Everyone I spoke with told me that they had never been to a more beautiful wedding as this one. The background, the flowers, the center pieces, the head table! I could go on and on. Saying all of this, I definitely do recommend Kendra!

  Kendra was amazing for us. She is very positive, which helped us to not get discouraged. She was able to listen to our vague ideas, and managed to weave these into a picture of what we actually wanted, and then together with our florist, Sue Kimball, made this a reality. Couldn't have done it without her
