Working with LynnAaron Ford and the Nouvelle Weddings team was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. LynnAaron brings a rare combination of organization, creativity, and genuine care to her work. From our first meeting, she listened carefully to our vision and guided us through every step of the planning process with calm confidence and thoughtful expertise.
She curated an incredible team of vendors who perfectly matched our style and priorities, and she executed our vision flawlessly. LynnAaron made sure that every sentimental moment we hoped for was thoughtfully incorporated and never overlooked a single detail—no matter how small—to ensure everything unfolded exactly as planned. It’s hard to put into words how excellent LynnAaron Ford with Nouvelle Weddings is—because she just really is that excellent. We experienced the wedding of our dreams in October 2025, and can say with 100% certainty that it would not have been even close to possible without her.
LynnAaron provided true full-service wedding planning. We often commented on how it felt like a concierge service—she is so good that it seemed like ours was the only wedding she was planning, although we knew logically that that wasn’t true.
She is extremely organized and on top of EVERYTHING! From vendor selection and further communication, to our own personal to-do lists, to creating a website, to designing the wedding, she truly does it all. She honestly took all the stress out of the planning process, for which we are extremely thankful.
Neither of us are people who have thought about our wedding since childhood—in fact, we didn’t really start thinking about what we truly wanted until our first meeting with LynnAaron. She was able to help guide us in the right direction when it came to a number of important decisions regarding design, guest list, priorities, etc.
While she is an amazing wedding planner, she is also equally (or even more!) amazing on the day itself! On our wedding day, LynnAaron managed her team like a true professional and kept everything running on time and smoothly. Despite having numerous tasks to oversee, delegate, and accomplish, she somehow managed to be ever-present for us as the couple, making sure we were doing okay, were fed, and always had a drink in our hand, to name a few.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will truly bring your vision to life (or help you create a vision if you don’t have one!), then you absolutely cannot go wrong with hiring LynnAaron. It’s so clear that she loves what she does, and we think that that love is reflected in the weddings that she plans so thoughtfully.
Our only regret is that we couldn’t attend our own wedding as guests!

Your Wedding Planning Bestfriend
Everyone always says wedding planning is stressful, but not when you have LynnAaron on your team. From our very first conversation to even after the wedding, she was always on top of her game. She’s surrounded herself with an incredible group of professionals, and you can feel the difference, they’re truly next level.
As someone who has dreamed about her wedding for years, I can honestly say LynnAaron brought my vision to life from day one. Her attention to detail and organization are unmatched; I never once had to wonder where things stood. She was our advocate with every vendor and our calm in the storm. There are always going to be things that come up but she was readily available to walk me through situations within minutes.
On the wedding day she was right by my side, Even putting band-aids on my feet during cocktail hour because I decided to wear extremely uncomfortable shoes. Because of her, we were able to fully relax and soak in every moment knowing she had everything handled. She even made sure we ate and always had a drink in hand. She made thoughtful suggestions throughout the planning process that turned into some of our favorite memories.
If you want a planner who’s truly at the top of her game, LynnAaron is it. My only regret is not reaching out to her before booking our venue. Start the conversation with her as soon as you get engaged!

We had the privileged of working with LynnAaron for the planning of our daughter's wedding. From start to finish, it was a joy to work with her. We had 6 months from the engagement to the wedding day, yet we never felt worried about everything getting done. Our daughter and son-in-law were extremely busy with work and lots of international travel so we were very involved in the planning process.
LynnAaron handled all the planning details seamlessly. She did a great job of listening to the bride and groom's vision and making it happen. From connecting us to great vendors to finding the perfect invitation- nothing was missed. Our budget was always considered, she is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, calm and a great listener.
LynnAaron and her team handled all the details of the actual wedding day flawlessly. Any issues that came up were handled so well that we didn't worry a bit. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception design and execution were magical. It was simply perfection. -

I used Nouvelle weddings to plan our home wedding and was amazed by how perfect everything turned out. I didn't know the first place to start when it came to planning an at home wedding. LynnAaron was my planner and she eased my anxieties every step of the way. She was easy to work with and had a relaxed demeanor, which in turn, made me more relaxed during the stressful process! She was very communicative and made herself available whenever I had a question or concern. The vendors she recommended exceeded my expectations on the big day. The flowers, table settings, food, beverage, DJ, etc. totally blew me away. LynnAaron is excellent with delivering on your design inspo and has connections with some of the best vendors in the Baltimore area. She was there to help set everything up and make sure everything went as planned - and it very much did! She even stayed until the after party was over to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Nouvelle weddings and specifically LynnAaron if you get a chance to work with her. She's the best!! -

She had everything planned out and scheduled absolutely perfectly so that I could just enjoy the day and not stress about logistics! We were absolutely blown away by the amazing team at Nouvelle! From the moment we had our first meeting with Briana, we knew that we were in good hands. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions about the wedding planning process. The design meeting with Lynn Aaron was nothing short of amazing! She took the time to turn our ideas into a beautiful and cohesive presentation to give our vendors to ensure we were on the same page!
Sarah, who helped us during the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of, was an absolute rockstar. She was exactly who you want on your wedding day - grounded, calm, and capable. Our day of coordinator Kara was absolutely amazing. I truly do not have enough kind words to say about her and all that she did for us. From the moment we did our first call with her, she was on top of everything. We chose to do a mostly DIY wedding and get married in a state park with a quarter mile walk spaced out for parking, ceremony and reception. One of my fears was that it would become confusing and not flow. Kara and her team completely took those fears away. Day of the wedding Brandon and I did not have one worry and were able to truly enjoy our day. We received so many compliments on how perfect everything looked and how smoothly it flowed. I could not have imagined a more perfect day and that is largely due to how amazing the Nouvelle team was. If you are debating on a wedding planner/day of coordinator- look no further. I cannot begin to detail how grateful I am for Nouvelle -- particularly for LynnAaron and Cindy. As a classic, type-A bride, I had so much already in mind and needed to feel like I was a part of every step. I wanted a designer that listened to what I wanted and who would actually deliver. LynnAaron did just that and more. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate the sheer comfort of how empathetic and kind she was throughout the whole process. It was as if she could read my mind half the time, and she brought my vision to life. Her dedication and responsiveness is a MUST when you are as controlling as I am, so I can never thank her enough for that.
Admittedly, I was THAT bride. When Cindy joined in for month-of-coordination and general planning, she really put me at ease. I had met my to-do list match!! I was so thoroughly impressed by how on-top of things Cindy was; she thought of EVERYTHING before it even crossed my mind. With LynnAaron and Cindy combined, I genuinely had the wedding of my dreams (and they made it so my husband could just nod and say yes to stuff, which made it the wedding of HIS dreams).
Brianna, on top of everything, was so kind and gracious throughout the billing and booking process. She even sent us the most thoughtful, beautiful gift after our wedding. I can't say enough about Nouvelle and how much they mean to us. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

We worked with LynnAaron Nichols for our wedding in Baltimore, MD. It's hard to describe how much LynnAaron became part of our world during the wedding planning process. We had a Jewish wedding and she was great about (a) already know many of the traditions and (b) learning with us along the way when we needed a very specific accommodation. We are so grateful for her attention to detail and her dedication to our vision for the wedding. Her team was absolutely remarkable the weekend of the wedding. We had the great fortune of working with LynnAaron for more than two years on the full planning of our Baltimore wedding. She was there helping us at every step of the way and made the process an absolute breeze!! I never felt stressed or worried at any part of the process because I knew she had everything under control and was working on everything behind the scenes. When it came time to think about design, LynnAaron was able to pull out details and colors from inspiration photos I’d provided that I hadn’t even realized I wanted. Our wedding turned out to be an absolute fairytale and everyone remarked on how I was doing nothing but smiling the whole day and not worrying about anything at all. We absolutely loved working with Nouvelle for our wedding. We had to reschedule our wedding twice and make a venue change due to Covid-19 and Briana was incredibly flexible with us. We did the "month of planner" option and our lead planner was Julia, who was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly organized and detail oriented, and she was very responsive via email leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day Julia was assisted by Kara and Alex, who were both fantastic and kept the whole day running smoothly. Everyone on the planner team worked well with all of our other vendors and all of our guests were impressed with how flawless the day went. We are forever grateful to the Nouvelle team and could not recommend them more. -

Nouvelle Weddings was a huge part of our wedding's success! We were matched with LynnAaron Nichols, who was on top of every. single. thing. imaginable! My husband and I had shifts in priorities throughout the whole planning process (e.g., number of guests, budget) and LynnAaron always made sure to make our priorities hers as well. She handled everything, was always available, responded super quickly when I sent her nervous emails at 10 PM, and was super kind throughout it all. I genuinely did not know the ins-and-outs of planning a wedding, and LynnAaron made all of it clear. She created a timeline for when things were due (e.g., send out invitations 3 months before the wedding, finalize music list a week before the wedding) and worked closely with other vendors to make sure we were all on top of things. All of her suggestions for vendors were also super professional, awesome, and matched our vision, making everything come together as we imagined it. For example, I mentioned to her how I would love cafe lights in the reception area of our venue (Rose Hill Manor) super late in the game, and she managed to find an awesome company to make this vision come true days before the wedding! On the day of the wedding, LynnAaron was very comforting and on top of everything. She made sure to locate waters for my bridal party and I since it we expressed we were quite tired and thirsty, and after my husband and I walked back after wrapping up the ceremony, she gave us a glass of our signature drinks! She also made sure to give us a plate of food during the reception because if there is one thing newlyweds must know, you probably won't be able to eat with everyone hovering around you. You can definitely tell that she genuinely enjoys her job and cares immensely for her clients. At the end of the wedding night, we had guests asking us about her, if they could hire her for the next weddings to come, and how we found her. It's been 2 months since our wedding and we still get comments about how wonderfully organized the wedding was and how my wedding was probably the best our guests had been to in years (I'm sure guests say that to everyone, but it felt genuine). I always make sure to let people know that all of this is because of LynnAaron and Nouvelle Weddings. I would suggest this vendor to anyone who asks me, but if you're a nervous and busy bride, I hands-down will always suggest people to not just hire any planner, but Nouvelle Weddings. Amazing—worth every penny—and then some!!!!!
LynnAaron and Nouvelle Weddings are priceless. I was excited yet apprehensive about hiring a planner. It’s an investment, and hard to quantify the worth and value, as I would never really know how hard the planning was on my own—because I don’t have an experience planning the big day without a planner.
Well, now I can assure you that it is entirely worth it. We hired them pre Covid, and LynnAaron saved the day in many situations. However, we had our large day toward the end of Covid, so we had the same experience that regular brides have, and I can easily PROMISE that hiring Nouvelle Weddings (NW) is worth every penny. Every single penny and then some. I hired them for the entire planning process—from the beginning. LynnAaron made everything so easy—I would tell her what ideas I liked, and she would come back to me with expansions and plans for several of the ideas—then we would work with the things I liked from each plan/design she presented. The vendors she recommended were awesome. She was helpful and decisive when I couldn’t be, and supportive when I knew what I wanted. In addition her ideas were stunning—things I NEVER would have thought of on my own—but each small idea added up to a stunning day. She had so many obstacles—our hotel closing a few weeks pre wedding (not due to Covid), my hair person having to cancel, and many more—with quickness and efficiency. She NEVER came to my husband and me with a problem—yet I also never felt like I was in the dark—she came to my husband and me and told us about the obstacle and a SOLUTION for the issue. I never had to stress about stuff because she always would be able to explain the problems and then explain how she would execute fixing said problems. I have to admit the cost isn’t tiny, yet I would have paid double to have the results, and I cannot recommend NW and LynnAaron enough. Yes yes yes is my advice if you are considering planners, and yes yes yes to choosing NW is my rec. -

It’s hard to write succinctly about how much LynnAaron and Nouvelle Weddings helped to make our wedding so incredibly special. We began interviewing different wedding planners in April 2020. When we spoke to Briana (Nouvelle owner), she immediately put us at ease at the thought of wedding planning during a pandemic even via Zoom. LynnAaron was our wedding planner for design + month of coordination. LynnAaron’s organizational skills coupled with her calm and friendly personality made for the perfect planning process. She was incredibly prompt and responsive with our questions (big or small), helped guide us through various vendor appointments, and used her incredible design eye to help our wedding vision come to life. We would work LynnAaron again in an instant and have been recommending her to all of our recently engaged friends.
During our first meeting with LynnAaron she told us a successful wedding day would involve us (bride + groom) not knowing if anything went wrong. She meant it! It was only after the reception was over (and we asked how the venue prep had gone) that LynnAaron told us that the venue had lost power for about 2 hours before we arrived. LynnAaron was advocating for us and working to create backup plans during that time to ensure our wedding was perfect. Luckily the power came back on, but it reassuring to know she was at the venue on our behalf (and didn’t tell us about it as it was happening).

Our wedding wouldn’t have been successful if it’s not for Nouvelleweddings. Our initial planner suddenly left the business due to personal reason and we were in such rough spot But Nouvelle took us under their wings willingly, alleviate so much of our stress.
On our first meeting Briana (the owner )and LynnAaron (lead planner ) are straight to the point , they helped us set realistic budget for each vendors to make our wedding inspirations come to life . We appreciate how they work around with our set budget instead of the other way around and getting surprised with the final expense at the end.
They are so organized , communication was easy and friendly. Throughout the planning process LynnAaron gave us what we have to accomplish in a month and remind us throughout. We would not have been able to stay on top and get organized without her help.
Due to COVID-19 we had to move our dates, cut down guests, reschedule vendors , find new vendor etc.,but LynnAaron handled it like a pro , everything was such smooth transitions and stress free. We can’t imagine going through the ups and downs without her.
We just love how LynAaron nonchalantly told us she will custom made our escort cards wall and welcome sign when we couldn’t find what we want anywhere and they turned out so pretty ! 💜
On a personal note, we truly enjoyed getting to know LynnAaron over the year we’ve worked together and she become a friend to us ☺️

The minute I met Briana I knew Nouvelle Weddings was for us. We were in our own perfectionist, Pinterest wedding planning h*ll. Briana was so down to earth and was able to quell all of my wedding planning anxiety instantly. She helped us bring our vision to life and was the voice of reason if we started to veer off budget or in a direction that didn’t blend with our original vision (like when I went to a wedding mid-planning and thought I wanted to go in an entirely different direction three months before our wedding!). Briana’s entire team was so organized and detail oriented, and the entire process was methodical. She presented us with just the right amount of information and options that was timed perfectly along the way so that we didn’t get overwhelmed. I’ll never forget the moment when I walked into our reception with my mom and Briana to see our vision finally executed—I was blown away. An absolutely incredible experience
We came to Briana after months of trying to plan our wedding. We were overwhelmed. I was a bride without much vision and navigating the wedding industry can be incredibly daunting. I initially chose Briana because of her professionalism; after our first meeting I had confidence that she would get the job done. Her organizational skills were key and really appeased my type A personality. With Briana’s assistance in narrowing down vendors we had soon built our team and our wedding became a reality. Briana took on a big role in helping stylize our wedding with my sole hint of “Kate Spade.” I am not really a “wedding of my dreams” girl but our wedding was an exact fit. We absolutely had the day we wanted with the people we love and have the best memories. We were even able to incorporate cultural elements important to us. The quality of vendors was incredible, and we came in remarkably close to budget. -

My husband and I were blessed to work with Crystal and her team to make our dream wedding a reality. They were so incredibly helpful from start to finish! We had lots of little random questions throughout the 18 month planning process and they were ALWAYS so responsive and so kind and never made us feel like we were being ridiculous or asking too many questions. The closer we got to the big day Crystal took over and she helped us manage a challenging venue that was causing a lot of stress in the days leading up to the wedding. Crystal swooped in, took over and handled the situation so all I had to do was sit back and relax.
When it came to the actual day - we had a very specific vision in mind of a Movie Themed wedding and we created a lot of decor and signage and had a clear picture of where everything would be placed/how it would look. Crystal worked with us to make sure that everything was set up and arranged exactly how we wanted it - only better! She didn’t balk at the piles of boxes and pages of notes we gave her. She came in, took control and got EVERYTHING set up and made sure everything looked even better than we had envisioned. She used her own amazing judgment, creativity and background to make the reception, ceremony and cocktail hour look and feel incredible for us and our guests! In addition to that, she ran the day so that everything went off without a hitch! She managed the vendors, the venue, the set up, clean up and everything in between. She made sure we got to see our reception tent and take everything in before the guests filtered in, she made sure we ATE, she kept all of the candy, donut and popcorn bars stocked. She was on top of EVERYTHING the whole night so all we had to do was ENJOY - which we absolutely did!!!
When the night wound down, she and her team cleaned everything and got everything packed up and ready for us to take back home. She even continued to deal with our challenging venue requirements that seemed to be never ending - never letting on that they were over-the-top and never letting me or Matt know that there were any issues. We didn’t have to worry about ANY THING the whole day.
I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone was and how grateful we are for everything they did for us. Our wedding would not have been close to as wonderful as it was if it hadn’t been for her and her team. Our guests continue to rave about our wedding and how well everything was handled/run and that alone speaks volumes! The BEST decision we made - other than choosing to get married int he first place - was choosing to have Nouvelle Weddings and Crystal coordinate it for us!
They made us feel comfortable, confident and at ease and helped us create a day that we will cherish forever.

We love Nouvelle! Phenomenal wedding planning in Baltimore/DMV area!
Briana and her team at Nouvelle were phenomenal to work with. One thing that my husband and I really prioritized in choosing a wedding planner given our schedules was someone who was efficient, solutions-oriented, and practical...(being able to prettify is great, but both of us needed someone who could give us a good foundation for planning a wedding and keep us cost conscious!). From our very first video conference with Briana, it was clear that she was the kind of planner we were looking for. For example, early during wedding planning, we ran into issues with our original venue that we had booked before hiring Nouvelle. We had to back out of the contract and look for new venues, at a time when many suitable places had already gotten booked. Long story short, because of Briana and her team's immediate and amazing help, we were able to find an INCREDIBLE venue (Salamander Resort) that fit both our and our family's needs, and turned out to be the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding. Briana's knowledge of the nuts-and-bolts of putting on a seamless wedding day and all of her vendor recommendations were invaluable! She also had a great online portal and timeline that kept us on track, for instance allowing us to book vendors in a timely fashion, which is great for two busy procrastinators like us. The design board she creates was also very useful at communicating our vision with our decorator/florist. Finally, I really felt like Briana was there for us as our friend. Close to the wedding day I turned to her for advice on dealing with one of the vendors (not one that she had recommended, which in retrospect was my poor decision) and just having her available to ask advice from was so helpful in making difficult decisions or having awkward conversations with said vendor.
Now let's talk about the actual wedding day. Our wedding was a jam-packed, large Jewish-Hindu wedding day with two ceremonies, a Baraat (groom's procession), and an evening reception. This day involved several outfit changes, different locations on the property, and two main photography sessions. Somehow, Briana put together an amazing timeline that was able to entertain all of these things. In addition, most of our events (including the 1:45 hr Hindu ceremony) were outside, and the weather leading up to the wedding day was expected to be overcast with rain. While the day itself turned out to be stunning, Briana was instrumental in making sure we had a reasonable rain plan that we were happy with. She, Sarah, and the rest of the team made sure everything ran smoothly and coordinated our vendors seamlessly to create an incredibly cohesive wedding day. With all weddings, especially an inter-cultural one like ours, there is bound to be some stress but what Nouvelle did was make it as minimal as possible so we could really relish the wonderful time that we could spend with our loved ones. We have received so many compliments on our wedding venue, caterer, photographer, stationery, and just the wedding day itself... many guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended! So much of that is due to Briana and her team. If you are getting married in the Baltimore/DMV area, do yourself a favor and reach out to Nouvelle for wedding planning - Briana and her team are truly incredible and we cannot thank them enough for all that they did for us! -

Absolutely recommend!!
We worked with Briana for 17 months to plan our wedding and when the big day finally came around it could not have been better! It truly was more than we ever imagined it would be. Every detail was gorgeous and intentional. Not to mention, we basically didn't have to lift a finger during our wedding weekend because Briana and her team coordinated every detail of set up. I tend to be indecisive and change my mind, and Briana was always super patient with us during the planning process. She is always quick to get back to you with any concerns, has awesome vendor recommendations, and is highly organized. On our wedding day, our photographer kept saying how much she likes working with Briana because she is so organized and builds the perfect "day of" schedule. Her services really were worth every penny, and if your budget allows it, I would definitely do the full planning package. Countless people have told us our wedding was the best they have ever been to, which is truly thanks to all of Briana's hard work. Cant' recommend her enough!! -

Crystal was absolutely amazing! We hired her as a day of coordinator and she went above and beyond that job! She made sure everything was done and done well a month before the wedding and was there all day the day of to make sure their were no issues. She was amazing at making our day look amazing and go smoothly, if there were any issues I have no idea they happened! Without Crystal I don't think our day would have been nearly as amazing so thank you Crystal for all you did! -

Let me start by saying that our wedding was a dream come true all thanks to Briana at Nouvelle Weddings. It was beautiful, it represented us as a couple, everything ran smoothly and it came in under our budget. It was perfect. Aside from an unforgettable wedding day, we had an incredible wedding planning process. Even when we were months out from the wedding date, Briana responded to every email and concern as if our wedding was a week away. We felt like she really listened to us (and heard us!) and designed a wedding that fit our tastes, personalities and relationship. She gave us amazing vendor lists (all in budget), and created a huge amount of value by helping us spend money in all the right places. For example, she recommended we spend less money on the save the dates and invitations and more of our stationery budget on day-of paper that contributed to the look and feel of the event. Every single vendor that Briana recommended did a great job and worked well with the rest of the team. Briana was a great advocate for my husband and I when we couldn't leave work to attend vendor meetings, and we felt 100% confident that our interests, questions and concerns were being addressed. Briana is honest (which was really helpful in our decision making and prioritization), she is trustworthy, she is flexible, she is super organized and always shows up when and where she said she would (which makes my type-A heart very happy). I knew we could always rely on Briana and Nouvelle Weddings every step of the way, and I would highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for a wedding planner! -

Briana was crucial in helping me create the vision for our wedding, she was with me every step of the way (from vendor meetings to hotel fiascos) with a great eye for detail, and just offered invaluable advice through the entire process. She was endlessly patient with this indecisive bride, always responding quickly to non-stop emails, and from this extremely type A girl her organizational skills were amazing!! On the day of our wedding, Briana stayed with me through most of the day even though it was her anniversary! We also worked with Sara from Nouvelle weddings as our day of coordinator and she was fantastic! Prior to the wedding, Sara even came to my dress appointments with me and learned the bustle since my maid of honor could not. On the day of the wedding, Sara was truly indispensable and really allowed us and our families to enjoy the day without worrying about anything. I would recommend Briana and Sara to any bride planning a wedding any day!

I lost my venue about a year before my wedding and Briana was there to the rescue calling other venues and finding me options that would allow my caterer and had my date and time available. She didn't miss any detail when planning my wedding. She helped me pick everything...food, florist, floral arrangements, linens, venue setup, transportation, lighting, accommodations, and more! Crystal stepped up big time when she was put in charge of my wedding only a week before my wedding due to some unfortunate circumstances. She covered every detail with me, and our wedding day was perfect! Everything went so smoothly! Crystal even hunted down my bouquet days after my wedding and met me with it so I could preserve it. They went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend them for anyone's wedding planning needs!

Right from the beginning Briana sent us an amazing vendor recommendation list (that we pulled all of our amazing vendors from), a month-by-month wedding to-do list, and frequently checked in with us to see how things were going. They helped us create a wedding day timeline and kept track of all our vendor contracts and confirmations. On the wedding day one of our vendors was running late to arrive and set-up and Sara was immediately on the phone taking care of it! Sara kept our wedding running smoothly and made sure it was the best day ever!
