    CALL SARAH TODAY! Hiring her and the La Bella Weddings (LBW) team was a phenomenal, outstanding, excellent choice.

    My fiance and I hit it off with Sarah immediately. She's friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and has strong relationships with vendors and the wedding industry at-large. She empowered us to take the lead on wedding elements that we really wanted to manage ourselves, and effortlessly handled the rest. From decor and design to venue and vendor selection and personality management, she made it look easy. We live across the country, and Sarah helped us organize all the essential appointments and decisions into a single trip home.

    Sarah and her team planned and designed our rehearsal dinner (Forge in the Forest), ceremony, reception & after party (Mission Ranch/Brophy's), plus a Sunday farewell brunch (La Bicyclette). Each event had 120-170 guests, and the whole weekend felt intimate and effortless. Our family members and bridal parties received customized itineraries, and were encouraged to get in touch with LBW day or night with questions. This meant all their last-minute meltdowns were directed to the LBW team--no one needed to contact my husband or me with emergencies, so we spent the weekend relaxing and enjoying time with loved ones.

    Angie and Rebecca spent a lot of time with me on the day of the wedding, and they made it a seamless experience. Angie was waiting for us with champagne after the ceremony, and made sure that we each had a plate of appetizers to eat before we walked into cocktail hour. Rebecca spent the morning of the wedding with the bridal party, coordinating meals, steaming dresses, fetching flowers and being generally awesome.

    If you're wondering whether to get in touch with Sarah, DO IT!!!! You won't regret it.

    Sarah was the month of day of coordinator for our Holman Ranch wedding, and she and her team pulled off our event with skill and panache. It was clear from our first telephone conversation that Sarah was extremely organized and competent, and I was in excellent hands from beginning to end. And, he warm bubbly personality made her a joy to work with. Her assistants were also amazing, Angie helped me to stay calm and focused while getting ready to walk down the aisle. I absolutely recommend Sarah Villa at La Bella Weddings.

    Sarah and her staff at La Bella Weddings helped make my daughter's wedding dreams come true. Before the wedding, Sarah helped us select some of our vendors, oversaw the walkthrough and menu tasting and conducted the rehearsal the night before. She was a great resource on timelines and shared her expertise on what she has seen work well at weddings. But the most important thing she did was on the day of the wedding, when she handled all the details of setup and takedown at both the church venue and the reception venue. She worked closely with all our vendors to set up a timeline and orchestrated an essentially flawless ceremony and reception. Of course, there were some minor hiccups, but she was always there, trying to make things right. I truly did not worry about anything on the day of the wedding, and was able to enjoy watching my daughter get ready for her big day as she married the love of her life. Everything was set up beautifully! We pretty much ran right on schedule and she was always there to tell the bridal party what to do and when. She always alerted our family before major events (cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss and exit), so that we would have a good view of it. My husband commented that as he was getting ready to make his toast to the bride and groom, a flute of champagne magically appeared in his hand, courtesy of Sarah! She was attentive to every small detail and we truly appreciated her services, which were always done with a smile and a "can do" attitude. She even managed to hold off the rain until after the pictures were taken! Thank you, Sarah and La Bella Weddings! Don't hesitate to work with her! She will help to make your day spectacular!

    Sarah and her team are legitimately AMAZING! Sarah was a rock star from the beginning always answering my questions and providing great recommendations on vendors. We hired her for day of and 6 week before coordination for our wedding at Gardener Ranch as well as for our rehearsal dinner. Sarah's knowledge of the property and experience was crucial to us having such a successful wedding.

    Sarah has amazing attention to detail, is responsive, creative, smart and just a joy to be around. She thought about EVERYTHING and made sure our wedding weekend was perfect. She has an extremely calming presence which kept everyone else calm and relaxed. i felt 100% confident and relaxed during my wedding weekend as I knew anything that could come up Sarah and her team would be able to handle ( including when guests spilled red wine on me...twice). If I could give Sarah and her team 10 stars I would, I am so thankful for her making my wedding weekend so stress free and perfect.

    I was referred to La Bella Weddings by my awesome photographers, Laura and Rachel Hernandez to this equally awesome wedding planning team at La Bella Weddings. I had been on the fence whether I needed addional support for my wedding, as I had pretty great on-site coordinators at both our church and reception venues in Monterey. After an initial consultation with Allison Gonzales, I felt like I was in the hands of someone who could take my wedding reception from good, to great. I worked with Allison for month-of planning and coordination support and it made ALL the difference reducing my stress knowing she was thinking of the pieces my brain didn't have time or space to deal with! We had weekly scheduled check-ins and texted as necessary. Allison's support was critical in setting up all our reception touches (there were a lot...) and managing the onslaught of last minute vendor coordination. Seriously, brides, ain't nobody got time for that. Best decision I could have made regarding my wedding (besides marrying the guy, I suppose...) if only I could have a planner for all the other aspects of my life!

    Sarah was our month-of/day-of-coordinator and design consultant extraordinaire for our wedding at Holman Ranch (Carmel Valley, CA) in March 2016. Our wedding day turned out to be perfect, and this was 100% because of Sarah and her team. We highly recommend her services for your wedding.

    Expertise/staying on top of details: Sarah is from the Carmel area, was recently married herself, and has worked in the local wedding industry for years. She really knows her stuff. This means she knew the ins and outs of our venue, was always quick to recommend local vendors, hotel, or rehearsal dinner location. Even though we only technically worked with her on “month of” coordination and design, she went completely above and beyond and offered recommendations for so many other areas of the wedding (DJ, shuttles, babies at the wedding, etc).

    Being flexible and helping us through mini-crises: We had a couple mini-crises come up as the result of our venue and weather. Sarah was always on top of finding solutions that would work well and stay within our budget. She proactively engaged with our venue and vendors to make sure that our wedding rehearsal and weather contingency plans would be executed flawlessly (including negotiating price discounts). Even as unexpected things popped up, she was flexible and helped ensure that we stayed on track and calm. Her patience and tenacity knows no bounds, and we always felt that with Sarah on our side everything would go smoothly in the end.

    The Big Day: Her team was completely on top of it on the Big Day, so we didn’t have to worry about any small or large details. When the groomsmen showed up to the venue with different shirt studs for their tuxedos, she sent an assistant into town and bought matching sets. She radiated positive energy and helped things flow smoothly. Her skills and demeanor put us at ease throughout the process. In the end, things just worked.

    Sarah and her staff at LaBella are wonderful! Sarah's gentle hand-holding and creative ideas combined with her professionalism made long distance planning for our large rehearsal dinner event turn into a magical success. She took my worries away and added touches that I am still receiving compliments on from our guests. Sarah is very organized and communicates openly and honestly, making sure you receive more than expected. I highly recommend LaBella wedding services (especially for nervous MOG's).

    Sara and her team were completely amazing while planning my daughters wedding in Monterey. She was always available and so helpful. She made this so fun and enjoyable that she literally took all of the stress that usually happens when you are planning a wedding away knowing she was in complete control. She came up with wonderful ideas and was so organized. One of the hardest working people I have come across. Cannot begin to say how wonderful the wedding day was. I received so many compliments from my family and friends that attended the wedding that this was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had been to in a long time. I would highly recommend her. She knows the area so well and has great recommendations for venues and vendors. I actually miss working with her as she was always smiling and happy to put you at ease that she had everything covered! What a gift!!

    Sarah and her team helped to plan my wedding from beginning to end! I could not be more grateful for all of the help she gave me. Being from out of the Carmel area, I wasn't very familiar with venues or the vendors in that area. Sarah is truly an expert and never led me astray with any recommendation she made. She was on top of every thing and made sure every last detail was taken care of. No matter how stressful things got she always had a fun, calm demeanor and showed me that she could handle whatever challenge that came up effortlessly. All the fun of planning a wedding with none of the stress- any brides dream! I could not recommend La Bella Weddings anymore.

    Sarah and her team are absolutely AMAZING! Sarah knows her job and you can tell she has a great time doing it! She is very attentive to detail, genuinely caring, and gets the job done! She literally took care of basically everything, even things that hadn't even crossed our minds, to make our wedding absolutely perfect! As our onsite coordinator she took care of everything so that we didn't have to worry about one thing. It made our wedding day truly enjoyable, just like it's meant to be! We would highly recommend Sarah and her team for your special day!

    Whitney was a huge help in making the day of our wedding go so smoothly! My husband and I got married at a family home up in the Santa Cruz mountains so we knew that we were going to have to bring everything in and to do a lot of the planning and setting up on our own. We hired La Bella weddings to help with the day of coordination and Whitney was our planner. She really did go above and beyond what we had asked for! Whitney was on top of every detail, coordinated with all of our vendors that I had chosen and had an open line of communication with me at all times to make sure the week of the wedding was as stress-free as it can be :) Whitney and her team made sure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect, I would recommend her for your wedding!

    Sarah and Rebecca were wonderful. We hired La Bella Weddings to help plan our beach ceremony in Carmel, but Sarah often went above and beyond with suggestions and recommendations for the reception as well. She was responsive, incredibly sweet and genuine, and very helpful and knowledgeable. She also knows how to keep a bride reassured that everything will come together smoothly. We were trying to keep within a budget (who isn't?!) and she helped us cut corners and work out some valuable deals with vendors. The day-of, she made me (the bride) feel comfortable and relaxed, and the ceremony ended up being more beautiful and perfect than I could've imagined. I highly recommend Sarah and her team at La Bella Weddings! Thanks, ladies!

    As I sit to write this review, a warm feeling of reassurance and joy overcome me. I say this because there is no possible way for me to express my gratitude to Sarah for making our special day more than special. She made it perfect. For my husband and myself, the word perfect is reserved only for people that truly exemplify genuine kindness, passion for their art, unique talent, and flawless execution. Keep in mind... life is not perfect, Murphy's Law always has potential of proving itself, but what allows an event to be considered perfect is the wedding planner's ability to trouble shoot, be creative, and create an event that could not have been any better. I have never used the word perfect so many times before. Sarah is so sweet, selfless, and driven that I not only am proud to offer my referral to anyone from Monterey,Ca to Boston, Mass, but I am honored to call her my friend.     There are not enough adjectives in the English language to positively describe the work that Sarah does. Her professionalism and positive attitude is second to none, and not just for a wedding planner, but a person in general. She is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable, just like you’re talking to a best friend. She is responsive, organized, and will always reassure you she’s on her game – which she is at all times. Anytime I felt an ounce of stress, her reassurance was so genuine. Under pressure she will always have a smile and have everything under control. Just trust her and her staff, and you’ll be taken care of. There were literally zero hic-ups at my wedding – people would always terrify me of the fact that something will always go wrong. Not in my case! Sarah and her staff are so wonderful and efficient that I recommend her to anyone and everyone. The day of your wedding you’ll be able to relax knowing that your wedding planner is the greatest.

    Our wedding was a destination wedding in Indianapolis, IN. Some really close friends of ours had solicited La Bella Weddings and highly recommended Sarah to us. We had looked at several other planning options, but as soon as we got in contact with Sarah, we knew she was the one! Sarah was very attentive and ready to jump on board in order to fulfill our Wedding Day dreams. I remember she had us fill out this fun exercise, a "Question & Answer" sheet and her exact words were: "It's extremely important for me, so that I can get the strongest sense of your wedding vision...I realize some of the questions we already went over but I want to see them in your own words. It's all about you two!!" I love the fact that her wedding services came with unlimited consultation via phone and e-mail throughout the whole planning process. She is so sweet and kind hearted! She was very patient, especially with me (since I probably asked about 10,000 questions), and she provided a sense of security and reassurance that every bride needs in moments of great stress and anxiety. Her professionalism was beyond our expectations. The way she carried herself and communicated with everyone and anyone left them with an impressive remark. One of my favorite aspects of her superb organization skills was the bride and groom itineraries; according to what our wedding day schedule would be, she put together itineraries for my then fiancé and I, and not only that but she printed out copies for us and gave the corresponding itineraries to all those involved in the wedding. On the day of our wedding, that already comes with its own emotional tide and long list of worries, Sarah seemed to make our fears and worries dissipate. She worked endlessly and tirelessly completely devoting herself to us; she was very thorough and ensured that our wishes were met to the last detail. There's not a day that goes by that I think to myself, "I would soo go back to my wedding day and do it all over again!"

    Sarah at La Bella weddings is the most amazing wedding planner you will ever find. It was because of Sarah that our wedding was more perfect than we could have imagined. And she was so much fun to work with! Sarah made planning a wedding (something stressful for me) such a fun process and she took all of the stress away. We met with and spoke to many other wedding planners before choosing Sarah so know that what she offers is far above and beyond what others offer. She is so organized that the only thing you will have to remember is to put on your dress. She pays such close attention to every detail that no flower will be out of place. She will coordinate with all of your vendors and make sure each and every one is right where they need to be. She will cater to exactly what you want and need, taking your lead but also leading the way when you need her to. And that was all just leading up to the wedding. On our actual wedding day, Sarah was there from dawn to dusk, working tirelessly to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. And it was perfect because of her. She told us ahead of time that on wedding day all we should have to worry about was enjoying the day and she made that happen. And she did it all with a smile on her face. She was warm, kind, and everyone who met her just loved her. Sarah is hands down the best wedding planner you will ever come by.

    Sarah is the most organized person I have ever encountered. I was blown away by how prepared she was for our first meeting. She had a thick packet of paper full of questions for me so that she could get the full picture of what I needed wanted and was envisioning. Her personality is like champagne! Bubbly and sweet and perfect for celebrating! She is a wonderful coordinator and will make any brides' dream come true!

    Update:
    The wedding has taken place now and I wanted to add on to my earlier review! Sarah and her team were amazing!! Everything went flawlessly and I couldn't have imagined it being as beautiful as it was. I would highly recommend La Bella Weddings to anyone and everyone. Sarah and her team will make your dreams come true!

    Sarah and her staff at La Bella Weddings helped us with our daughter’s wedding in Carmel Valley, and I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job she did! She got us the very best of vendors, and that alone was worth every penny. But beyond that, she is extremely thorough in her planning, with very high attention to all the details. Whenever we had even the slightest concern, she didn’t hesitate to call us immediately to address it. She always had great ideas when we pondered various aspects of the wedding. And she blew me away on the wedding day, when I was worrying about getting everything right, how she was able to get me to relax, let go of the details, and just enjoy the day. She and her staff made it perfect. What a pleasure to work with her; I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

    Sarah is just lovely. She was very responsive with both my mom and I who were emailing from different time zones, was always happy to meet, and had plenty of advice as we prepared for our big day. She recommended an AWESOME taco truck, made an amazing pre-wedding itinerary for the whole bridal party and was very calming on the day. We couldn't have done it with out her!

    Allison was our lead coordinator, and helped make our wedding a reality! By the time we contacted La Bella Weddings a few months before our April 2016 wedding, we had already chosen our vendors, but were quickly getting overwhelmed by the many small details from planning a wedding from afar. Allison scheduled regular phone check-ins with us to ensure that we did not stress out about the day, and was super flexible with scheduling our in-person walk-through and in responding to all our last-minute texts, phone calls, and e-mails. Wedding day everything went incredibly smoothly - I had no idea when there were problems because she had fixed them even before they arose. Would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking to make their big day much less stressful!
