The Sheraton went above and beyond for us! The Young Lady helping us named Chantal was such a HUGE help! From planning the layout, to the food tasting, to helping accommodate our out of town guest to the day of the wedding, she was incredible! We are soo grateful for all their help! They made us feel soo comfortable. I was able to not stress about making sure the vendors were on time because she had that all handled! If we do another huge event, they are definitely someone we would go with! -

The Sheraton was amazing. They really made the reception look beautiful. Catering manager, Lynette Cisneros was the best. My wedding planner backed out on me at the last minute and she really stepped in and made things less stressful. The food was great, the room looked great. No complaints. -

We had our reception at the Sheraton Suites - and ordered the buffet for our guests - they did get our chicken dish wrong (which we selected during our tasting), but the one that they had in our buffet was still good. Overall, the food was delicious. The Greenbrier ballroom was beautiful just with the hotel-provided linens, chair covers, and hurricane globe + votives (we accented these with lavender rose petals - beautiful). The catering and wait staff were absolutely amazing. As for the hotel coordinator, she answered all our questions we had PRIOR to booking extremely promptly via email. After we booked, it was easier to get ahold of her by phone - but for the most part she was really professional and EXTREMELY nice (actually of all the hotel coordinators we met with prior to booking, we liked her the most). The only downside to having our reception here and our ceremony at a different location was the EXTREMELY bad traffic getting to the hotel since its near the galleria. -
