    At first I thought I could do the whole wedding alone, thinking I came this far why hire on someone else to make my dream day come true. I found Ashley on craigslist, she is truly wonderful!!

    My wedding day turned out amazing, I was able to sit back and relax, take everything in while she did everything.

    Just amazing!

    Shannin was amazing and our day wouldn't of turned out as perfect as it did if not for her. From us throwing everything on her months before the wedding to her helping us figure out our catering situations weeks before our wedding. She truly went above and beyond and we could not say thank you enough.

    Professional and Personal Coordinator whom I could trust

    I have worked in the wedding and catering business for over 15 years, and it took a lot of trust to find people I knew that I could count on. I felt so special and cared for working with Shannin, and I knew that I could entrust her with my special day. We met Shannin through our caterer Willaby's (see that review- they were also amazing!). There were different options to choose from from full coordination to day of. We opted for day of and rehearsal as I have experience in the wedding industry. She was absolutely phenomenal, making sure we stayed on time, coordinating with our other vendors to make sure that last minute changes were taken care of (the groom decided that he'd like to do a speech at the wedding instead of the rehearsal dinner). Shannin made sure that everything was executed flawlessly. If something didn't go according to plan, no one knew. That is the exact level of professionalism I would expect! We had special dietary needs, wine drinkers, and non drinkers, and she made sure that the catering team took care of everyone's needs. She also coordinated for our late night snack (and some extra cake!) to be waiting in our get-away car, and made sure extra late night snacks went home with the wedding guests. I knew we would have left over wine that we had purchased through the vineyard and had asked that Shannin arrange with the venue to get it shipped to us as we live out of state (the shipping cost came out of our venue deposit). Shannin ensured both mothers were taken care of and that all of the details were executed perfectly. I could not recommend someone more.

    Shannin is incredible!!! She is very professional, organized, and accommodating! She answered my many questions before the wedding and calmed my nerves:) During the wedding she was very professional and handled situations that came up with ease. She was in contact with my other vendors and was able to answer their questions and concerns. I actually didn't even know that my cake didn't show up. She called and handled the situation without any of us knowing! She went above and beyond her job description! We appreciated all of her work and support throughout the day! We highly recommend Shannin for your wedding!

    Let me just start by saying that Shannin is a LIFESAVER! Shannin was so amazing. She was there for me throughout the entire wedding process - walking me through invoices, contracts, style/decor ideas, EVERYTHING. Day of coordination was the key to why I felt so calm on wedding day. Shannin walked in and took charge. I did not have to worry about a thing. She helped set up decor, direct vendors and family/friends, and made sure everything was neat and tidy in the end. Shannin made sure that we both felt so special on our big day. I am so grateful that I made coordination/planning a priority. Believe me if you are on the fence about getting a coordinator ... DO IT and make sure you hire Shannin! She is just such a lovely person!

    We had Shannin from Stargazer weddings as our Day-of Coordinator and she was AMAZING!!! My mom started panicking and we had to call Shannin in earlier than we thought, and she came right in and took charge allowing myself and my mother relax. We could not have been more pleased. She was so professional, worked well with my family helpers and my vendors. It was such a relief to have Shannin there to ensure that everything went smoothly. Shannin really went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough. Stargazer is lucky to have her!!!

    We worked with Kirsten Reinhart at Stargazer Weddings. Kirsten was amazing in every way. Leading up to the wedding she was extremely patient and helpful in offering advice that fit in with our vision of our day. She was able to troubleshoot issues that came up quickly and efficiently. We had chosen many vendors that were not necessarily "wedding vendors", which made it difficult to have timely communications, however, Kirsten was more than willing to jump into working with these vendors and get the needed information. She was extremely responsive whenever I had questions leading up to the big day, we were even emailing the night before. She listened to my vision and asked questions to make sure she understood what I was hoping the day would look and feel like. The day of the wedding, Kirsten and Bailey were a pleasure to be around and we did not have a worry or a concern. When things didn't go according to plan they were quick to solve or sooth issues and keep the event flowing so we were not concerned with the unimportant details. We had some minor wind issues and Kirsten and Bailey kept calm and figured out the best way to solve any related issues and were able to communicate the solutions clearly and patiently. I cannot say enough about how glad we were to have Kirsten as the coordinator for our big day. We were able to have fun at the wedding without having to worry about a thing. We really couldn't have chosen a better team to work with, and would recommend Stargazer Wedding to anyone.

    Getting Ashley as our coordinator was the best and smartest thing we did for the wedding! My Fiancé and mom were both a little apprehensive about hiring a coordinator but after the wedding we all agreed that it was a great idea! She is such an awesome person to work with! I can't say enough great things about her!

    Ashley is amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you have the best day possible and that you get to sit back and enjoy your day knowing with full confidence that she has everything under control. She is so knowledgeable about the industry and has a ton of great contacts to put you in touch with. She is also full of great ideas to implement as part of your wedding day and thinks about details I had never even though to consider but I was so glad that she did. She is very prompt and professional and was so much fun to get to know. Hiring Stargazer Weddings was the best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding.

    My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bailey Moore of Stargazer Weddings during our entire wedding planning process and throughout our wedding weekend. From day one Bailey's enthusiasm when it came to the planning process helped us relax and enjoy the entire process of getting ready for our wedding day. Bailey's attention to detail and organization helped us make sure that we had everything ready well in advance. She helped us book all of our vendors for our wedding day, and on the day of the wedding she coordinated everything from working with the caterer to setting up the reception area (flowers, decorations, and all) to helping the wedding party with last-minute errands and preparation. Bailey did an outstanding job and at the end of our wedding weekend, everyone commented on the amazing job that she did. I wish that my husband and I could get married next summer, so we could work with Bailey through the planning process again. Perhaps we will need to find another excuse for a large celebration, so we can work with Bailey and Stargazer Weddings in the near future!

    Ashley and her team were great to work with. We hired Ashley as our day-of coordinator, but even from the beginning she was available to help us stay organized and made recommendations for vendors when we didn't know where to start. She took are of coordinating with the vendors as it got closer to the date of our wedding, freeing me from a lot of extra last minute stress. I loved that she helped my husband take care of planning our getaway that fit with our wedding theme (while keeping it a surprise from me) and wedding night accommodations. We only wish that we would have decided to hire a coordinator - and found Ashley - sooner.

    Stargazer Weddings provided day of planning and coordination. Although I planned the wedding, Stargazer provided valuable wedding planning input in the weeks before the wedding. The week before, when I needed a new plan for a cake, Stargazer was right there and saved me and my dessert debacle. The day of, they were in the forefront making sure each detail was how I wanted it so I could relax, be a bride and enjoy my day! I would advise anyone to use Stargazer Weddings!

    Ashley was super helpful when we were planning our wedding, even though I live in Wisconsin. She and I had emailed one another back and forth plenty of times sharing ideas, and we also had conversations over the phone. When it came time to actually meeting, 2 days before our wedding, she helped with everything I needed help with. She ran to the stores buying some last minute decorations for us, helped me with decorating, and also gave me advice for our wedding planning. Her ideas and advice became so comforting to me. When it came to the day-of, she became our life saver! She did everything for me that I needed help with such as lacing my dress, driving me to my husband to get pictures taken, and even getting all the guys ready for the ceremony. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Ashley, especially on the day-of. I know I couldn't have done this alone. I would recommend Ashley to anyone!

    Ashley of Stargazer Weddings was a true gem! Us brides and husbands-to-be spend so much time, money and energy into planning the details we want, why not have Ashley deal with the things we don't want to deal with right? We kept hearing couples tell us they regret not hiring 2 types of vendors, a videographer and a rehearsal/wedding day-of coordinator. We did both! We are so grateful we did, no regrets! What I'm most grateful for is that we hired the right person, Ashley! I interviewed her and another team. I knew Ashley had the job after she spoke to me for about 5 minutes. She is detail oriented, responsive, organized, caring and energetic! What I love most about Ashley is that she is reliable and not even close to burnt out. Her enthusiasm inspires me! Not only is she affordable, she offers top quality service!

    Our wedding day was absolutely amazing!! From the wonderful vendors that we were blessed to work with to the seamless timeline of the days events, Ashley and Melissa of Stargazer Weddings made our perfect day come to life.

    When my husband and I got engaged one of my first phone calls was to Ashley, my best friend, matron of honor, and go to person for all things wedding related. I think she was almost as excited as I was!! Her recommendations for vendors were always on point and never dissapointed. She was there to help with anything and everything. I couldn't imagine our special day with out her :) Melissa was also fantastic to work with and took care of all of our "day-of" preparations. If there was a problem or mishap on our wedding day no one knew it becuase she was there taking care of everything.

    Stargazer Weddings made it easy for my husband, myself, and both of our families to relax and just enjoy the day. They are great to work with and I couldn't thank them enough for all of their help!

    Ashley with Stargazer Weddings was fantastic to work with! She guided me through the wedding planning process, kept me on track with my to-do list, answered every little question of mine and made the planning process so much easier! She was professional, organized and on top of every detail. Talking with her was like talking with an old friend. Knowing I had her there on the day of my wedding meant that my actual wedding day could be about my husband and me. It was a stress free day and I didn't have to worry about a thing knowing that Ashley was there to take care of any detail that came up. It was just awesome how smoothly the day went! It truly let me and my husband have the wedding day of our dreams and enjoy every moment of it. For that, Ashley's services were worth so much more than any amount of money we could have paid her.     We originally thought we could plan our entire wedding ourselves. But as the day grew nearer we started to think that having a wedding planner handle things on the day of would be best. We attended an open house at the venue where we would be married. That is when we meet Ashley from Stargazer Weddings.

    It became so evident on our wedding day that I didn't have a single worry in the world other than to enjoy our day, and have fun, and to be with people we love. We enjoyed our day SO much; and never once felt stressed. But I know that we felt this way because Ashley meticulously took care of all the details and fielded all the questions.

    Hiring Ashley as our wedding coordinator was the best investment.... after all, you spent so much on your wedding. You better enjoy it to the fullest without any stress. :)

    We met with Ashley to give her an idea of what we had in mind for our wedding. Our main hope was to have a relatively stress-free wedding day so that we could focus on our vows and enjoy the time we had with our guests.

    With Ashley as our planner, this goal was met.

    The planning:

    We emailed Ashley often to ask questions. Ashley also acted as the liaison between us and some of our vendors. Whenever we had a question for one of the vendors, Ashley contacted them and quickly got back to us with an answer. One of our friends helped out with the cake, and Ashley worked well with them her as well.

    Ashley responded to all emails very promptly. (She is also available by phone.) We were in contact with her constantly throughout the last months of our planning. She kept us on track with what we needed to be working on. She is attentive, professional, open to feedback, and easy to work with.

    A month before the wedding, we handed all vendor contact information over to Ashley and she took it from there. She confirmed with them all and made sure that all details were taken care of. We didn’t have to worry about the vendors from then on.

    We thought that we would be really busy the week before the wedding, but since Ashley was taking care of all of the details, we didn’t have anything else to do besides enjoy time with our guests who were arriving from out-of-town.

    The day of the wedding:

    Ashley created a Timeline for the day of the wedding. we had a copy of the Timeline, but didn’t look at it at all. Ashley and her team took care of all of the logistics, everything ran smoothly, and I was able to enjoy the day without thinking about vendors, details, or timing. I was able to focus on my vows and enjoy the company of my friends and family.

    Overall, without Ashley, our wedding planning process and wedding day would have been very different and, I imagine, much more stressful. Hiring Ashley was the best decision we made and the best money we spent. My wife and I would recommend Ashley and Stargazer Weddings to anyone!

    Ashley was my wedding planner and I absolutely do not know what I would have done without her. When we first met, I had already done quite a bit of the planning myself- I just thought I needed help putting it all together and handling the vendors. She managed the entire day beautifully, and we simply could not have been free to enjoy our wedding without all her hard work. She was there for everything! As a bonus, she recommended our dj, who was excellent. Our guests are still commenting about how much fun they had at our wedding and how smoothly everything went. Ashley was so easy to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was just as we wanted it to be and saw to it that we didn't have to stress about anything the weekend of our wedding.

    Ashley was fantastic! I was a little hesitant at first to spend the additional money on a wedding coordinator but it was definitely well worth it. Ashley took care of all the details for the day and let me truly enjoy my wedding. It was just perfect. She was easy to communicate with always responded promptly to questions and recommended vendors. She was willing to do whatever was needed to make the day run smoothly. I would use her again in a second for any type of event planning.

    Ashley is wonderful!!! She is attentive to detail, personable, and professional. We felt from day one that she could help us achieve just what we were looking for and within our budget. She was always full of ideas and responsive to every little detail that came up. The day of the wedding was so relaxing and fun, I didn't have to worry about anything, because I knew whatever came up... Ashley would handle it! Our wedding day could not have been more perfect!!!

    Hiring Ashley was the best decision that we made for the wedding. Working with her is like having your best friend care about all your wedding details, never get tired of the little decisions, and help you think through whatever tricky situations may come up. She is thorough, responsive, and 100% professional. She even came to the ceremony dressed in the wedding colors (which was noticed by all of my bridesmaids!) - a little thing, but showed the attention she paid to our wedding. She cared that our wedding was special for us. Her recommendations for vendors were spot on - always in our budget and amazingly professional. To top it off, we planned the wedding from 1700 miles away, a task that wouldn't have been accomplished without Ashley's help. She was always available for a call, text, or email. She called and followed up with all of our vendors for initial meetings and as the wedding date approached. In short, she is great.

    Ashley was a godsend. From the very beginning she was always available to answer questions or give ideas. I loved that she always wanted my wedding, I never felt as if she was trying to push into a decision; rather, she always wanted to work with me to make sure I had the wedding that I always wanted. On the day of the wedding, if anything went wrong, and I'm sure it did, she never let on. She was flawless and my wedding would not have gone as well as it did if she wasn't there. Ashley is always friendly, always happy to see you, and always has an idea when you need one.

    Ashley did such a wonderful job and we were thrilled to have her at every turn. Thanks for all your hard work & attention to detail. She made me feel so comfortable on the big day! I was stressed waking up early to all the things that had to happen, but when she showed up 5 min early and knew exactly what do to and how to do it, well I visibly relaxed and was able to start to really enjoy. I told my mom 'I am so happy Ashley is in charge now!' In the beginning my family was not sure why I was hiring a coordinator, saying 'everything is already done', but at the end of the wedding all said we could not have done it without her and her services were worth every penny and more.

    First thing I want to say... I thought I didn't need a wedding planner... I was so completely wrong! Ashley was a major contributor, actually the key ontributor to my wedding day being so wonderful. I would not have been able to pull off the wedding with out her!

    Ashley did an absolutely amazing job during my wedding. She was there for the rehearsal to make sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do, where they were supposed to stand, start, and finish. She also spent all morning (the day of the wedding) setting up the reception site. It looked wonderful! And she did it mostly by herself, setting up a reception site for 200+ people! My florist Lucinda Clares Floral Design helped her a lot also.

    There were several issues that arose during my reception including the stereo equipment not working. We didn't hire a DJ and instead had put together our own music on an iPod. She was able to quickly get the problem resolved before by husband and I even arrived at our reception. Later in the evening the microphone stopped working, Ashley again was able to find a quick alternative and we barely noticed.

    My parents could not stop raving the next day about how wonderful it was that they were able to dance, relax, and visit the night away, because Ashley was there taking care of all the details. Infact that's what she is best at, the details! Though Ashley later told me that she had a busy night at my reception 'putting out little fires', nobody noticed! On top of that she didn't portray being stressed whatsoever. She was also very calm, cool, and collected.

    Ashley is another person that made my wedding day spectacular! She is very talented and effiecent. I highly recommend her for every bride regardless of your budget and the services you want. She is very flexible and is there to help with everything from booking vendors and putting everything together for you to doing as little as being there for your big day to make sure everything runs smoothly. She works around what you want and pays attention to all the details. That's really what makes her shine in this business! Considering all of the people I worked with on my wedding, Ashley was the best!

    When Charlie proposed I went straight to planning before we had even set a date. We spent a lot of time planning and researching during the year leading up to our wedding, and I wanted to make sure that it all turned out perfect. As the day got closer I knew I was going to need help since I was having it states away from my home base. Its hard to have everything lined up when you yourself have to travel to your wedding. My bridal party was coming early to help get things all ready and take care of any last minute things we might need. I soon realized they wouldn't be able to take care of all the last minute details that happen the day of, as they would need to be ready to go down the aisle, take pictures, etc.

    I was overjoyed to get the help of Ashley to be the director of all the needs on my wedding day. She came fully prepared with a list of questions for us to make sure she could get every last detail in place while we were finishing what we needed to do. Her attention to detail and willingness to adjust with my changing ideas helped to get everything done and looking better than I could have expected, especially when it hit crunch time. Her cool, collected attitude came across with a smile making her very approachable for those needing direction, as well as helping friends and family. Her drive to help me have the wedding of my dreams was clear with her every move...Now that its all said and done, I look back and know that we couldn't have pulled it all off with out her amazing help on our wedding day.
