Great vendor to work with...prompt, clean, friendly, reasonably priced. We booked a 25 passenger executive limo coach (AKA a party bus). We had plenty of room to move around on the bus (important when you're tall and wearing a huge dress to boot!). There were 3 bar areas on the bus and we were allowed to bring food and beverages onboard. The bridal party had a blast....highly recommend.

We used My Chauffeur for our Wedding Party transportation from the church, to the outdoor photo location, and then to the Hotel for the reception. The Party Bus arrived on time, was clean and looked great. The driver was very friendly, and knew where he was going. He got us safely to each destination, and on time!
We also hired My Chauffeur for airport transportation for our honeymoon. We had a stretch limo to and from the airport. Both times the car was on time, and again, the driver was friendly, courteous, and professional.
Carolyn is the wedding coordinator there, and she was great to work with. Very easy to get a hold of, professional, and helpful!

I made a reservation for my wedding several months in advance of the big day. I was worried because I forgot to follow up with My Chauffeur to make sure all the arrangements were set for the wedding day when it arrived. They showed up exactly as planned with no problems. I was very grateful that I didn't have to stress about our transportation. It made for a very pleasant ending to our evening. I would highly recommend them!

Used them to transport our 25 person bridal party around town after the church for photos. We had Yolanda as our driver and she was super fun! Definitely recommend using them!

We used My Chauffer for our transportation between the church, photo locations and the reception hall. The driver was on-time and very professional. The limo was in great condition and perfect for transporting our bridal party of 12 people around town. The only complaint is that the booking process was a little confusing due to the number of forms they needed filled out before the reservation could be completed. However, the wedding coordinator for the company was very helpful. The price was good for the type of limo we wanted and they only required a 3 hour minimum, which was perfect for our plans. Most other vendors we looked at required a 4 hour minimum. We would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Super Service and the 25 passanger bus was Awesome. The biggest minus was the big plasma Tv was not working...but we wanted music anyway. Very organized and ON TIME! Lot's of Paperwork to fill out beforehand...but that is what makes them so on the ball during your big day

Best deal on limo that I could find in the Chicago area. Limo quality was fine... though we found it a little annoying that we couldn't figure out how to turn off the TV, and the driver didn't know how. Very responsive to request for additional service, and then canceling that service.
Low score on flexibility for 2 reasons. 1) minimum time requirement for limo service (even though we were considering booking 2 types of limos we had to stick to one because of the time minimum), 2) We wanted to drop off champagin/drinks for the limo the night before so they could chill them for us, but they couldn't do that... instead we had to bring a cooler to the church.
