Loved loved loved
Carol is the most amazing person on this earth.. she went over and beyond for John and I to make our wedding such a fairy tail. I cannot speak highly enough of her and her staff. My flowers centerpieces the room was beautiful. She did everything in her power to help us out. My guest were speechless when they walked in the room. We love her to pieces and can not thank her enough. If you are getting married she is the person to make your day beautiful. We highly suggest you go to her. We love you carol.❤️❤️❤️ -

Christina Sent on 11/16/2010Carol and all of the employees of StillCreek Inc were absolutely wonderful. Carol was also so helpful in taking our thoughts, ideas, and likes to mold our event into being a true expression of our taste and style. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous; I couldn’t believe how perfect they were. The church and resort also looked beautiful – Carol helped us create a balance with decorations to make everything look elegant but also kept it simple to let the natural beauty of the setting show through. We had so many compliments on everything that Carol had a part in. She also has the experience to let you know what will and will not work with your ideas – and she will tell you (instead of just doing what you ask and knowing it is not going to turn out well!). I was so thankful to have Carol handle all of the details so I was able to relax on my big day. I will definitely hire her for my next big event. -
User2497457 Sent on 01/07/2016Contacted StillCreek because they were a preferred vendor of the venue where our wedding will be taking place. Our first meeting with Carol, we were five minutes away and she called us saying she was going to be an hour late. This was after driving an hour to get there. We at first only wanted centerpieces, but Carol talked us into basically getting every minor thing through her, which did not seem like a bad idea at all. We drove an hour to meet with her multiple times, and she had promised to have a display table set up for us. We wasted multiple trips for nothing, until she finally had a table set up. After finally choosing everything we wanted and being happy with it, we were prepared to make a deposit. We requested an invoice, which took weeks for it to be emailed to us. When we got the invoice, very little in it made sense, and a lot of things were listed twice. We asked Carol for a corrected invoice and never heard back from her. We sent multiple emails and left multiple phone messages. A month after the last message, Carol wrote me an email about moving forward with out order. Needlessly to say, we will not be going with StillCreek. Carol wasted months of our time that we could have used for better planning purposes. Now, we are stressing because we have to basically start from scratch. If you want to have someone timely and efficient, and avoid a headache, stay away from this vendor. -
User1675232 Sent on 06/23/2014Unorganized and unprofessional I would not recommend carol at still creek to anyone. I had to wait at least a week for an answer to an email. You can not reach her by phone. She caused unnecessary headaches during my wedding planning process.
