Sarah was an absolute gem! She was kind, professional, friendly and organized. Our wedding day went smoothly and we attribute that to her amazing day-of coordination skills. She was communicative throughout the planning process, gave us great advice on putting together various aspects of our big day, and was a calming presence on a day that can sometimes be stressful. Thank you Sarah for everything you did to make our wedding day so wonderful! :) -

I honestly cannot convey how much I appreciated having Sarah as part of my wedding team. Wedding planning is alot but Sarah made it so seamless, she goes through every detail to make sure your day runs smoothly, she is responsive, incredibly organized and always so sweet. It was an absolute dream working with her. Literally the best decision I made during the whole wedding planning process was hiring Sarah. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are doing a Roaring Camp Wedding. Roaring Camp was not easy to work with but Sarah seems to have the magic touch and once she took over communication I felt a million times lighter and so much stress was lifted off my shoulders. You can count on Sarah and that's what you want in a wedding coordinator. -

Sarah is kind, organized, talented and wonderful and we were so lucky to work with her. Sarah was with us every step of the way, through the uncertainty of the pandemic, to the wedding day of where she made sure everything was packed up. I met with Sarah about 3 times throughout the 2.5 years we worked together. At our final meeting Sarah was incredibly organized, we went through our venue worksheet and she asked all of the important questions. After this meeting we had an incredible Google Sheets document that we used to coordinate the day or timeline, seating arrangements, items to bring etc. The week before the wedding Sarah reached out to ALL of my vendors and extra helper friends that were going to be dropping off for our wedding and my husband and I got to spend our last week before the wedding relaxing and celebrating as we were 100% confident that Sarah would take care of everything!
Sarah was with us at our rehearsal and she beautifully orchestrated our wedding party of about 20 people with ease and everyone felt prepared for the day of.
The day of the wedding went as smooth as can be! Everyone showed up on time, even the groomsmen! And all the decor was in place making our venue look like a dream. Sarah had provided addresses, maps, and timelines to all important parties. Throughout the day Sarah was like our Fairy Godmother, she made sure we were hydrated and ate, she popped up just to check in and made sure knew what was coming next. One of my favorite memories was how kind and sweet Sarah was with sending our little flower girls and ring bearers down the aisle. She knelt down to their level and made sure they were holding their little props the right way and she gently sent them off as they laughed and smiled down the aisle. Throughout the day I found that everyone knew right where they were supposed to be and if there were any problems I did not know about a thing, as Sarah made sure she was the contact person the day of. Sarah was with us all day and she made sure at the end of the night that every little thing was packed up and loaded into our designated load-out cars and that we were out by 11pm. I could really write many pages on how amazing Sarah is, I would 100% recommend hiring her! Our day really was a sweet dream and we can’t thank Sarah enough for helping us coordinate and execute a perfect wedding!

Sarah is the best! We were so happy with her services as our day-of coordinator. She asked all of the right questions during our meeting three weeks before the wedding, and she kept everything organized in google sheets. We had a lot of decor and props, and she did an amazing job setting everything up for us. We were so thrilled with how everything turned out. Everything went off without a hitch! Her positive attitude made her a joy to work with. We highly recommend her for your wedding! -

Sarah was an absolute dream to work with. Every vendor raved about how on top of things she was and I was FLOORED at how helpful and organized she was. Our 3 weeks out meeting went so smoothly and effortlessly, it felt more like a friendly chat about plans than a formal meeting where details needed to be hashed out. My now-husband described her organizational style as "next level." She made helpful recommendations both initially a year out (vendor recs) and in the last few weeks with the little details that made our day go smoothly. I couldn't have pulled off the day I did without her. She did everything from setting up our sola flower decor, to organizing and reorganizing vendor timelines, to wrangling family members, to making sure we had a snack and a beverage during our little alone time after the ceremony. Hire her. She's simply the best. -

We interviewed several planners in the Santa Cruz area and Sarah was the only one who made us feel calm, comforted, and excited all at the same time. Additionally, every single vendor we talked to was SO excited to work with her because she is incredibly thorough, kind, and wonderful to everyone she interacts with. We hired her as our day of coordinator and met with her for a walk through at our venue. During that walk through, her immaculate spreadsheet and corresponding questions made us feel that every detail was considered, and also cared about. She listened to our vision, and was prepared with thoughtful suggestions for our day, as if she completely understood and embodied what was important to us.
When it came to the wedding day, Sarah was an actual fairy godmother. She was somehow ever present, made the space into a wonderland, and had every detail covered while also not being on top of us. One of our favorite details about working with her was that she created space in the day so that we could have moments where we were alone. Immediately after the ceremony, we had a secluded moment to enjoy our appetizers and cocktails (that she lovingly prepared). During dinner, Sarah organized the buffet so that our guests were ushered to eat, while our food was brought to us and we had a moment of normalcy eating together. When we came back to our little cabin at the end of the night, she made our bunk beds, and decorated the bunk with candles and flowers; such a magical touch for the end of magical day. We should have known what an incredible talent she was when all of the other vendors raved about her, but she really is the best investment you can make for the best day of your entire life. Sarah made us feel so enveloped in love, comfort, and calm; we are so Incredibly lucky that she was a part of our wedding day.

We are privileged to share our experience with Sarah as our day of wedding coordinator. From the moment we met her at the Roaring Camp Showcase, Sarah put our minds at ease in regards to handling all the details. Sarah's calm, kind and collected energy comes through in everything she does. When she began to outline our wedding for us, with incredibly detailed spreadsheets and schedules, we knew we had chosen the perfect person to make our day absolutely amazing. Sarah was there for us in every way. She did so many thoughtful things behind the scenes to take care of everyone and make things flow nicely. Sarah made sure we did not have to communicate with any vendors the week of the wedding. She put in so much extra time helping to set up for the ceremony and reception, that we really had nothing to do but enjoy ourselves. She is such a good person, who works very hard and loves what she does. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, A Paper Flower Wedding will exceed all of your expectations. We feel extremely lucky to have had Sarah's support for the big day! -

I'm going to echo all these other reviewers and say that hiring Sarah as our coordinator was easily the best wedding decision that we made. Right from our initial call I could tell that she was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and on top of that a really sweet, professional, pleasant person. We met up with her 3 weeks before the wedding when we were at peak stress levels. That feeling of overwhelm just dissipated when we saw her plan for the day - she thinks of everything, little details we never would have thought of on our own. Her expertise shone through in everything she did, from keeping our vendors on track, to going over the officiant's speech with him beforehand, to the rehearsal, to the wedding itself, to post-wedding cleanup. We didn't have to worry about a thing and just spent our whole wedding enjoying ourselves with our loved ones. All the vendors and parents had nothing but praise for her too - she's truly a magical wedding fairy who can singlehandedly take your special day to the next level. If you're wondering whether to hire a month-of or day-of coordinator, just go ahead and book Sarah. I promise that she's beyond worth it! -

Her work on our wedding day made it an absolutely perfect day. We highly recommend Sarah for anyone who is planning their own wedding but needing a coordinator to tie it all together!! -

I came to her pretty late in the wedding planning game after realizing there was no way our wedding was going to work without someone behind the scenes running things. This could not have been more right and I cannot imagine having the wedding I had without Sarah. She knew about all the little details that we never considered and made sure everything was taken care of. She is friendly, professional and is also an expert at keeping everyone cool when wedding-related crisis happen. She is prompt with communication and flexible with her time. I cannot recommend her more highly. -
