Jen was easy to get a hold of, responded to inquiries in a timely manner and was at the location on the day of the wedding at the expected time. She has a pleasant relaxed personality.
Jen and her assistant worked hard throughout the day, taking a large number of pictures.
The quality of the pictures was less than I was hoping for. One of the group family pictrues that actually had everyone looking at the camera was on a tilt. There was very little touching up/ colour highlighting done on the pictures unless we specifically asked for it.
Would like to have seen more initiative on Jen's part in setting up creative locations/ poses. Felt that we were doing the suggestions though she knew our location several months ahead of time.

After looking through their photographs again, I see only 1 of the 6 photographs of the family where someone is not looking, and only 1 of those 6 is on a tilt.
As I mention in the consultation, if we have a case like this where your favorite photograph happens to have someone's eyes closed or head turned, you simply need to request an edit on this specific photograph & I am more than happy to make this photograph print ready for you. I do my best to make every photograph print ready but these kinds of edits are very time consuming and are better left to a request basis.
This couple had over 1,000 images & all were touched up & edited - totally approximately 30 hours of editing work, in addition to the hours spent at the wedding, meeting with the couple & designing albums.
The location was scouted by myself & my associate 2 weeks prior to the wedding & we had a list of locations to use. We did those locations & the couple also had their own special requests in addition to our ideas.
