Kristy Rapp is absolutely the best! She was such a pleasure to work with, and always had creative, unique, and fun ideas! She is SUPER affordable and worth every penny! The day of our wedding everything was so perfect and Kristy was a huge part of that!

My wedding would not have been the same without Kristy! I hired her for Day of Coordination, but we still had a few meetings prior to the wedding just to touch base and make sure we were all on the same page. She helped keep us organized and on track. She even has an inventory of wedding items that we could borrow from so we wouldn't have to buy things for one time use. I thought this was great! She was very helpful throughout and has a ton of great ideas. On our wedding day, Kristy saw my vision for the reception perfectly! When I walked into the ballroom I was blown away with everything, it was better than what I had imagined! Kristy really pulled things together and I was so so impressed and happy I booked her to help us out on the big day. Everything went absolutely perfectly and I have no complaints at all. I definitely recommend her!

Kristy was such an awesome wedding planner! I would def recommend her to any of my friends or family. She worked with my crazy schedule, family, fiance, and our insane wedding party. She gave us great advice alternatives and helped us put together the wedding of our dreams! Everything fell into place better than I could have imagined :) Thank you Kristy!!!!

If I could award Kristy more than 5 stars, I would. Hiring her was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. That decision paid for itself within probably the first couple hours of speaking with her. She referred me to the best possible vendors (some of whom gave me significant discounts for being her client) and she was ALWAYS responsive to anything we needed.

On the day of the wedding I can sincerely say that there is no way we could have pulled it off without her. She had everything handled to a "T" and she does all of these amazing things without ever losing her smile and awesome personality. I will miss communicating with her because she is just such a dynamite person and I feel very lucky that I used her services for our wedding. She was a total rockstar.

We hired Kristy for the Day of Service for our wedding. She did an amazing job and went over and beyond to help us every step of the way by providing monthly updates, to/do lists, and helped us keep track of our budget. Her recommendations on vendors were right in line with what we were looking for.

Kristy was great! Instead of having to freak out with all the wedding planning, our wedding was actually quite enjoyable and pretty much stress free. Kristy was flexible in that we could either have weekly phone calls with her or we could do it over e-mail to make sure we were on track. Our wedding day was so much more enjoyable knowing that all the little details were taken care of, and she did a wonderful job making all the centerpieces and everything else look beautiful. Kristy did a wonderful job on our wedding. It would NOT have happened without her. We had very little time for setup and a lot of decorations, but Kristy got it done. The setup was beautiful and the whole night went super smooth- all thanks to her. She really gets to know what you want out of your wedding and makes sure it happens according to plan. If you want a perfect wedding, hire Kristy!

i really Enjoyed Kristy as a wedding planner. I personally found her prices to be very competitive but does not mean her work is any less professional or high quality. She is very efficient and makes sure everything gets taken care of. I really did not have to worry about much at all! My wedding was beautiful and all of her vendor recommendations were great. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is planning a wedding!

Kristy Rapp was a great person to work with. Not only did she do 90% of my wedding planning, but she was super easy to work with. The day of the wedding was fantastic as well. I did not have to do a thing. All of my vendors went directly to her and if there was an issue, i was not aware of it. I would recommend Kristy to any of my friends and family.

Kristy was BY FAR the best investment we made regarding our wedding. Her organizational skills are absolutely oustanding. From monthly updates as to what has been done and what still needs to be done, to being able to provide outstanding recommendations for extras such as rehersal dinner locations, gifts, transportation, etc- she was right on point. As rehearsal and the day of our wedding arrived- all we had to do was show up. I was so relaxed and confident that my day was going to go off flawlessly and it did. If I could have wrapped by perfect wedding day in a box with a bow on it- 2/25/11 would have been it.....and all thanks to Kristy who made it happen!!!!

If I sat down and figured out all the money and time Kristy saved me over the planning process and the day of my wedding, she probably more than doubled what I paid her! Don't try to have a wedding without a coordinator and for sure pick Kristy if you are in Central Florida (or beyond!) She was amazing, she gave me great referrals for other vendors along the way, she handled everything the day of and was always professional and on time!! She even did a little repair on my dress' bustle when my husband stepped on it and ripped it! Kristy was probably my favorite vendor and I couldn't have had a drama free wedding without her!

Kristy is a wealth of knowledge, friendly, on time, experienced, knowledgeable of area vendors (with contacts for discounts), reliable, cheerful, extremely organized, creative, and supportive. She helped incorporate our vision for a "dream come true" wedding staying within our budget. Her services were an incredible investment. We were completely thrilled with and I would recommend her to anyone! With the help of Kristy's expertise and invaluable time lines and spreadsheets, my stress level stayed in check and everything was taken care of on schedule.

Working with Kristy was fantastic! We did not have to worry about anything. She was ALWAYS punctual for meetings and would respond very quickly to emails/texting/phone calls. We are new to Orlando and not familiar with the area. So we were lost when it came to finding vendors. She has a lot of experience with Orlando and surrounding areas so that helped remove the guess work for us. She provided full wedding planning for us. She helped find us the best, most affordable vendors for everything. We could not have asked for a more perfect person for the job. She was very helpful with everything and she is always cheerful. Our wedding day literally was stress free thanks to her. We recommend her to everyone we meet. We could not have had the wedding of our dreams with out her.

Kristy was really everything we were looking for in a wedding planner. She was really organized - keeping us on track from Day 1 about what the next things to do are, helping us pick out a gorgeous ceremony venue and helping us to stay within budget. She also helped us with all of our vendors and her network allowed us to get the best deals possible.

When things didn't go according to plan, she tried to make sure that we were still satisfied. For example, our invitations came back with the wrong color and a week late (of which she was not responsible for) but she got us an even better discount after negotiating with the invitation company. She did the leg work so we didn't have to feel frustrated throughout this whole process.

All of the vendors that she works with are really professional and know their stuff.

It was great working with Kristy. I would recommend her to anybody looking to plan a wedding of any size or budget.
