  I can't thank Melody enough for helping us plan our dream honeymoon to Greece! If there was anything I didn't have to worry about for the wedding it was my honeymoon. Melody is very well traveled herself and was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient through the whole entire process. She helped us immensely with what locations we wanted to visit, how long we wanted to stay in each location, tours we wanted to go on and most importantly helped us stay within our budget. She even saved us a lot of money by suggesting to fly out from a different airport. She is so easy going, easy to get a hold of and extremely organized. Melody gave us the most helpful, detailed itinerary that we used throughout the trip along with flight documentation that we needed and a little language book :). I can't say enough good things, I am so happy I found and planned my honeymoon with Journey's Near and Far and I can't wait to plan my next trip with Melody!

  Aj and I can't say enough good things about journeys near and far! Melody is amazing! We used her services for our honeymoon and will definitely be using her again in the future! Any questions that we had she responded very quickly and even if she didn't know the answer she took the initiative to find the answer for us. We traveled to St Lucia and she was the one who set everything up for us. From setting up our butlers to helping us pick excursions and activities, Melody was super knowledgeable about the resort and what it had to offer us to make it special. She even helped us with airport hotel stays and parking areas to leave our car for the week. She made it super simple for us. We definitely recommend Journeys Near and Far for your travels whether it be a honeymoon or anniversary you won't be disappointed with her services! :)

  I had met Melody Moser at a bridal show two years before my husband and I were to get married and remembered her friendly and professional demeanor when it was time to book our honeymoon. Not only did Melody respond quickly to any emails or phone calls, but she made sure all of our questions were answered—even if she had to do extra research. When the agency in Costa Rica sent us the wrong pricing information, Melody handled the situation with care, giving us other agency options and even offering us a gift card for the trouble. When I was worried about some bad reviews of a hotel we were thinking of staying at, Melody assured me that her contact had never heard anyone complain—I'm so glad I did not listen to the reviewer because the hotel was my favorite out of the two we stayed in, and I really felt the star treatment there at Arenas Del Mar in Manuel Antonio. Everyone was so friendly; I can't wait to go back. As clients, Melody sure made us feel important with the best wishes/holiday cards she sent us during our engagement. Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Besides the fact that I was nervous about traveling, the honeymoon was the only aspect of the wedding I did not feel stressed about and that was all because of Melody.

  Melody gave us some great options and suggestions and was patient with us while we chose the spots we wanted to see.

  We ended up staying in Athens and Santorini, and both hotels were in a perfect location for walking to transportation and sights, had amazing food and breathtaking views.

  She stays in touch, follows up when she says she will and sent us beautiful cards of congratulations and well wishes and even sent a special gift before our trip.

  I have never worked with a more professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly travel agent before. We knew we wanted to go to the South Pacific for our honeymoon and I did not want to try and create such a customized trip on my own, Melody went above and beyond her call of duty as a travel agent! Not only did she obtain us a great price, she got free honeymoon perks for us, made a bound guide of the area for us, and sent my husband a birthday card and me a sympathy card after the death of my grandma, but she got us an immediate refund when we had a small issue at a restaurant in Bora Bora and after my husband got really sick escalated the situation right away...I recommend her to all and would use her again in a heartbeat!
