So grateful we had Jill!
Jill was such an amazing wedding planner which made all the difference in our wedding weekend. We had the full-service package and this was a destination wedding for us coming from Texas. We really had zero ties to anything in Santa Barabara so I leaned heavily on Jill for recommendations and she helped me choose an amazing team to help with the wedding. I didn’t have to worry about much and I know weddings can be really stressful. Whenever people asked how I was doing along the way I was honestly ok, I said I had a great planner and she was taking care of things. She communicated with all the vendors and got things organized and sorted out. She helped with the style and décor which I super appreciated. We had planned to have a really small rehearsal dinner but then changed out minds a few months out and turned it into something a bit larger. We then added on that service with Jill and I’m so grateful we did. Mid-rehearsal dinner, the Funk Zone experienced a blackout. Out beautiful venue went on and we continued our cocktail hour by candle light. I was nervous for sure, being the bride, but I also knew that Jill would come up with a backup plan when needed, so I didn’t have to worry. The power came back, and just in time as we were getting peckish. It almost seemed like we planned the whole thing, it was really pretty and romantic with our already curated décor completements of Jill and our florist. The wedding day was gorgeous, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more picturesque. I have heard nothing but compliments on how lovely everything was and how much fun everyone had. We really wanted a fun, dress-up party with little stress and that’s exactly how it went. It was just tons of fun, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing, especially not my amazing team of helpers with Jill at the lead. -

The Most Perfect Destination Wedding
Jill came highly recommended to us by friends and we are beyond grateful we listened and hired her. She was so awesome to work with!! We had a destination wedding in Hawaii for our daughter and she went above and beyond to find all our vendors and make sure everything went smoothly. We had a year of planning where she answered every email, text and phone call immediately and always with the happiest attitude, which kept us at ease the whole time. When the wedding weekend finally arrived she made sure everything went without a glitch. We never worried knowing Jill had it all under control. And Wow!!!! She got our vision to a tea. It was exactly as we had hoped. We literally were blown away that the welcome party and whole wedding ceremony and reception was 100% what we had in mind. I can’t recommend Jill enough. A true professional with the sweetest demeanor. You would be lucky to have her and by the way her son Jake is an incredible videographer too :) Kristin Poulsen

Jill and her team are the absolute best. This was a second marriage for us and we wanted an intimate wedding for 80 near our home in the Santa Ynez Valley. Jill came highly recommended by a friend and, as we went through the process, every vendor, every person we met asked who our planner was and responded with "I love Jill" and we know why. She is so expert, professional, and calm. She provided us with a list of vendors to choose from, provided counsel, planned the perfect decor and lighting, and thought of any contingency we may need. On the day of she and her team ran a seamless event and we did nothing but enjoy our love, friends, and family! She is extraodinary! -

Wedding Planner
We hired Jill for our wedding at Alisal Ranch last October 2023. Jill made the entire process seamless with her attention to detail, incredible timeliness, and professionalism. She knew every vendor team we hired and was able to recommend the best team of people. No detail was over looked and we were able to be at ease knowing everything would come together perfectly-and it did! Thanks to her and her incredible event coordinator Dina. -

I highly recommend Jill if you are looking for a wedding planner- she is the absolute best! My husband completely agrees as well-we both loved working with her. Throughout the whole process, she was honest, responsive, extremely organized, provided practical guidance and advice on whatever we needed her help with and we trusted everything was in good hands right away when we started working together. She gave us many vendors to choose from and her design expertise literally helped our vision come to life - everything was BEAUTIFUL. One thing I didn't think about when considering a planner was how much of a role they will have on your big day, in addition to everything leading up to it. On wedding day, Jill was so calm, helped with every last minute detail, and fun! As the bride I felt so comfortable around her and so did our families and bridal parties. We cannot thank Jill enough for everything. We truly enjoyed planning our wedding and are so grateful to say our wedding weekend was PERFECT because of Jill's planning with us every step of the way! -

Exceptional and Invaluable
Absolutely the best decision we made! We hosted a wedding weekend with multiple, outdoor events in the Santa Ynez Valley that came with many moving parts and hurdles including last minute venue changes due to unexpected rain. It was an overwhelming amount of coordinating and Jill navigated every detail without a hitch; all the while maintaining calm, focus and kindness. Jill gave us confidence to ‘let go’ throughout the planning process and peace of mind to allow us to enjoy all of the wedding festivities without stress. She’s organized, exceptionally knowledgeable and an absolute delight with whom to work. Our wedding was truly magical and Jill’s experience and professionalism were invaluable. Connor and I had the most wonderful experience with Jill as our wedding planner. Being local to our wedding venue location, she provided all the best vendor recommendations and knew the venue's ins and outs (Alisal Guest Ranch) like the palm of her hand. I LOVE Jill! She is a fantastic wedding planner and coordinator. Throughout the entire process she was so flexible and easy to work with, and answered my countless texts without delay. She helps with any questions and provides budgeting and planning checklist documents to help along the way. On the day of our wedding everything was taken care of so I could just focus on saying "I Do!"! I highly recommend going with Jill, she is just sweet as can be and is someone you could hang out with outside of work! -

Amy Sent on 10/04/2010When I was searching for wedding venues, I found these gorgeous weddings at Bacara Resort and all of them, Jill had worked out. After booking Bacara, the next thing on my list was to find Jill!
Jill is wonderful. Like any planner is (or should be), Jill scheduled times for us to meet and select vendors, acted as the liaison between the vendors and us, and, most importantly, took care of EVERYTHING the day of. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of except myself. Jill had the timeline for all the vendor set up organized and coordinated with each to make sure the day was beautiful and ran smoothly.
In addition to her professionalism, she is so talented! I told her what I had in mind for my wedding and she knew what was needed to tie it all together. Every wedding she's worked on is just gorgeous.
However, aside from all of that, I think what makes Jill special is her warm personality. She always made us feel special and at ease throughout our entire engagement and wedding day. My MOH's even said that Jill calmed their nerves before their speech (they were quiet nervous). She just as the ability to make you feel special and enjoy this special time and that's something not every planner can do! -
