My wife and I have purchased nearly all of our jewelry and watches at Alpine Jewelers as have our children! They are the very best in Southeast Idaho! The best service bar none and always competitive prices!

I actually went to the one in Twin Falls, Idaho. They were excited, just like us for our wedding day and it made it soooo much easier to choose the ring. They have a great payment plan too, if you go a little overboard for that perfect ring!!!They were sooo nice and great to me!!! They have a great warranty for the ring and great prices!!! We also went back and bought a necklace!!! I still go in there to get my ring cleaned and they are still so friendly, just like the first day i came in!!!

I got a beautiful veragio ring! First we decided to Go with the really nice band with diamonds and have have the center diamond a CZ but other diamonds around the band kept falling out bc they couldn't squeeze it as tight as a natural diamond so we decided to spend the extra money and get a "real" diamond. My ring is wonderful now but because of the diamonds around the outside of the band... I wouldn't recommend a CZ. For other rings I think it's a great idea and then buy a "real" diamond on an anniversary. Save money at first.

They were able to make my ring just for me so its one of a kind! But it took forever to get back. They promised they would get it one day & it was back a week later. Also I am a size four they made it a size seven. So my husband proposed and the ring was huge on my finger! But for my band they got it done in less than a day.

The ring we purchased from Alpine was gorgeous. The service was not. Not very impressed by the way that we were treated by the owner. We have had great experiences at Ingrams Jewelry in Idaho Falls. We both wish we had gone there.

We decided to go with Alpine because my fiance liked the ring better there than other stores we had visited. This was despite the fact that they were very demeaning in the way they treated us, just like others have reviewed here. They told us it would take a week to get the ring back. It took three weeks by which time I had to propose without it. When it came back, it was the wrong size, the center stone was crooked, and the stone was very yellow. It wouldn't have mattered that the stone was yellow but, it did not match the stones on the band. The ring looked terrible and we were embarrassed to show people what it looked like. We would have just let Alpine handle the repairs but we needed a ring before the wedding and didn't trust that they would get it back to us by then. They hadn't understood that we needed to have it for the proposal and we couldn't give them our trust again. So we talked to several people including the manager explaining that it is unfair for us to trust him again with so little time before the wedding. They still wouldn't let us return the ring. We had to go to a different store and buy another stone and have it placed by them. I unfortunately would not recommend this business because of such distrust and such lack of respect for the consumer. I am still gravely offended by the way that the owner treated us.
