I prefer this location in the Boise mall over some of the other ones in the treasure valley. They seemed to be more willing to take time with us and help us out. I special ordered my ring and they were really helpful the entire process and even told us to wait until they had a big sale to get it so that we could save some money on it. We have gone in multiple times without buying anything and they still were willing to help us and to ask if I wanted my rings cleaned when I went in. They did an awesome job soldering my ring together and it came in exactly when they said it would. I recommend getting the extended warranty because it is worth it and makes the maintenance on the ring easier.
