A planner on your side!

If you do one thing and one thing only for your wedding, HIRE A DAY OF COORDINATOR. If you want to ensure you have the the best day ever, you'll hire Michele Butler and her fantastic team. Michele is an absolute pro and extremely organized, but super personable and down to earth. She was so kind and understanding as we slowly felt our way through this COVID season with all the new changes that brought to the wedding planning process. She went out of her way to help on the ground because we were planning from across the country. She has unlimited patience and knowledge and a network of contacts for any request you might have (like, who would have thought we could get a class NYC taxi cab in Florida with only four weeks notice??!). It was a joy to work with Michele Butler Events, every step of the way.

Sara from Michele Butler Events is fantastic! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her help. Leading up to my wedding day, she was constantly communicating and checking in with all of my vendors. There is so much behind-the-scenes coordination and logistics that she took care of without it ever having landed in my lap! She worked so hard to bring everything together seamlessly. I was not stressed one bit the day of my wedding. My family and friends all got to enjoy the day as well. Everything was flawless and thanks to Sara I have nothing but beautiful, happy memories of my wedding day that I will cherish forever. Thank you so much Sara and everyone at Michele Butler Events!

Michele and her team are the best!

Michele was the best decision I made in planning my wedding! I would hire her to plan every part of my life if she would :). Her attention to detail and experience with coordinating an event were outstanding. Our entire weekend was perfect from start to finish, and we were able to relax and just have fun knowing that Michele was there. She is amazing!

Best Planner!

It's difficult to put into words how much Michele helped us plan our dream wedding. We were a COVID couple and had to move our date once and then move our wedding venue. Michele was invaluable to the entire process. She is extremely detail oriented, cool calm and collected at all times and seems to know everyone in the wedding industry. Her recommendations on vendors were spot on. She helped with things I never thought I would need help on and was right next to us the entire process. I truly don't know how she does it. If you are looking for planners I would highly recommend meeting with Michele. Her energy will put you at ease the moment you meet her. She also provides her clients with extremely helpful software that helps make the wedding checklist process so much easier. She was absolutely the best decision we made! Highly highly recommend!

The Best Planner We Could Wish For

Michele is absolutely amazing. She made sure our wedding went flawless. She took care of every little detail for us and all our guests commented on how well organized everything was. Not only is she a top professional but she also very personable. Michele is easy approachable, very responsive and makes such a difficult task of wedding planning look effortless. Michele was on it !!

I am so glad I choose Michele Butler 😃 this lady was on it . After months of looking for a coordinator to take over a month before the wedding and not feeling comfortably with anyone I found, finally a co worker of mine referred her and I am so glad I picked her. The wedding was amazing from beginning to end awesome sauce on that time line ,the communication from start to finish on point. Now only if I can get married to my husband twice lol totally would hire her again ❤️😃

Exceptional!

I don't know what I would have done without Michele! She helped me plan the perfect wedding and was there every step of the way! From helping to curate the design, to finding and selecting vendors, and ultimately taking care of all of the day-of details for us. Thanks to Michele and her amazing team, our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined, and we were able to enjoy every second of it! There simply are not enough words to describe how pleased we were with Michele Butler Events. She planned our daughter's wedding at Knowles Chapel and the Alfond Inn. We also used her company for the bridal shower and an wedding after party at our home. Michele's organizational and creative skills made each event easy and without stress. After researching and meeting several wedding planners we immediately felt comfortable with Michele Butler. We knew her attention and expertise in the wedding business was just what we needed to plan the perfect wedding. And it was indeed a perfect wedding due in no small part to Michele and her staff. We had an AMAZING experience with Michele. I was very stubborn about not wanting a wedding planner, because of how expensive they can be, but Michele's services were worth every cent! We ended up being out of the country during most of the planning process, and Michele really saved the day. Even if we were in town, she would have been a valuable resource. It was nice to always have someone to turn to. She kept all involved in the planning process organized, focused, and on the same page. She provided valuable advice and pointed us toward almost every vendor we used (and we loved them all!). She was even great about providing advice about little things, and I could turn to her with any etiquette question I had. Her staff were there for us every step of the way, and they took care of EVERYTHING on the day of. They even helped me bustle my dress, and made sure I always had a drink in my hand ;) Seriously, Michele is an amazing person and an amazing planner. I can't imagine how stressed I would have been without her, but instead everyone remarked how calm I was on my big day. I was truly able to enjoy it, knowing that every little detail was covered by a professional.

Michele & Cathrina went absolutely above and beyond throughout the wedding planning process for my husband and I. When searching for a wedding planner, I wanted to make sure I found someone with experience in the Orlando area and that had been established for some time. Hiring Michele Butler Events was by far the best choice I made for my wedding. After having to change venues 2 times only 5 months before our wedding (due to construction), Michele made the impossible happen. She communicated with all her contacts to help us create the most spectacular wedding ever. We had a fairly large and involved wedding and our wedding day went seamless. Michele & Cathrina coordinated all the vendors as well as working with my mom & mother-in-law to make sure all the family was taken care of. From the very beginning, they understood exactly what I wanted. My wedding was far more than I had ever dreamt it would be and I could not have done it without their help. My family absolutely adores both Michele & Cathrina. Thank you to Michele Butler Events for an experience we will never forget!!

Words don't express Michele and her team. Amazing is an understatement. Perfection is not perfect enough. Detail-oriented down to the minute. Michele took our ideas and recommended, sourced, organized, executed, produced and polished every last detail. Don't know what I would've done without Michele helping me plan my wedding. She was great at informing me of vendors and which would be the best fit for me. She kept me on task with the many things a bride needs to do. I was shocked of how much care, attention and time she gave me to make sure I was happy with the planning process. She attended every vendor appointment, walk through, etc to make sure she didn't miss a beat. And most importantly, she was my saving grace the week of my wedding. She handled every mini crisis so well so I wouldn't have to! Every bride should be able to relax on her wedding day!

Our Winter Wonderland dream came true at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando on January 16, 2016!

AMAZING, TALENTED, BEYOND THOUGHTFUL is all that I can say about Michele Butler Events!
From the planning process to the wedding (even up until today), our dedicated wedding planners (a.k.a. personal psychiatrists Michele and Cathrina) at Michele Butler Events ensured us every step of the way that everything would be perfect! I am pleased to say that everything was indeed beautiful as can be!

My husband and I had a very keen eye for the vision that we desired and we wanted it all… Snow machine, lights, draping, great food & tasty drinks, detailed decorations, transition items
(from the Ceremony to the Reception), several lists of what to do on the wedding day, several dress changes, music, floral, crystal snow flakesetc, etc, etc. MBE made it all happen without a question - Michele knows how to use her resources very well (this is a plus for budget).

The Ceremony pool deck patio overlooking the city lights during the sunset (at the Grand Bohemian), brought me to tears (this is a moment that I would never forget). Who ever said that evening weddings weren't a good look? Never mind, it doesn't matter (Go for what you desire and trust that Michele has your back).

Moving along, a huge thing for me is "service", as I am very hard to work with (I do apologize Michele). I will not hesitate to tell you that the Michele Butler Events gave 100% to us throughout our planning, wedding day, and post wedding as well. We all know that when it comes to a wedding there will be some hiccups, however, it is not for the couple to dwell on... In other words, Michele and her eager staff were always ready and available to make corrections and/or fix any issue (when or if) they occurred. Also, everyone in the hotel knew that we were the Bride and Groom and MBE assured us that nothing would go wrong (this made us really feel like King & Queen)!

We had an idea and a few details decided when we planned to hold a small wedding ceremony during a golf tournament trip. Michele Butler Events made my thoughts and ideas a reality and actually exceeded my expectations. We are so thrilled with how our wedding turned out, it was absolutely perfect. Her connections and knowledge of local vendors enables you to receive a much better value for your dollar. She provides high quality services at a reasonable rate. In fact, I don't think she charges enough for her services. She creates beautiful memories.

Working with Cathrina and Michele was amazing! They really listened to what we were hoping our day would be like, and helped to make it come true. All of the vendors they recommended were also amazing, and delivered exactly what they said they would. I would absolutely recommend anyone to hire them. Even though we had a small 37 guest wedding, they took the time to create a beautiful day for us. They made the process seamless, and were able to calm me down when I started getting stressed. If anything went wrong on the day of the wedding, I definitely didn't know about it!

I will like to thank Michele and all of her outstanding staff for the amazing and beyond professional service provided to my daughter and all of her helpers( mother and mother-in-law to be) during all the wedding planning process and, specially the week and day of the event. Everything happened flawlessly and with ease. Every time we approach Michele or Cathrina or any of her staff members for any minute question, we always got an answer and action with all yeses and smiles. We couldn't have chosen a better or more eager event planner for this occasion. We got really lucky and blessed!

Michele and her team are experts. If you're on the fence about whether or not to have a wedding planner, know that there are multiple levels of service that you can choose. We didn't ask for full service, but felt as if we received it from Michele. She was always responsive to our emails with suggestions and also provided specific direction that saved us time and expense. She "gets" the timing of the ceremony, reception, etc., and knows what to say to florists, hotel vendors, DJs, photographers, etc. She makes sure that you have the extra tables you need and that everything runs smoothly. Even with a planner, though, my partner and I still needed to work on our own wedding planning every other day for about 6 months prior to the wedding. We did a lot ourselves (the venue and guest list came first, then invitations, favors, attire, music, food, hotel rooms for guests, ceremony, musicians, etc.). Even so, Michele was there in case we had questions. We met with her a couple times, but that seemed to be enough for us. Her help was crucial during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. We were (and still are) extremely impressed with Michele Butler Events. My personal joke to Michele is that she's like the Mary Poppins of wedding planning.

Our staff at Orlando Wedding & Party Rentals has had the wonderful opportunity of working with the staff at Michele Butler Events many times on weddings and events over the course of many years. I am in the midst of wedding planning; we got in engaged a couple of weeks ago and decided to get married in June. Needless to say, my excitement level and anxiousness increased dramatically when I realized how close the date is, when you are planning an event. Nonetheless, after researching numerous wedding planners, working with Michele in just this past week has been amazing. She is prompt, kind, open with communication and reliable. Michele Butler Events did a fantastic job coordinating our destination wedding. We were amazed by the venue, by the flowers, and by the photographer. She handled all the details just by asking a few questions and based on a few pictures we sent her. She was extremely responsive which was actually the reason we chose to go with her instead of one of the other 10 coordinators we had contacted for information. When I was late getting to the wedding site because of the horrible traffic in Orlando, she was calm and kept me calm. Everything went smoothly and it turned out to be everything we could have hoped for.

I first met Michele while she was planning my brother's wedding. When it came time for my big day, my family and I knew exactly who to call. From the first initial meeting, to the day of the wedding, Michele was a part of our family helping plan another big fat Greek wedding. On our day, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Michele and her team were amazing throughout the planning of our wedding. Everyone is so creative and were so patient with me. The day of our wedding was when they REALLY BLEW OUR SOCKS OFF. It was everything we imagined and more. Most important my husband loved it. I mean he really loved it and talks about it to this day! Having the assistance of Michele Butler was like having a staff of fairy godmothers. Enlisting their help was the single best planning decision that we could have ever made. They were remarkably attentive and available to our needs and opinions. Our planning journey included corresponding from 900 miles away for a wedding scheduled within a rather short 3 month window. With their expertise, magic wands and prime vendor recommendations we were able to create a look and feeling on our wedding day that was like none other that we’d ever attended. Our consultations were full of ways to optimize our budget to include intricate details and special touches were beautifully unique. As a long distance couple, we are extremely appreciative of their enthusiasm and professionalism that resulted in an worry-free, positive and wonderfully personal wedding weekend.

Michele and her team are very talented and wonderful to work with. Michele kept us on schedule during the planning which kept us very organized and stress free. They took over the day of the wedding which allowed the bride and family to enjoy the entire wedding day. Can't imagine a wedding day without them!!

Michele & her staff were great! They allowed me to not worry on the wedding day as they were in charge of the details. That is a huge relief since you are already stressed out enough. Michele and her team are really amazing. She kept everything running smooth and had a big smile on her face whenever I saw her. Thanks to her, I wasn't stressed out at all, I loved all of my vendors, and I had the wedding of my dreams. She and her team had some great ideas that I wouldn't have thought of, which really took the event to the next level and made it special and personal. What you pay to Michele, you get back in service, time savings, and vendor discounts. Well worth saving your sanity, if you ask me! She was there for the entire event, making sure people knew where to go and what to do; meeting and handling the vendors, all the while keeping a smile on her face. I first met Michele Butler of Michele Butler Events at a friend’s wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. I am an extremely organized person and when she arrived and handed out picket-sized schedules for the bridal party, I was immediately impressed. My friend’s wedding was extremely smooth and absolutely beautiful. When I got engaged, I knew right away who to call – Michele. My husband and I were married in a small town in south-west Florida called Punta Gorda. Michele and her team were able to help me plan the wedding from Orlando where we live, even though the big day was at a destination a few hours away. We had a big Greek wedding of 250 people, so it was no small challenge. From everything to florist, linens, photographer, videographer, and more, if I needed someone to contact, Michele had 5 – 10 options for me with different price ranges and styles. One of Michele’s team members, Cathrina Dionisio, consistently went above and beyond to help me create a vision of my wedding and stay consistent with that theme. Cathrina even attended meetings with me, and designed my save the dates. My wedding day was the best day of my life. Michele Butler Events is a professional, well-connected, and well-established, company who I highly recommend.

We had the best wedding day we could have imagined! It was an amazing service and everything ran smoothly all thanks to Michelle butler events. With organising the wedding from the uk we thought there might have been more to do and that it could have been more stressful but we didn't end up having to do anything apart from say what we wanted. It was fantastic with all the pressure taken off us. I would happily recommend Michelle butler events to anybody. The 2 girls that were there on our wedding day were so friendly and put myself at ease when the weather turned horrible and also made my husband relax before the service. Michele and her team are absolutely first class and certainly helped us have the wedding of our dreams at the Grand Bohemian. They answered any question that we may have had, as well as shared many ideas with us. We were completely impressed by their complete dedication. Although we only used them for day of services they attended our floral appointment, tasting and final dress fitting. They showed up the day of our wedding earlier than expected and ready to go! Kara and Karee even saved the day by fixing my mom's broken zipper on her dress, just moments before we were to do photos. I would without a doubt recommend them and have aleady done so with my best friend who also used them! A few months ago I was in a wedding where the bridesmaids (along with the wedding planner) were putting together candles, candle sticks, etc and in my head I was thinking Michele Butler and team would never have let us do this! I could have not had a better event planner than Michele Butler Events. They recommened vendors based on the budget when you first start the planning. They helped schedule and attented the meetings with the vendors. The day of the event they made sure everything was perfect. Overall, I could have done it without Michele and the rest of the team!!

We hired Michele to help with the entire wedding (from start to finish) and it was worth every penny. She helped us pick out the very best vendors. We never felt stressed out during the entire planning process. Even the week before the wedding, Michele and her wedding team helped with last minute details. They collected items for the welcome bags and assembled all of them (huge relief)! The actual wedding day was flawless. Michele and her team were extremely attentive to all the details. Not a single thing was missing or out of place. The night flowed perfectly and most guests wanted to stay longer than the wedding was scheduled to last. I would highly recommend Michele Butler Events for weddings or any type of event you need planned.

I would absolutely recommend using Michele! She is completely fantastic as is her team. We had only hired Michele for the day of but she was involved every step of the way. I would recommend Michele Butler Events to anyone planning an event. Having planned events professionally in the past myself, I still would not have done my wedding alone. She kept everything together, which allowed me to just enjoy being a bride and savor every moment of our amazing day. I can honestly say, I felt completely at ease knowing that Michele was there and that she knew every piece of the puzzle. Our event was FLAWLESS. From an amazing Cathedral Wedding Ceremony to a Black Tie event with Cirque performers, there was a lot to keep on track, and she handled it with such grace, I had no worries. Working with Cathrina and Michele was a delight! I knew that I would be able to immerse myself in the love and joy of my wedding day because the team working that day would take care of everything! My favorite part of the wedding day was when Cathrina brought my new husband and I glasses of champagne, and let us in the back of the reception venue to walk around before all the guests entered. I would say you should go with Michelle because she has flexibility in the packages she offers. She can adjust based on someone's budget. She goes above and beyond so you will get great value regardless.

I made it down the isle

So I got sick on my wedding day, (Chronic illness, partying the night before, etc) but was luckily able to walk down the aisle. They did a good job mediating the situation in that regard.
