Really good deals!
My husband is really picky in anything that he used, we didn't agree on the rings at all since we bought my set on Kay Jewelers and he didn't like any design there. But, when we got to try out Robbins Brothers his entire perspective about rings change, he liked the quality and the service provide. They even had a nice box with a light for him to actually observed more the ring, make me kinda jealous! -

a. I would recommend this location to anyone. My husband got my engagement ring here and he said when he was choosing and buying the engagement ring, he was provided with a great customer service. When it was time to buy our wedding bands for our wedding on March 10, we also had a great customer service and everyone at the store was very helpful in helping us make the order. Our wedding bands were ready on time. Since getting the engagement ring, I’ve visited the store to have it cleaned a few times and I will definitely visit again to clean wedding bands in the future. -

I visited the store twice trying to decide between 2 different wedding bands. Brandon was the first sales person to help me and he was great. A few days later I went back and Elizabeth helped me. Again they were very attentive to what I was looking for and helped me through the decision process. I ended up custom ordering the wedding band and am excited to see it when it arrives.
So I received the wedding band and it's as beautiful as thought it would be. I also got a ring guard/ring enhancer for my engagement ring. I loved their choices and found one that is very special to me and my future husband. -

I have, since being engaged and now married, gone to Robbin's Brothers so many times to get my ring(s) cleaned. Each time, they are gracious, nice, professional, and fast.
I feel really confident having purchased our rings from here and the amount of hands on support that was given.
Also, my husband made his ring, and the guy helping us gave him a couple tips about polishing, wear and tear, and fit...which he did not have to do, but it was great that he did -

Torrance Robbins Brothers rocks! My boyfriend and I stopped into Robbins Brothers to look for settings for an engagement ring. We were kindly greeted and set up with the sales associate and diamond expert Toni! Toni was kind, knowledgeable, fun and made the experience so easy! She could tell what we were looking for right away and let us walk around the whole store a couple times to soak everything in before we met with her again to choose our favorites. She explained to us everything about each ring and then we looked through the microscope at the rings. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me so I do not know exactly what I am getting and Toni did a great job at making it a surprise for me. I was not expecting this easy of an experience and I couldn't have walked away feeling more satisfied knowing I will be getting my engagement ring from Robbins Brothers. Clean, organized, affordable and the service plan and financing is so helpful!
The ring was really beautiful (I love it) and we went back to the get our wedding bands from Toni, again she was so helpful and understood our style. My husband got two rings, one he calls his "adventure band" to wear while he is golfing, working out, adventuring etc... and a white gold ring to wear the other times. Both of the times we went to Robbins Brothers Toni worked with us and it was almost effortless.
I have also gone back to get my ring cleaned several times and everyone I have interacted with have been friendly and nice! Magazines, cold water bottles and a tv while you wait! -

We bought my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from The Robbin's Brothers in Torrance, CA. Deanna was the diamond specialist we worked with and she just accommodated us and was able to find us just what we wanted. She worked well with our specific needs and was part of a surprise engagement! Would definitely recommend them! Prices were reasonable and jewelry was just gorgeous! They have awesome insurance plans and you are able to get rings cleaned for for free. -

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from this store last year and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Jenny was kind and patient, she spent over 3+ hours waiting on us. I probably tried on every ring in the store! When it came to financing options she worked with us extensively to figure out the best deal for us without compromising our desires or needs. She was absolutely wonderful to us! Not pushy at all, if anything she was over accommodating and courteous.
The quality of their diamonds and the large selection is what brought us in the store. The service and their thorough insurance policy is what sold us! When you purchase at Robbins Brothers you are establishing a relationship with the company. This is the kind of peace of mind that my husband and I were so confident about when it came to purchasing such valuable items. We got everything we wanted and absolutely recommend them to anyone shopping for diamond engagement and wedding rings.

We had such a positive experience with Robbins Brothers in Montclair. We worked with May, who was not only very helpful, but wonderfully plesent to work with. Everyone at Robbins Brothers was there to help/answer questions when we needed it, but they did not hover or try to push anything on us. I get so many compliments on my ring, and we had an all around good experience! -

I love Robbins Brothers! I found my PERFECT ring here and they were so helpful when my husband went to finish choosing all the options and putting it together. They are so friendly every time I go in! Two days before my wedding when I got my ring cleaned a diamond fell out. They were calm and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! -

I know Robbins Brothers can be a bit pricier than other jewelers but let me tell you it is worth it. My ring is stunning and has held up through it all...I'm never gentle with it and it still looks great. When you take it in they are so polite and professional and tighten it up and clean it for you for no charge at all even when your not due for a warranty check. Great quality, great service! -

Got to design my own ring so of course its the most beautiful ring in the world. When i went in I knew I wanted to create my own so I looked at a few templates and of course i found one i could not live with out and of course it didnt come in white gold like i had originally wanted. It only came in platinum which i knew would be to expensive but the sales person offered me a deal i could not refuse.... she told me they could make it with the platinum for the price of the white gold!!!! OMG!!! Needless to say I recommend them to everyone. They have a huge selection, great prices/payment plans and of course lots of diamonds...what more could a girl ask for! -

They have such a beautiful selection and they explain how everything works there. I now know more about diamonds than I ever did. I think that is a neat part of picking out a ring and making sure their customers see exactly what they are purchasing. I picked a ring from the Simon G collection and it is very pretty. I liked that our sales associate had me try on at least one from each case so I knew I was getting the one I wanted and didn't miss a thing. Very happy with both my now husbands ring and my ring choices! -

I LOVE my rings!! My engagement is perfect. I wouldn't change a thing about it. Robbins Brothers was able to put 2 designs that I liked into one ring and custom make it for my husband to give to me. And it really is exactly how I would've pictured it! They also helped coordinate with the resort that he proposed at so that he was able to reserve the table overlooking the lake for our dinner that night. And my wedding band compliments it just perfectly! They do complimentary ring cleanings whenever you want, and they even engraved our rings for free. My husband and I couldn't be happier with their service! -

My ring is the most beautiful.. sorry gals. My husband went by himself and asked the girl to show him the ring that everyone loves at the store. Everyone at the store showed him the one and I think they showed him also keeping in mind his budget. My ring looks like a million dollars but the real meaning of the ring is the fact that my hubby picked thanks to everyone at Robbin brothers. We picked our wedding rings here and hopefully our anniversary gifts. :)

Our rings are the one thing we will have from our wedding day EVERYDAY. We love our jewelry and it is well taken care of by Robbins Brothers. We wouldnt have gone anywhere else. Robbins Brothers was a huge help in getting our wedding bands ready for our big day. I had purchased my fiance's band, but he tried it on and it was too tight. I contacted Robbins Brothers and they said they would order another ring for me and see if it will get here in time, and let me hold onto the one I had just so we would have a band to use the wedding day in case the new one didn't come. Our wedding was just a couple weeks away, so there was a chance it wouldn't get here on time. The ring came in the week before, and i switched them easily. Very helpful. -

My fiancee and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Robbins Bros. in Montclair, CA. We had the pleasure of working with Ron Jackson. Ron did a wonderful job with assisting us with our selections. Ron didn't BS us (because sometimes jewelers make commission off how much they sell) and he gave us his honest opinion. Ron was also very friendly as well as the other Robbins Bros. staff. Ron works in multiple offices and would be willing to arrange his schedule to meet us. The prices at Robbins Bros. were very reasonable as well. -

My husband had a very comfortable experience at Robbins Bros. when choosing my engagement ring. He spent about five hours in the store and his salesperson was so easygoing. Her name is Sandra and she helped him the entire time. When we went back to choose our wedding bands, we worked with Vahid who was also great. He actually helped us custom-make my husband's band when there were two rings he liked, but wanted to make a combo of them! It worked out great! Robbins Bros. is a bit pricey, but I do believe you get the quality you pay for. -

Engagement Ring and both wedding bands were bought here, all very beautiful! For an additional fee they offer a service plan that allows you lifetime resizing and maintain on the rings. I wouldn't say that your getting a deal, but jewelry is one of those things, you get what you pay for. Their prices are fair. Overall a good experience. -

Robbins Brothers is great. They have good warranties and good customer service. Price is okay... but I don't have to worry that my diamond is fake. -

Robbins Brothers was fantastic! We enjoyed the one on one attention. Geanene was great, and we repeated asked for her, she took are event seriously and not just another sale.

I love my wedding bands I was able to find here. The ring we wanted to get for my husband was far too expensive for our budget, but they had a ring that looks very similar to it for 1/4 of the price. Since we went with a chain for our rings, they were able to get stock from other stores in order to fulfill our order. -

Exceptional service, but very expensive.
Also, we bought our ring, and two months later, they have this lifetime guarantee thing that does not include our purchase, which SUCKS! -

Robbins Brothers is obviously doing many things right to have multiple stores and so many rings and diamonds on site. That was a large reason we chose to go with Robbins Brothers. Their selection was great and it made it easy to pick an engagement ring and both wedding bands. When purchasing an engagement ring, they provide you with a wedding planning binder, which is a nice touch. We used it throughout the entire process of planning our wedding.
I feel like you could get more for your money if you went somewhere else. They can afford to charge more because of their reputation and selection. One of the most frustrating things in buying an engagement ring was that they charged for the ring and the diamond. Then they charged another $200+ for the right mounting to attach the diamond to the ring. They told me that the mounting the ring came with was only for CZs and not for real diamonds. They didn't tell us about this additional cost until we had it done and they handed us the bill. I complained and spoke with a manager, and they waived the cost.
I would recommend shopping around and discussing pricing with a number of different jewelers before settling on one. -

I want to thank Anthony Rodriguez and Charles Mayrsohn for correcting this situation. They contacted me the next day and got everything straightened out. I have eliminated the sales persons name as I understand people make mistakes.

This is a review to hopefully help everyone else from getting scammed. The sales person tried to trick us and sell us a Robbins Brothers wedding band while playing it off as if it was Tacori.
I will explain further.
My wife and I went into Robbins Brothers in Glendale on 2/17/2020 to get her annual cleaning.
While we were there having her ring cleaned, we decided to look at Tacori wedding bands to match her ring. The sales person took us to the Tacori section and began showing us the different examples.
My wife tried one on that she really liked. It matched her wedding ring perfectly. Sales person says "You're not going to believe it", "This one is half the price of all he others, for Tacori that is a great deal". So of course we said, we will take.
He takes the ring to the jeweler and comes back to write up the paperwork.
Again he says, "You are getting a great deal for Tacori, it's good you are purchasing it today, if we we ever wanted to restock that item it would be at market value." He then asks us to come back the next day to pick up the correctly sized wedding band.
Upon arrival the following day, he comes out with the wedding band and immediately puts it on my wife's finger. As anyone would be, she was extremely excited and happy that for our two year wedding anniversary we finally purchased her wedding band.
This entire time I had a very weird feeling, mind you, up to this point I had not physically touched the ring. I also found it very weird that he gave us a simple Robbins Brothers box instead of a Tacori box.
When my wife and I got into our car something felt off. I told her to take off her ring and sure enough, it was a Robbins Brothers branded ring instead of Tacori.
As you can imagine, we were extremely upset. We immediately went back inside and asked him why this was not a Tacori wedding band. The salesman said "I'll be back" and took all of our paperwork and ring into the room in the center.
We waited for about 10 minutes before came back and asked us to go to his "office".
He then proceeded to tell us that he was sorry. The ring that we purchased a whole day before, was not actually Tacori. That it must have been placed in the wrong section of the store.
How is something like this possible? Doesn't it show the product name at the point of ringing it up? Or at the point of logging it into the system?
The fact that he tried to scam us and force a sale down our throats is completely disgusting. He did not even have the decency to tell us after he swipes our credit card to correct his mistake.
Additionally, he also had the opportunity to tell us prior to picking the ring up and wasting even more time driving down to the store for the second time.
This is a complete lack of respect. We went to a business we thought we could trust. That was not the case, we were tricked and told we were buying a Tacori ring and it was something completely different.
I asked to speak to the manager Charles Mayrsohn, he was shocked that something like this could happen from so called professionals.
He refunded us our money and said he would discuss this with the Vice President.
As you can imaging this was crushing for my wife. The look on her face when this all happened is something I will never forget. The fact that Robbins Brothers as a company would cause so much pain and anguish to a paying customer is disgusting.
I will never shop here again. Nor will I take my wife's Tacori engagement ring here for cleaning again. Id rather pay someone else to clean it. Forget that stupid warranty they sell you. I'm sure most of it is BS also. -

RB has been awful. I read reviews that they are super nice until you make a purchase, but afterwards they are terrible!! It happened to us. We knew the rings were overpriced here, but thought the extra spending would mean better service and reliability. My ring came out wrong, and now it's been 7 months of aggravation and horrible service and poor communication. I'm getting married in less than 5 months and still have no ring. No compensation, no apologies. Just unreturned phone calls and broken promises. So unhappy! No e-ring for me, makes me so sad :'( -

getting Married and spent over $7000 on our Wedding Sets. A Robbins Bros moment, but unfortunately Robbins Bros, fails to understand and market to the Hispanic market. Especially here the biggest marketplace, of all Los Angeles! Their Marketing people are sleeping.
