Gina is amazing!

Gina deserves 10 of out 5 stars! She was absolutely amazing for our La Valencia wedding in June! Throughout the entire process she responded to emails, calls, and texts promptly and professionally. As soon as we got engaged, there's a million things that go through your mind of what needs to get done. Gina was so helpful to break down for us when certain things needed to get done to make the process enjoyable, fun and not overwhelming. Right when we hired her (about a year before the wedding), she was all over getting our venue tours scheduled and vendors secured. As we live out of state, it was so helpful to have Gina's guidance on vendors! There's so many out there and she pointed us in the right direction on all of them! She has connections and recommendations to the BEST in San Diego! During the planning process she helped us with the big stuff all the way down to the little stuff with her attention to detail, ideas and creativity! As the big day approached, she worked with all the vendors directly, which made things so much easier on us! When the big day arrived, everything went seamlessly! Gina kept everyone and everything on track, while also being right there for me whenever I needed a bobby pin, a drink or a deep breath. It was like she was everywhere at once, but in a behind the scenes kind of way. People always say wedding planning is so stressful. For us it was not at all, and we honestly have Gina to thank for that and for making our one year engagement and wedding planning such a special year for us! Couldn't recommend her enough! She is worth her price and much more!

The best ever. Don't do anything else until you hire Gina!!

When we first started planning our wedding, we hired the venue first. Our venue required a coordinator and we had no clue where to start, so we filtered by highest ratings and sent out a bunch of messages to coordinators late at night as we browsed online. We received a message back from Gina within half an hour. Our minds were blown... like WHAT? Who is this superstar who is this responsive? She sent us info and we promptly set up a time to talk during business hours. In the first 5 minutes of our call while Gina was talking, I remember being so impressed with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and friendliness that I wrote a message to my then-fiancé to hire her then and there.

From a great first impression to the final goodbye at the end of our wedding reception, Gina was more than we could've ever hoped for in planning our special day. She guided us through the planning process with such care and love... I mean she is just so much fun to work with! We hired her for month-of services and we really are so grateful for making that decision. If you’re able to hire her to design and plan your entire wedding, do it! She will create something amazing.

We hired many of her recommended vendors because we knew they had to be top-notch to run in her circle, but also because many of them also had a "Gina discount" which helped our budget! Gina took care of making sure all of our vendors were on the same page and we honestly didn't have to worry about contacting any of them once we hired them. She took it from there and pulled together the wedding of our dreams! She is so creative and well-organized and truly, we couldn’t have had such a perfect wedding experience without her. She even came up with an idea to display our 1000 Japanese origami cranes on a cake swing. Everyone was thrilled to see our swinging cake and our cranes displayed so beautifully.

I spent some special time with her as she was with me alone in those last moments before I walked down the aisle. The ease and calm she extended to me really let me take in my moment and head down that aisle with true happiness! Hire her!

Best wedding coordinator ever!!!

Wow!! I don’t even know to begin with Gina. She was a total godsend! I definitely would not have been able to plan this wedding without her! She was super organized, always responded to texts/emails/calls, and beyond helpful. She has the perfect demeanor-positive and calming - exactly what I needed while planning the wedding and the day of. From our first call to the last minute of the wedding- I knew I was in good hands with her. If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator she is your girl!!

Gina is amazing

Gina is AMAZING! My now husband and I found her information during the beginning stages of wedding planning while browsing online. I am a night owl and usually get things done late at night. So I started emailing coordinators to get pricing and availability around 10 pm one night. Gina was the only one who got back to me RIGHT AWAY. Not only that, she followed up and was on top of it when it came to communication. When deciding on vendors and what not for weddings, communication is VERY important, so that definitely left an impression on us from the get go. This was all pre-covid so we've been in communication since late 2019 and she was amazing up until the wedding day! She is very detail oriented, GREAT with communication and just so so friendly. My brother got married in 2019 and his coordinator seemed stressed out and was not friendly toward the family or bridal party. So we knew we had to have a coordinator who not only was organized, but also friendly to our guests, family, and bridal party. We had her as our day of coordinator, but she drove up from San Diego to OC for the venue walk through, rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. She was so prompt, professional and just so great to work with. She was so on top of it that she reminded me of things I needed to do that I totally had forgotten about! We had our wedding at Hangar 21 South and our grand entrance was via helicopter. We STRESSED to her that this entrance timing was SUPER important. AND IT WAS PERFECT. Gina, the DJ, the MC, and venue all got together and made sure that the timing of our entrance was perfect and it was! Thank you soooo much Gina!!!! All of our vendors raved about how detail oriented our timeline was that she created and honestly I had the best wedding ever with absolutely no stress. Everything was perfect and it definitely was thanks to her! My mom even told me that she was so great and just so nice! HIGHLY recommend Gina!

The best wedding planner ever!!!!!!

Gina is a truly amazing wedding planner and person. She worked with myself, my now husband, and family for over a year planning our wedding! She was able to find us some amazing vendors that were within our budget but still exactly what we we were looking for. I will also say when I interviewed our vendors, they were extremely appreciative that Gina had recommended them and they were very excited to be working with someone like her! Our wedding was supposed to be April 19, 2020, however on March 17 our venue had to cancel our wedding due to all the COVID-19 restrictions that went into place. Gina, my husband and family fully took care of everything as I was pretty devastated and they were able to fully rearrange everything for our new date on August 1, 2020. Gina was so calm and positive, and took charge during this unknowing time to make sure that we felt good about our new wedding date and she was able to get all of our vendors on that same day as well! Our wedding day was more beautiful and perfect than what we even imagined and we were able to have an amazing time and enjoy the day thoroughly because she handled every single thing without us even knowing! Gina’s genuine energy, professionalism, and positivity throughout the entire process made this experience truly amazing and if it wasn’t for her, our day would not have been as perfect as it was!

Gina is amazing! Highly recommend!

Gina was an amazing wedding planner! I was absolutely dreading having to plan our wedding and she made the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Not only is she a genuinely warm person who is easy to talk to, she also responds with lightning speed and we never felt like we were lost/in the dark about anything.

We signed the contract with her almost a year in advance and she was there with us every step of the way, communicating with vendors on our behalf and even helping us talk through decisions; we were pretty indecisive and even kind of indifferent about a lot of things, so having her input really helped us narrow down our choices. Gina and her assistant were also on top of EVERYTHING on the day of, which allowed us to let loose and actually enjoy every moment (when the corset of my dress wasn't killing my back, of course).

I would highly, highly recommend Gina!

Best wedding Planner ever!!

I spent the last 13 months planning my wedding with Gina and I must say she has truly become a good friend of mine.

I knew she was the perfect person for me (an anal retentive, bit of a control freak type of lady...lol) when I found her profile late one night at work, filled out the inquiry form, and she responded in less than 10 minutes. Did I mention it was after 10:30pm? That pretty much sums up the type of person Gina is! Hardworking, never slacks with communication, and always willing to do whatever she can for clients.

As I went through the process, I could tell I was working with the best in San Diego because anytime I mentioned her name, vendors would go on and on about how great she was. There were several times I was able to get special discounts just because she was my planner. Gina is so knowledgeable about the wedding field, has the best connections, and isn't afraid to try new things. I loved that she always gave her honest opinion and always gave suggestions for things she thought I'd like. I dodge a lot of bullets because of her.

My wedding day was everything I envisioned and I know there was no way that could have been possible without Gina. People kept saying how surprised they were at how calm I was, but it was only because I knew I could trust Gina to make sure everything was perfect, even if issues popped up (which did happen but I knew NOTHING of them).

If you are looking for someone to help create the vision you have for your wedding and take the stress away from you so that you can enjoy your day.... look no further, Gina is your girl! She will always have a special place in my heart for helping me create one of the best days of my life!

Gina is amazing!

Gina was awesome! I, of course, had many questions throughout the wedding planning process and she would always respond to either my text or email almost immediately, and if she didn’t have the answer right then she would always let me know she was checking on it. Gina was our planner through the whole process and i can honestly say I could not have done the planning process without her. She had wonderful recommendations for vendors, i.e. band, caterter, florist, and would coordinate communication with them all. She was super sweet and wonderful to work with, and day of the wedding set everything up perfectly and made everything seamless for my husband and I. I cannot say enough good things about Gina, so if you are looking for an awesome, organized, timely planner look no further! She was great and I am forever thankful to her for making our wedding everything we could’ve ever imagined.

Gina is Amazing!

Our wedding was amazing and everything went smoothly thanks to Gina. I had planned much of the wedding on my own and was looking for a day of coordinator. When I met Gina I was sorry that I did not book her when I first started planning because I think It would have made the planning experience less stressful and more enjoyable. Especially since she has so much experience and is beyond organized (Exactly what I was looking for since I am a bit OCD). Although we only hired her for a “Day of Coordinator”, she was available months before and even came along to the food tasting at the venue. I am so happy she was around to help out with everything. If you are looking for a wedding planner, book her now, you will not be sorry.

Gina gave us an unforgettably PERFECT wedding and we are forever grateful! Because of her, we didn’t feel like our wedding day flew by - we felt like we were relishing in every moment. The day was effortless and fun for us because she took care of everything. Believe it or not, we were ahead of schedule all day. We didn’t have to waste any time, brain capacity or emotion dealing with a single issue or question because we were in good hands. We even got to sit down and eat!!! Gina came recommended by a coworker who had all the same wonderful things to say about her. Once we met her, we easily felt comfortable and loved her personality and knowledge of the wedding industry. From the beginning, she was able to take our thoughts and ideas and put them into motion. Gina made sure that my wedding day was flawless. I’ve never seen a wedding be so “on time” and Gina made that happen for us. The months leading up to the wedding, she took over the planning and contacting of the vendors to make sure our big day went as smooth as possible. Big Indian weddings are not easy to coordinate but Gina and her assistant made sure that everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Every bride and groom wants to feel like royalty on their big day and Gina made us feel like a prince and princess. And best of all, she did everything with a big smile. Gina is so easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail is the reason we had such a successful and spectacular weekend!

We hired Gina as our May wedding coordinator and picked the “month of love” package. Gina is professional, very experienced, and EXTREMELY responsive. Oh boy, I think she usually replied my email RIGHT AWAY, not sure how she did it, but it was very comforting to me that she was there to help at any time, which was important as we were planning our wedding from a different state. I really liked Gina’s style and her suggested vendor lists, the ones that I picked were really great to work with and fits my version! Overall, our wedding went very smoothly, it was almost like a dream wedding came true for me, the best day! Thanks Gina!

Gina is simply the best. I can't imagine why you would go with anyone else. Not only is she funny and down to earth, but she is INCREDIBLY patient. Planning a wedding from another city is never easy, but when you have people flying in from all over the world and are twice over your guest count, it becomes chaos. Gina answered all of my questions (sometimes several times over) and made the entire planning process easy and flawless. She recommended amazing vendors and followed up with them when I was unable. My wedding would not have gotten off the ground if it was not for Gina and I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Where do I begin? My husband and I hired Gina to coordinate our wedding. She has a few packages and I honestly can't remember which package we chose because her service was beyond what we paid for. We had a few last minute changes and it went so smooth. Gina was always prompt to follow up and provided insight and ideas to help guide us through the decision process. I had zero stress the day of the wedding and everything was implemented and executed flawlessly. I would've paid ten times the amount we paid for her. Definitely worth the money.

Gina is the best! We hired her as our "month of" planner, however, we saw her MANY times during our year of planning, and she was always available by phone, email, and text. She was able to refer us to so many outstanding vendors, and I think we used each and every one of her recommendations. She was such a pleasure to work with, my mom and I would actually make our meetings with her lunch meetings because it felt just like hanging with an old friend. Gina made the entire planning experience so fun, and also put me at ease because she is such a seasoned pro, you really don't have to worry about much. She was actually referred to us by our venue, which speaks volumes. She could literally run a wedding with her eyes closed, and I was so grateful to have her thoughts and honest opinions on any given details or questions I had throughout the entire process. She essentially acted as a full time planner for me, and I couldn't have asked for anything more-thank you Gina!

I cannot rave about Gina more! My husband and I are from Dallas, however, we wanted to get married in the San Diego/La Jolla area. I had found various vendors on The Knot and went out to visit them. A wedding coordinator was still up in the air. I asked the vendors I visited who they would recommend, knowing they work with many coordinators, and Gina's name was the first one out of EVERY single person's mouth!

My fiancé and I made another trip out there to meet with her and we were not disappointed. She has a fantastic personality, so she was easy to get along with, and she was very organized and detailed. She helped me with so many different aspects of my wedding, even though I had a rehearsal and day of package.

Gina went above and beyond for us, and it's clear that is just how she operates. I completely understand why every vendor I spoke to LOVES her, because I know Alec and I would have had a much different experience without her!

Thank you Gina! We are forever grateful to you for making our wedding so magical!

Gina came highly recommended by a friend and we absolutely loved working with her! My fiance was skeptical about needing a coordinator, but quickly realized how much Gina would be helping us once we met with her. She walked us through all of the details and helped to keep me sane while I hashed out all of my ideas and concerns. Gina is calm but detail oriented, patient with the bride, and honest about expectations. She is very responsive and even though I knew that she had other weddings to tend to, I never felt like she didn't have time for me or that I was competing with another bride for her attention. We were initially unhappy with our venue and Gina was key in helping to turn all of that around, resulting in a day that was more perfect than I could have ever imagined!

Gina is absolutely AMAZING! We planned a year out from our wedding and when Gina stepped in she just made everything less stressful and a lot more fun and simple. Me and my husband are originally from Pennsylvania and had no clue where to start with or wedding planning here in San Diego. Gina knows all the right places and all the right people. Most important, she listened to us and always delivered exactly what we asked for! When we asked for ANYTHING she got it done and made sure we were in touch with the best of the best. When I would ask her opinion she would know exactly how to help and gave the best advice. I really trusted her with our big day! We felt so comfortable with her and she made us feel at ease. She always remained calm, cool and collective...especially when we were freaking out! Her communication was outstanding and she was VERY EASY to get a hold of. Her responses were always quick and very detailed. Our wedding day turned out perfect and we owe it all to Gina! Thank you soooo much Gina you are seriously the best and you are so much fun to work with. We would recommend her to ANYBODY! Gina is worthy of every single one of these amazing reviews! She is professional, responsive, and experienced. Gina was beyond amazing, and I strongly recommend her! We did a destination wedding in SD (we live in the bay area, and then decided to travel to Africa and South America while planning our wedding). Gina is easy to communicate with, to get a hold of, she's incredibly responsive - which is important when you are living far away from your wedding venue. She helped us find phenomenal vendors - which is really important. She was a source of stability when our venue switched coordinators 3 times on us, and were very difficult to work with - Gina was there to help smooth out the process. We did some DIY stuff, and Gina helped make that happen on day of without me worrying about it. We did a super non-traditional wedding - Gina helped our visions become a reality. We are so happy we were able to work with her. Definitely make the decision to hire Gina as your wedding planner!!

We used Gina as our day-of planner for our wedding this summer. She's AMAZING! Seriously the best decision we made with the wedding was working with Gina. From the minute I talked to her on the phone, I knew she was our girl. She's a wealth of information with an awesome easy going personality. On the days leading up to the wedding, (and especially the day of) she was so warm, helpful, and extremely detail oriented, mixed with this really wonderful, fun spirit. She took intricately detailed notes with such ease, was present with what we wanted, and I will recommend her to anyone at anytime. She went way above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be all while her warmth and positivity felt like she was one of our close friends. Do yourself a favor and look no further! Pick GINA!! :) She's literally the best! She had done my cousin's wedding and the moment I got engaged, I knew I didn't want to look any elsewhere despite me being located in Northern CA. I had heard nothing but amazing things from my cousin so I wanted to jump right in! We booked her for partial wedding planning. From our first conversation, Gina established a great rapport, understood our vision, and set out a clear action plan. My work schedule is incredibly hectic so having her was my literally saving grace! Hands down, hiring her was one of the best decisions through out the wedding planning process. She kept on plan, was incredibly responsive, flexible, positive, and always looking out for our best interest with all the vendors. On the day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to focus on our big day and truly be in the moment - and we could only owe that to Gina. We had an amazing time and our guests raved about it as well! She's the best!!

Gina was the perfect “right-hand woman” to be during the wedding planning process. Planning from 3,000 miles away, I knew from the start I would need at least some help from a coordinator. I interviewed a number of coordinators and was drawn to Gina due to her ideas, enthusiasm, and calm demeanor. It was immensely helpful to have Gina’s vendor recommendations (and then insight when deciding between different vendors) and to be able to ask her any question that came to mind. Although we were technically working with Gina “month of,” she met with us two times before the wedding and was willing to answer emails/calls throughout the planning process. Two weeks before the wedding, she completely took over and I was able to enjoy myself leading up to the wedding without worrying about the minutiae. On the day of, Gina was on top of everything and allowed me to just relax and enjoy my big day. I cannot say enough positive things about Gina – she is the perfect person to help you plan your day.

Here's a little bit about my experience working with Gina...

Gina was everything my little heart desired & more. I hired Gina as my day of event planner, but she was so much more that. When I was first shopping around for the perfect planner, Gina let me know she was happy to hop on the phone and chat through my plans and to see if I thought she might be a good fit. Being an event planner myself, I'm very particular about things, but also like to consider myself laid back (is that possible?). :) Not only was Gina incredibly organized throughout the entire process, but she made herself available via email and phone whenever I had a question. I was proud to have Gina as my wedding planner as all of the other vendors I worked with, had either worked with Gina or heard about her, and LOVED her. Gina was a shining star and made my day perfect and I would highly recommend hiring her for your wedding.

Gina was a God send for my (admittedly) easily overwhelmed brain. When something requires the many details that planning a wedding reception does, my first reaction is to procrastinate & "think about that tomorrow" but I'm SO happy/relieved/thankful that I found Gina (via a high recommendation) and allowed her to use her gift which comes quite easily to her. One woman's gift is another's spazz moment is all I got to say. She nailed down dates, decor, meetings, details, logistics, payments, timelines, food, comings & goings - all on her own. That is SO priceless. It was easy to see she was respected & well loved by the hotel where our event was & maintained a personal & proactive demeanor throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Gina.
We contacted her after things fell through with our original planner, so she was stepping into half-done plans and half-baked ideas. She took a look at what we had, listened to what we wanted, and worked with us to design the right level of support to get us to the place we wanted to end up. Per Gina's recommendation, we did a Big Day package with some add-ons, and it worked out perfect. She was available for a pre-planning walk through and stayed in communication with helpful checklists and emails to help us be ready for everything before it happened. I'd recommend Gina to friends over and over - she's the best!

I hired Gina as my day of coordinator but the amount of work that she put into my weddings was absolutely crazy. I could never thank Gina enough for making my wedding day the best day of my life! Not only did she really help me along the way, especially in the few weeks leading up, she was so calm and collected through out the whole day- I knew that she would get things taken care of and everything went off without a hitch thanks to Gina. Working with Gina was the best part about planning our wedding. I have only been in the San Diego area a short time and have no family or friends close by to help. This place is huge and the level of options is completely overwhelming. I also was working a full time job and my husband is in the Navy constantly coming and going. With all of this, I was still initially skeptical to hire a planner thinking why should I add more to my budget. Hiring Gina was completely worth it and the best money we spent. The minute we talked to Gina we both felt relieved. Even with all that was going against us we felt like we would still be able to pull this off and not be completed stressed in the process. As soon as we met with her she understood what we wanted our wedding to be about and every venue, vendor, or anything she suggested to us was always exactly on point for what we had initially explained to her. All this was within budget and still of great quality in their fields. It was also nice that many of the vendors worked together and made everything flow perfectly. Gina was there to answer my smallest questions and replied to any form of communication I sent her very quickly no matter the time, day or how exhaustive the questions. Gina really made the process so much about just making the decision that was right for what we wanted our wedding to be. Gina does all the work and you simply make the decision that is right for you and she takes care of everything. Even when the weather decided to pour 20 minutes before our wedding Gina kept everything together and I didn’t stress at all. My family was 100% appreciative to have her there for them also. I have a blended family and having that 3rd party run interference and be the scape goat to get what we wanted without having to be the ones to say it was great. We will be forever grateful of the way our wedding turned out all because we had Gina there with us through everything.

Gina was honestly one of (if not The) best choice we made throughout our year of wedding planning! We chose her "day of" service, although really you get way, way more than just day of. I emailed, talked to, and met with multiple wedding coordinators, but after meeting with Gina I knew she was the one! Super organized and detail-oriented, calm and assuring (a MUST for when the process gets stressful!), super experienced and basically just the best ever. We even had multiple guests commenting on how "amazing" and "legit!" she was, particularly impressed by the detailed and comprehensive timeline she creates for you, your bridal party/family and vendors (that she even sends out to everyone!). She truly is amazing at what she does.

Gina is THE BEST wedding coordinator I've ever seen (and I've been to too many weddings being in my 30s). She is easy to talk to, approachable, organized, thoughtful, thorough, and simply amazing. I only hired her as a Day-of wedding planner, but I felt like she was with me throughout the whole process because we were able to communicate constantly and she was so prompt with her email replies. Also, she always had a smile on her which also made us enjoy the whole planning process because her positive attitude made us so excited for our special day. I would definitely recommend Gina to all of my friends who are or will be getting married soon.

Gina was absolutely AMAZING in making my wedding day perfect. I hired Gina months in advance as my day of coordinator. I compared to a few others but after our first convo I instantly got such a kind and authentic feel from her - which she totally lived up to. I didn't have to think twice about hiring her as she was extremely confident and organized. Though I hired her for day of help she was so helpful leading up to the big day. I sent her a lot of emails/texts asking her tons of questions and getting advice and she was always so prompt and professional in her responses. We met a couple of times in advance to go over details and she really helped relieve the tension leading up to the day as I saw it all slowly come together with her superior organizational skills. As for the day of, I can honestly say it was as close to perfect as any Bride can hope for. My mom and I were stressed leading up to it hoping everything would go smoothly and looking back I can say it was absolutely amazing how well everything was organized and stuck to the schedule. I got so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the wedding ceremony and reception were - many complimented that it has been one of the best they went to in a long time! And I can confidently say that Gina contributed many creative ideas and helped make my day so perfect! I adore her and would highly recommend her as your Wedding Coordinator - she's worth every dime! Gina is THE BEST. I work in Project Management so I know I can be very picky and the hugest thing for me during planning was communication. She is SO responsive and SOOO helpful. Though I hired her for day of only, she was still open to any questions I had and also provided me with great recommendations (in which I used transportation, flowers and hotel). Even after my own thorough research, I still always ended up going with her recs as they were the best, as far as what I was looking for and budget. I wish I could've had Gina with me longer! She really listens to you and gets a feel for what you envision.

Day of, I did not have to worry about anything (as I normally would always do - worry!); I just enjoyed my day. Anything I brought up, she had already had it covered or taken care of. That kind of work and professionalism, to me, is priceless. Even my now husband, commented how great she is and we all know how guys normally don't even notice those types of things during the planning process!

My only gripe day of was that it went by wayyyy too fast, it was almost dreamlike! If Gina could stop and rewind time I think she would! No need to look further for someone to take care of you and your wedding - Gina is awesome!!

Gina was everything I could have asked for in a wedding planner. She has great suggestions and ideas but doesn't push them on you. She listens and understands your vision. And probably most importantly, she is SO responsive. She even helped me wrangle other vendors who wouldn't respond in a timely fashion.

Gina really helped my stress levels, she took charge of all the vendors to make sure they showed up on time and in the right place. She somehow managed to get our wedding party to do the same :) The day of my wedding went so smoothly, I didn't worry about a single detail because I knew Gina had it taken care of. Everything was in its right place the way I wanted it. I couldn't have been happier.

I got Gina through a friend recommendation and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks.

Gina is amazing! She turned what could have been a stressful intensive process and made it fun and easy. We started with Gina about ten months before the wedding and selected her full service package as both my husband and I have jobs that had gotten a little crazy right around then. Gina immediately put us at ease, and we quickly selected her as our wedding coordinator. Each month we got a new vendor type to select - florist, DJ, photographer, etc. - and it made it easy for us to look at the options and pick the right vendor for us based on style and price. She was always there to answer our questions - and never acted as though any of them were silly (although looking back on it now - I think for sure some of them were!).

The weekend of the wedding Gina was spot on. I even texted her at 10P the night before the wedding with a quesiton about napkins (weird things brides worry about) - and she responded immediately. She checked in with me the morning of the wedding and ensured our vendors had arrived for hair and makeup. When she showed up to my room to pick up all the decor I wasn't sure it was ever going to come together - but Gina picked everything up and it all came out exactly as I expected. I was able to just sit back, enjoy my day, be pampered, and have fun with my Mom, MIL, and bridesmaids before the big event! The event itself went off flawlessly - and my husband and I wish we could do the day all over again. It was exactly what we wanted and so much fun! I know that was due in part to us knowing that we had Gina in our corner taking care of the details and ensuring that things were done the way we wanted them done. Thank you Gina!

First off, if you are on the fence about whether or not to get a wedding coordinator, stop thinking and take the plunge. Second, if you are on the fence about who to hire, stop your search here and pick Gina! She is the best! We chose the "Month of Love" package so we were able to have a couple of meetings with her as well as have her take over coordinating all of the vendors the month of. It was a huge relief to be able to refer everyone to Gina during that month when they were all contacting us at the same time needing day-of information. Gina was very enthusiastic and positive about our planning process . She was easy to get ahold of when I needed her and was always very quick to reply. What made me choose her above the others that I interviewed was how organized she was at our first meeting and by her asking about my family dynamic and if everyone got along on our initial phone meeting. Knowing that she was one step ahead of me and ready to help manage the sensitive relationships in my family was HUGE for us. My husband also can't stop talking about how she was immediately standing by with a beer for him once family photos began.

Gina is the best! I started planning my wedding 1.5 years prior. As I got closer I realized, I'm going to need some help! I found Gina who was not only very reasonable but ON TOP OF IT!!!!!!!! This was my first wedding/marriage, and I thought I could do everything myself. As I got to planning and booking vendors, I realized I needed a tad bit of help with the "day of" details. Gina is hands down the best and knows her stuff. I booked her for the "day of" and looking back on the day, I can't imagine not having her. She met with me in person to go through details and helped me with the timeline for the weekend, which was a Godsend. Turns out I didn't know as much as I thought : ) My wedding day went totally as planned, which is what I hoped for. I've always heard that there will be mishaps during the wedding day/weekend, but mine was pretty much flawless. Things went as planned and were on time. I always knew that with my busy schedule, I would need someone to come to my rescue and help me plan the big day. I hired Gina for the "I do" package. This was definitely worth every penny! Gina exceeded all my expectations. She was always available to meet with me especially after hours since I work late. In addition, she was very response via e-mail and text at any time of the day. I am not sure if she even sleeps! She was also very helpful in finding various options for our budget and always made sure to keep options within reason and to our needs. Since I am not much of a designer or into fashion, she made sure to give me pointers and inspired me with her fashion sense. Throughout the process, Gina was readily available to meet with us whenever we needed to make a big decision. On the other hand, we were able to make our own final decisions which was important since this was our big day.

The day of the wedding couldn’t have gone any better. She met with us a few days before the wedding to go over the logistics and to make sure everything was in place. Everything went according to the agenda she set in place for the day based on our requests. To be honest, I simply would look at Gina and she would tell us what to do. I did not have any worries that day. Everyone raved how smooth the day went and how well our wedding coordinator managed all of our guests’ needs. I am already recommending her to people I know and am so glad that Gina was our wedding coordinator. Thank you so much, Gina!

Where do I Start, Gina is the best wedding planner ever. From the day we talked on the phone we connected and when i got to meet her, I felt comfortable with her. She is very trust worthy and easy to get along with. She helped me feel at ease planning my wedding on Oct 25, 2014. My family totally surprised her by adding a traditional African engagement a day before the wedding. Gina was professional and calm. She was able to work with me and my family to plan a three day wedding celebration. During my wedding. i was not stressed at all. Gina had everything handled. My days were smooth and it was the best ever. She kept us on time for the wedding and we enjoyed our day. My family and friends could not stop saying how great she was and is.

Picking out a wedding planner was one of my very first to-do's on my list, right after picking the venue and date, and my now-husband and I still look at our choice as one of the best decisions we made in the entire planning process! We both live and work as doctors in Los Angeles, but were planning a wedding in San Diego, and Gina did the most amazing job working with our crazy schedules. We felt like we had an instant chemistry with Gina: she does a great job making you feel at ease and is so easy to talk to. She's pleasant, collected, bubbly, and hyper-efficient, which just worked so well with our personalities.

She helped us plan our wedding almost from the beginning, and was indispensable every step of the way. Every time we were ready to pick out a new vendor, whether it was the caterer, florist, or DJ, all we had to do was contact her (via email and text) and she would send a list of 3-4 vendors within a day. That REALLY helped cut down all the research my husband and I would have otherwise had to do, which was time we simply didn't have. She had such great contacts that we trusted the choices she sent us.

Gina clearly has a lot of experience in planning weddings, and that fact really made itself apparent with each encounter- every little problem or question I had, whether it was big or little, had an answer that was completely do-able and reasonable. She is reliable, super-nice, and efficient. Our wedding really was best day we've ever had in our lives, and while that may have been the case whether or not we had a planner, Gina made the journey towards that day as easy and enjoyable as possible :)

My husband and I are so glad that we chose Gina as our coordinator to make our day magical. We definitely just "clicked" with her when we first met... probably that beautiful smile & infectious laugh. We hired her as a "month of" planner. She was very knowledgeable and made the planning process easy. Gina gave plenty of information about everything from the venue, to food choices, to design ideas, to dealing with family members! I was so glad that she was available to talk anytime on the phone or through email, and responded promptly. On the day of the wedding she definitely took care of everything! My favorite part was her guarding the "sweetheart table" so that my husband and I could actually enjoy our meal! (She wouldn't even let my mom through). All of our events were exactly on time and went flawlessly. Gina was the BEST investment we made for our daughter's wedding. Gina came highly recommended and we were very fortunate she was available. From the beginning she was very friendly, organized and prompt. She took the time to get to know our daughter and what her magical wedding day should be.

Gina organized a timeline for the wedding day, coordinated and followed-up with the vendors. She was accessible via email, text, and phone. Always took time to answer questions, very helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable of the venue, The Dana.

Day of the wedding she choreographed the day beautifully. She was cordial and friendly to the venders, The Dana staff, and most importantly took care of bride and groom needs.

Gina and her staff were worth every penny. They were professional and made sure all details were taken care of. Gina was instrumental in providing a stress free day for use as well as a memorable and magical wedding day for our daughter.

Weddings by Gina was a great choice for us. I looked at many vendors and after meeting Gina and Callie, felt that it was a great fit. From the start communication was excellent. Even though we had not decided, decided then changed our minds, they were nothing but patient and helpful. We selected the "month of" package, but liked that we were able to inquire about anything, anytime during our whole engagement. We decided not to have our wedding at a venue, but at out house instead. Most may think, "what's the point in having a WC", but it made a huge difference. Callie was our primary coordinator and did a tremendous job. She was knowledgable, confident and I barely new that there were any issues. I gave her diagrams for our tables and they were perfect. I looked to her for advice on many little things that you wouldn't think would matter and she handled them. Gina and her team to an outstanding job!

My husband (fiancé at the time)and I had been engaged for about 6 months when we began our wedding planning process. At first I believed I could handle it, but after spending 8+ hours researching venues as my first task, I knew I needed help! I came across Gina upon a recommendation from a friend, and I never looked back! At our first meeting, I really got to see how organized, knowledgeable, and sweet she really was, and booked her the next day. Throughout the entire wedding planning process (about a year), Gina was there for me, immediately answering emails (sometimes quite a few per day!) and offering suggestions. She also has great relationships with many of the top wedding vendors in San Diego, allowing for perfect referrals to fit your budget/vision. In fact, basically ALL my vendors were referrals from Gina. It was so nice to sit back and have confidence that the vendors she had referred were excellent. I didn't have to "shop around" for the best vendors, or contact/set up appointments to see if they fit our budget/personality; Gina knew what we wanted and what we could afford, offering suggestions that were perfect for us. All this led to my husband and I having a truly dream day on our wedding. It was everything we wanted, and that was honestly in large part due to Gina! We could not have pulled it off without her :)

Gina certainly defines the amazing wedding planner! Not only is she flexible but she planned it in just under a few months on a budget friendly package. She has a friendly aura about her that makes her really approachable. The times I had my panic attacks and being a major worry wart she totally handled everything in calm manner. She enjoys doing what she does and it surely reflects her business. I had no guidance beforehand and she was able to direct me in any way that she could. I basically just had to say if this or that was ok..and if I had any ideas I would ask her opinion and responded very quickly. I like that I was able to reach her any time of the day. She's an awesome person and I felt like a made a friend out of it :)

We planned a destination wedding and Gina could not have been more helpful with the process! We live out of state and Gina was a great resource to find good quality vendors that fit into our budget. She has been working in the industry long enough to have some really great contacts, and many of them gave us discounts on their services since we were referred by Gina. One of the things I liked most about Gina is that she thought of the small details that I never would have if it wasn't for her. She also knew what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen with our vendors and did all the negotiating for me. When our wedding day came I was calm and relaxed and didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew Gina had everything taken care of! Planning a wedding can be stressful, but having Gina to help made it an enjoyable experience and I am so happy that we had her for our day!

I had received advice to pick a wedding coordinator that we liked their personality from the beginning since you would be working with them a lot. I found Gina through yelp and during my first call with her decided that I wanted to work with her. She is very detail oriented and organized, which helped me stay on track with all of the planning. My husband and I live in New York but got married in San Diego so Gina set up two days of vendor meetings when we flew to San Diego to select all of our wedding vendors. All of the vendors we selected were recommended by Gina and not only did we love all of them but Gina had personal experience with all of them. Throughout the planning process she put us at ease so on the day of the wedding we didn't think about any of the details since we knew Gina had them covered. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we didn't know about it because Gina handled everything. She was amazing to work with.

This review for Gina is long overdue! I hired her back in late 2012 for her month of coordinator services for my wedding this past August 2013. She is absolute AMAZING! Not only does she have a terrific work ethic, her glowing personality is infectious. When my husband and I first met her, it was via a Skype mtg as we live two hours away from the San Diego area. After our mtg we knew right away that she was the one for us. Even though we hired her for her month of wedding services, she was available for us and my thousands of questions as soon as we hired her! I tell you, you send her an email, she will respond back before you can blink....no lie. Since our wedding was sort of a destination wedding, we really needed a lot of help with finding our vendors. I provided Gina a budget and she QUICKLY provided me a list of vendors she's worked with, that were within our budget. I'm telling you, she is on top of it! Every time we met with Gina, she had a welcoming smile. She is very attentive and gave great suggestions in helping us execute our vision. If there were ever any concerns/questions we had may have had with the vendors we hired, she would step in and try to help facilitate things so that everyone was on the same page. She created a detailed wedding timeline that she forwarded to everyone in our wedding party. It's was flawless. The day of the wedding, she even helped set up some our stuff! We gave her the things we wanted placed around the venue (and it was a lot of stuff, candle holders, favors, card box, pictures, etc) the day before the wedding. On our wedding day she was perfect. She was everywhere making sure everyone knew where they needed to be at, what they needed to do and when they needed to do it....all with a SMILE!! If there were any hiccups, I certainly wasn't aware and that's they way it should be and it was. I would hire Gina ten times over!

Prompt, friendly, organized, and a dream to work with! We met with Gina a few times prior to our event to discuss day-of details. She was always available by text and by email, and made sure every detail was covered in a timeline for the rehearsal and the wedding itself. Our day ran so smooth, if there were any problems that occured, we never knew about them. She ensured we stayed on time during our reception, which helped us not feel rushed. I met with Gina at our dream venue (The Dana on Mission Bay). We were concerned about being able to afford the venue due to the minimums and were afraid we'd have to do a mid-week or Sunday wedding. After our meeting Gina walked right into The Dana and negotiated the minimum for a Friday wedding down to the Sunday minimum price. She saved us $2,000 before we ever even booked her.
I only paid for the "day-of" services as we were working on a tight budget. Although I opted for the smallest package she offered Gina responded to every single question and concern either over email or phone immediately. I cannot tell you how comforting this was to a bride who was 1. graduating law school 2. studying for the bar and 3. taking the bar a week before her wedding! On top of quickly responding Gina gave me a TON of advice on everything from vendors to etiquette.She gave me recommendations that were within my budget and each and every one blew me away. She ran my rehearsal like a pro, it was quick and efficient.
The day of my wedding Gina was able to be in a million places at once. She had an assistant with her but I really believe this superwoman could have done it all even if she didn't. The best part was she was such a quiet presence that you wouldn't have known she was a wedding planner if you didn't know it! She quietly ran the show with PERFECTION. There wasn't one hiccup on my day, or if there was she never let me know. For that I will always be grateful.
Countless people told me I had the most organized and well run wedding they'd ever been to. The entire evening flowed perfectly. Even AFTER the wedding she was immediately responsive when I had questions.

One out of many things that I LOVE about Gina is that she is very fast and responsive to all of my requests. I had my wedding in San Diego, CA but I live in DC, so having Gina as my wedding planner was truly a blessing. She is very quick, attentive and helpful. Gina is simply brilliant. By far one of the best investments we have ever made. She was there from day one, exchanging ideas, pinterest photos and meeting with venders. Not a detail was overlooked. She was always a delight to work with, responds promptly, and is always calm. No matter the minor hiccup.

We hired Gina for the full service package. From the start we needed Gina to go above and beyond because we were planning our wedding from Europe. She gathered ideas, arranged meetings with venders that met our tastes and worked around when we were stateside. She understood our wedding concept, not only was she able to provide the right people for the job, but help me when I needed someone to bounce ideas off of. She helped an extravagant dream become real, and didn’t miss a beat.

We hired Gina back in Dec 2012 for our July 2013 wedding and from the very start she was exceptional. She accommodated every need and held my hand through the entire process. I was a "clueless" bride and Gina was exactly what I needed. She connected me and my fiancé with all of the vendors and arranged all the contracts. She set up all of the meeting times, appointments and attended the meetings with us. She is connected with an extraordinary group of people and collectively they make a great team. As stressful as planning a wedding can be, Gina helped ease all of that by keeping things on track with a timeline and always being available when I needed her. She has a vast knowledge of ALL things wedding and really knows her business through and through. It really helped knowing that I was working with a professional who loves her job. As for my wedding day, I could not have dreamed for a more beautiful day. I did not have any "surprises" and if anything did go wrong, I never knew. Gina stayed through my entire wedding (over 8 hours) and handled everything, including staying until after my wedding had ended and handling the finishing touches. I was able to experience my wedding day exactly as a bride should... with joy, celebration and loved ones and that was all thanks to Gina! Gina was hands down the most FAB coordinator. Not only did she go over and beyond the call of duty, the whole time she made me feel like her friend. Like I was not just another client. I became a bit of a DIVA, calling her at all hours with crazy questions and dilemmas. Without hesitation and ALWAYS a smile she gave me the best advice and a vendor list that made all of our dreams come true for the BIG DAY!! If I could do it again I would hire her for the whole planning process so I could have her by my side. Every bride should be so lucky to have her as their wedding coordinator.

I got married on May 25th, 2013. I hired Gina about a year out as a "Day of" Coordinator and she helped WAY more than just the day of. From help with different ideas and input to helping me look at different florists and invitations she was there for me every step of the way. She always had good insight and was very responsive to my emails/texts/phone calls. On the day of the wedding she made sure everything flowed at just the right time and was courteous to all my family and friends. She made sure that I knew what was going on at all times and made my wedding day simply PERFECT. She even set up all the minor details to the exact look I was going for. Meeting her was a delight and she really cares about how you feel and what you want on your wedding day. :)

Gina helped plan my wedding last year and she was beyond amazing! I got the "partial package" but it was very full service. Put it this way: the woman had a baby while she was planning my wedding and I had no idea because she always promptly returned my calls and texts about every dumb concern I had! To say I was blown away by her professionalism and commitment to her job would be an understatement.

At first I was concerned about the additional cost of hiring her, but she got me $3000 off my reception site which more than covered her fee. And she really handled everything for me. Every couple weeks, I'd get a text like "time to pick a florist." Then I'd tell her my budget and she'd send me a couple choices that were in my budget range. I'd pick someone and Gina would work out the contract details. It couldn't have been easier! There are just so many options out there and Gina saved me so much time and stress by narrowing it all down for me. The planning was a snap and I came in on budget and it was a perfect wedding.

Then, the day of she was a genius. We found out a week before the wedding that the hotel had booked a conference in my ballroom on the same day so Gina was only going to have about 2 hours to get the room decorated for my wedding. If no one had told me, I never would have known. It was totally seamless and my room was perfectly ready when guests arrived. She also had a timeline so the whole day went like clock work. She even followed me around the wedding to make sure I was eating!

Those are only a couple of examples of how great she was, but I have a million! I honestly just can't say enough good things. She made the planning fun and easy and gave me a great wedding day. No matter what your budget, or how crazy your requests, Gina will make it happen and it will be better than you'd imagined. Look no further, Gina's your girl!

We picked Gina to be our wedding coordinator after first meeting with her in a coffee shop. She made a great impression on us, and lived up to it in helping us with our wedding. She went with us to meet the most important vendors so that she would be prepared to work with them on the day. She met with us three times before our wedding, and true to her word, she always responded *immediately* to any email we sent her, which made her a pleasure to work with and showed us that we were important to her. Despite major setbacks and delays from other vendors on our wedding day, Gina was able to coordinate and rearrange the events to get the most out of our limited time on the day, and she helped make our wedding day special, from getting ready in the morning to the drive-off at the end of the night. We definitely couldn't have pulled off our wedding without her.

Gina is amazing! She's incredibly sweet, warm and on top of things. In the initial stages of wedding planning, I debated over hiring a coordinator. I'm so glad that I decided to do so and I feel really lucky that I found Gina. Before the big day, she helped me tremendously with working out details with our wedding venue. On the big day, she handled everything seamlessly and with a smile. I loved not having to worry about a thing during the lead up to the ceremony. Gina and Callie were excellent in helping plan for my big day and Callie did a great job on the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Weddings by Gina. The last thing you want to be doing on your big day is worrying about how things will flow and if things will turn out the way you had envisioned. Gina and Callie made it so that everything happened perfectly and exactly how I had imagined it; I knew when they were there that everything would run smoothly. I also felt they had my best interests at heart and had a true passion for wedding planning. They have good connections in San Diego and were helpful in referring me to the right people and selecting the vendors that would do a good job.

I have to say, in the beginning, I said I didn't want a wedding coordinator because I was too OCD, but after talking with Gina and realizing I needed her... SHE WAS AMAZING. Planning my wedding in Tampa, FL was no easy task in it self, but Gina and I made it work. Whatever the time, problem, question(s), she answered faithfully. I ended up just texting her just to see how she was because I felt that close with her but she still remained professionally. The day of my wedding she was awesome, I felt like every bride should, calm and happy because she made me feel like she had everything under control. My husband and I really only meet her weeks before the wedding, but we both felt like we had already known her.She was organized, professional, and she had an answer and options to all questions I asked. Thanks to Gina, I had a stressfree wedding. Gina was the day of coordinator for our wedding. Our cousin loved her and said that having a coordinator was the best investment. She said that she was able to enjoy her wedding without any worries. I wanted to have the same experience and called Gina up. She and Callie, her assistant, are great. All through the wedding planning I was able to call her, email, her, text her with any questions and help that I had. And Gina responed back very very quickly. She helped me with many aspects of the wedding. She makes a timeline for the day and sends it out to all vendors, wedding party members, and anyone else that needs it. It was so nice to not have to worry about calling all the vendors and giving them all the details such as time and locations. That alone took a lot off my back. The day of, all I had to was get ready, have fun and marry the man of my dreams. They do all the set up at the reception venue. Favors, everything. If anything comes up during the wedding, they take care of it. We needed to accomodate for a few extra guests that came to the wedding. Callie made sure that they had a place to seat and made them feel comfortable. During the reception, they packed all of our personal items into our cars. The gifts, cake topper, toasting glasses, serving set, guest book, and everything else we needed packed up. They did this all without us even noticing. It was soo nice at the end of the night to just walk out to head to our hotel without worrying about gathering things up. We were all soo tired after a great day to gather things up. Gina and Callie are amazing. My wedding was perfect, better than perfect. Everyone complimented on how great it all went. Everything ran so so smoothly. I had many guests tell me that they wish they had a day of coordinator for their wedding. I will very soon see Gina again at my brother's wedding in October. I know his wedding will be perfect also thanks to Gina and Callie.

My husband and I had the challenge of planning our wedding from half way around the world, and Gina's help was invaluable! She was extremely resourceful, flexible, and supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process. I have worked with Gina for a year for full service planning for my wedding and she is on top of her game! Initially I did a phone interview with three wedding coordinators and she and I 'clicked' instantly. Most importantly the reason I hired her is her turnaround time to respond to emails and phone calls is immediate. That to me was invaluable.

After hiring her we went over my budget and she asked me what I wanted to spend money on. From there she sent me vendors that were within my budget. I narrowed down who I wanted to interview and she set up all the appointments and of course went with me to them. When it came to negotiating contracts she knew WHO she could and couldn't negotiate with. She knew it would be easier to ask certain things from certain vendors. I received discounts/flexibility with four of my vendors because of my referral from Gina. I wouldn't have received those on my own.

Throughout the entire process she was the one in touch with the vendors, and helping me stay organized. I also had a ton of questions and she didn't tell me what to think or do. She would allow me to make the decision and give me reasons as to why she agreed with me. Or she would say 'look at it from both sides' to help me make decisions.

The day of the wedding she was worth her weight in gold!!! Both the ceremony and reception were set up flawlessly, and she along with my wonderful DJ kept our reception on track. At the end of the night I went over to her and she said everything has been packed up and is loaded in your parents cars. I looked at her and said 'I didn't even see you do anything.' I didn't have to think about anything that night except for having fun and enjoying myself.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator you will not be disappointed with Gina. Even my mom would say 'we just love our Gina don't we?' She's easy to work with and always there for you. I owe a flawless wedding day because of her!! Thanks Gina!

Gina was the first vendor we hired after getting engaged and of the thousands of decisions we would make in the next year, it was the best. At first, my husband and I thought we could handle the planning on our own. We are very organized and had a clear vision of what we wanted. After meeting with her for our consultation we immediately felt comfortable and confident that she could help create our vision. We opted for the "I Do" package which included unlimited contact and was worth every penny.

We wanted our wedding to be unique and memorable and right away she helped find a venue that suited our requirements perfectly. Gina put us in contact with other amazing vendors that were instrumental in pulling off the best night of our lives. Although we had an idea of some of the vendors we wanted to work with Gina helped us find those we didn't know existed, negotiated contracts and always went to bat for us if there was a discrepancy or dispute during the planning process.

Gina was with us every step of the way and checked in with us to make sure we were on target and that no stone was left unturned. Gina is a professional in every sense of the word and responded to every email, text and phone call with almost uncanny speed and thoroughness. She always has a positive attitude and even when I was stressed she was able to put me at ease. She is meant to be a coordinator. She is friendly, organized, patient, punctual and tough when she needs to be to get the job done. My husband and I were in contact with her so much during the year, we felt she became a friend and when planning got stressful she was even like a therapist. She kept us calm in spite of mounting stresses as the wedding day approached.

Gina's experience was evident in the way she helped us select all the components of our wedding. She suggested elements that we didn't initially consider to be a high priority, but in the end, went a long way in making our night so memorable. For example, we didn't want to have a cake but she recommended a very reasonably priced vendor who makes delicious cakes and our guests have raved about it ever since.

The nature of our venue required us to bring in more than the typical number of vendors, and Gina kept every one of them on the same page; arranging meetings, organizing walk-throughs and tracking payments.

And, of course, Gina was there on the big day to ensure that everything went off without a hitch and that my husband and I could truly relax and enjoy our wedding. Her work didn't end there, however; even after the event, Gina worked with the venue's lost-and-found to ensure that our guests received the items they had left behind.

Perhaps most importantly, Gina made the entire process fun. She always reminded us to slow down and keep in mind the most important part of the whole thing: we were getting married!

We married with a small budget in mind and weren't sure if a coordinator was going to be possible. Gina suggested the month of coordinator package to help save on money, but definitely walked us through everything the entire 9 month planning process. She answered my questions quickly, and more importantly honestly, telling me no several times! :) Thank goodness! My anxiety levels were through the roof a month prior to the wedding, Gina sensed it, and had me meet her immediately. Like a switch, that meeting had me relaxed and ready. On the big day, she was just amazing! I never worried about anything that day, she allowed me to sit back and just enjoy the wedding. Gina was able to take the idea of what I wanted, and transformed it into something far more amazing. She was lovely, patient, and honest through the entire experience. Heaven sent!

Gina was a life saver. I called her one week before the wedding to handle the day of and within 30 minutes of our conversation she was off and running with the plans, timeline, emails you name it. She helped this day run smoothly! Just perfect

Gina was truly a blessing! She was thorough, patient, calm, organized, kind, and knowledgeable. We hired Gina for the month of, however; she was there for us the entire year before our wedding. We called and emailed with Gina SO much and she always responded extremely fast. She also met us at some of our appointments throughout the year, which was not included in our package. My mom and I had many questions and Gina was always there to assist us and was very professional in the process. She provided us with great vendors too! Thank you Gina for making our wedding planning experience relaxed and enjoyable. We miss you and all our conversations! We highly recommend SD Weddings by Gina!

Gina was our amazing wedding coordinator! She made the day so much easier and enjoyable thanks to her professionalism and detail oriented attitude. Planning was so much fun too as Gina handled the stressful details so I just got to pick flowers and colors and songs.
She is very responsive and got back to all my calls, texts and emails super fast. I always felt my wedding was safe in her hands which is an amazing feeling on your wedding day when you just want to focus on your new husband and to enjoy yourself with friends and family.
She did helped me decided on a number of things and reminded me of all the details I forgot! She is God send! My wedding and the planning process would have been stressful had it not been for Gina's efforts and planning. She also more than paid for herself by setting us with amazing vendors in our price range we would have otherwise never found. She found ways for us to stick to our budget while still having the wedding of our dreams!

I utilized Gina and Callie's services for my September 2011 wedding in San Diego. They performed Day of services plus a whole lot more! Gina and Callie had 2 meetings with me prior to the wedding day and often reminded me of tasks that I might forget to prep for the big day. Gina was available by email 24/7 and responded immediately every time. On the day of the wedding, they made sure everything ran smoothly and responded to anything that was needed with poise and grace. I was very impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth. Although I am not able to speak to their other wedding planning packages, I can say without a doubt that you will not regret hiring Gina and her team to ensure you have a picture perfect Big Day!

Hiring Gina was one of our best wedding investments. An investment it was, it ensured us a smooth and worry-free day. Gina recognizes that different brides require different services and so she has different packages for couples to choose from. We had the "Big Day" package. Early in our wedding planning, I realized I was going to need a professional coordinator to execute everything for me on our special day. The wedding planning part came naturally to me, but coordinating it on the day of the wedding was the tricky part. I wasn't going to be able to accomplish this without some help. I didn't want to rely on family members. I recognized and respected that our family would have enough going on that day without having to worry about helping to set-up for our wedding. After spending many months pouring our heart into planning our wedding, I wanted to make sure the day would happen just as we envisioned it. Gina and Callie, were the perfect team for the job. They were very responsive to all of my many e-mails. We had productive face-to-face consultations. After each time we met with them, we felt comfortable knowing they understood what we wanted. On the day of the wedding, they were present for vendor deliveries and supervised our ceremony set-up. Gina and Callie made sure our ceremony went according to plan and arranged our wedding party entrances. They were at our reception venue before our guests arrived. They helped us by setting out a few items and made sure everything was in order for our reception. They managed the reception festivities and stayed on top of the timeline making sure everything went according to schedule. I am so glad and appreciative of the timeline they created. They distributed the timeline to all of our wedding vendors the week of, and this allowed for an efficient day/night keeping everyone on the same page. Every wedding day event was detailed on the timeline from the start of the day, with bride/groom getting ready, to the last DJ song. I actually felt very comfortable because of it. The timeline was very detailed and I was impressed by it. They knew just the right amount of time to allow for everything that was to occur that day. Since we were already familiar with the timeline and we knew Gina and Callie were there to stay on-top of it, we had no worry in the world. I knew they would come get us when it was time for cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, etc. It allowed us to just enjoy the night. I knew we made the right decision in hiring Gina for our Day of Coordinator, because during our entire planning process I felt very sure that all would be great on our day of. And it was. I wasn't stressed about our wedding day at all. I was able to enjoy my wedding morning getting ready with family. Everyone I speak to about planning our wedding, I tell them, "Hiring Gina was the best decision and the best well spent money during our wedding planning". If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Our wedding day was beautiful and it went smoothly. I literally had no worries on our wedding day because I knew the days events were in good hands. Which was wonderful, because it allowed us to enjoy the day. I was able to just soak in every moment of it so that I could remember it forever. Thank you Gina & Callie! You truly are wonderful. There are not enough words to express our gratitude.

I found Gina through a bridal website and reading all the great reviews, I wanted to give her a try. First off, when I talked to her, I felt very comfortable and she definitely knows what she is doing for this profession. Besides, her price is very reasonable. I hired her for the day-of, and we met about 3 times before the wedding. The last meeting was extremely helpful as we walked through the details and knowing that she would take care of everything, it put my mind at ease instantly. On the day of, there was some placement card issue and it was too late for me and my bridesmaids to fix. But thank goodness I hired her, everything went smoothly and we all didn't have to stress about it. I didn't see her all night during reception but I know she was running around madly, probably to take care all the issues that could possibly went wrong, which I didn't notice at all. All i knew is when I saw her at the end of the night, she already collected all the stuff that needed to be brought home, set in the car and nothing else to be worried about. I don't know if I would have survived the wedding without her. I am so glad to have her and she definitely did an awesome job.

I don’t even know where to begin with the compliments I have for Gina. In short, she is all kinds of AWESOME! I hired Gina for her full-service package so she was with me and my now-husband from day one of nine months of planning. From my initial interview with her and through to the end of the wedding night, she made me feel comfortable and confident. Also, she and my husband clicked right away as well which made the whole wedding planning process a lot of fun. As a groom, sometimes he felt like he was left out but Gina definitely made him feel like part of the process. She allowed me to feel a sense of calm (as much as you can feel when planning a wedding) and constantly reassured me that things would be turn out fabulous. She is well organized, keeps things under control, and very knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She is EXTREMELY responsive – I ask a question and immediately I have a response. I am going through withdrawals not hearing from her anymore. She has great contacts and we used several of her suggested vendors who all turned out to be wonderful! The day of, she holds true to her motto, “We plan your day so all you have to do is smile!” On my wedding day, I was relieved of so much of the stress because she took care of all the little details – set up, timelines, rounding people up, etc. All I did on the day of was get pretty and show up! I was soooooo pleased with the end result. I have already recommended Gina to my friends for when they get married! Thanks Gina for making our wedding day FABULOUS!

Gina was a great wedding planner/coordinator. She took care of EVERYTHING for us except smaller tasks like sending out wedding invitations, creating escort cards, etc. The day of the wedding was really about getting ready and showing up since she was in charge of all of our vendors and helping set up. She was calming and kept us on task the whole way through. We were able to pull off a gorgeous wedding in 6 months on top of graduating and moving to another state! Only with Gina's help. Thanks Gina!

We hired Gina with less than two months before our big day after the stress of planning our California wedding while we were living in Colorado became too much! I literally felt better after our first conversation. She was encouraging and supportive of the plans we had already made and helped me have confidence that all the “loose-ends” would fall into place. When we finally met in person, my fiancé and I knew we had been lucky enough to find the best wedding coordinator in San Diego! Even though I had been planning for almost 15 months, there were quite a few details I had forgotten. But, there was never a moment of stress with Gina! She just flawlessly executed a plan for each forgotten detail. I was able to relax and enjoy the days leading up to the wedding with family and friends while she made sure everything was organized with my wedding party and vendors. And when our beautiful day finally arrived, I was able to enjoy every moment stress-free. I did not have even one anxious or nervous thought the entire day about the event because I knew that Gina and her assistant would be there to take care of everything. She not only made sure that our guests and vendors had everything they needed, but also took care of my new husband and I as well. I can honestly say without a doubt, that the day would not have been the same without her. We were blessed to be able to have our dream wedding and my biggest piece of advice to the newly engaged would be to hire San Diego Weddings by Gina ASAP!

Gina is AMAZING!!!! Our wedding was the best wedding I have ever been to, with MANY thanks to her and her assistants! From the huge to the tiny details she made everything work together to create our perfect day! She was always quick to respond to all the emails and texts with questions or concerns! She helped recommend vendors that were equally as amazing as she. Throughout the planning and up to end of the reception she allowed me to be completely stress free. It was great to have someone to keep me on track and let me know if there was something I had forgotten about and helped me to get it done! Gina's friendly and easy going personality helped to eliminate any unnecessary worry, especially in the times that matter most. She was great about contacting everyone involved from vendors to parents, family and friends with a timeline of events ahead of time so that everyone is prepared and kept in the loop. There is NO WAY our day would have worked out so incredibly smoothly without her being a part of it! You will not regret having Gina as your coordinator. Don't plan your big day without her!

Gina is amazing!!! I truley did not stress or worry about a thing on my wedding day. Gina was there to help me since the day I contacted her, even though I had hired her for just the day of wedding planner. She is very quick to respond with any concerns and questions you may have. She helped me choose vendors that were truley wonderful and were well within my budget. Gina made my reception flow seemlessly and she coordinated with all the vendors I had hired beforehand to make sure everything was in place. San Diego Weddings by Gina was great! From the very beginning of my wife, Alysia, meeting her, Gina made our planning organized and made sure she made it about us. Being a groom, I did not know a ton about what to plan, what vendors to help my fiance contact, and to be honest, not know much of what I was supposed to do or how I could help. However, when I first met Gina she made me feel included and was totally interested in what I thought. That made me feel a part of the wedding planning, in which I really wanted to be a part of. She gave us her honest thoughts and was very proactive in meeting her deadlines. She kept us in the loop on what what was going on from either the venue, vendors, and even the bridal party. By the way Gina, I give you props for manning our bridal party of 24, you handled the rehearsal and day of, great and with great intentions, thank you. Leading up to the day, we were almost in contact every day either by email or phone, and never did she make us feel like we were brushed aside nor bothering her, she always said, "that is what I am here for." That made us feel great because we knew that we could count on her. My Fiance and I, the week of, were getting a little nervous about everything coming together the way we wanted it. Not because of Gina or our vendors but our wedding party, family, organization of guests, which guests should sit with who, you know the key points in which a wedding could have a speed bump. We mentioned some of this with Gina and she gave us her honest opinion and told us that she would reach out to our maid/matron of honor, best man and vendors to make sure that these issues we were nervous about, never showed face. We had total trust in her and in the end, helped make our day AWESOME! Gina, you did such a great job and helped us meet the right people to make our day special. Thank you for you and your Assistant (on the day of) for being our coordinator and now, our friend. We will definitely recommend you to others and cannot wait to show you pictures from Bali!!!

Gina was recommended to me by a good girlfriend who used Gina’s services for her own wedding. It was by far the best recommendation I have ever received! From beginning to end I couldn't have done it without her. When planning my wedding I was initially concerned with the coordination of vendors and the flow of the day going smoothly. Gina took care of all of that and so much more. I was able to relax and really enjoy my wedding day knowing that Gina was there and had everything under control. She was always available during the planning and very responsive to all my inquires. She had so many wonderful ideas and the vendor recommendations were outstanding. I highly recommend Gina’s services to ensure an amazing wedding day!

Gina is AWESOME! I can't praise her enough. I am originally from SD, but now live out of state. She calmed my nerves and took on a ton of responsibility to make sure my big day was flawless! My big day was beyond flawless and really all b/c of Gina. She took care of working with all the vendors so they didn't stress me out :) She even went to a vendor meeting with me to help me decide some extra centerpieces for the reception. She definitely went above and beyond her duties. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
