We and many others in our wedding crew paid for upgraded rooms/ villas months in advance. At the resort they put us in the lowest grade rooms saying that is what was order by our agent. Two days later we were moved to a villa. Upon our return, Paige sent out an email asking how everything went. We responded, and asked to be refunded the difference between the room rates for the two days. We paid for an upgrade that was not received. Paige would not respond to the occurrance. This is rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
