    Premier is the best! Highly recommend

    My friends and I have used this company for every holiday trolley event that I can remember over the last 7 years. The responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and incredible team make all the difference and are why we go back time and time again when we know we want to host an incredible event and ensure all our guests have the best time. When my partner and I got engaged last year, Premier was the first thought we had for how to transport the bridal party around the city for photos and the ceremony, and what an incredible way to ensure our guests get home safely at the end of the night with an hourly shuttle from the venue back to the hotel! The team was amazing every step of the way, even decorating the non-wedding limo with garland and greenery so it felt just as magical as the rest of our day! The drivers were prompt and safe and so so funny, our guests were raving for weeks! Could not recommend this team more. Particular shout out to Jennifer who helped us track down the groom's suit jacket the day after the event….she's truly a rock-star!

    So Much Fun!

    I can't say enough good things about Primer Trolley! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with them was absolutely fantastic.

    First off, their responsiveness is top-notch, and their team is incredibly bubbly and enthusiastic. They truly go above and beyond to make your special day even more extraordinary.

    We wanted everything to run like clockwork on our wedding day, and thanks to Primer Trolley, it did just that. From start to finish, everything was perfectly timed, and they had everything ready for us when we needed it. The trolley itself added such a fun and unique element to our wedding. It was spacious and comfortable, fitting everyone with ease.

    We accidentally left all of our extra drinks on board, and Primer Trolley went the extra mile to keep everything safe for us until we returned from our honeymoon. Talk about going above and beyond!

    We're already looking forward to using Primer Trolley for future events because they truly made our wedding day even more special. If you want a responsive, fun, and reliable team to add that extra "wow" factor to your event, look no further than Primer Trolley. They're absolutely amazing, and we can't wait to work with them again!

    Great experience

    Premier Trolley and Limo was great and easy to work with! I called in January to reserve a limo for my Labor Day weekend wedding and I seemed to have pick of the litter. A week before the wedding, staff called me again to confirm pick up and drop off locations. Day of, our driver was very prompt and took us to/from family pictures with no problems. I would definitely recommend them!

    Fantastic Experience with Premiere Trolley

    Premiere Trolley was the perfect trolley service to partner with for our wedding day. Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish. Our driver was awesome too - he arrived on time, was a good driver, and made sure we had everything we needed for our day. We loved the Marilyn Jean because there is a back balcony you can use during the trolley ride. I will recommend Premiere Trolley to anyone looking for a trolley rental.

    Transported our most special people!

    We hired Premier Trolley for our bridal party. It is absolutely classic to have a beautiful white trolley for your wedding and they did not disappoint! They drove us safely and efficiently to our bridal party pictures and to our venue. Thank you for everything!

    Great wedding trolley experience across downtown Chicago

    We booked Premier Trolley to drive our wedding party around downtown Chicago to take wedding photos before our ceremony. It was easy to book the trolley over the phone, and their prices were below the other well-rated options. They arrived early to pick us up and navigated multiple stops in Chicago without issue, even with all of the madness in the Loop due to the St Patrick’s Day Celebration, plus River-Dying crowds. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premier Trolley, thank you!

    Amazing Experience!

    Premier Trolley and Limo was an absolute dream to work with! From the very beginning, Tom the owner made us feel so relaxed and at ease. He was super helpful in assisting us with finding a trolley that would fit our 30+ bridal party and plus ones for our wedding! He was incredibly transparent with letting us know which trolleys would be air conditioned and which ones were not which was greatly appreciated. He also was incredibly responsive, and even answered our emails/phone calls on a Saturday when we originally inquired about his service.

    Day of, our driver was Angie, and she was incredible, she showed up right on time and even was able to adjust the time frame a little bit by arrive earlier than what we had planned. She was incredibly professional and was able to accommodate the schedule, taking us to the church, pictures at a nearby park and then finally to our venue. The trolley was beautiful and we had lots of compliments of how fun the entire trolley ride was and how incredibly easy it made the transportation process for everyone in the bridal party. Another great perk is that cups, coolers and ice comes with the trolley! It was so great not having to worry about all of that day of. Tom is so fun to work with, and he will definitely take care of you! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who is interested in booking a trolley for their big day!

    We used Premier Trolley and Limo to take our bridal party around the city for photos. We had a blast taking the trolley from location to location. Our driver was very helpful, professional and patient with our large party.

    My husband and I recently used Premier Trolley and Limo as transportation service for our wedding. I have heard unpleasant stories about transportation companies showing up late or not being what people expected, however Premier Trolley and Limo were true to their word and did an excellent job.

    Leading up to the wedding, Tom, the owner, was always accommodating to our needs and was always very informative throughout this whole process. He was willing to work with us in any way to make us happy.

    On the day of the wedding, the trolley arrived on time, which allowed our day to run smoothly. It rained on our wedding day which slowed us down a little bit with having to deal with umbrellas and staying dry. We also had to resort to our plan B for taking pictures. Since we weren't sticking to our original plan, we ended up having the trolley 30-45 minutes passed our scheduled time. We found out later that the trolley had another party to pick up, however the trolley driver never got mad at us and never rushed us.

    I called Tom a couple days after the wedding to apologize about the overage in time, and Tom assured me that it was ok and that there would be no extra charge. I feel that this level of service does not come from everyone. This goes to show that Tom and his company will always strive for customer service. They are reasonably priced and their trolleys are clean, spacious and beautiful. I would strongly consider using Premier Trolley and Limo for your wedding transportation!

    We used Premier Trolley for wedding transportation and couldn't be happier! We hadn't planned on a trolley, but came across Premier Trolley while searching for a limo. The owner, Tom, was so easy to work with and it was clear we would get a much better experience and value with Premier than with the typical limo packages. Tom was flexible in scheduling and was able to work out timing with us given that we did not need transportation for the full 4 hours. We were able to BYOB and snacks. Tom checked in with us several times leading up to the wedding day, as well as after. On the day of, the driver arrived a little early, so we did not have to wait at all after our ceremony. The trolley was beautiful - clean, A/C, and easy to hook up our own music, and could accommodate a large number of people. The driver was willing to drive us to our photo locations and the reception and we stayed on time the whole time. We are very happy with our experience and would strongly recommend Premier Trolley!

    We had The Butler trolley for our wedding on October 3 and were very pleased! The owner, Tom, was easy to get in touch with throughout the planning process. The trolley we originally wanted was double-booked, but Tom ended up offering us a discount to go with a different one. On the day of our wedding, our driver was on time, very nice and pleasant, and got us to our destinations timely and safely. We loved that the trolley had perimeter-style seating, coolers for our drinks, and a hook-up for our phones. Overall, we were happy that we chose Premier Trolley and Limo for our wedding-day transportation.

    Tom at Premier Trolley was so great to work with! He was extremely flexible with his packages and pricing in terms of duration of time we wanted the trolley for and the type of trolley we were looking for. We used their services for our wedding day and used their trolley to drive around the city taking pictures before our wedding ceremony. Our wedding was in November so the trolley they provided was heated and had really comfortable seating throughout. We had 20 people in the trolley at least and you didn't feel crammed at all. There was plenty of seating and they had great speakers for music, provided a cooler for food and drinks and also you could hook up an iphone or ipod to play music. James was our driver and was incredibly easy to work with. We were jumping in and out of the trolley and had many stops and he did a great job navigating through downtown Chicago Saturday traffic.

    I highly recommend Tom and James for your wedding transportation. They were fabulous and provided great service.

    Brides, I recommend staying away. They were the first vendor I booked for my wedding over 1 year ago. They were at an expo and running a deal on their beautiful vehicles. I was so excited to have their special trolley be a part of my big day. Unfortunately, the customer service / professionalism did not match the beautiful vehicles they offer.

    After providing a deposit and receiving the invoice, I was not sent a contract. When I called to ask for it, Richard told me not to worry about it because my date was still a year and a half away but he would send it if I insisted. After receiving the contract there were a few items that weren't clear but he answered and I signed (and was still excited). That feeling went down starting in August when I was reviewing the contract and saw that hours of service were not outlined. I sent an email asking about it and received no response. After 23 days of silence, I followed up again. After another 21 days of nothing, I followed up again. I then got a response that he was out of town and would be back a couple days later and would respond then. A week later he called me and said he didn't remember who I was / what expo he gave me the deal at. I told him I needed 4 hours of service so he on the fly figured out a new price. Within 2 weeks I received the new contract and was going back and forth since I felt $120+ / 30min was high. I then tried to negotiate based on another company's rate and was told he would just refund and I could use someone else. The final straw occurred when I asked for a counter-signed copy of the contract and he refused. I let it go for a few weeks and asked again when I was ready to pay in full. His response was "I am afraid we are not the company you are looking for. We have had 30 emails between us regarding a single trolley for your event. We will refund your money on Monday." 5 months before my big day. You all might want to consider hiring a customer service professional to handle future clients.

    After servicing over 300 weddings this is my first and hopefully my last bridezilla. After receiving over 30 emails from her about a simple trolley, we decided we were not the company for her. No matter what we did she was never happy. As politely as we could we gave her a full refund and let her find another company with plenty if time to spare. This may be a first, we got a bad review without even servicing her! This is our first bad review EVER.
