Kailey-Michelle was invaluable to the success of our wedding!! I cannot imagine not having KM and team there to make sure every detail was perfect and running smoothly. Having her was one of the best investments we made to guarantee that our night was amazing!
KM did the work leading up to the wedding, contacting vendors and creating a seamless timeline. Everyone was so impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness- even the vendors made note. Our guest and wedding party continue to give praise. I don't know what I would have done without her. Felt so sad saying good bye, as I felt like I had made a new friend. Everything was above and beyond our expectations and I would highly reccomend her to any future bride!Kailey-Michelle was invaluable to the success of our wedding!! I just have to start by saying that Kailey-Michelle was the saving grace of our wedding day. Just two months before our wedding, and days after moving home from London, England thinking we just had some loose ends to tie up, our wedding venue in Victoria fell through and we had to cancel everything.
My fiancé is from Iceland and his family had already booked flights, plus groomsmen and friends from Iceland, England and Australia so we had to find a new venue, that same weekend. We decided to relocate the wedding to Vancouver for convenience sake.
I was recommended to Kailey-Michelle by a friend. We met her for high tea in Fort Langley and as soon as I saw her smiling face and she said hello, I knew she was going to be amazing and would make our wedding day happen! It was wedding planner love at first sight! Quickly I knew she just got me, and understood the vision of our wedding exactly how we hoped for.
She helped us find a new venue, met with us twice at our venue to plan everything out, countless emails which she answered within like an hour every single time I had a question or changed my mind about something or needed advice. She made all our timelines, seating plan ideas, décor plans. She even came over the Tuesday before the wedding and helped me finalize and work on a bunch of crafts, box everything up, finish the seating plan and label everything and make sure she knew what to do with each DIY project and where it was supposed to go.
I could go on forever on all the tiny aspects of the day that she made outstanding. I honestly don’t know how she multitasked so well. She had so much to deal with but remained calm and with a smiling face the whole day. I highly recommend Kailey to any bride who wants someone to make their vision come to life! I’d recommend her to any bride who even just wants some help with organization and planning because she is incredibly organized, detail-oriented!
She’s a ten and a half out of ten that’s for sure!

We enlisted Kailey for wedding coordination and decorating. It is the best decision I ever made for my wedding. I was able to relax and get my projects done the week before my wedding because kailey did my timelines and contacted my vendors etc. I know if I had to do that the wedding probably wouldn't have happened. And if that wasn't enough she did all the work decorating and using her very asthetic eye to make everything look so beautiful. I was overwhelmed with how everything look, it was amazing, and my biggest worry that day so I was so pleased we had chosen Kailey specifically for her style, professionalism and dedication. I was able to relax and enjoy my day (which I did, it was perfect!). I keep thinking what a waste of money my wedding would have been if I would have been stressed out trying to do everything or worrying that my parents/friends weren't having a good time because they had to worry about set up/take down, coordinating, etc. Kailey was worth every penny plus more. Hiring a wedding coordinator will be the number one piece of advice I will give to future brides.

Your hard work put together the most amazing day we could have imagined, down to the smallest details. The entire day went perfectly, we would have been lost without you there. Working with Kailey allowed my husband and I to have one of the greatest days of our lives. We had no stress the whole day because we were so confident in Kailey's ability to handle everything. We had not planned to engage a wedding planner for my daughter's wedding. Kailey is a friend of the family, offered her help, and has sold me on wedding planners!
She artfully helped create a breathtakingly beautiful environment, implementing my daughter's ideas, adding elegance and class, as well as masterfully coordinating the wedding and reception. Kailey was professional and efficient, respectful, easy to work with, with seemingly boundless energy. Plus she is loads of fun, helping us all relax and enjoy this momentous occasion! If there were any problems I was completely unaware of them - she handled everything.
