  We LOVED working with Photography by Gillian

  Sean and Sarah shot our wedding day and my husband and I couldn't have been happier with them! They where flexible, creative, relaxed and very professional. They truly went above and beyond in every aspect. Sarah rounded up everyone in our large family to capture the photos we wanted and she even helped remove my veil! Sean made us and our wedding party feel completely comfortable and relaxed. He even helped me craft a day wedding day timeline before hand. As a bride and groom it is really important to like who you work with on your special day and we loved working with Sean and Sarah!! We would highly recommend Photography by Gillilan to anyone who asks!

  Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

  Sean and his wife Sarah make an amazing team! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was as stress-free as possible on our wedding day and also helped to keep our day-of timeline on track. We have over 700 edited pictures from the day and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out! I would absolutely recommend them for anyone who wants excellent talent while also staying budget conscious.

  Sean and his wife Sarah were absolutely amazing! From the first meeting to the end of our wedding day it was an enjoyable experience. They captured our happiness perfectly, I can never thank them enough for the photos of the memories I'll cherish forever.

  The photographers were awesome! So friendly and easy to work with! They made us both feel comfortable during both our engagement and wedding photos! They were quick to respond when we had any questions and we received our pictures super fast! We would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

  Sean and his wife did an amazing job with our wedding photos! We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their level of attention to both detail and us on our big day. They were flexible and fit us in with only about 5 weeks until our wedding and gave us a very affordable quote. We loved Photography by Gillilan!

  I had done a photo shoot with Sean before, so I knew he was easy to work with and very professional (oh, yeah, and I love his style!) so it was easy to choose Photo by G for our wedding. Sean and Sarah did a great job before and during our wedding. They met with us in advance to go over our timeline, special shots we wanted to get, VIP guests, etc. In the week leading up to the big day, I sent Sean a bazillion stream-of-consciousness emails filled with random questions, and he took it all in stride and responded quickly. They did a great job on site — even arriving before I did! — and kept everything moving along to make sure we got all the photos we wanted. If you have pose ideas you want to try, or if you want them to take the creative lead, they're game either way. They are respectful of your special moments and never distract you with obnoxious photographing — I barely even noticed when they were taking pictures. Sean also has a policy that he doesn't post any pictures on his website or Facebook page so that YOU are the first people to see them, which we thought was very professional and respectful (albeit a little frustrating, because we really want a sneak peek!). We can't wait to see our photos but we know they'll be great. Highly recommend!

  We had Sean and his lovely Wife as our photographers for our big day at Dock 580. Sarah went straight to our venue to setup for the family photos we wanted and Sean met us at The Hilton to shoot the bulk of our photos. He made me feel very comfortable and got some great shots of me and my bridesmaids getting ready. The groomsman had a blast with him and got a lot of creative shots with Sean's help. We decided to do a reveal and Sean was able to shoot it from far away so we could still have a private moment.
  
  Once we got all of our Bride and Groom photos and Wedding party photos, we headed the the venue to do the family photos. Sarah had everything setup so we could start right away. We had a few little kids in our group and Sean and Sarah were able to get them to smile and look at the camera. After that, they melted into the crowd so we didn't feel like we were constantly being photograph but we have every possible photo we could ever want. They didn't miss a moment.
  We let Sean know the groom's parents wanted to be in a lot of photos and he gave us a lot of options with them in it.
  
  Sean and Sarah also did our engagement photos in the Short North. It only took an hour but we were able to go to lots of different spots along high street. It was also 100 degrees that day but Sean didn't complain once. He was a true professional.
  
  Sean gives you a link and a disc with all of your photos on it so you can print off photos yourself or he can do it for you.
  
  I can't wait till we got our edited photo books from Sean because I know they are something we will cherish for a lifetime.

  After what felt like forever trying to find a photographer, I found Sean and his wife. I am a picky person and wanted a lot from my photographer. Sean and his wife went beyond what I had expected and provided me with such beautiful photos I will cherish the rest of my life.

  Sean Gillilan and his wife are simply AMAZING. Sean had some really great suggestions in the planning phase for pictures and helped me with other things as well - photo booth, catering suggestions etc. He was always so responsive and accountable (which is super important for a bride!). On my wedding day, Sean and his wife came early to set up and be ready to take pictures at the agreed time. They are so much fun and it was a blast to work with them. They made the picture time a really enjoyable experience. His wife had printed all the interest pictures I had pinned and shared with them and showed them to the wedding party for each pose, which made it so easy for everyone to know what they were supposed to do and where they should be. The pictures turned out PHENOMENAL. We had some rain and grey skies and you cannot see any of this in the pictures - they are simply beautiful. Sean was such a big part of our wedding and helped us capture so many wonderful memories. All of our guests commented on how fun and cool my photographers were!

  We are absolutely thrilled with our experience and the final product! Sean was very easy to work with. I sent so many sample pictures that I liked and we talked through what I liked about each one a few days before the wedding so he had an idea of what catches my eye. He made sure he had our schedule for the day so he was prepared for the day. We went with the essential package which worked out well for us. We got plenty of pictures and are very glad we went with two photographers. Sean's wife, Sarah, was so helpful to me in the bridal room, making sure we got all of the pictures I wanted of my dress and accessories as well as making sure I had lipstick on. We had so many pictures, it took awhile to get them. It was well worth the wait. Sean was even nice enough to send us some specific shots ahead of time so we could take advantage of a print offer we had that was expiring before all of the photos were done. The photos are so beautiful! We have received the nicest comments about them. Sean's style is exactly what we were looking for which can be seen in the photos on his website. We are very happy with our decision to hire Sean for our wedding.

  We were so happy that we got to work with Sean and Sarah for our wedding day pictures. Our wedding day ended up being very cold so we had to cut down the outdoor locations for photos last minute. They came up with such cool ideas for indoor pictures and the photos themselves were amazing. We ordered a wedding book from Photography by Gillilan as well and we were absolutely blown away with our amazing it turned out. The quality, clarity, and creativeness of the pictures were great. We HIGHLY recommend Photography by Gillilan for couples on their wedding day and we will be using them for any other occasion that we may need professional photography for!

  I was planning an out of town wedding and that was super stressful to me. But working with photography by Gillilan was the easiest thing about planning a wedding! Sean and his wife did an excellent job easing the fears of this bride and were very professional and plesant to work with. The pictures were just want we wanted and they took so many throughout the night. They really were able to capture every magician moment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone !
