  My husband and I chose Prestige after friends highly recommended them and I am so happy we decided to use them for our wedding. In our first meeting with Bob we found him to be professional, personable and very enthusiastic about his work. We were able to see the interior of the limo we chose before we signed anything and anytime before the wedding I called, Bob was prompt and kept me well informed. For our big day we used the 14-passenger SUV limo, which offered enough room for my 14-person bridal party (including my husband and I). In the future, I will definitely call Prestige for my transportation needs.

  I LOVED the service that was provided by prestige limo! For our wedding all places we were going were very close in vicinity to each other, but Bob made that up by taking my mom and bridal party to the church from our house first and then coming back for me and my dad he also was very helpful when I was getting in and out of the car in my big dress with long train! Bob was very professional when I had to go and pay the last amount before the wedding he was very helpful in accommodating me so I could pay on my time. I have a cousin getting married next October and I recommended all of my vendors to her, especially the limo company! Thank you Bob for making my transportation on my wedding day beautiful and carefree!

  We were able to see our limo and meet in person with someone, which was not a common thing at other limo services. The price and service was awesome. They were also very flexible and easy to get in touch with. Our limo ride was great!

  I used Prestige limo for my Bachlorette party and our wedding. Bob and his son are awesome! They provided great service on both occassions and were very flexible with the things we wanted to do. They are very professional and were easy to get in contact with whenever i had questions or needed to change anything.   We would highly recommend Prestige Limo for services. We hired them for our wedding, and it could not have worked out better. From the booking to the day of our event, Premiere Limo was highly professional and personal. They took care of every detail. They were the best price we found, and the service was outstanding.   Prestige Limo provided excellent service to the entire bridal party! The limo was perfect and very clean. Great service for a great price. It was raining the day of our wedding and the limo guy made sure we did not get wet. He took each member of the wedding party to the car holding an umbrella. I would recommend this company to everyone!

  I would recommend Prestige to anyone. Bob was our driver and did everything above and beyond the normal. Very frendily and open to do anything. Not to meantion we got married in a huge snow storm, but Bob was still willing to venture out so we could take our pictures outside in the snow. From this point forward, we will only use Prestige.

  My husband and I were so happy with the service that we received from Prestige Limo for our wedding, more specifically with Bob our driver!! From the moment he picked me up at the house, he was so sweet and helped me get in and out of the limo and seemed genuinely interested in making my day go off without a hitch! He even helped calm my nerves:) After the church, we were so excited to see the red carpet pulled out for us, and him standing there ready to do a toast for us with champagne - it was awesome. Since our church was in the suburbs and the reception in Chicago, he coordinated with the photographer on where to drive us for all for pictures! He got us there on time, and was more than happy to take us wherever we wanted for the pictures. It was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending the company, and Bob, to anyone who needs limo service! :)

  I love this limo company my bridal party was 12 the limo was a bit snug but we weren't going far. The owner drove us and he was amazing. He truly cared about our wedding and it just wasn't another gig for him. He also picked us up for our honeymoon to and from the airport (not apart of the the package but i definatly loved it) we had to come home last minute a week early and we were in europe so the time difference was big we called at 1am their time asking if they could pick us up and they did THANKS i will be using them for every limo need i have including going to the airport etc...I LOVE THEM SO WILL YOU YOU WON'T REGRET IT

  bob and the staff at prestige were top notch,friendly and courteous.my wife and i could not ask for anything more.thanks to calvin our driver for his kindness and patience.we enjoyed prestige and there service so much,we hired them to drive us to and from the airport for our honeymoon.

  These people were great.The only thing that I would complain about about is during the week of it was a little difficult to contact them but they contacted me the day before and everything was saved so for that they are still on the good list.

  This place helped transport my wedding party ALL over Chicago - starting from UIC, West Loop, Humboldt Park, North Ave Beach, Michigan Ave, Grant Park, and finally Chinatown. Whenever my photographer said, STOP, this would be a great stop, our limo driver was able to accomadate quickly. Also, most of our bridal party stayed in the limo for some of shots - and the limo driver made sure everyone was well quenched with beer and champagne. :) Also, there wasn't a wedding/party booked after us, so we used the limo for another hour at $130/hour fee. Great!!! Would completely recommend and the limo is a great value compared to other limo services in the area.

  We found these guys online and did the reservation online. At that time it was required to pay the gratuity. Anyways the morning of our wedding I get a phone call from the limo driver confirming directions. She started to tell me where she was going and it was way off. I had to give the driver directions to pick up my wife and was worried that she would not find our house. she was also asking for directions to and from the church. We were very annoyed by this because we are paying all this money I would expect the company to have GPS in their vehicles. I could have drove myself if I wanted to navigate to my reception. To top it off she insisted that we have to pay her the gratuity. As I mentioned we payed gratuity when we reserved the limo on limos.com. This was seperate from the deposit. Anyways we did not have that great of an experience with this company.   We reserved a Hammer Limo from Prestige. The day before the wedding they called saying that the Limo has been in the accident and they will change it to a streach SUV if we want. We refused and cancelled it since it was not what we want. The Customer service person told us that the will get our refund in 3 days but it never happened. We have called maybe more than 10 times but they keep saying there is a problem with a mechant. It is almost three months now and we are looking into other options to get our money back.
