    Carlee is amazing! She organizes, keeps track of time, and makes sure everything is running smoothly. She made our dream wedding come to life and made sure all the little touches and visions we wanted work our perfectly. She is definitely worth every penny and more!

    If you are looking for someone to help you achieve your perfect day, then hire Carlee! From the very first phone call she was a calming force for me, a very high-strung bride. She was so professional, attentive and knowledgeable that I knew our day was in good hands.

    I had a very elaborate decor scheme and lots of little details, which she was able to pull off perfectly, along with wrangling a giant wedding party which included 9 kids!

    My new husband and I are so grateful to Carlee, our day was everything we wanted.

    I am so incredibly thankful that Carlee was part of our wedding team. I could not have asked for a better person to help me carry out my wedding vision. Carlee took over all planning and coordination 4 weeks prior to our wedding, which not only made our big day absolutely perfect, but also made the weeks leading up to it incredibly calm and enjoyable. She is professional, patient, caring, warm, and an all-around lovely person. She made sure everything was set up perfectly down to the last detail and took care of all of our guests needs as if they were her own family. I cannot thank Carlee enough and would without a doubt recommend her to any bride.

    I cannot recommend Carlee enough, she is fantastic at her job, she put me at ease through the whole planning process. Day-of, I knew I could trust her completely, there was not a single (noticeable) snag in the whole day. I could not have done this without Carlee.

    Carlee was fantastic. We hired her for full service wedding planning. We live out of town and she was able to coordinate an amazing day for us. We had monthly FaceTime meetings. She allowed us to enjoy the wedding planning process by keeping us on track. She is extremely organized, hard working, thorough. She has great contacts in the Whistler area which allowed for easy hiring of vendors etc. On the day she had everything move flawlessly. Absolutely incredible!!! Definitely recommend her highly.

    Carlee was incredible from the very beginning. I hired Carlee over the phone and actually never met her in person until the day of the wedding. Carlee is kind, patient and an excellent listener. She is very professional and takes her time to completely understand your vision and ensures its delivery. On the day of the wedding, Carlee was a calm presence, she was very organized and a task master. She took care of all the details and there is no job above or beneath her. I would highly recommend Carlee and was very impressed with her professionalism, attention to detail, patience and presence.

    "One of the best decisions we've ever made was to hire Carlee as our "Day-Of Coordinator" for our wedding in Pemberton. We immediately liked her, and knew from the first moment that we met her, that she was someone who would ensure an absolutely perfect event. She spoke with us several times prior to the wedding, and was always quick to ease any of our concerns, and was always offering to take tasks upon herself to lighten our checklist. She was also very thorough in every step taken, and brought up several key event factors that we would have missed if not for her!

    When the weekend of the wedding arrived, Carlee was an absolute joy to be around. Her enthusiasm for the upcoming event was contagious, and she made set-up into an exciting and enjoyable experience. She had so many wonderful ideas, and was able to quickly and effectively improvise fixes for unexpected roadblocks. When the weather threatened to remain nasty, Carlee was the driving force behind creating solutions that would work with the weather, without sacrificing the vision that we had created for our outdoor wedding.

    I watched her toil tirelessly in the pouring rain, a smile on her face, determined to give us our special day. At one point, she came up to the bridal suite to ask me a question. Seeing her, soaking wet from head to toe, but still driven to ensure the venue was beautifully made-up, I knew that this was a lady who was truly passionate about both her job and her clients. She was also my saviour in that she knew exactly how to assure me that everything would turn out perfect... and in the end, it was just that. Perfect!

    I can't even count the number of people who came up to me that weekend and said, "Your wedding coordinator is amazing!" I couldn't agree more with them. Charming, enthusiastic, vibrant, wonderful... I could go on and on. As a wedding planner and coordinator, she's every good word I can think of, and an all-around amazing person. Thanks Carlee!

    Inspite of us living overseas during the planning process, it made no difference to Carlee as she still efficiently planned every detail of our wedding. Carlee was very organized down to the minute…literally. I didn’t realize how much planning was involved behind the scenes but it made me appreciate and enjoy the day that much more. She had Plan B and C as a back up just in case we needed it. She was professional yet energetic and just as excited as we were for our special day. Her multitasking seemed effortless and I am still amazed at her beautiful work. Carlee listened thoughtfully to our wishes and desires and worked to make sure that they were fulfilled even within our budget. She truly is one of a kind and anyone would be lucky to have her plan their wedding.

    Carlee was absolutely great to work with. She had answers to all of our questions, and when she didn't know the answer she found out promptly. She took things off my hands to make life easier for me, and it was so appreciated. I would highly recommend if you want to offload some stress!!

    If you need an support package with years of experience besides a mere coordinator and event planner your should definitely go ahead with Pocketful Productions.
