Wow! Sight & Sound Events really delivered on making our wedding reception a blast for everyone! Jodi and her team were extremely helpful during the planning process and kept us at ease as we planned our wedding from out of town. Everyone at the reception had a blast as Sight & Sound Events completely transformed the room at the Wheelhouse, making it fun and inviting. All throughout the event, the DJ, photographer, and a special shoutout to the MC, #VegasPitbull, kept things moving and grooving all night! The pictures of the reception came out great! A Profession Group Who Takes Time to Understand Your Vision
Sight and Sound Events was so amazing during our whole planning process and for our wedding. We had a situation in which we needed to change our venue probably about a month and a half away from the actual event date. Jodi and her team stepped in and stepped up in such a professional way that we felt that we had nothing to worry about on our actual day. Because our wedding was tiki-themed, the person who ran the photo booth wore an Aloha shirt to the event, and brought all manner of beach and tropical-themed props for our guests to take pictures with. I also had a dream of playing the movie "Gidget" on the wall of the banquet room with no sound as another decoration/to add to the theme and ambiance of the wedding. I had quotes in the thousands to try to make this happen. Jodi and her crew gave me an incredibly reasonable price to do this (just a few hundred dollars), and they even made sure we stopped by their office before the event to test the DVD I wanted to play in their whole setup. My husband and I are so happy and grateful that Sight and Sound Events were available for our wedding, and that they really stepped up and stepped in at the last minute!

Wow, just wow!!! From the first point of contact to the end of our event, Jodi & Heather were always on point. They made the planning process and event execution so seamless and efficient. They were always available to answer all of our questions and concerns along the way. We live in CA so we were cautious of who to trust to handle our wedding in Vegas as we couldn't meet many vendors in person due to time constraints and travel budget. Nonetheless, Jodi and Heather made us feel assured they would do a fabulous job and they really did. We were able to openly communicate with both Jodi and Heather regarding our expectations, requests and preferences and they were very flexible and accommodating. Additionally, because we purchased almost all entertainment and coordination services solely through Sight & Sound Events, we were able to get a very affordable package deal.

Jodi and her team were great to work with. Jodi was so friendly and professional throughout the whole booking and wedding day process. She was very quick and responsive with all the pre-planning work. Jodi was not only our DJ, but our day of event coordinator as well. She was in contact with all elements that needed to be coordinated that day. She ensured that the wedding from start to finish ran smoothly. She was great as an MC. She made sure that the party was going and everyone was having a good time. She was a great listener and captured the vibe that we were looking for. We told her that we wanted to make sure that we had a big dance party at our wedding and her and her team ensured that happened. We had people of all ages on the dance floor until the place closed at 11:30pm. Everyone was having a great time and that was all because of her and her team. Dance floor STAYED full!!!
DJ Kevin was AWESOME! He kept us dancing the entire time and really had a good feel for the types of music that all of our guests enjoyed. Our guests could not stop asking about our DJ/emcee and expressing how much fun they had. On top of that, Kevin did a fantastic job keeping us on schedule with the our reception (bouquet toss, first dance, etc.) and made sure all were done before our photographers needed to leave. We are so happy that we made the right choice in choosing Sight & Sound for our special day!!

I was referred to Sight & Sounds by the Venetian. Immediately after I went to the website and requested to be contact I heard from Jodie, the CEO of Fun....and that she was. From day 1 she made me feel like I was her most important client and at times her only one :). The process was so simply b/c everything is done via the website, BUT she is 100% attentive if you text or email her questions. We had Kevin as our DJ (fabulous) and Edina as our photographer (THE BEST). I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive group to polish off the day! Hire them!!

An ABSOLUTE must-have for ANY event!!
Sight & Sound Events were an absolute MUST HAVE for my wedding celebration! My wedding was not only a surprise, but also a destination, during COVID, and had a short-term planning timeline. With that said, their team of professional, knowledgeable, and completely personable staff made every moment of the planning process exciting, easy, and manageable. We found out in late January that our venue would NOT be providing any vendors (even though we had booked under the assumption the vendors were included) for a wedding happening in April. This gave us only less than 3 months to plan...which would have stressed ANYONE out, but Sight & Sound Events stepped up and really guided us through the whole planning process!
When it came to day of, their communication was impeccable. Jodi made sure to keep me posted about what/where she was and how the setup was going, easing my stressed out and anxious mind. She became a day-of coordinator without a second thought. She was so on top of everything, even up to the queueing the DJ when to play each song for entrances, exits, etc. When it came time to just PARTY and enjoy ourselves, her and the DJ really read the room the ENTIRE night and played a prime playlist hand selected to keep the party going and dancing alive. I cannot tell you the number of complements I received from guests regarding how fun and perfect the music was.
Between their gorgeous up lighting and dancefloor lighting, spot on DJ, perfectly customized photo booth, on-it MC, and beautifully personalized monogram projection, there was not one thing I would change from Sight & Sound Events (except maybe booking MORE time)!
Without a doubt, any successful event should include Sight & Sound Events. Their professionalism, punctuality, communication, atmosphere, personalization, and all around support through the entire wedding process was something I could have never asked for but could NEVER have survived without!

So much fun!
Jodi absolutely exceeded our expectations this past weekend at our wedding at Maggiano’s in Las Vegas!! My husband and I originally did not plan on having a DJ for our small wedding but decided to book with Jodi at Sight & Sound after stumbling across their Instagram page and I’m so glad we did. She was so easy to work with and despite the distance (I live in Florida), we communicated very easily via e-mails, texts, and phone calls. I love how we gave her a few of our music preferences and she easily incorporated these into a super fun playlist. Even with COVID restrictions in Nevada, our wedding night was absolutely fun and amazing. We got to the reception a bit early and Jodi was already setup and ready to get the party started. She has such a fun and charismatic personality, and I am so grateful I got to work with her. I would recommend Jodi & her company to every bride with my eyes closed, I genuinely believe my wedding would not have been the same without her!!

Amazing DJ!
Jodi at Sight & Sound Events was recommended to us by our venue (Border Grill at Mandalay Bay) and we couldn't be happier with her! From booking to planning to the actual day, Jodi was such a pleasure and so easy to work with. We were kind of all over the place with what we wanted, and had some very unusual song requests, but Jodi and her team nailed it! We had them for our ceremony music, cocktail/dinner, dancing reception and emceeing. We had different vibes for each segment and their song choices were perfect. Our wedding was really small and outside, so we were able to dance and Jodi's DJ skills kept everyone on the dancefloor all night. All the stress leading up to the big day evaporated when we got to the venue and saw Jodi and her team were all set up and taking care of all the timing. This review is long overdue. Jodi and her team are absolutely great! Jodi is easy to talk to you. She understood my vision and took care of everything. I walked into my reception stress free knowing everything was cared for. A month before the wedding, Jodi and I made a detailed timeline for the night that included speeches, cake cutting, song choices etc. I asked her to oversee vendors and setup. We made a playlist on Spotify and shared it with our DJ. He did an amazing job mixing all of our song choices. Last minute, I needed a photographer and Jodi made it happen! The photo booth was a hit and the quality of photos are fantastic. All around great energy, service and professionalism. I highly recommend for any event!

Jodi Harris and her company did a wonderful job with our wedding reception at Maggiano's in Vegas. We picked a few songs and gave her some guidelines how we wanted the evening to progress and she nailed it. She met us before we entered the reception area and made sure we had drinks in our hands before introducing us to our guests. She read the crowd perfectly and kept the party going at the perfect pace. It was well worth the money. Our reception was a huge hit with everybody young and old and I know it wouldn't have been near as good if we hadn't had Jodi there.

An Amazing Job for a Stressful 'Destination' Wedding
We live in Chicago and we were planning our wedding in Las Vegas. In all honesty, I did not think we would have a DJ because I initially wanted just a dinner with a small microphone set-ups for speeches. The hotel quoted me a ridiculous amount for this small set up and I decided to look into getting a DJ instead.
In the beginning of this process, I was in contact with Kevin Lum. Kevin was very easy to talk to and he quickly responded to any and all concerns that I had. When the big day was approaching, my husband and I had a planning session with Kevin and Jodi, and they listened to everything we said. They were super helpful.
When the big day came, Kevin was absolutely perfect. Everything went smoothly. Kevin mixed some songs into our "required" playlist and it just went so well. He also set up our last song to be so epic and he got EVERYONE involved; I did not tell him to do this, so I was so happily surprised.
We also got a photo booth and everyone had a great time with that too. Their prices are also so reasonable in comparison to all the Vegas DJ's I encountered. I can't thank Sight and Sound (especially Kevin) enough for all the wonderful memories of our wedding day.

We had a great experience with sight and sound events. Our DJ was DJ Dave and he was amazing, my husband is from the Caribbean and I am from Africa. He did an amazing job incorporating music from both cultures and adding American sounds so all our guest could have music that they enjoyed. He has a great personality and our guest loved him. Our photographer Mat did a great job with the pictures, he really captures great moments at the wedding and we really appreciate that. He was very patient and took his time to make sure he got the best shots. Our photo booth guy was really great, I forgot his name but he was great with our guest as well. I also want to say a big thanks to Jodi, she was quick to respond to emails, return calls and answer any questions we had. Thank you Sight and Sound Events for an amazing experience.

the experience with Jodi to get our wedding dj planned was awesome. I contacted her about 3 weeks before our wedding and she still had time available thank goodness. She assigned us DJ Kevin he was spectacular!! He got a couple of mixes together for us before the wedding so we would know what to expect. Then when we got there it went just like Kevin said. Sight and Sound Events were honestly my favorite vendor I had to use for my wedding. They made it clear that they genuinely wanted to ensure I have an amazing wedding reception. I spoke with the business owner a few times who was extremely friendly and fun to speak with. She made sure to help me plan what the DJ would be doing and playing at all times. I also spoke with the DJ the day before who confirmed the details. I had DJ Kevin who was awesome and so fun! He had all my guests having a great time.
I also used their photographer Keith who did an excellent job of getting pictures of everyone and that I had all the specific photos I wanted.

Jodi and her team are the best. They took away so much of my worries for our wedding. The ceremony music, the planning, the timeline, rehearsal, the entire reception and photo booth was so much fun and very well managed. Amazing wedding reception
Hired Sight n Sound for my son’s wedding reception at the Flamingo Hotel. The DJ was great and kept everything flowing and people dancing. We added the “Month of” service and cannot express how valuable this was. Worth the price and more!! Pat was our liaison and she was exceptional. She absolutely took control over EVERY aspect of the wedding ceremony and reception. That allowed me to relax and enjoy the evening and that was priceless. Pat was able to adjust the timeline from what it was to what it needed to be at a moments notice, seamlessly. If you’re on the fence or reading reviews (like I did) do yourself a big favor and hire Jodi with Sight n Sound. They are true professionals

Sight and Sound Events made my husbands BIG birthday party really special.... Jodi absolutely listened to what we wanted, she and her assistant Lola were a blast! They have access to singers, dancers, "stars" and more! Very professional set up too, her technical coordinator was able to hook her into our existing whole-house sound system for a great music & entertainment event for our party of 60! She got all the party dancing, and slowed it down when it was time to go!

The DJ Ken was great he played everything we wanted and kept us on schedule with our timeline. His wife was so sweet too! We had a blast and everyone loved the photo booth. I could not have chosen a better company to work with for my wedding reception! Dave was our DJ and he was amazing - he mixed songs from our playlist with ones that went with the mood of the party throughout the night. Lola was awesome in helping things stay on track and keeping us on schedule. Our Elvis rocked the night and our guests could not stop talking about how awesome he was! Communication was great, very easy to work with. Nothing stressful about having a contract with them as they are very responsive to your needs and checked in before and during the reception to review the timeline and ask about song choices. Played awesome music and I couldn’t be any happier with their work.

Amazing company!! If you want a good time and an fun party definitely the company to hire. We had lots of friends preform and unique speeches, they were very willing to make sure everything went smoothly.

I organised my friends wedding in Las Vegas last week remotely from the UK and it was a pleasure working with Jodi she was so helpful and made my job so much easier, we exchanged emails and had a couple of skype calls which made organising the playlist and timings easier. And on the day, well, she was absolutely terrific made the night. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Jodi

Jodi is fantastic!! We got married at the largest home we could find in Vegas and Jodi did our music both for the ceremony and reception. She was very professional and experienced; in fact, she more or less planned our ceremony and send us a spreadsheet of the plans at no additional cost! We needed all the help we could get and Jodi was exceptional! Would recommend Sight and Sound for any event!!

From the first email we sent to Jodi to the wedding itself, her and her team have been amazing and couldn't have done enough for us. We planned a wedding from the UK and she was so helpful, I knew we were in safe hands! We used sight & sound for DJ and photography.
They're more than just a DJ service though, they help structure your event so it runs smoothly. Choosing a song list through their website is really easy.
Re the photography- Nate was awesome, I mean taking 37 people to the Vegas sign and getting them organised cannot be easy right! I can't wait for all the pics to come through!!

The Dj and photographer were awesome... such professionals and super sweet. The music was great the whole group danced all night. We just got our photos and so many great shots were taken.
