Ana Merces did an amazing job providing make-up services for me and my 3 bridesmaids. Being Asian, we required someone who knew how to work with almond-shaped eyes and she definitely enhanced the look of them. During my trial, she applied a different style to each eye and was very helpful in determining what looked best. For the wedding, the make-up was stunning and her airbrushing made my skin look absolutely flawless (and it's definitely not). One of my bridesmaids even said that she looked better than she did on her own wedding day. Tons of guests, as well as my mom, who is in the make-up business, said she did an awesome job. If you're looking for a make-up artist for your wedding, I highly recommend Ana.

Ana did a fantastic job on my wedding day makeup! During my trial makeup session, she really listened to what I wanted and followed through perfectly! I could not have been happier with how my makeup turned out and I got lots of compliments on it both during the wedding and after.

Ana is amazing! During the trial I brought in a picture of what I wanted to look like and she was able to duplicate the look beautifully. In addition, my trial was scheduled for 10 am and my airbrush makeup stayed fresh up until 11 pm when I washed it off. On the wedding day she did makeup for myself, 4 bridesmaids, and my mom and had us ready with time to spare. Everyone loved their makeup, and again, we all looked as fresh at when the reception ended as we did when started earlier that morning. I would recommend Ana to anyone. She has a very pleasant disposition and is truly great at what she does. I will surely have her do my makeup for future events.

I cannot say enough good things about Ana. I am an NJ bride whose engagement party was in Washington DC. I found her name off a recommendation from the knot from a MD bride. Ana did my makeup for my engagement party. I got soo many compliments. I had already booked a makeup artist for my wedding in NJ, but I (and my mom) knew that we had to have Ana do my makeup for my wedding. I asked her if she would be willing to travel up to NJ to do my makeup, and she said yes!

My wedding was on a Saturday, and she came up Friday night and stayed in a hotel room. She stayed with me ALL day on Saturday and stayed over in a hotel Saturday night as well. She was always right there to do touch-ups, but I only needed lipstick touch ups. Everything stayed so well all day.

Not only is Ana is super sweet and gorgeous, she is also an incredible makeup artist! It is obvious how much I respect her work, seeing as though I had her come all the way up to NJ to do my makeup.

There is SO much I could say about Ana! She was bright, energetic, smart, fun, personable, and PROFESSIONAL! We had such a blast at our trial and then she was 100% business on the day of the wedding. She was on-time and courteous and I am BEYOND pleased with her work! Ana made myself, my mom and ALL my girls look just gorgeous! She was right on time with getting everyone done (even the extras that jumped in when they saw her work) and was more than accommodating to my minor adjustments right before I left. I told her I wanted bright eyes and a natural lip while one of my girls wanted a 20's style look to match her hair - perfect on both! Ana also did my best friend's wedding in November - which, of course, is why I booked her immediately after getting engaged and setting a date. I would recommend Ana to everyone! She is a joy to be around and has a TON of products! A+++ job!!!!!

ana and her assistant paula were unbelievable! not only did she have unbelieveable prices, her works of art were admired by everyone at our wedding. she truly made me feel like royalty and even look like a queen. her professional demeanor was outstanding and her humble heart made me feel like her longtime friend. i would recommend ana's services to anyone - wedding or otherwise.

Ana's makeup looked great on me and the bridesmaids and Mom! And it lasted ALLLL night! Ana was totally responsive and so much fun to work with. She made me feel completely at ease during the trial and I was so happy with what she'd done. She did a great job on the wedding day makeup and I can't wait to see the professional photos. She is super familiar with what products are out there and what works and looks good. And I loved the bride's pouch with the lipstick and mascara and blotting papers!

Ana was amazing. She was punctual and our makeup looked fabulous. It stayed on for 12 hours without any touching up!

Ana was spectacular! I rarely wear makeup, so my husband was concerned when I wanted to hire a makeup artist. He was worried that I was going to look too "done up." But he said that when I walked down the aisle I looked gorgeous but still like myself.

Ana provided makeup services for me, my mother, my sister and two bridesmaids in under 2.5 hours in the early morning and it lasted throughout the day's events (and we had a lot of tears of joy). She is very professional and very talented. And of all the trials that I had, she was the only one who really seemed to listen to what I wanted while still providing her professional expertise (a lot of other places kept making me look over-the-top despite my repeatedly telling them that I wanted a natural look for a daytime wedding). With Ana, the makeup totally made me look fantastic, while still natural and understated.

Ana was talented, prompt, professional, and friendly. I live in Seattle and my wedding was in Virginia so I was left to find all my vendors online and hope they were reliable and skilled. I definately lucked out with Ana and would recommend her to anyone in need of a makeup artist...especially one who can travel to the ceremony/reception site.
