If you are hesitating in any way in trying to decide if you need a wedding planner, YOU DO! If you are trying to decide if you want Party Belles to be your wedding planners, YOU DO! We were fortunate to have Mary Ann as our main planner but with her, you get the whole team! They walked with us through every step of the process. Budget, vendors, communication, timelines, decor, execution - the list goes on & on. They will think of things that never crossed your mind. Party Belles created & executed a fairytale wedding for our daughter. Their contacts & vendors are vast and we are pleased with every single vendor that they recommended! Simply the best!
I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing wedding planner team. Erin & Jon not only had the creativity but also the utmost patience to bring our vision to life. Our guests said they’d never been to another wedding styled similarly to ours. The day went by without a hitch. I’m sure there was drama, but Erin kept the drama far away from my husband and I, such that we were able to enjoy every moment of the day with our family and friends. They even carved away time and space for my husband and I to eat before all the dancing started! Love Party Belles! You won’t regret picking them for your special day 😊 -

Event Savers!
The Party Belles (specifically Erin) were absolutely phenomenal! If you want your event to go flawlessly without any details being missed these are the people to hire! We had Erin as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was a lifesaver. She paid attention to every single detail. For example, The kitchen was a little behind so Erin switched up the flow of events and made the bridesmaid's and groomsmen's speeches first, I did not even realize there was a delay due to her vigilance. After pictures, I headed to the ceremony and laid my flowers in some unknown area. When I was just about to walk down the aisle I realized I did not have my flowers and that was when Erin had them right there for me. Those are just two examples of how amazing Erin was. She took the time to go over ever detail with us prior to the event and gave us confidence every step of the way. She was extremely responsive with a turnaround time of less than an hour with every interaction I had with her. If you were considering hiring the Party Belles, this is your sign to hire them! :) -

Absolutely perfect!
As a groom I couldn't have been more thankful for my bride to be to have found Erin and John from Party Belles as a day of planner. My wife was certainly in great hands with to make sure all the "T's" we wanted were crossed, the "I's" we needed were dotted, and everything was kept on schedule and accounted for beyond what we could have hoped for. They kept all of our worries at bay and left us to truly be able to enjoy ourselves on our day. They were extremely responsive to all the questions and concerns that we had and had working solutions, with several options along with them, to meet needs we didn't know we had, and reassured us that if there was anything we didn't want... that that would be taken care of too. So again, as a groom I couldn't have asked for better because my bride was so well taken care of... and I was heard, respected, and taken care of as well. Erin and John really are the best. -

Don’t walk, RUN to Party Belles for your event!!! If there is anything that you need for your big day, it is Erin and Jon!! They were absolutely without a doubt fantastic from start to finish. I can’t sing enough praises to how prompt, patient, respectful, compassionate, professional, fun, and helpful they are. I hired Erin to be my month of planner, Jon was her assistant for our wedding day. They took SO much stress off us toward the very hectic last weeks before the big day. I was hesitant at first because it was a splurge but looking back, I don’t regret a single penny that I spent having them be a part of our day. In fact, if I could do it again with a smaller budget, I would still hire them and bargain hunt for everything else.
Further, the décor we rented from Party Belles was also fantastic. Erin did the calligraphy by hand for our welcome sign, unplugged ceremony sign, and seating chart. All three signs were gorgeous and cohesively designed. Erin and Jon came to help set up which made the process seamless and quick. Party Belles has a ton of different packages and services to offer that make it easy for someone on any budget. They never push sales on you which made us so comfortable while making decisions. If something needed tweaking for style, budget, or comfort it was incredibly easy to do so with Erin at our side. Do yourself a favor and book with Party Belles for your event, I can promise you that you will love them!! -

Ah-mazing!
Erin and team were just The best! Erin helped us plan and execute our vision for one of our Indian pre-wedding ceremonies - Sangeet. She was so patient with us as we worked through the planning process and very flexible and accommodating to our last minute changes and requests. She took time to understand and acclimate herself with the Indian culture and multi-day Indian weddings and exceptionally performed her duties as our wedding day coordinator. My favorite part was that Erin was always honest with us and available to talk or answer our questions at all or anytime. And that she always checked in on how we were doing, throughout the wedding planning process. Erin loves what she does and her work speaks for itself! You would not regret if you hire her for your wedding/event needs. -

PartyBelles are the best tool you could use to tackle any get together!
After using several linen, serving accessories and yard game rentals for our 2020 wedding, we knew just who to contact when we were looking to host another get together and needed some supplies. Erin is quick with feedback and gave me lots of options when I shared what I was interested in. This time around I only ended up renting two tables and 11 chairs but it was a smooth process. I recommend utilizing the Belles for any gathering small - or large! By having these rental services, it turned our ordinary get together into something pretty classy! -

Phenomenal Service
I have been working with Erin and Jon at Party Belles for 4 years now and they are phenomenal! We have used them for our homecoming dances and a Senior Lua. They truly take the stress out of planning for 850+, and they always stay true to my budget. My students share their vision and Erin seamlessly brings it all together; above and beyond what we all have in mind. I rave about Erin every chance I get! Erin from Party Belles is great! I mean she heard my vision and made it a reality. Honestly it was probably even better than I envisioned. I'm so grateful that I went with the setup and take down because it made my life and wedding so much better!
Their warehouse is huge and has so much stuff stuff that you wouldn't even be able to go through!
Have pictures so Erin knows what you want but if you don't just tell her and she can make it happen. -

Not all Superheroes wear capes!
Erin at Party Belles is a real-life superhero! We originally hired her for day of but after the shower, we realized we were going to need more help in order to pull off a wedding. Erin graciously became our month of wedding planner. She spends quality time with you and truly wants to understand your vision. When you have no ideas, she has the perfect one. She thinks of all of the minutist of details and has a solution(s) for everything. Erin is uber talented! She stays cool when emotions start to run high (mine! Our bride stayed as cool as a cucumber the whole time!) She checked on us after the wedding. Erin gives you 110%. I highly recommend that you use Party Belles' services! -

I have never met anyone better at their job than Erin Ryan! She is the most calming presence with such an upbeat, fun attitude. I always left meetings with her feeling 100x better than I did when I walked in and she was always prompt to respond, even when it was a panicky text after 9pm. My guests had so many compliments for Erin, and she was so calm, cool, and collected, even when she probably felt like she was wrangling cats at the reception. I am so glad that I hired a coordinator, and only have good things to say about Erin at Party Belles. I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the central PA area! I know for a fact that my day went so smoothly because she was there! -

Baby Sprinkle Event
I am so happy to be able to write a review for the Party Belles and have a place to show my gratitude for them in a time I desperately needed their help. I usually plan these type of parties/events myself, but decided to use an outside source this time. I used Party Belles to plan my daughter's Baby Sprinkle for her son. This event was in March 2022 and they were able to accommodate my request to have the baby event at my home vs having to rent a facility (this way I could spend more money)!! They had great ideas from the very beginning on what they could create with me, based on my ideas as well. They communicated every move they made and we worked together on the menu, games, etc. Communicating is a big detail for me. They came into my home one evening, told me what they were going remove (furniture, etc), where they were going to place things and basically create different type of areas in my home for the Baby Sprinkle events. My home transferred into a gorgeous event with about 25 attendees. The staff was super energetic, kind and always wanted to make sure everyone had a wonderful experience, including my daughter and me, setting up the event, during the event and after the event. The staff was always making sure I had a drink in my hand, I was relaxed and not stressing (which I was not!!) They served my guests with Prosecco at the entry door, they were the hostesses for games and every event at the party. The decorations, table set-ups, etc. was not anything I could have pulled off as well as they did. I could not have asked for more from them. The best part is they made my daughter's 2nd baby shower, memorable for her and me. They went above and beyond my expectations. -

Hire the Party Belles! Like, NOW!
Let me cut right to the chase: HIRE THE PARTY BELLES! The best piece of wedding advice I ever received was that I needed to hire a Day Of Coordinator. I’m a planner by nature (see also: control freak), so I wasn’t totally sold on the idea of handing over the reins of our wedding to a coordinator for the day. But, I am SO GLAD I did! Squall and I could not have picked a better company or coordinator! Our Party Belle was Erin, and we were fortunate enough to work with her from beginning to end. The amounts of stress she relieved can’t begin to be measured, and when I tell you the wedding day went perfectly, I mean it literally went perfectly—not a single thing went wrong! Erin felt more like a close friend than a hired vendor, and she was able to problem solve, put out any potential fires before they were even started, and ensured that everything went smoothly and flawlessly! (Ask my bridesmaids; as soon as I saw her arrive on site the day of the wedding, I immediately exclaimed, “Oh thank god, ERIN IS HERE!”) There wasn’t a thing she wasn’t ready and willing to do, to ensure our day was exactly what we wanted—she even crawled up under my veil in order for our photographer to get the perfect shot he was after! A true professional and an absolute joy to work with; I don’t think a single person involved in our wedding (vendor, guest or otherwise) didn’t have something wonderful to say about her/the Party Belles. I just seriously can’t stress it enough; hire a Coordinator and very specifically, hire The Party Belles! My only regret is that the whole experience is over now—we’ll miss you, Erin! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! We literally could not have pulled this off without the Party Belles.-

Amazing is the only word!
What a lifesaver Party Belles was! My planner, Erin, was an absolute joy to work with. She was efficient and incredibly organized. She was on board with my ideas from the start and constantly was a sounding board for new ideas. She helped rein in my outlandish plans and she helped achieve my absolutely perfect day. We even had to adapt because one décor project was struggling, she found a different way to make it work. My stress level the day of was non-existent because I knew Erin and her team would have everything ready to go! I signed off for the month of planner; that month of planning services for my June wedding really started in November/December. We had multiple planning meetings and constant communication. It was worth every penny and if I had to do my day over, I'd definitely hire Erin and her belles again!!! -

Great Wedding coordinator
Although we knew she was insanely busy with many events, Erin made us feel like we were the only event she was working on. She was always available by phone or text to answer any questions we had. Five days before our ceremony, Erin was the one to reach out and tell us our venue had decided to close and would not be hosting our wedding that weekend. That's one of the scariest things that could have happened! Erin was a huge asset during this tough time and offered to help us look for another venue on short notice. Our contract with the Party Belles was originally through the venue, so at this point we had a decision to make. Although left to my own devices I may have never considered hiring a day of coordinator, I loved working with Erin so much we decided to just eat the cost and pay for the services ourselves. SHE WAS AMAZING! Best decision I ever made. She made transitioning from one venue to another feel as least stressful as possible. The day of services were also incredible. Her and her team's eye for decoration is un-matched. Everything looked amazing, and Erin anticipated my needs before I even knew what I needed. I would highly recommend Party Belles services to anyone looking for an event coordinator. -

INCREDIBLE is an understatement! We hired Erin from Party Belles for our wedding coordination and she covers EVERYTHING! We had the opportunity to have so many meetings to go over every details along the way, things brides & grooms totally forget! She did not let us miss a thing! I could always call Erin with any concerns or anxieties I was having & she would ease my mind and we would figure out a plan right then & there. Any rentals we needed were taken care of with ease & they have such a beautiful variety of rentals in their warehouse & will go above & beyond to get anything you need if they don’t have it. Our venue cancelled 3 days before our wedding & Erin and her husband Jon who also works in the Party Belles warehouse helped us totally create a new perfect day in less than 72 hours. We are still speechless at how incredible they are! They are hands down 2 of the best humans we have ever met. Day of, their entire team was so helpful & placed everything decor wise perfectly! They made sure everything ran smoothly for all of our guests & vendors and didn’t have to come to us for anything because you develop that connection over the entire process that they know exactly what you are looking for and imagining for your big day and take care of it all! I will rave about Erin and Jon, & the entire team from Party Belles forever & recommend them to anyone for their wedding day or event!!! 1000000/10!-

Flexible and reasonable
The belles let me enjoy my daughter’s wedding. You will find them very flexible with a whole range of services. I designed all the church flowers. But I needed someone to execute my vision. Erin took the time to listen to all my little details. Her team unloaded boxes, set up everything. Then came back after the ceremony to pack it all back up and put everything in my truck.

Perfection
Erin and Party Belles 100% exceeded my expectations and provided me the dream wedding I dreamed of as a little girl. From our very first contact Erin was amazingly supportive, listened to every thought, idea, suggestion I had, encouraged me when planning was getting to me, contacted me almost daily from day one to wedding day, had tissues ready without asking and delivered a STUNNING setup in our home that left us speechless and our guests in awe. Hiring the team at Party Belles was the best decision we made! We were thrilled with the job that Erin and the team did, not only leading up to our day, but the day of as well. Planning began pre-Covid; we were already stressing then...little did we know. Our date and venue changed twice, but Erin never skipped a beat. She found alternatives for catering and decor and made our day the best it could possibly be - and in 90+ degree weather the day of to boot! She truly was our rock! Over the course of many months of planning, she made herself available for questions/advice and her calm demeanor was our voice of reason when we began stressing about hosting a wedding during a pandemic. She worked hard to ensure every safety precaution was taken, and I am happy to report at almost three weeks out, everyone has a clean bill of health. We could not/would not have had such a wonderful day of celebration if not for Erin and the team at Party Belles!!

Covid Replan
My daughter's original wedding plans which had been planned for 18 months became a Covid causality. Luckily I saw an ad on Facebook for Party Belles and a package they offered for Covid Brides. We contacted Amy and were able to pull off a perfect wedding within a few short weeks. The smaller guest list (following the PA guidelines) and change in venue were the only changes. Can not thank Party Belles enough for helping us "Save the Day." They worked with us in every aspect - we added some items to the package in exchange for items we already had purchased. Amy was easy to work with, super accommodating, great with suggestions and very professional. Everything arrived on time, set up and take down were excellent. I just can not say enough about them. We highly recommend Party Belles!! -

Fantastic!
My husband and I really enjoyed working with Erin, our wedding coordinator! She helped make our special day stress-free, beautiful, and the way WE wanted it! She worked very closely with my mother because we had the wedding on her property. One of Erin's skills was being able to be a FABULOUS "liaison" between mother and daughter. She did a great job keeping us both pleased while still maintaining what the bride envisioned. Also, she was just so easy to talk to! I felt like I was calling/texting a friend by the end. Highly recommend!!!-

I am so excited to write this review, because Party Belles was absolutely ESSENTIAL to making my wedding day perfect! I worked very closely with Leah to refine all of the little details for the big day, and she was so energetic and positive about everything. She really helped take all the things I wanted and put them together so it all worked. I had an idea for a balloon wall, and she was so excited to do it and the end result was amazing. She was always quick to respond to emails went out of her way to make things as easy as possible for me. All of the rentals were great quality and affordably priced, from the gold chairs to the blush table scatter, and Leah was there that day to help set everything up including the additional décor that I brought with me. Party Belles did our gorgeous ceiling drape with lights, and we rented all of the chairs, the sequin runners and the sequin sweetheart table cover, which really made the room sparkle. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Party Belles in York, PA.-

We used Party Belles as our day of wedding planners in Dec 2017. Amy was available leading up to the wedding to discuss the timeline and check-lists. They were able to attend our wedding rehearsal which was helpful because they were able to get a feel for the church and know how we wanted the ceremony to work. On our wedding day, Amy and Leah arrived and stayed for the day and helped make everything flow without issues. I know they did a good job, not because of how much I observed them doing, but by how I never once thought something wasn't going right. They made sure behind the scenes ran smoothly and it was appreciated to relieve our parents / relatives of this headache. We also rented some sweetheart chairs from them that were beautiful on our special day!-

Oh where to start. Leah from Party Belles is the most awesome person to work with. She has so many ideas and the decorations are gorgeous. She took her time with us and helped bring my dream wedding come true. I just cant say enough of her. She is the sweetest person and is always so enthusiastic. She made the decorating of our wedding so easy and effortless on my part. I gave her my thoughts and what I imagined and she delivered so much more than what I could have dreamed. I cant recommend Party Belles enough!! You wont regret using them and its one less thing you need to do. She set up and tore down. I didn't have to lift a finger. Going to the shop was one of my favorite things about wedding planning. They have so much and so many different themes to fit every wedding/party theme. -

Party Belles is such an important part of the Greater York Area; I don't know how we managed without them before.
Amy is the best! There's nothing she won't try to do for you. And she's super patient when you change your mind a lot. If you're unsure about something, just ask - she'll steer you in the right direction (and respects your budget).
I've seen pictures of other people's events too - what a wide range of party themes she puts together - I will definitely call Party Belles when I want to plan another celebration.
PS - Leah and Erin are great - they all work so well together - everyone at Party Belles is awesome! They obviously love what they do and it shows! -

We hired Party Belles for our wedding in May 2017. The main reason was for day-of-event coordination, as we picked a unique venue (Central Market in York), which meant that we were on our own for a LOT of details: dancefloor/table/chair rentals, set up, decorations, food vendors, etc. So, we really wanted someone to help make sure the day would go smoothly AND help guide us to the right vendors along the way.
Amy was awesome to work with! Always full of cheer and positivity, yet also on top of all the details. She led us to some great vendors, and was also very patient & helpful with my chronic indecisiveness. Also, her emails would always address every single question I had.
On the day of our wedding Amy & her daughter, Leah, were invaluable. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside in Cherry Lane, so Party Belles arranged ALL of the chairs for us. Unfortunately, we were one of those "lucky" couples to have rain on their wedding day. I waited until as late as possible to make the "let's move it inside" call - hoping it would clear up enough. Party Belles patiently waited, and when we made the call - they jumped into action. The wedding was moved, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Also, moving the wedding into the Market was an easy call b/c it looked PERFECT! The table linens and added bistro lights from Party Belles made the Market look magical!
Amy also pulled some AMAZING strings. The park that our ceremony was supposed to be in had construction fences up. They were an eyesore that I was pretty bummed about. The day before the wedding, we showed up for our rehearsal - Amy had found the right people and the fences were GONE!! It was incredible. She also made some signs and phone calls to ensure that we wouldn't have strangers wander into our ceremony. It's a shame that all of that was for nothing (STUPID rain...I'm still not over it, lol).
Go with Party Belles. You won't regret it! -

Let's start this by saying how difficult it is to transform a fire department into a beautiful wedding reception... Within a reasonable budget. Amy was so helpful when we met with so many options for decorating. She stayed within our budget, was prompt getting back to my crazy bride to be questions and fulfilled everything she said they would. I wish I would have hired her as our wedding coordinator!

My husband and I had the wonderful good fortune to find the Party Belles, Amy and Leah to help with the planning of our daughter's wedding! The wedding was held at our family farm, and being a micro managing Mother of the Bride I knew (and my husband knew!) I needed someone to take the reins the day of the wedding and let us enjoy the time with our daughter! These ladies helped us with selection of vendors, layout of the tent and ceremony site, vendor arrival times the day of the wedding... we were even able to rent beautiful items from their shop to make everything look magical and romantic! The wedding day was spectacular! Heartfelt thanks to Amy Herwig of Party Belles for her amazing help with the wedding of two dear friends yesterday at York Hospital -- with just two days’ notice!
Amy took time out of busy schedule to meet with the family Friday night at the hospital and then arrived early Saturday morning to decorate the hospital chapel. The chapel was beautiful and I wish everyone could have been able to see it. Because so many family and friends came to the hospital for the wedding, the ceremony had to be moved into the hospital lobby. Amy was invaluable in coordinating all aspects of the day, keeping everything flowing smoothly (and safely for the groom who is undergoing cancer treatment) and made the ceremony very special for everyone involved. Her kindness, positive attitude, and grace under pressure turned a bittersweet circumstance into a memorable, joyous occasion for everyone. On top of everything, she donated her services, citing her “Belles Giving Back” philosophy.

Professional, personable, and genuinely nice people are great ways to describe the Party Belles! I worked with Leah throughout my wedding planning process and she was always quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. As my wedding date approached, she touched base with all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page for the day of. Both Leah and Amy were on site for my rehearsal and wedding, and I'm glad they were! Not only did they help to keep everyone organized and on time, but they did so with smiles on their faces. My family and friends all commented on how nice it was to get to know them and to have them on site during what can be a stressful time. I relied heavily on Leah and Amy to set up my centerpieces for my reception, as we had to do a room flip where we utilized the same space for the ceremony as we did for the reception. Not only were they able to set up all 20 centerpieces in an hour, but they took my vision for how I imagined everything to look and made it even better! I was so, SO pleased with how the room looked after they worked their magic :) . They also added extra touches around my cakes/desserts that made a huge difference aesthetically. They were also a huge help with tearing down my decorations after my reception, which saved myself, my friends, and my family a huge amount of time. As it for closer to the wedding, they were great with taking over and allowing me to enjoy my day without any stress. Party Belles rocks! I hired Amy and Party Belles to be my Day Of Coordinator. Well let me just tell you it as wayyy more than just "Day of"! Amy went with my husband and I to meet with the Caterer and also to see the venue we chose. She had a ton of absolutely fabulous ideas for how to decorate the venue ... the Lemonade Stand near the ceremony entrance was adorable!! And for a first time bride she was ready to answer any and every of my hundreds of questions I had around the ceremony and reception including etiquette, seating, timelines, and so much more. She recommended so many of the vendors I wound up using and they were all terrific! Last but not least my wedding went of so smoothly, everything was just perfect. Thanks to Amy!!! -

Party Belles is truly a top-notch vendor!! Amy was beyond wonderful to work with and took away the stress of planning the wedding decor. Party Belles provided drapery with lighting and worked together with my florist to create floating candle centerpieces for our reception. Everything was beautiful! Amy and Leah were fantastic! My original day of coordinator ended up having a funeral the day of my wedding... I then had less than a week to find a replacement. Amy and Leah stepped up and filled in the spot without any trouble. They were at my rehearsal and then acted as my day of coordinators for the day of the wedding. I can't speak to any of their planning services, but they deserve about 10 stars for flexibility, responsiveness and being able to step in at the last minute to help the day run smoothly! If they were that fantastic without even meeting with me ahead of time, I can only imagine how wonderful they are when you do work with them throughout the planning process!! Thank you both so much! -

Do not walk but run to Party Belles!! Amy and Leah handled my wedding in May 2015. And when I say handled, I mean they did everything! It's just a 5 hour party, what can possibly go wrong? Well, nothing did, thanks to these gals! Not only did they respond amazingly to our every whim but they surpassed my unlimited imagination! Now, thanks to them, I have wonderful memories of these times for the rest of my life. They take the "zilla" out of bridezilla:) They literally worked around the clock and I collapsed into their arms at midnight, the spell broken but never forgotten!!! Thank you Party Belles!! Party Belles helped with all aspects of my daughter's 6th birthday. She wanted a rock star party and she a production with VIP lounge, lit dance floor, DJ, makeup and hair bar , the list goes on. It was such a wonderful event as I got to enjoy it with my daughter, rather than being the hostess. All of our guests were in awe at how wonderfully the party was done for kids and adults, many moms had fun dancing beside their daughters. I think the best thing I can say about this party actually came from my daughter during the event, she said "dreams really do come true mommy because this is the party of my dreams." What else do you say, we will remember it forever and that is priceless. -

Amy and Leah were SO helpful. My husband and I planned our wedding from 3,000 miles away and it was such a relief to have someone in the area where we were getting married to coordinate vendors. Leah was a HUGE help the day of the wedding; she helped bridesmaids who didn't make it to the rehearsal, handled talking to the vendors and most importantly ran interference for... 'excited' guests. -

From my first meeting with the Party Belles, I knew they would be instrumental in coordinating my perfect wedding day! Amy and Leah were enthusiastic and supportive the whole way through. I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day knowing that these ladies had everything covered! Even my guests were so complimentary of the Party Belles! My husband and I were amazed at how they went above and beyond to really make things special for us! They decorated our golf cart (our transportation for the day), and even had a special gift waiting for us on our honeymoon cruise ship! The ladies at Party Belles played an integral part in making a dream wedding come true. Amy relieved the stress of planning and execution by making sure all was order while maintaining a light sense of humor to calm nerves. She was able to step in and offer a helping hand to connect us to vendors that matched our preferences and even provide additional table design services herself.

Working with Party Belles was a joy. Their services would be worth twice what we paid, because they handled everything. Amy came up with creative ideas (that I never would have thought of), searched for and found the perfect venue (a place I never would have considered), did all the research for the various vendors we needed, provided all the plates, decorations, etc. The guests had an absolute blast, and we didn't even have to worry about cleaning up afterwards.
We've never worked with a party planner before, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that we will NEVER plan another party without Party Belles' help. -

Party belles was a wonderful part of my big day! We met in person several times to discuss the lighting and decorations that would make my outdoor tent feel special. Amy had a lot of great ideas and was very in tune with what I wanted. She was very flexible and happily worked within my budget to create exactly what I wanted. Planning a wedding is a very stressful time for anyone. So many details to be worked out. The week before my daughter's wedding my father had a mini stroke. After a few days he was" better" and sent home and looked like he was going to be able to make the wedding. Well, the day before the wedding he was in the emergency room again with more severe problems and we didn't know if he was going to make it. I put this wedding together myself with the help from family and friends and Party Belles. Amy was right there ready to help with whatever was needed. She really cares about the person she's working with and caters to their specific needs. I would recommend her to anyone and I will recommend her to everyone !!!!!! -

Leah and Amy were wonderful to work with. I had a very short time frame for set-up which was the main reason I hired them. A few nights before, Leah was concerned about getting the ceremony chairs set up and I assured her that my family would be available to help if needed. The day of the wedding, when I arrived at the venue, not as much was setup as we had planned but we pulled together and got it done. I was stressed due to everything not being done and my venue coordinator not cooperating with us, but things got set up and no guest knew any different. If I had known, I would have definitely hired some additional people to help out. Overall, it looked beautiful and if anything else went wrong, I didn't know about it because Leah and Amy took care of it! -

Great service, worth the money!
Planner did a great job helping us plan the wedding. Albanie communicated well with other vendors and was assertive (in a good way) with wrangling friends and family for ceremony and reception throughout the evening. We knew we were in good hands and were able to just enjoy ourselves and know everything was taken care of.

Make sure you are there the day of your wedding to make sure that all of your requests are completed. I now have a huge bingo sign in all of my pictures taken at the bridal table. It was lack of attention and caring about my requests. Amy told me that she could cover a wall that had a lot of pictures on it. We referred to it as the "wall of moose men". We were supposed to have fabric draped down over them and 2 spot lights lighting up the fabric. A week and a half before my wedding I asked again if she was sure that she would be able to totally hide the wall because if she couldn't I would be able to have the bridal table on a different wall or in front of the dance floor. She responded by telling me she would absolutely have it all covered. I took her word on it.
We arrived at the reception and after our announcements I got a good look at what she did. She wrapped see through material against all of the pictures and the bingo sign. You can tell she wrapped it twice, but it was see through. The spot lights that were supposed to light up the fabric were put on the floor behind the table and lit up the wall. Everyone tripped over them all night. I was upset that day, but figured what could I do about it at that point.
Well now that I have my wedding photos back I am very angry. That bingo sign and part of the pictures are in all of my photos taken at the bridal table. I emailed her and she told me that it was not her call where the bridal table was set up at. And she told me she only agreed to cover the pictures not the bingo sign. She covered that as a courtesy to me. I reminded her again that I told her if she couldn't cover it I would have the bridal table moved. She blamed it on my relatives that were there to set up my centerpieces, and that they should have said something to her about it. Really??? She wanted to skip through this and do as little as possible for the money she was paid.
