Jennifer was so wonderful to work with!!! She was helpful, organized, and professional. She looked after every detail and helped ensure our day went smoothly, which kept us relaxed and able to enjoy the day! It was awesome to have her has a resource during the planning process. She is the best and I would definitely recommend her!!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of getting to work with Jennifer for her full planning services. We could not have been happier with the process and most importantly the wedding day itself. When we first got engaged, we did not know where to begin... everything seemed overwhelming. After hiring Jennifer (an easy decision once you meet her- you can instantly see how professional, organized and attentive she is) our lives quickly got less and less stressful! She was able to capture our very vague and often uncompromising ideas and create a wedding theme which we were able to carry throughout the year. She recommended all of our vendors to us, attended each meeting, provided her expertise (she knows about everything!!), and most importantly made sure our ideas were heard. I appreciated most that in each meeting Jennifer was watching my facial expression- if I looked confused, she jumped right in, if I looked disgusted, she turned their focus in a different direction, I didn't have a chance to get frustrated! It was all too easy! Jennifer was available to us at all times by email or phone! She also let us decide how involved to be- when we were too busy, she managed things only asking when absolutely necessary, when we wanted to make every decision, she guided us! She gave us great ideas (one was photos before the ceremony which we are SOO happy we did). One of my favourite things was the detailed personalized schedules of the day she provided to us, our family and our bridal party. So helpful to everyone involved. Jennifer impressed me most of all on the wedding day itself, she was there for EVERYTHING- everything we talked about throughout the year, she made sure happened... and even what we didn't talk about... for example, my dad forgot his speech, she provided him with the limo to go home to grab it at the appropriate time, my dress ripped, she helped me sew it, guests needed special requirements, she made sure servers knew. The day could not have gone more smoothly- we were so happy, the guests were so happy (and very impressed by the many choices and little detailed Jen helped us to create) we could not have imagined it without her. She is full of ideas and I truly believe can do any style of wedding! I have two younger sisters who I am hoping Jennifer can be around for in the future... we all loved her!

Jennifer was referred to us from a colleague of mine and she was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I had booked our venue because of the great food and location, however the decor was more traditional than what we were looking for. We initially started speaking with Jennifer about day of coordination only, however after starting to hear her speak about what she felt we could do with the space we also hired her for decor and design. We never looked back!!! She was available to speak whenever we needed her to be and was extremely professional and organized (all the way down to the detailed timelines and mapped out seating chart). On the day of our wedding, neither my husband nor I worried about what was happening at the venue as we knew Jennifer was handling everything and we were right - the venue looked amazing. We would recommend Jennifer to everyone and consider the money spent on her services some of the best money we spent on our wedding.

Our wedding was planned only 3 months in advance!! It felt like it had been planned for years! Thanks to Jennifer! Every last detail was perfect! The pictures, the feedback from guests and the fact that we were featured in a wedding magazine, all attest to a job perfectly planned and executed!

If you want a planner that is going to take your interests and your ideas to the limit Jennifer is the one. She was always ready with suggestions and always had my interests at heart. If I had to do it all over again I would pick her in a heart beat. She was relaxed and composed and that is what a bride needs when planning her wedding.

Although we didn't have a tremendously big wedding with a lot of detail, she was fabulous at helping us fine-tune things. There was a number of times that she pointed out areas that we had failed to consider, and gave us many ideas to think about to help make the day seamless. She was extremely resourceful, kept us on track, and definitely went above and beyond what we were expecting.

Our wedding was on July 3/ 2010. Ceremony was held at the Devonian Gardens and reception was at The Shaw River View room. My wife had indicated that she would like a wedding planner to help with the planning of the wedding. I was skeptical at first as most grooms would be. We have a hard time adjusting to spending money as it is. Let me tell you, the first time we met with Jen I instantly felt at ease. I also never expected the level of commitment that we ended up getting. Everything was so well organized. Jen is always available and we found she listened to what we were trying to achieve. She is also pretty creative, so giving her free reign on a few projects saved us a lot of time and we were very happy with the result. I give Jennifer Bergman Weddings 6 stars. After planning my wedding with Jennifer's help I can't even imagine not having her! My day was stress free and amazingly beautiful because she was there!

Jennifer was the key to my stress-free day. I obtained her services for the day-of coordination which meant that she supported me from a distance throughout the process by being my sounding board, providing vendor referrals, a few hours consultation, etc. Leading up to the big day, she developed detailed itineraries, contact sheets, etc. and managed some of the vendor management pieces. The day before, she was on site ensuring set up was smooth and the day of she was always there but never obvious...just a good, trusted friend to have just in case. I had purchased special lotions and soaps for the women's washroom but not for the men....she went out (without my knowledge) and bought the same for the men. We were celebrating our day at an old air hangar with no a/c and it was HOT. The men were thanking me all over the place for the nice body spray - she is good!

I would recommend Jennifer for any Bride who needs a friend through the planning process or simply for the day. Jennifer is extremely professional, business minded and talented at what she does.

We had Jennifer plan our wedding for us this May, and she exeeded our expectations for a wedding planner. Not only is she AMAZINGLY organized, creative and flexible she is friendly and great to work with, although she plans many weddings at one time it always feels like your wedding is the most important she is working on. We left many details to her to to deal with and surprise us with on our wedding, and did she ever! There was many special details she added and surprised us with with our decor, that I cried with joy when I walked into our venue and seen our (hers and ours) vision come together. IT WAS AMAZING, it was like seeing all something out of a wedding magazine. I would RECOMMEND Jennifer Bergman Weddings to any bride and groom that wish to work with an exquisite wedding planner that has an eye for detail, organized, flexible(we live in northern alberta and she met us many different places in edmonton when we went there & even met with other vendors with us) and friendly. At the end of our wedding my now husband and I felt like she was more of a friend than just another vendor that was part of our wedding.
