I love Kevin Jewelers! We had purchased our rings, believe it or not, on Black Friday in 2006. My wedding ring is a $3000 ring, and we got it for just over $600! It's a beautiful white gold, 5 princess cut diamond ring, dainty how I like it. His ring cost me $60! Only $60! Of course, he doesn't like expensive metals, seeing as he works for a general contractor and doesn't want to risk damaging them. So his ring was a dark tungsten carbonite. Kevin Jewelers had no problem setting up a very reasonable payment plan ($60 a month), and in less than one year my ring was completely paid off. And for getting my payments in on time, with every next bill I was constantly getting freebies and discounts in the mail. All in all, they have great prices, great selections, great payment plans, and great incentives. I'd recommend them to everybody!

I've always had a great experience at Kevin's jewelers the sales associates are always very welcoming and professional. I have, however, noticed that they don't know much about diamond quality, clarity, color or weight. I would assume that being a jewelry rep, you would at least know the basics, however, I take it upon myself to know what I need to know when I purchase from them. I bought my wedding ring when I first got married in 1992 1/4 carat, I upgraded with them to a 1/2 carat and I now proudly own a 3/4. Remember, you get what you pay for and it's as much your responsibility to know what you are buying so you don't feel cheated. I will continue to be Kevin's customer as long as I am welcomed.

Thank you for delivering the heart pendant on time. My wife loved it, and our honeymoon was very special. Your salespeople were so helpful; they even helped me decide between the pendants I narrowed it down to. For all my jewelry shopping, I will always use Kevin Jewelers.

I found the Kevin Jewelers to be great in terms of being not too crowded, with a great relaxing, no pressure atmosphere. I ended up spending hours there looking at different diamonds in a lot of detail, with a ton of help from the staff. In the end I bought what I think is the perfect diamond for me, one that was of a size and with specs that I had trouble finding elsewhere, and at a price that I still think is a great deal.

Kevin Jewelers has been my go-to place for jewelry since my husband and I picked out my engagement ring. They were all very patient as I kept looking around at everything! We went back for our wedding bands (2 for me and 1 for my husband) as well as another diamond band ring later. They did a great job and quick repair when I lost a diamond as well. Everything is VERY reasonably priced for its quality! Go in and check them out!

My wife and I recently had our anniversary. As usual, I procrastinated on getting her a gift. I decided to get her an anniversary band. My wife absolutely loves her ring. Kevin Jewelers made our anniversary "one to remember". If you are looking for great customer service at reasonable prices then look no further.

Wonderful service! We have had the great opportunity to do business with Kevin Jewelers on numerous occasions and it has been wonderful. Customer service was great with an outstanding and wide selection. The customer service was just outstanding. Prices are extremely reasonable and the discounts are incredible. My fiancée and I went to Kevin Jewelers to look for an engagement ring and wedding bands. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. We had gone to several other jewelry stores but Kevin Jewelers had the best selection. They presented us many rings and we were able to easily make our selections. It was a great experience at Kevin Jewelers. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for jewelry!!

I bought my very picky Special Lady Friend's engagement ring here. They were patient with us as we went through _Every Single Ring In Stock_ to find her the one she liked. And when the one we finally settled on wasn't real expensive, well, they still treated us like royalty. Top notch service.

Kevin Jewelers was by far the most helpful and lowest pressure place I visited. They answered all my questions, related well to me, and never once made me feel obligated to purchase anything from them. Their diamonds are pretty high end, but I didn't see anyone out there with comparable diamonds priced any lower. Their custom ring choices were extremely delicate, and they were able to customize my ring with a little personal touch. The whole staff was friendly and attentive. I bought the engagement ring. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Kevin Jewelers.

While searching for an anniversary bracelet for my wife I found http://www.kevinjewelers.com. Their selection was much greater than the others and they had the traditional style I desired. I ordered through the website as I had a time deadline, I found what I wanted. They shipped it on schedule, it was beautiful, and it made our day. Thank you Kevin Jewelers.

Kevin Jewelers is the best jeweler in California. They were great and their staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Their prices are right on target too, you get fantastic quality and custom design that's affordable. I purchased my engagement ring here and they helped me every step of the way, I'm so glad I went to them instead of just any jewelry store I found on the street. You cannot go wrong with Kevin Jewelers.

I bought my fiance's wedding band from this company, but we bought ours in Montclair. They were very friendly. They didn't make you feel like I shouldn't be in their store like some places do because I look very young. My only issue was I felt like they were trying to use sales tactics to make a sale, but they were not pressuring me. I just tend to feel that way, it is a big purchase. We did discuss it further and we got a nice price on the ring, at least $100 than other jewelers. And they were also quick to explain the guarantee on the ring, which other places tried to charge for, or didn't tell us all together. (We looked at the exact same ring at each store, all the same brand.)

I had a sensational experience in shopping for an engagement ring. So great in fact that I purchased from them as well. The helpful staff walked me through the basics of diamonds and even contributed to proposal ideas. Given the expensive purchase I was more comfortable in giving them my money because the amount of services I received was well worth it.

I have always dreamed of owning a large solitaire diamond ring and I never thought it was possible until I found you guys. They found me the most beautiful diamond solitaire at more than half the cost of others. The salesperson was very upfront and very knowledge about everything they have. They provided a service you can find at any other jewelers. Nothing amazed me, they just had the bands on sale for the price we were willing to pay. I don't think their jewlery is any better than other jewelers, just cheaper in cost.

I too did not have a good experience with Kevin Jewelers. Although the sales people were nice they were very deceiving. I was told my ring was priced at $26,000.00 but was on sale. When all was said and done I got the ring for $7000.00. Good deal right? WRONG, they finance me through one of their finance companies at 30 percent interest. I had no idea until I received my statement. If I knew this I would never have bought the ring. 30 percent interest is ridiculous especially someone who has great credit. I will never do business with Kevin Jewelers again.

Ladies watch out!!!!!!! This company tells you your getting a good deal but your not. They told me my ring would appraise for 25k but was 80% off due to the location closing. Since my ring has a 1ct center stone and 1.75 ct in the surrounding stones in 18k white gold I totally believed it. We paid 5k for the ring and were ecstatic thinking we got a good deal till I went to get the ring appraised for our ins co. The quality of the diamonds are not good and the retail value is at best 7200 but more likely would be lucky to sell for what we paid for it. I've taken it to several jewelers who said I got ripped off. If you need to finance also watch out they told my fiancee it was intrest free financing and the pmts were 200 a mo but they set him up for 2 loans the 1st at 24.99% and the 2nd intrest free for the 1st three months after that it's 24.99% bringing our mo pmts to $400. Oh and since it was a sale item they wouldn't let me return it the next day when I told them the pmts would be to much. To top it all off since they sized my ring the bottom part of the band has a yellowish tarnish to it. I will never buy from them again!

The center stone of my wedding ring (only 7 months old) has turned yellow! I brought it in that way for them to fix/replace it and they sent it to the corporate office (it was there for 6 weeks) and returned in the same condition. The only was that i can replace it, is to UPGRADE (buy something double in value) or to lose the stone under my warranty. Nobody will fix this and I am so frustrated. Kevin Jewelers is very poor quality and i will never go back!

UNBELIEVABLE
. I thought i was on hidden camera when my wedding band arrived. When i ordered my brushed satin tungsten ring online i thought it was a little peculiar that i would pay for the ring than would be "contacted later" about sizing. They had my info so i thought "Oh well, new way of doing business..."
Two days later i received and email saying my ring had shipped. !!???
I called the store; asked them what they sent me having no idea what i wanted... and after waiting on hold and calling back twice i was told they shipped me a size 10 ring. Thats was the only detail: not width not depth not finish. Just a "10" (i need and 11.5 ring 7mm width, satin finish etc...) After expressing my shock in how they could possibly surmise that was the ring i wanted the young man told me they "would probably send me a return label or something". ???!!!
"By email?" i say.
"i dont know, probably"
Unbelievable.
long story short. The ring gets here. Its too small, too narrow AND wrong finish. Just a random ring...AND no emailed return slip AND no callback after several detailed messages.
I seriously thought i was being pranked.
I never take time to write reviews but i HAD to in this case.

Will never shop there again and I will tell tell people to NOT go there. We bought our weddings bands at Kevins. I paid over $300.00 for my husbands band - We were married on April 23, 2011 by the end of May not even a month later his band was tarnished and scratched it looked like I had bought it from a gumball machine. He took it back and they basically told him too bad - that's what you bought there is nothing we can do. He asked to speak with a manager - of course one was not in the store nor would there be one until
Friday. The sales person he dealt with was very rude!!! And then pointed out their NO REFUND policy. Well, I am very disappointed he didn't even have the ring on his finger a month - Again - if you are wanting something special that will last Don't go here!! Nice job Kevins Jewlery, you all should be proud of your business pratices!

STAY AWAY FROM KEVIN JEWELERS!! This place is a total rip-off. We purchased our wedding rings here and one month later the 'sterling silver' ring we paid $350 for started to tarnish. Piece of junk. Sold to us under false pretense. Manager not available when trying to return, and your receipt says 'NO RETURNS'. This place will not last because they are crooks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT KEVIN JEWELERS.

HATE this place. Went ring shopping & fell instantly in love with an engagement ring. The girl who helped us that day was very nice, but did not go over all the details of the ring, except that it was white gold & the stone size. We did not know to ask all the "Four Cs" questions. Put it on layaway. My husband's working hours conflicted with the store's hours, so I went in a few times to put more $ down on the ring. EVERY time I was treated with rudeness & disrepect by the women working there...at one point I left as I was about to cry. Told my husband, but we would not have been refunded the money we had so far spent on the ring & we couldn't afford that. Contacted management & were brushed off. Wrote a letter to the company's main office...got a reply & was told the store manager would contact me...never did. Finally I wrote another letter & got a reply, as the store was under new management & I went in so I could find out about insurance (a friend who got married two months after me got free lifetime maintenence on her ring) & maintenence (two things they never told me about when we bought the ring)...was told that the only stores are in AZ & California & I was moving to Texas...so I can never get this service. If my diamonds fall out or chip, we're out of luck. The new manager told me he would mail me the info on my ring so I could get it appraised & insured, along with a statement that we'd had it inspected, but he never did. All in all, the whole experience was AWFUL...DO NOT use this place. And no, we did not get our wedding bands from this place.
