We held a ceremony in Mrs. K's garden, followed by a dinner reception in the terrace and first and second dining rooms in the restaurant. We were blown away by the setups outside and inside, and our guests raved about the venue. It provided a unique atmosphere from a traditional hotel ballroom. The food was great, service was excellent, and value for the money is very good. We rated responsiveness and flexibility a bit lower since the catering managers are not always available to meet (only M-F 10-5), but they are accessible and responsive by email. We had an amazing wedding at Mrs. K's and we would highly recommend it to others!

It was such a perfect location. We had enough space and it was a beautiful day. There are a lot of things that you can't do there so make sure you don't care about them before you book your wedding. I didn't care about a lot of the things I couldn't do. The staff is so nice and genuine. I felt like they cared about how nice our day was. It was a beautiful experience. I'm so happy I chose them.

Mrs. K's was a great choice for my wedding ceremony and reception. We had the wedding ceremony in the garden, cocktail hour in the garden, and the reception in the restaurant. The venue was perfect and everyone commented about how great the wedding turned out. The food was very good too, as was the service. I also think Mrs. K's was a great value. I was able to have my wedding at Mrs. K's for 100 people (with full dinner and open bar) and the bill was under $7500. I know that may sound like a lot of money, but compared to other places in the Washington area, it is a great bargain! I highly recommend choosing this venue for medium sized weddings!

We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Mrs. K's Tollhouse. The setting was beautiful both inside and out. The new wine cellar adds an additional excellent venue that we used for our cocktail hour. The staff was very professional and did a great job setting up the evening to meet all our expectations. Many commented that the food was excellent, and the dessert was definitely outstanding. They accomodated all our guests special diet needs.

Mrs. K's was the most exquisite place for my wedding!! We had the ceremony and cocktail hour in their magnificent garden. Then we had Luncheon in the Terrace room. Guests were so impressed with this historic house setting. The staff was magnificent!! The service during the Luncheon was perfect, and the meal was outstanding. Best of all, the location is minutes from the Capitol, and the event pricing is extremely good. We are so happy!! I really feel this is a hidden gem and I recommend it to anyone planning a wedding!

We were for the most part very happy with everything that we had at Mrs. K's. First and foremost, Christina is probably one of the nicest people that we had the chance to work with. She was very helpful and from the very beginning, it was actually nice not to have someone try to gouge us just because we mentioned that we were having a *wedding*. The garden was spectacular for the ceremony, not to mention that we used it for the appetizers. Inside was gorgeous....most everyone was very helpful. You will not be sorry if you book your wedding here....very beautiful.

Everything was exceptional here. The food was delicious and reasonably prices. And its not tired chicken, roastbeef, and/or salmon. We paid under 6500 for 60 people. That included food, using the garden, and bar.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Mrs. K's, and it was absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic. They really do have the best crab cakes in the area. The staff was great before and during the dinner. Our guests raved about the food, and we will definitely go back to eat many times.

The venue is lovely and charming and has a great intimate atmosphere. Loved it!

My husband and I really loved having our wedding at Mrs. K's. We chose to have the ceremony in the garden and our reception followed in the terrace room. The ambiance is lovely and the food is wonderful. Working with Ms. Indianos, the event planner/consultant was a pleasure.

Mrs. K's was the perfect location, and even got the sun to shine back right before our ceremony.

The venue was beautiful and their daytime reception prices are excellent. The food was great and there were many choices to choose from. There was very little that I had to deal with the day of the reception and they were very gracious with the time. ( we went over by 30 min because cake serving was slow and they allowed us that extra time free of charge). There is nothing bad I could say about this venue. It also has a gorgeous area to have the ecremony as well. It was absolutley perfect for a group of about 100. The best part was that for one price the venue place setting food and alcohol was all covered.

It was perfect to go along with our garden wedding, as we held the rehearsal in the terrace room, and were able to go out in the gazebo and look out on there splendid gardens as well. The food was wonderful, and the evening was perfect!
