I had the greatest experience at Novelle from the minute i walked in the door. My consultant was Diana, and i honestly can't rave about her enough. She found beautiful dresses in my price range and made sure that the dress was fitted to me before showing my crew. I fell in love with two dresses and left the appointment undecided. I went to a few more bridal shops after that. Two weeks later i had made another appointment at Novelle to finally say yes to the dress that i couldn't stop thinking about. Not only did I absolutely fall in love with the dress i chose, but the experience as a whole was everything and more than i thought it would be and Diana played a huge role in that. I can't say enough good things about this bridal store. I wish i could give you more than 5 stars because Novelle and Diana exceeded all expectations that i ever had. I am soo happy, and I CANNOT wait to wear my dress!

Novelle is a fantastic bridal store. I received great service at several stores; however, the range of dress styles and the warmth, enthusiasm and knowledge base of consultants such as Viv made it a perfect experience overall. I highly recommend this store for any bride to be. Excellent customer service!

Novelle Bridal is the best bridal shop in Edmonton. I have been to quite a few other stores for friends and families weddings and Novelle surpasses all of them for quality, service, variety, knowledge, professionalism. Their staff actually listen to the Brides and helps find a good fit instead of telling the bride what would look best. This year when I was purchasing my wedding dress it was no surprise I found mine at Novelle and cancelled my other appointments for that day.

Novelle Bridal is the best bridal shop in Edmonton. I have been to quite a few other stores for friends and families weddings and Novelle surpasses all of them for quality, service, variety, knowledge, professionalism. Their staff actually listen to the Brides and helps find a good fit instead of telling the bride what would look best. The. Best. Bridal. Shop. Ever. !! I went to several bridal stores when I went shopping for my wedding dress and novelle bridal was hands down, the best. Jessica helped me shop for my dress. Love the dresses here! I've been to 5 or so shops in Edmonton and this was definitely my favourite. Staff was awesome, actually pulled dresses I described were my style. Super helpful and friendly.

Novelle was the first boutique I went to...and the last :)
They have SO many dresses to choose from! It's hard to imagine not finding what you want there!
ALL of the ladies there were absolutely amazing and made the whole experience a pure joy.
I worked mostly with Joanna and holy is that girl good!
After trying on my 7 dresses and not in love with any of them, she came floating in with "the one"! She totally understood what I wanted and how I wanted to look. That whole experience of trying on dresses for the first time is rather overwhelming and although I said "I don't know" A LOT, she still got me! She was a saint!
I also had the pleasure of having her a couple times (along with Vivian) during my fittings. Those girls really helped me figure out what I wanted for alterations and made what could have been a stressful situation, enjoyable.
I can NOT recommend Novelle enough.

They listened to exactly what I wanted and was able to narrow it down to the right dress immediately. They made me feel like a princess and spent the time needed on me to make me feel comfortable with any of my decisions! They even paired me with the perfect jewelry then and there too.

I had my first wedding dress appointment at Novelle Bridal and the experience was amazing! The customer service was A++ and I fell in love with my dream dress here. Felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress!
They listened to everything I wanted and helped me pick the right dress! Loved it so much got all my bridesmaids dresses there! Such an amazing service and would go back! Recommended to quite a few people already!

Novelle Bridal Shop was excellent with my dress. I live in NWT and ordered over the phone. My dress arrived earlier than I expected and they held onto it until I could make my way to Edmonton. The dress was exactly as I wanted and they were able to recommend a seamstress based on my limited schedule. I couldn't be happier.

Going to Novelle to find my dress was such a great experience. They were super friendly and they were very accommodating as we didn't have an appointment, so they did fit us in. And I am so happy they did. 5 stars for this bridal boutique!

Awesome place! The staff is so friendly and helpful and make sure my order was exactly as I had wanted it! The selection was great and they also made sure they stayed within the budget I had asked for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who was looking for a wedding gown!

I put off looking for a dress until 6 months to the wedding date, then made an appointment after seeing their beautiful display at Bridal Fantasy and after having already gone to David's.
Novelle stunned me with their beautiful store and professional sales women. The selection of dresses was gorgeous, and I found THE dress immediately (the cost of my dress was similar to David's and the quality far superior (though they do have luxury dresses too) and I could even get it ordered with only 6 months to go).
After the initial transaction of the deposit for the dress, Novelle has done great follow up for my order, making sure everything was right. I even went with my mom to get her Mother of the Bride dress there as well!
I love Novelle. It was the first time I felt like a true bride. I recommend them to all new fiancées!

I was over the moon with the service at Novelle. It was the third or fourth bridal store we visited, but can't be compared. Many other stores felt like big box stores, without the attention and assistance one looks for when purchasing a dress. Novelle provides a boutique experience, with beautiful gowns. Novelle staff listened to the type of dress I was looking for, and pulled me many beautiful options. They accomodated a large group who was helping me looking. Staff were wonderful at helping me narrow down my choice. What I especially appreciated, was after showing a dress to my large group and getting their opinions, they took a few minutes in the change room to find out how i felt, and helped me figure out what worked and what didn't. They were so helpful and accomodating-I made many trips back to try on the dress again in addition to my fittings, with jewellry and even a wig! My jewellry and bridesmaid dresses also came from Novelle. If you want great service, a wonderful experience and a gorgeous gown that suits you, I highly recommend Novelle.
