  Staff were friendly and helpful in helping my fiancé pick out my ring. Despite what others have said, value is very good. Will definitely be going back to buy our wedding bands from Michael Hill!

  I love the custom engagement ring that my fiancé got from here. They worked with him trough the whole customization process, even though it took several months, discussing and finalizing everything with him every step of the way. We are going to this same store for our wedding bands, and it will be well worth it. They will help perfect the band so that it will fit perfectly with my custom engagement ring. Plus we were able to get Certified Canadian Diamond through them, very important for my environmentally and social justice peace of mind.

  The staff were very eager and attentive to help find just the right ring. However they were almost too pushy. Even when I decided to hold off on buying and thinking for a few days I had the sales lady calling me twice a day trying to convince me to come back in. Prices also seemed quite high in comparison to other stores we had been looking at.
