  Our wedding photos turned out amazing, all thanks to Sarah!!! The quality of the images are not even comparable to most wedding photography I have seen - the pictures are perfection! We wanted images that were real and not too "cheesy" - we had expressed this to Sarah and she totally nailed it! I am so happy we chose Sarah for our wedding photographer! The price paid is well worth the images you receive. She comes highly recommended by both my husband and I :)

  We used Sarah for our wedding last month and she was excellent. She is wonderful to work for, responsive. creative. and an excellent photographer. We felt very lucky to have chosen her. We've received a few prints back and our fabulous photo booth photos, and we're already so happy with what we've received. We can't wait for more! I would highly, highly recommend Sarah to other couples looking for a photographer.

  Our first meeting was very comfortable and relaxed, so my husband and I knew instantly that she would be the perfect photographer for our engagement and wedding photos. She listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions.
  
  Sarah went above and beyond our expectations as she scouted locations for both our engagement and wedding photos and had excellent ideas for poses (nothing awkward). She made us (and our wedding party) feel very comfortable. Sarah and her second shooter were quick and efficient so we were able to use multiple locations for our shots. (Our groomsmen expressed their satisfaction with how quick photos were finished on the wedding day).
  
  Sarah has excellent style in her photos as well. We have had many compliments on how beautiful and unique our photos are. She uses film for many pictures which makes the photos even more beautiful!
  
  We received both our engagement and wedding photos in a timely matter and enjoyed receiving sneak peeks on social media from her.
  If you are looking for a photographer - my husband and I highly recommend Sarah!

  It was such a pleasure working with Sarah for our engagement and wedding photos. She was extremely friendly, responsive and professional to work with. One of the things that I really liked about Sarah was that she was open to our ideas and was willing to hash out ideas for both our engagement and wedding photos - even if it meant taking photos in a swarm of mosquitoes by the water!
  
  Exactly 2 months from the day that we got married Sarah had sent us a link to our wedding photos. Boy, were we happy!

  Sarah is an AMAZING photographer! She never looses focus on what she is doing and she is very professional. All our photos turned out exactly how I envisioned them to be. Sarah is very friendly as well and listens to what you want and how you want your photos to turn out. I LOVE that she uses film as well. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends and family.

  Our wedding was absolutely fabulous, and this was due in no small part to Sarah and her second shooter Natalie.
  
  Our engagement session gave us the opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera and a chance to get to know Sarah. She provided an incredible amount of flexibility in terms of scheduling and was fantastic at responding to our queries quickly. On top of the logistical bits, it was immediately evident that Sarah has a great deal of talent and a fabulous eye for locations.
  
  Leading up to the wedding itself, I was never more than a few hour wait from receiving a response from Sarah. This was undoubtedly appreciated, as it helped minimize stress on our end. She was exceptionally organized, created an itinerary to match what we requested and completely accommodated any adjustments we needed to make.
  
  On the day of, Sarah was early to meet up with us and got to capturing the details right away. Small touches like an extra bottle of water in her car for me (thanks to her husband!) really made the day seamless. She made sure to stick to our tight schedule and ensured that we were comfortable with making a minor adjustment to the itinerary so that we could capture the best light in the evening. We had family members and friends remark at how personable she and Natalie were, yet how it barely felt that they were there in any intrusive sense. I think this was really key to some of the candid shots that they took throughout the evening. She also wasn't afraid to change things up by using a film based camera for some of the shots, which give us some of the best hard copy keepsakes I could imagine - we even have the negatives for future printing purposes!
  
  I am so pleased with how the photos turned out and with how pleasant Sarah was throughout the entire process. The product she turns out is amazing and she doesn't spare any detail. I would definitely recommend her to family, friends or strangers.

  Sarah was an exceptional photographer capturing lovely, touching and frankly exceptional moments for us both. Sarah responded to a bride's worst case scenario - our photographer was unable to come to our Wedding three days before the event!!   There are lots of reasons we chose to go with Sarah but the big one being that we loved her style of photography! I would highly recommend Sarah as a wedding photographer for the couple that wants beautiful understated photos that are not too editorial-looking. She had great suggestions for both our engagement and wedding shoots and we fully trusted her instincts! Aside from that, Sarah was so easy to work with, great with correspondence, so flexible, we had to re-schedule our engagement session at least twice due to the weather, and she was totally accomodating. For our wedding, we had her for a full 12 hour day out in Banff and were completely comfortable with how she worked out that day. One of the best suggestions she gave us was to do a separate location shoot for couples photos after our ceremony. That was one of our favorite parts of the day as we got to have some time to ourselves, and Sarah and her husband made us feel completely at ease. The photos turned out great, both posed and candid shots. I cannot say enough good things overall, including that she is so so nice. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or work with her again in the future!

  We did not have a grand vision of what we were looking for and we handed all the creativity over to her and she did not dissapoint. We even had poor weather and she was able to improvise locations and not compromise any of her creative vision.   I would highly recommend Sarah Vaughn, her and her partner were amazing! The relationship she developed with me, my husband and the bridal party has continued to this day!

  Sarah was very helpful, prior to the wedding she was great at sending out ideas to what to do if the weather was bad or what pictures you would like. Her photography skills are amazing, it was so natural to work with her, she definetaly knew what to look for when taking amazing pictures.

  Sarah is amazing! She was very flexible to our every need and took such great photographs. We will have these photos and memories to last our lifetime and Sarah's attention to detail made sure that the photos were perfect.   Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with! We hired her for our wedding on June 11th, I was referred to her by a friend through work and it was the best thing that could have happened! She not only met with me several times before the wedding, but she provided me with excellent tips and tricks to help make the day go smoother as pictures are such a HUGE part of your wedding day. She even went and checked out or photo sites on her own time before the big day so she would be completely prepared.
  
  She suggested some really fun things that made our pictures turn out absolutely amazing. She made the day fun and light which is exactly what we needed, she got to know us enough before that all her suggestions were soooo us and you could see that in every photo. We have a 2 1/2 year old son and she even managed to get him to look at the camera and smile for family pictures, that alone is amazing! The pictures came back so much quicker than I thought and, every picture turned out amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with every shot.
  
  
  Honestly I do not know what I would have done without her awesome advise, fun and positive attitude for my big day! She was by far the most reasonably priced for her skill, which is second to none. She truly did make our wedding such a memorable and wonderful occasion, pictures are all you have when all is said and done, and our photo’s truly captured our day perfectly.
  
  If you are looking for a photographer that is extremely talented, provides value, will take the time to get to know you and what your vision for your session is, Sarah is your perfect choice.

  Sarah was excellent to work with... very personable, flexible to travel to our out of town wedding and completed the photo shoot with minimal instruction (mainly only time and location!). I would absolutely work with and recommend Sarah for future shoots. Only one comment to help other couples...... take a look at other wedding photographs to get an idea of some fun poses you might want to replicate. Sarah will happily work with your ideas but may not have a lot of suggested poses. Since I'm not experienced in front of the camera and don't know what angles and positions look good, I felt a little pressure to come up with poses with my bridesmaids (fortunately my husband is a photo bug so our couple shots were very nice). Do a little pre-planning of your own and call Sarah!
