We loved Ridgewell's for the amazing service and attention to detail, the friendliness and flexibility, and of course the legitimately incredible food and drinks. Anthony and the rest of the staff ran our wedding seamlessly and were so much fun to work with in the months leading up to the event. We were also able to easily rent space heaters, furniture, and linens from them that saved us a lot of time by not having to go through other vendors. Cannot recommend them enough! -

Talk about a personalized experience. Every step of the way, we felt like Ridgewells cared about our tastes and choices rather than foisting a preset design on us. When we went into their dining room for the food tasting, they were playing 80’s music overhead because in a random conversation months prior, they heard us mention that we liked 80’s music. Likewise, when we sampled the desserts, they brought out these adorable penguin cookies because they are my favorite animal. I had told them all I ever wanted at my wedding was an ice cream sundae bar and they made it happen!
On the day of the wedding, the food was delicious and the staff was on top of keeping the drinks flowing. If you’re a vegetarian, they do a great job of providing vegetarian options that are interesting and full of flavor. We had many vegetarians in attendance who were quite happy not to be stuck with lettuce and pasta salad per their other wedding experiences. When the custom ice cream sundae bar came out, they had all 70+ guests lined up and served within 10 minutes. And all the guests absolutely loved it! They handled everything from the food, open bar, waiters, tables, linens, dinner ware, cake, etc. Mary Margaret and Anthony took such amazing care of us!! And they worked with us for 3 years and we’re so incredibly generous and accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding twice because of COVID.
All around an incredibly impressive team. We HIGHLY recommend Mary Margaret and the whole Ridgewells team! -

Working with Kelly was super fun and easy. All of the food from the appetizers, the small charcuterie boards we had, and the main meal was phenomenal. Would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a more personalized catering experience and want to work with a company that can customize a menu for your wedding! -

We had the most spectacular wedding catered by Ridgewells.
Grace Duthe was exceptional to work with from the first interaction all the way through to seeing our wedding to the very end at the Top of the Town.
We went with Ridgewells after vetting them against a few other catering companies and finding them to be the most ethical and transparent in their business (and billing) practices. Grace jumped on so many calls and emails to answer all of my outstanding questions and was super credible to work with.
We learned throughout the process from a wedding planner, that caterers either charge you on the front-end by listing all of the add-ons and being honest about all the costs (e.g. taxes, coffee p/p), or on the back-end, with slapping you with a huge invoice after the wedding with all the "hidden" fees.
Ridgewells was incredibly honest upfront with all the fees, and Grace earned my trust right away by not compromising on the quality of service, quality of food, and the integrity of the Ridgewells brand.
Our tasting was exceptional at Ridgewells office, and the day of our wedding, our server took exceptional care of us on our wedding day whisking us away to enjoy the appetizers and always refilling our champ flutes! Grace's team, Margaret and Kelly, were all lovely to work with.
I want to have 100 other occasions to hire Ridgewells again! Truly superb staff, food, and service. We couldn't have picked a better catering company! -

My mom had actually worked for Ridgewell many moons ago and mentioned them as an option when I was looking for catering for my small wedding. I was worried at first my wedding would be too small ( 10 people) to be catered by them, but I reached out anyway and was soon in contact with Katie!
Katie efficiently was able to help me get my wedding planned in about 1 month. We worked on a mood board, food and drink options, talked rentals, flowers and cakes- and in the midst of all this information and back and forth on my part- she was able to help bring my perfect wedding to life!
Even with only 10 people Ridgewell provided an amazing array of appetizer, main course, and dessert options. Everything was delicious and even incorporated a few nods to my husband's Brazilian background which I loved!
Katie even helped me with cake options as well as the florals. For all of the big pieces of the event itself, it was super convenient to be able to get it all organized through Ridgewell. And the quality of everything was just great -the food was delicious, the flowers were beautiful, the rental table, flatware, everything was just how I had pictured it.
Ridgewell was more than a catering company - they really took a lot off stress off my shoulders by offering so many great services for my small wedding. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Ridgewell for your wedding ( big or small)! -

We hired Ridgewells to cater our wedding, and we were very happy with how the food turned out. Our planning contacts were super helpful throughout the process, accommodating our various requests. Some examples:
They helped us craft a multi-station buffet menu, which we wanted as an alternative to the more traditional plated meal
They introduced us to a “Peking duck guy” who hand-carved duck at our wedding- the duck was a massive hit at dinner!
And, they helped us cater Panda Express as a late-night bite for our guests, even though it was a kinda strange request
The tasting was also a great experience, and they really helped us figure out our table designs.
There were only a few things that keep us from giving a full 5-star review:
Our primary point-of-contact switched after we initially signed the contract, due to staffing changes. The new point-of-contact did their job well, but wasn’t as responsive over email as we might have hoped. It also turns out we were their last assignment before they left the company, which may have had a part to play.
They didn’t actually serve our cake to our family, as we had requested in multiple conversations- we ended up with a largely-uneaten 20 person cake sitting in our fridge, which was a bit disappointing.
We planned to have a water station set up for guests who arrived early on the side terrace, which didn’t end up happening- this was another small detail that we had verbalized a few times, but seems to have gotten lost in translation
The morning-of the venue walk-through, about 3 hours before we were going to meet, our point-of-contact had a personal emergency and had to cancel. We had planned this months prior and traveled down for this specifically, so we really had to scramble to reschedule things for the next day, at a cost to our own work schedules. We totally understand that personal challenges come up, and don’t have a problem with them personally, but we would have expected the company overall to have a secondary or backup to handle such an important event when situations like this arise.
Regardless, the service throughout the night was excellent, and many guests came to us after saying how great the food and drink were, so our overall experience was still quite positive. -

Taniece Sent on 10/13/2018It was great working with Ridgewells! Diane Robertson and Lauren Fookes were our points of contact to make the vision for our event come to life. They provided the expertise needed to ensure our wedding day was wonderful. From the planning phase to the actual day, they supported us in not only coordinating/providing the food and beverage for our event, but negotiating the expense of our reception chairs with our chair vendor. They and their team were professional, considerate, understanding and delivered excellent service. Their attention to detail was perfect. Our guests provided us with such great feedback on the polite and speedy service during cocktail hour and reception. In addition, we received raving reviews on the food served. The hors d’oeuvres were excellent, especially the Caribbean beef and veggie patties. For the main course, our guests loved their food selection. - Guests that had the red snapper stated it was delicious and moist and guests that had the beef short ribs stated the ribs were very tender. Regardless of what we desired (particular chiavari chairs, hors d'oeuvres, décor, signature drinks, a particular cake/cake design, etc.) Ridgewells worked with us through the motions and if we really wanted something, they went above and beyond to make it happen! A+ in our eyes! -

Hiring Ridgewells was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start, Mary Margaret, our event designer, was phenomenal—creative, attentive, and truly invested in bringing our vision to life. She made the process feel seamless and fun, and we felt completely supported every step of the way.
We ended up hiring Ridgewells for all three nights of our wedding weekend, and they absolutely delivered. Each night had a completely different menu and vibe, but the quality and creativity of the food stayed consistently exceptional. Every single bite was memorable—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and a perfect match for the mood of each event.
Beyond the food, the service was top-tier. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly polished. Our guests were constantly raving about how well taken care of they felt.
Ridgewells helped set the tone for an unforgettable weekend, and we’re so grateful to Mary Margaret and the entire team. If you're looking for flawless execution, stunning food, and a team that truly cares—look no further.
