We rented a white dance floor from Signature for our wedding reception and it was perfect. The dance floor was setup before we arrived to the venue and stayed there all night. Good communication before also which was much appreciated. -

The mahogany Chavari chairs were beautiful!
I remember the Zamora wedding show in Spring 2016 that I attend on behalf of my daughter in Boston.. We had already booked with Signature Events Rentals but were rethinking the mahogany as I had seen elsewhere how easily the surface could chip. But Samantha took the time to explain why the mahogany was more 'fragile' and let me know that Signature Events covers each chair during storage and handling. So glad we stayed with the mahagony as the chairs were absolutely beautiful with the industrial modern look that the Bride and Groom created!
I also appreciated Sam sending me to the Zamora rooftop with the gold and champagne chargers to see the difference under natural lighting. While we did flip-flop the color as we locked the linens, it was because we had seen both that we could make that change with confidence!
Samantha was a great partner in creating the look for the wedding! -

We rented an all Black Dance Floor from Signature Rental and it was perfect for the Black and White decor. They arrived promptly and didn't get in the way at all with all the other activities of the day. They immediately assembled it and it was perfect. They were right on time to take it away and again did it seamlessly. They are awesome!! Love Samantha too. She made sure the price was within my budget and was very thorough in her follow-up. Hire their services for you event, you can't go wrong. -

Chairs were very nice quality and well taken care of. There were scuffs or marks on them. Cushions were very nice and stayed in place. I liked them much better than the velcro cushions some companies use. The contact was easy and everything was done and delivered as promised. A true pleasure to work with! -

Signature Events did everything we could have hoped for and more. Not only did the chavari chairs and charges look perfect we ordered draping and it was gorgeous. I didn't expect to see much of them but they were there when I arrived that day and I'm so glad! They were so friendly and complementary!! They were great to work with! -

Signature Event Rentals provided gorgeous mahogany Chiavari chairs (with ivory pads) and tables for my daughter's wedding two years ago, so when we were planning her baby shower for her first child, we naturally turned to them again. They are the most comfortable Chiavari chairs available because of their thick pads - and I love that there are no ties needed hold the pads to the chairs, making the look cleaner. This time they provided pristine white Chiavari chairs (with white pads) and tables, and delivered them to my home. I knew I could trust them to be careful with my home interiors and wood floors, and they absolutely took great care with delivery and removal. I adore this family-owned business, and their impeccable service, and I highly recommend them for any special occasion! -

You must rent chiavari chairs from SIgnature Event Rentals! Wow! It made our reception space look amazing and also added so much room at the tables! It felt like magic...the delivery time was made with my coordinator, the chairs arrived earlier than I ever expected, were cared for and set-up in a snap, and they were magically gone after our event. I am so happy we rented out chiavari chairs from Signature Event Rentals! Samantha and Gilbert are the nicest and most professional people to work with and their products are top notch! We had our cocktail hour in one space and the reception in another so we rented black chiavari chairs with white cushions for our cocktail hour and gold chiavari chairs with white cushions for our reception and they looked so beautiful in both locations!
The Signature Events Team showed up and set up on time and were so easy to work with throughout the entire booking process. It was a totally stress free experience working with them and I am so happy they were able to provide such beautiful chairs for our reception!
I highly recommend them for any rental needs! They are amazing! -

Emily was amazing at helping us pick out our linens for our wedding! She did a table set up in the showroom for us in the middle of them moving their office and warehouse. She gave wonderful suggestions to spotlight the cake and sweetheart tables by using different but coordinating linen combinations. The linens really tied everything together. -

Sam (the owner) was our wedding coordinator in addition to providing us with the beautiful chavari chairs. She was professional, organized, and flexible. This wedding meant a lot to my wife and I and she met all of our demands and exceeded our expectations. It was the most beautiful day, ceremony and reception. We loved our chairs. The Chivari chairs definitely make a huge difference and are well worth the minimal increase in costs vs. chair covers.
Signature Events was completely professional the whole way through. Our process was very seamless and extremely easy. We called, ordered chairs, and they delivered them on time as expected. No problems whatsoever.

Samantha with Signature Event Rentals was wonderful to work with. I originally only contacted her about a couple of things and my needs changed a few times as the planning progressed. She was very flexible with everything and always got back to me with an updated quote quickly. There were minor adjustments even just a bit before the wedding and it was no sweat for her and her team.
She helped me come up with a great layout for the reception tables and gave great advice on linen colors and everything else! The venue set up was beautiful and everything I had imagined! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding celebration gorgeous! :) -

Signature Event Rentals offers the most beautiful and comfortable Chiavari chairs available! Not only did the mahogany chairs bring more beauty and depth to the ceremony, but they were moved into the reception area and complimented the deep wood colors in the room. We also had matching bar chairs so that the same look flowed from room to room. Signature also provided a number of different tables to satisfy all our reception needs. They take wonderful care of their product so each chair and cushion was perfect! This is a top notch company, run by caring and meticulous professionals. There was no need to look further! -

Signature Events chiavari chairs are amazing. Their padding is so much thicker and more comfortable. The chair finish and chair pad colors they have available are more than we found anywhere else. Also, the chair pad is actually attached to the chair seat so it is not sliding around when your guests get up and down. We also used their lighting and it looked amazing during the reception and in the photos as well. -

I went with Signature Events By Design through a referral from my venue (Hyatt). I was so glad that I did. Working with Samantha was awesome - she was so responsive and helpful. She even let me meet with her when I was in town to look at difference color chivari chairs and charger plates. It was so nice to know that everything was under control. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs high quality chairs/decor.

I rented beautiful Chivari Chairs for my wedding and they looked amazing. At the last minute, I had to rent larger tables as well to accommodate for more guests, and Samantha was really responsive and quick in helping me. Great value for the chairs. -

I am so pleased with my decision to use this vendor. I met Samantha at a bridal show and fell in love with these chairs. I really wanted them but didn’t think we could afford it. After looking at our budget we made some adjustments and booked the chairs. Samantha was very pleasant to work with and her crew was very professional. I was so happy that everything was set up exactly the way I wanted it when we got to the ceremony. The chairs are absolutely beautiful and definitely added an elegant look to our wedding. Best decision I made was to spend the money for these chairs! -

I am soooooo THRILLED that we chose to rent these beautiful Chivari chairs from Signature Event Rentals. They completely transformed the room and brought everything together beautifully. If you're going back and forth on whether it's REALLY worth the money - IT IS! If you need to cut back, try to find other areas, this is not what you want to cut back on. Signature Event Rentals brought in the most beautiful chiavari chairs and high top tables for our reception! We also rented LED lamps to light up the walls in a kind of bland room. It added a lot of drama to the atmosphere. Sam even suggested using a pin light to make our cake table stand out....which it did! I would definitely recommend Signature Event Rentals for your wedding or next big party! -

I called many local chair rental businesses and Signature beat all of their quotes easily. They were always very responsive and we conducted all of our business by email. On the day of the event they did call me to let me know that there was a weird gnat-like insect that had evidently taken over our site, which showed me that they really did care about the success of the wedding. Unfortunately, we had nowhere to move it to, but at least our chair arrangement was exactly as I had asked, the women were there right on time for set-up/tear-down, they were very polite, and all of the chairs were in good shape. As it turned out, the bugs had retreated by the time of the ceremony and it was actually quite perfect in every way, but the heads-up they gave us also gave us enough time to put a couple candles out before people began arriving. I can't thank them enough, all of our guests seemed very pleased and looked to be seated quite comfortably. -

The offered to get our linens from our vendor and match them to chairs. About two month before our wedding I wanted to change the color of our chairs and they had no problems accomodating. My biggest compliment is that it seemed like fairies showed up with pretty chairs and took them away after the event. I arrived at the reception and the chairs were in place. I never had to deal with the actual vendor, other than signing the contract and telling them when and were to be. For a hectic bride, this was a great relief. They did their job, the chairs were beautiful and added an extra level of elegance to my wedding, and they were affordable. I couldn't ask for more! -

Signature Event Rentals was amazing!!! Everything I paid for!!!!! The chiavari chairs made the reception room decor. Think about it. Pay 4.00 dollars for a ugly chair cover or rent a beautiful chiavari chair for a small!!!! added fee. When I saw the decor of the ball room I was at a loss for words!!!! It really makes a difference. I also rented Garden chairs for the ceremony, and they were prestine. They were amazing against the backdrop of the venue. The customer service was exceptional. Many times in our day to day interactions with others we are quick to criticise. I want to give acknowledgement to this amazing professional, personalable, caring, company!!!!!!!! Samantha did an amazing job. She served as my "day-of" coordinator. It was such a blessing to have her. The catering/banquet manager at my venue quit the week before my wedding. Samantha jumped in immediately, set up conference calls, and really took the reigns. She really helped to make my life very easy at a stressful time. I was super impressed with her organizational skills and her attention to detail. I am a very organized person, and try to be on top of things. I was the matron of honor at a wedding a few weekends ago on 4/10/10 and I was so happy with the services provided by Samantha the wedding coordinator. Having her there to organize everything made my job as a matron of honor alot easier and helped me to just be able to focus on the bride and her needs. Samantha really went above and beyond to make sure every detail that the bride wanted was covered and that everything ran smoothly. The day of the wedding she called me for anything we needed instead of putting any stress on the bride. She even warmed up a baby bottle for my 4 week old son so he was happy and full during the ceremony.Samantha really helped to make the bride and grooms day stress free and memorable and she comes highly recommeded by our family and friends for future events.

I ordered 150 gold chiavari chairs for my wedding with ivory cushions. The chairs were beautiful and clean. Signature Events was super easy to work with and renting from them was seamless. I would definitely recommend them for your renting needs!

The silver chairs were beautiful and added elegance to the venue. We were happy with the product but would have liked quicker responses. It was difficult to reach them by phone and we were down to the wire with needing to make a change to the quantity. Had to email and call multiple times to receive confirmation that the change would be made. All things considered though, we would use them again. -

The chairs were beautiful and added so much to our event. The staff/owners were there on time and set everything up as well as at the end of our event came and took them down. I would definitely use them again. They were pricey- I probably won't be able to use them for all my clients, but worth it for the ones who can afford it. -
